Sennecke is making his own luck these days. That performance on Friday wrapped up a run of 14 points in three games. Did the selection camp snub motivate him? "I didn't dive too deep into that," he said. "The hockey Gods kind of rewarding me. I finally got a couple good games where everything kind of went in. You get those games every once in a while."

What’s the wildest online purchase you’ve ever made?

Probably Viagra. Not for what it's actually used for; I obviously don't have problems there. But apparently, Viagra and an energy drink mixed together can be used like some kinda performance enhancer because it raises your blood pressure, or some scientific crap like that. I tried it, but I didn't know you were only supposed to take half a pill, so I ended up playing pretty much the most uncomfortable football game of my life. Even worse - I had to deal with my mom's questions and concerns once she found the pill box in my closet two weeks later.
