Really, I probably should have waited a day to publish this in August, but it’s close enough. 😊 TFS: Book Two is progressing very well.

I recently surpassed a word count milestone while working on some RO branches! Each character is getting special attention. The words keep stacking up every day, fueled by your support and encouragement, as I work away at the outline. This book should be over 1 million words.

You all will be meeting some new characters in Book Two, although deepening the bonds/relationships with the Fernweh Gang is the main focus. There are also a lot of scenes with A. Corvin and more encounters with Ms. Verner, Marjorie, Milton, and even Officer Warren. It’s been so much fun working on the character dynamics and writing MC choices. 📚

Sorry for not posting anything in a while! I'm still alive. I handed in maybe the worst thing I've written (my master's thesis) a week ago and have been recuperating. orz

I'm also going on a lengthy trip next week that will last until mid-October, so I won't be around much (or at all) during that time too^^' Before I leave, however, I really want to finish one chapter so that I won't leave you hanging for even longer. I'm currently 3k in (and I'm aiming for around 10k, and this time, the word count won't explode or I will), and it's so, so fun to do because I haven't written anything fun since May. (Not because the content is...)

I really hope I can finish it by the 9th/10th in between all the trip-preparation stuff.

Since my last update I've written around 10k words of content

That's like... A quarter of chapter 1 part 2

Next update will probably turn out twice as long as the previous one or more so yay!

I'm planning to release it + an updated version of chapter 1 part 1 in August 9th

Hopefully I get a head start writing chapters 2 and 3 too before summer vacations are over ^^

I've also been doing some thinking. How do you people feel about (optional) explicit sexual scenes?

This blog has decided to implement a new practice: progress updates!

While uploading sketches instead of fully drawn and colored updates is helpful, the act of drawing has been a lot easier ever since new technology was acquired, and it feels so good to make pieces with full line-art and color. However, that doesn’t mean that full pieces/updates can be completed in a week.

So, the blog is going to share glimpses of the upcoming updates on Saturdays if no finished comics/pieces are available. This can be a sketch, a panel, or whatever we’ve got half-formed.

This week’s upload is the first panel of what should hopefully be next week’s comic.

Note: This is a continuation of the Chrisville Theater Society wanting to put on their own production of Back to the Future: the Musical. Original storylines and character arcs are being put on hold for the purpose of having a little fun. This blog does not own BttF:tM.

Progress Update June 18

Hey!

I've updated the demo!

No new content yet, but I changed the images. I wasn't really vibing with the original ones.

Speaking of content, Chapter 1 Part 1 update is done!

I still need to review it, but that will have to wait a couple days (I have to hand in my bachelor degree's thesis like... this week haha).

Chapter 1 Part 2 is turning out pretty good, I enjoy writing mc suffering.

Chrissy's present attitude, Josh's too, Villanelle's first official appearance... The mysterious woman and Aliyah's optional first appearance 😭 this was so fun to write.

Optional explicit sexual content won the poll, I've seriously never seen that many people agreeing on something.

We'll have to wait until any sexual content between MC and the ROs appears, but this has made me change a bit Lilith's introduction as well as the circle of Lust.

I'll provide an option to choose between more explicit descriptions and a more toned down experience.

Spam: I've a personal acc now where I'm posting behind-the-scenes content on the deal! (aka me, an atheist, learning about religion)
