hello armys wondering if you all are doing well i've joined my unit and have been adjusting well [to life here now] i've had my bowl of rice cake soup and we've even had a bit of a break for the lunar new year weekend

another year will have to pass before i'll get to meet you all again but i will be here, serving my term in the meantime i trust this will surely become a time to remember, framed by lessons learned & new experiences to encounter.

wherever you may be, i hope that you will always be healthy and that this year will bring many more joyful occasions than difficult times lastly, wishing that our threads of "inyeon" (connection, destiny) will continue to [strengthen] happy [lunar] new year !
