There should be a Voyager Halloween episode. Where everyone is dressed up in a costume (except for Tuvok, probably) while something goes terribly wrong with the ship, so they're just running around fixing things in their costumes. Tuvok tells the ones in super impractical outfits that they should have considered the fact that an emergency could happen before getting dressed like this. Now your poofy dress is getting stuck in the Jefferies tube and slowing us all down, ensign.
Also at least one person is dressed up as Tuvok (probably Tom), aka just wearing a normal uniform and acting more serious.
