I really think that we, as a community, should take a second and thank everyone who uploads their resources for free for the community to use! Specifically templates and PSDs.

They've BOOMED in popularity lately with the amazing @awkwardwhims' PSD collection and @windslar's PSD collection! These are TRULY such amazing resources. Editing can be extremely daunting, and having templates makes it so much more accessible to everyone. I have really been enjoying seeing everyone's spins on the templates so much! It just makes me so happy to see people sharing free resources with the community. Thank you so much to the talented creators who take the time and effort to put together PSDs and templates for everyone to use.

I also highly recommend you check out @folkbreeze's PSDs, @lysiablr's UI mockups (I personally used these for years before recently switching it up), and the ts4 template tag on tumblr!

Here is a Spotify Drama Wrapped 2024 template I made to commemorate this year. Feel free to use! Instructions for individual gifs:

Gif 1: Upload as is

Gif 2: Not much required, enter the text as you like. Everything is set up

Gif 3: After placing your gif over the gif carrier, make sure to right click and select "Create clipping mask" and make sure to create the transform keyframes in line with the gif carrier keyframes so they both move together. Gif dimensions are 180px x 180px

Gif 4: As with gif 3, make sure to line up the transform keyframes exactly with the carrier layer keyframes. Gif dimensions are 50px x 50px

Gif 5: Not much required, enter the text as you like. Everything is set up

Gif 6 (one actor version): As with gif 3 and 4, make sure to line up the transform keyframes exactly with the carrier layer keyframes. Gif dimensions are 109px x100px

This template is comprised of two halves in separate PSDs & comes with the font (Arial) used in the first one

Any layer marked with an "{E}" is fully editable!

Each PSD is 540x586 & the gifs used in the example are 540x350.

It can be used with gifs (using the video timeline & smart objects) and/or still pictures as seen below:

Make sure all your gifs have the same amount of frames!
