ive said this before but i think a lot about how literature/media about female assassins could be used as an allegory for trafficking and prostitution. these characters are often young and/or vulnerable women stolen and forced to become killers. they often have a handler (usually male) who gains most/all of the profit from the people who hired them to kill. they often have to use sensuality to lure their target. and theres also themes of agency and bodily autonomy. UGH there is so much potential and i need more of these written/directed by women bc most of whats out right now is just male gaze-y femme fatale type of characters. (if you have any recommendations pls send them my way)

AH OMG ANON TRUST I'VE BEEN DYING TO POST IT! thanks so much for asking about it!

this is my sub!logan fic title, and it's a line from the movie bones and all! with loml taylor russell as maren and timothee chalamet as lee. plus it's also directed by luca guadagnino, who's one my favorite directors ever!

spoiler alert even though it came out like two years ago lmao, but the two main characters are both cannibals and lee says that line to maren near the end of the movie.

i tweaked it slightly, the whole thing is “I want you to eat me. I want you to feed. It's the easiest thing, Maren, love. Just love me and eat me, bones and all."

i felt that this fit the vibe of what this fic has turned into over the course of like two days haha, because what started as a little exploration of logan’s softer, more submissive side somehow got wrapped up in this dark, messy passion—hence, the "just love me and eat me" part.

the whole fic plays with this raw intensity and that sense of desire that kind of burns at both ends. it’s a mix of logan’s vulnerability and this hunger, emotional and physical, that just needs to be fed.

let me quit yapping...but it's such a good movie! i highly recommend watching if you think you can stomach it :)

she honestly falls for you the minute she finds your tiktok of rating your favourite wlw book. how you go in dept on it and express how it’s hard to find good proper wlw representation in movies and books. lucy’s like “ok yeah i’m down for her real bad”

ends up following you on youtube AND tiktok and it comes up on those boygenius update accounts LUCY HAS FOLLOWED READER ON TIKTOK!!

after a couple of weeks / months, you follow her back too (she wasn’t even expecting it) she just kinda woke up one morning to the tiktok notification READER HAS FOLLOWED YOU BACK and seen you’ve followed her back on twitter too.

honestly lucy gained like confidence in that moment on an impulse decision she decides to send you a dm asking if you want to go for coffee but the way she sends it in this meme format that’s like [the office, season7, ep 18, minute 14:45] and you look at the office at rhag minute and it’s quoted “shouldve burnt this place when i had the chance”

anyway lucy ends up doing that in your dms but with a book!’ and it’s like [book name, chapter 5 sentence 3] and if you were to look at this and decipher it, it makes out ‘so, want to go get coffee sometime?’ and it’s so nerdy but also so cheesy and cute because she knows you’ll get the reference since it’s the latest book you read.
