E Michael Jackson, ele também encarna o personagem de Viktor da vida real no filme Simone. E as pessoas dão a volta, elas falam mais sobre o indivíduo e não sobre a criação. Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975) directed by Peter Weir. 

Saw this last night. A film that opens with a quote  about dreams by Edgar Allan Poe which manages to sum up what follows. This is a work of beautiful shot composition and cinematography. While some people may dispute if this can be a horror film, what can not be denied is how the film creates a sense of uneasiness and wrongness as the viewer is aware that something is not as it should be but can’t say what. You are not sure which is the more strange and alien world in this film. The wilderness around the Rock or the tightly clothed formal Victorian society of 1900? A wonderful viewing experience.

The Truman Show - Peter Weir (1998)

Truman Burbank is the world most famous TV star...but he doesn't know it. His entire life is a set built around him, from birth but now, he's starting to figure that out.

I remember seeing the trailer for this when it first came out and thinking "oh wow, another loud Jim Carrey comedy"...then I caught it on TV one afternoon and loved it. This wasn't the film they sold us back in 1998. This is a deeply philosophical film which question the nature of reality, the push and pull of free willl and determinism (yeah, we're not living in a TV show but how much our psyche is based on where we are living?), and the smartest thing about it is that all those things aside...we love Truman and want him to find whatever he's looking for.

It's a perfect balance of emotive hollywood string-pulling, and cerebral existential massages.

I love it.

Picnic At Hanging Rock (1975) is one of my favorite films. I watched it last night and had the idea to write about it while rewatching it. It's such a thought provoking film AND beautiful- so I couldn't choose just one frame from it to post as the photo here. Highly recommend it if you haven't seen it, yet. I love rewatching it as well because I get more from it every time I do. I could say so much here, but I'll keep it short.
