Good news! I'm back with Season 2 of Gamer's Guide to Ecology. Episodes will come out sporadically because I'm a sad human just doing my best.
This season kicks off with Matt Storm - Kirby lore expert, podcaster and video game enthusiast. You might know Matt from their podcasts like Screen Snark, CPOV: Autographs, Fun and Games, and Reignite. Find their deets at djsormageddon.com.

The Year to Listen. The Year to Be Heard
So, what's the point? The point for me is the same point I hope to serve for everyone involved, to create a platform for creative people to create a platform... #podcast #podcastproducer #listerature #publishing #books #poetry #authors
I am ready.
I have many reasons why I have been stymied since summertime, doing almost everything but launching the Listen & Be Heard podcast. But now, at the very beginning of 2023, I believe that enough circumstances are aligned together for me to establish a routine that I can commit to.
So, what’s the point? The point for me is the same point I hope to serve for everyone involved, to create…

Ed Gamble (Crumble) and Matthew Crosby (Crunch) talking a bit about Elis James and Isy Suttie's (Corner's) wedding but mostly it is about DJ sets and James Acaster and Nish Kumar somehow being less professional than Crosby...
(ALSO CHARLIE to promote Supermilk's new album High Precision Ghosts!!!!)
This show was so chaotic I had to include some of the other bits too. I mean, obviously the show is always chaotic and nonsensical but there's always a particular brand of chaos when they're back live in the studio for the first time after a bit of a break and Vin has bothered to turn up.
0:00 - FFS WE'RE NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES INTO THE PODCAST ED
0:05 - honestly wouldn't surprise me if he does have it
0:24 - Wedding Chat! Wedding Chat! Come get your Wedding Chat! (mostly about DJ sets/Nish and James's lack of a set)
7:02 - let's all calm down with some pirate metal
8:48 - OH GOD I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN THIS (so sorry breathy lady)
9:36 - a unicorn of a penis flytrap
10:12 - MAH WIFE
10:19 - Willy FM
11:03 - Charlie joins and immediately Ed is in trouble
12:44 - Charlie realises she's made a terrible mistake
Ed also made "breakdown brownies" and brought some in for Vin and Matthew and it was the happiest Vin has ever been and that was quite cute but other than that this show is still WEIRD AND BAD™.
