@razzlefrazzum introduced me to the Devil’s carnival ( directed by Darren Lynn Housman and written by terrance zdunich ) and I had to do something, specifically after listening to the latest episode of Makevolent

I thought of making it about dark Arthur Lester but why not letting you interpret what happened to this father

Now If you’ll excuse me, I shall go hibernate

Biggest gripe, Lucifer's design is still hella weak.

You'd figure having the moment with his six wings showing would be interesting but all it does is take up the screen. Why is this show, which could have so much pizzazz, giving us one of the weakest Lucifer Morningstar designs? The pilot teased a scarier design for him but I've officially lost all interest. I can handwave the rest of the show away because it's just not my thing, but I *love* stories about the devil and all of the creative directions people take him in.

If you want a good musical about the afterlife where Hell also has a circus theme then I recommend The Devil's Carnival duology!

Episode one is very setup heavy but episode two is where it really shines. The music is great, the visuals are fun and you can feel every bit of love that went into it! The world building for Heaven and Hell are great and it all has a very unique feel.

I'm not going to settle for something that was phoned in. There are tons of other pieces and projects that do the same thing but better.
