zero's pressure

#running out of gas. running out of money. out of time. out of energy. i'm running out of everything #and ofc my solution is to. avoid it. ignore it. do nothing productive.#zero's pressure turns into zero pressure #i'm trying to be kind to myself. i really have been trying. but it's hard when youre still headed to 0 on everything with no solution #because of yourself #i cant get a job. my art doesnt bring enough. i cant keep producing new products on the regular. i cant finish major comms on time #what CAN i do?#vent #just some adhd things #and maybe anxiety. and bad stress management #sorry for being so raw on main. its therapeutic even if it doesnt really lead to anything. it does force me to confront my feelings ig #i tend to get a burst of motivation after hitting a low like this but its a constant cycle that in the longterm really doesnt improve.#ill probably get some products done and do some quick comms. just one of those alone can cover gas for me #anyway some positivity to toot my own horn: i love the palette of this piece. went harder than i thought

Hopefully, but not right now

I do have plans on making my own version of Goth (like what the rest of the people are doing right now) I have his concept down in my head but I'm not as motivated about it unlike my Pre Escape Due and Just's Backstories where I think about it 24/7 and do lore drops at 2 am

I have thought about two Goth concepts, 1 was a discussion with my friend (who I collab with to write our Lotus variant) this is where Palette and Goth know each other from highschool. It's heavily inspired by another pairing (surprise it's not your average sappy highschool romance)

The second one is my personal Goth variant where he's cursed with immortality by the Gods, and in every lifetime of his, he gets killed over and over, sacrificing himself for others. In one of his lifetimes, he meets Palette - one of the few people that don't actually betray him and the first person to save him from his own inevitable desth

In short, au or auless, I don't think I'll be drawing them together romantically, I see them more as a qpr (queer platonic relationship). And sometimes it feels like Goth isn't even Palettes best friend lol, more like he just focuses more on his crush towards Palette than being an actual friend to him

#still debating whether i'm supposed to tag/describe them as the survivor or slugcat but i think my current method works #peridots-art #slugcat rain world #rain world #...do i tag them as bugs. decidedly not #grabbed onto a grappling worm to get up the last stretch of The Leg and kept it with me every cycle since. named it pretty much immediately #''jetpack'' isn't the most accurate but i'm not going back on the impulsive decision i made in two seconds #i started drawing this right after reaching the top of the Wall to commemorate the achievement. i thought of the caption Very quickly after #jj was fun and i played it on my aunt's phone when i was younger. nuff said lol #also decided to give the slugcat a dewlap because I thought it'd be cute and it was. bnuuy #i've been to like. 8? of the regions now and i still think the prettiest is The Wall specifically. i just enjoy the palette #spent two weeks in the outskirts and industrial complex and then sped through four regions (gar > shor > shad > ext ) in just over a day #which i still find very amusing. anyway i'm trying to get home (aforementioned first two regions) through chimney and i think that #should be all the tags. goodbye dear tag-wanderer #survivor rain world #peridots-described
