shang qinghua and shen qingqiu would be so funny as college roommates. because here's the thing, they would definitely both blame each other for basically everything and be like "he's the worst roommate ever!" to their respective boyfriends and then it turns out they're both actually just awful roommates. Like shen qingqiu probably sucks at domestic chores like loading the dishwasher and always does it wrong no matter how many times he's corrected, but shang qinghua is probably up all night typing abd playing music obnoxiously loud (he has one of those really clicky keyboards and also gets way too enthusiastic about typing) and leaves empty energy cans/Ramen cups everywhere. Will either of them move out, or learn communication skills? No, of course not they prefer to complain

while i am having fun there are So many parts of veilguard that are for lack of a better term, cringe, to listen to. like the devs kept saying how they wanted it to be enjoyable for new players but sometimes its like they're catering to people that dont know what a video game is. why are the characters in game repeatedly saying that everyone needs to work through their personal issues before main questlines. every character therapy speaks it feels so out of place. maybe i just miss everyone being unhinged like in da2 (and being aware of their flaws but dealing with them in, my opinion, more realistic ways) idk. everyone is too self aware its very weird to me

Anon, these 2 boys have said some of the most swoon-worthy, lines ever existence in life. Like if I am going to akin the boys to one regency couple - it will be Jane Austen's Mr Darcy/Elizabeth Bennett (I'll let you decide who is who)

They are basically 2 protagonists in a romantic series while we are all just outsider viewing their loving relationship. I don't think the boys actually realise how unhinged some of the lines they just casually say to each other sometimes (like I swear Arm's jaw dropped when Khaotung said the above line).

So, in honor of your ask, I’m going to choose my top 3 most swoonworthy, lovey-dovey moments (minus the one you just said!):

First love letter to Khaotung during LOLFanfest 2024 (I know I mentioned this previously, but I just adore this whole thing, ok?)

"Khaotung, I love you, really. When I was on stage, I was afraid to look at your face because I do not think I would be able to hold back my tears. Don't be upset, na babe. When you have a hard time that you can't bear it anymore, share it with me, na? We'll hold hands and go on together like this, na 🧡🤍. P/S: Look at the floor when you walk. I'll look at your face instead, leave that to me."

When both First/Khaotung got emotional during these particular exchange (where they again profess their love for each other) - it's a pity this whole interview is no longer available on YT (I think you can still watch the whole thing on Weibo (maybe?)

And finally, I cannot stress enough how much I adore their official mantra from "Finally Begin - The Official Photobook Of First-Khaotung."

They both love the photoshoot where they played with rain the best.

Khaotung told First "Let's throw away the umbrella and stroll in the rain together." First said that the photos from this particular set speak to them.

But the iconic line comes from Khaotung who said he just wanted the picture to say - “Screw it. It's just us walking together against the world."

(I reallly think part of the reason why Khaotung said this was because they weren’t even sure whether their CP will be permanent at the beginning - as it hinges on the success of TE. Thank goodness it did!

Rum and Tumb are both single!

Most of the other workers in the casino are more like family to them, and the ones who aren't don't really care for the two maintenance men either way... <:)

And when they're on the surface, they're more often than not disguised like Cuphead and Mugman, so any relationships they build (romantic or otherwise) are not theirs to keep.

Things are always rough for Rummer and Tumbler. 😮‍💨

I hope this was alright to create! I made a little animation based off a sketch I saw yesterday! I thought it was just so cute, and I wanted to see it in more detail, so here it is! They're so lovely, I had so many butterflies when drawing!!!!!

Rambles ahead!

I had originally started working in the night (since that was our first meeting!) But I wasn't able to create it in blender because it was just so late! (And, I am still getting used to drawing on a tablet, my hand eye coordiantion is very rusty...but my future animations will be completed there!!! For hopefully a more pristine clean crisp not so double dipping kind of look!) So I started planning out in flipaclip, but it was just so hard to draw in it that I used krita to create my transparent files and then add them all together at the end. I think it worked very well! Albeit rusty and a little lower quality...much better from the starter point!

Bloopers and behind the scenes will be released tomorrow! (Along with some other little artworks)
