It's Pait, our favorite gearhead punk lesbian kid!

She's a street kid with an over-abundance of Fuck You Energy (to cover her even greater over-abundance of abandonment issues). Naturally, she and Giant Grumpy Fuck You Energy (to cover his uncontrollable maternal instinct) Daivad immediately vibe and he can't help but adopt her. Their relationship is very Joel/Ellie.

I've never drawn her before so I wanted to work on her visual design, specifically for her hair and clothing. It was a little tricky to translate her borderline-steampunk lesbian vibe into the Fantasy Ancient Roman aesthetic of Lushale (the queendom where HBM takes place). But with the help of @harinezumiko who is very skilled in fashion design stuff, I think I did okay!
