in October 1996, Bandai released the first set of Pokemon Kids, a series of soft vinyl finger puppet figures that were mostly released in Japan [although there were some special releases in Europe and Australia]. each toy comes packaged in a box with a collectible card as well as a piece of candy. there were special clear figures that could be found as secret variants up until the release of the B/W figures.

depicted above are the 8 figures that were in the first set, which, unlike the Pokemon Kids figures manufactured today, were released in a blind box.

Hello friends I’m Enya and I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2015. Unfortunately I have been losing the battle of my mobility for some time. It has come to the point I struggle to walk even short distances without severe sharp radiating pains. I also experiencing these painful sensations in my right arm. I am asking the community today to help me purchase a motorized wheelchair to not only greatly improve my quality of life but also help regain some sense of my independence. My ideal autism escapism paradise is a world where all my ocs and “copyrighted” characters are all friends in the same little world. They are all me and also my friends at the same time. A little tableau of playing creatures on a playground that I can project myself into, and for others that seek similar comforts to project themselves into. If I can’t be a cartoon animal eating berries in a lush green field, then I will do the next best thing and create drawings of my little brain utopias.
