Life becomes much easier when you learn that you can make mistakes and don't take them personally. Saying, "Yes, what you said makes sense. I misunderstood. Thanks for clarifying it." It saves you energy, time, and headaches instead of getting into a fight because your ego is clinging to a trivial idea. I used to be the type of person who always had to prove I was right, and when I was wrong, I treated myself as if I'd been humiliated. In the end, all I found out was that I was portrayed as a tense and annoying person. But when I realized that a mistake isn't the end of the world, I felt like I'd opened up a new level of comfort in my life. Why is life like this?
