Surprise! I’m not dead! A new comic is coming! Maybe February?

It still needs cleaning up of the rough parts but it will be out soon. Then again, to quote Douglas Addams : “I love deadlines. I love the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.”

So what in store for february? A single comic? As you might’ve noticed, I’m quite slow at making these. A mixture of drawing inexperience, shame, endless corrections, rogue legacy 2 and nitpicking. Also, here’s a tip, don’t try and juggle a webcomic with a job search.

So, to avoid letting my tumblr die from famine, I’ll post something I usually keep in between friends. You see, steam next fest begins tomorrow and I love playing as many demos as I can and then write up mini reviews. So guess what, you’re gonna get mini reviews for christmas february as well!

I’ll see you all in a couple of weeks then, first with the reviews for the steam next fest round-up, then for the next big Phobos comic! (By the way, it will contained marked spoilers for “For a few dollars more” so watch it!)

this year;

it is the end of 2022 and sometimes i think i will get to the end of the year and recognise the person i was at the beginning, but that isn’t this year.

i have gained 2 tattoos and testosterone gel (and finasteride) and ever increasing comfort in my skin (although we have a long way to go) which includes confidence, a voice, an existence.

i have lost one relationship (thank fuck) and a parent (also, kind of thank fuck). let us cut out people who do not bring us any good.

i am sitting here, alone, having just watched the Truman Show, trying to convince myself that that isn’t reality. 

i am reflective. craving more and more. 

i did not think i would be me. i did not think i would have taken as much action as i have done to make myself happy. it is finally hitting me that i can have a future where i can thrive. but i am selfish, and there are things that i want now, impatient. but there is no ultimate destination. i am here and relaxed and that is enough, for now.

honestly the truman show & lost dynamics that could be/are going on with qsmp are so interesting i don't want the fandom to ever talk about them bc i genuinely cannot trust y'all to actually interpret media correctly and someone would have the stupidest shit to say about the end of lost but i just think it's neat & it shows how quackity & quackity studios know how to make reference without overdoing things or just doing a reenactment. like the subtle lost references are perfect as is and the fact that most fans are too young to even get them also helps

1. I don’t like a fake voice talking to me about a fake opinion they have about a product they’re brainwashing me into buying trumanshow style
