Look for hidden veggies recipes. There's multiple vegan cheese recipes that are completely made out of vegetables and it still tastes like cheese. Branch out of US food recipes as well(if youre in the US), a lot of other countries do a lot better with making both fruits and esp vegetables taste better. Soups, dumplings, veggie burgers, pasta made out of veggies, and using dips and sauces are a good way as well. If you need veg to be easier to chop up, you can buy pre chopped, use a food processor, or get a manual vegetable chopper. Ninja blender is fantastic for making soups and pureeing vegetables.
i mean this in the gentlest way possible: you need to eat vegetables. you need to become comfortable with doing so. i do not care if you are a picky eater because of autism (hi, i used to be this person!), you need to find at least some vegetables you can eat. find a different way to prepare them. chances are you would like a vegetable you hate if you prepared it in a stew or roasted it with seasoning or included it as an ingredient in a recipe. just. please start eating better. potatoes and corn are not sufficient vegetables for a healthy diet.
#as i get older i get a bit more worried on how people talk about food and how we've gone from any food is better than no food#to eat only foods that make you 100% satisfied and never bother you in any way#like food scientists have jobs where they design food to be as addicting as possible#when all youre eating is the processed food and tons of sugar the whole foods will not taste as good right away#its a process to be autistic and to learn how to adapt to eating more veg but it can be done#you need to be able to support autistic people in a way that is both helpful and healthy#you cant live your life without eating fruits and vegetables#and also if you have GI issues with fruit and veg you need to talk with your dr about the best way to get in that type of nutrition#at some point you gotta stop throwing your hands up and saying well ill just eat pizza or whatever since thats all i can handle#thats doing yourself a huge disservice#if the only thing u can eat is pizza then chop up some veg super small and add it on top of the pizza#or try a cauliflower crust#or a zuchini crust#theres an entire internet of resources to help you find ways to eat healthier even if its something you struggle with#actuallyautistic

Hiii! Just read your fist pizza order and I looooved it so I thought I might as well give you some writing to do!
Could I please have a pizza with cauliflower crust, Alfredo sauce, banana peppers and broccoli? With some sprite and lemonade and dessert please! And served by franco (I need him to be the sunshine in this)!
Thank you so so much 🥰🥰
Lee-Lee's Pizzeria Menu
cauliflower grumpy x sunshine Alfredo sauce sweet sex banana peppers "Look so pretty riding my cock" broccoli "Made just for me huh?" sprite size kink lemonade body worship dessert yes served by Franco Colapinto
Franco x grumpy! girlfriend
TW A short one, morning sex, riding, unprotected sex
WC 800+
Y/N POV
"Good morning pretty girl," Franco mumbles when he starts to wake up from my nails running across his shirt-covered back. He starts turning onto his side and pulling me slower to his chest making me groan.
"It's too early," I mumble back making Franco giggle softly at my morning moodiness.
"Why is it that your alarm always wakes me up and never you?" I question with an arched brow making Franco's face heat slightly from being called out before he just shrugs. He'd much rather wake up to his girlfriend's touch anyway.
"Come on baby, we have a big day!" Franco says with far too much excitement making me bury my face back into his chest not waiting to leave the bed.
"No," I grumble gripping onto the back of Franco's shirt not wanting him to get out of the bed either.
"Come on," Franco says dragging out the "n".
"20 minutes," I say coldly making Franco giggle but relax slightly into my arms.
"Gonna make us late baby," Franco says but still making not move to get out of bed.
"Babe, we don't need to be in the paddock for another 3 hours, 20 minutes wont kill us," I tell him making him shrug.
"Just excited for my first race," Franco says with a smile on his face making me smile softly at him.
It was Monza race day which means it's Franco's first Grand Prix in Formula 1 and he has been extremely anties the whole time.
"I know, and I'm happy for you," I tell him softly before pulling him in for a soft kiss.
What was supposed to be just a quick peck slowly turns into a heated makeout session, resulting in me climbing into Frnaco's lap and grinding down on his hardening cock.
"Fuck baby, we don't have time," Franco groans making me grind down harder, making both of us whine at the pleasure coursing through us.
"Please, we have time," I say while pulling off the shirt I had slept in the night before. I start pushing Franco's shirt up to reviel his tones abs and chest when I instantly lean down and start kissing him neck and chest before pushing myself down a little further pulling his boxers down slightly before pulling his cock into my mouth for a soft suck making Franco groan.
"Fuck baby, so good," Franco groans when I start bobbing my head softly.
"We'll be quick," I say as if he needed any further convincing.
"Come ride me, baby," Franco says clearly having no patience. I just giggle and roll my eyes at his neediness before climbing back into Franco's lap and sinking down his cock when I pull my thong to the side.
"Fuck," I groan at the stretch before I slowly start rocking my hips trying to gain stimulation before I start bouncing up and down making Franco moan.
"Look so pretty riding my cock," Franco moans out softly making my face heat up slightly at the praise.
"It's so good baby," I mumble softly.
"Fuck, always so good for me," Franco groans moving his hands to my hips and giving them a hard squeeze before he starts helping me bounce on his cock.
"I'm close," I moan out already starting to get shakey legs, which has Franco flipping us over so he was now hovering over me and pounding into my pussy making me moan and whine at the stimulation.
"Fuck," I moan when the new angle has Franco hitting a new spot deep in my pussy.
"It's like you were made just for me, Huh?" Franco states bringing a hand down to my clit making me clench around his cock ready to cum.
"Please can I cum," I beg needing my release.
"Cum for me," Franco groans before sending me over the edge into a strong orgasm and squeezing around Franco's cock making him pull out and cum all over my tummy.
Once both Franco and I have come down from our highs he slowly climbs out of bed and pulls his boxers off all the way before pulling my thong off and picking me up and taking me into the bathroom.
Once he turns the shower on and lets the water heat up Franco takes my hand into his pulling me to join him.
We spent the next 20 minutes cleaning each other off before we got out and started getting ready for race day.
"Told you we had time," I saw with a smirk when we walked into the paddock hand and hand 15 minutes earlier than we needed to be.
Franco just laughs and shakes his head before kissing my forehead softly.
"Gonna get us in trouble one of these days," Franco says making me smirk and shrug.
"You wouldn't change it for the world though."

。゚.。✧ some tricks. .
. . .n’ rules .* . 。゚.
* always prepare if your gonna eat heaver meals— ex. i have Bloom before to help with bloating and digestion, and about an hour after i eat or whenever i get home i have a straight ACV shot. sometimes i will have ginger too, just depends (i use the ready-to-use paste, about as much as the length of my finger). lastly, i usually always have a cup of lax tea (x2-3 packets) before bed as a natural laxative and digestion aid. if i decide to fast after that consecutive day, i will normally continue this for 1-2 days. limiting the effects of eating like this might be a small thing, but with consistency it works.
* gradually drink full glasses of water before eating (within the span of about 30-45 minutes so you don’t get sick) or, have ‘sips’ of water between bites. in my experience, this makes what little food i actually do eat pass quicker (depending of what i eat ofc, which is not usually junk).
* using small plates/bowls— take time to prep your meals. spread out and separate what you are having to cover the whole plate and AGAIN, make a little seem like a lot. ofc sometimes eating from bigger dishware is unavoidable, ex. some holiday like Thanksgiving. if that happens, try to fill your plate with primarily vegetables. however still in this case, do your best to never finish what’s on your plate.
✧☾𖤓
* cut your food into smaller pieces; make a little seem like a lot then, limit further— ex. cutting a plain burger patty in 1/2, and one of those half’s into small pieces while leavening that other half alone on the plate. remember, less is always better<3
* enjoy your meal but don’t finish before others— chew your food slowly and thoroughly. match pace with who your around; trick them into thinking that your eating as much. do not make it obvious; engage in the conversation more to help as a distraction.
* illusion; you have to make it seem as if your actually eating— start leaving wrappers around the house, eat (throw away) some leftover meals and dirty a plate, etc. . . saying you ate at work or school will not work forever. u need to make them actually see evidence of food. plan your meals so when you do eat, they see. trust me<3
✧☾𖤓
* focus on clean eating and gut health— limiting sugar, dairy, and carbs; that’s as simple as it gets. (what keeps me from eating that bad shit is my fear of acne; yes, ofc weight gain and bloating too, but acne actually visibly shows on your skin and who genuinely wants to see that). ALSO, keep in mind that the more healthy you eat, the better it will actually taste. trust me<3
* choose quality if binging— here’s the thing; we all are gonna have binge and meta days, and wether you b/p or not, your still eating calories. it’s inevitable. nonetheless, what’s important is that you to pay attention to what you put into your body. in other words, binge on diet foods, dairy free options and overall lower caloric content. like if you want pizza, maybe choose cauliflower crust rather than regular. bread is super high in carbs and same for calories (i’m sure that’s obvious), but my point is that at least you’d be able to cut back some of the calories you’re consuming rather than eating say double or triple what the original product is. it’s a small difference, but it helps.
* adding 100% lemon/ lime juice to water— it helps curb hunger, speed up your metabolism, and reduce bloating (i bring a water bottle of this to work so i don’t eat on my lunches).
* tea and coffee— literally the best, but really try to cut/limit out the sweetener and additives (sugar is sugar, despite it being 0 cal, and u honestly really don’t need it; get the sugar you need from fruit) and, the bad taste of black coffee may deter you from eating.
* bone broth/ vegetable stock— soooo good for you, extremely low cal, and is a wonderful way to get a bit of energy without actually eating. it’s a healthy liquid that has nutrients BUT it is bland, so on occasion i’ll add a tablespoon of salsa (might sound strange but it’s actually reallyyy fucking good).
* diets drinks— i personally try to limit myself because of ‘nonexistent’ sugar (again, even if it says 0). however, caffeine is caffeine and it helps you seem full; go crazy on it because they will become your best friend.
* juice— most juice brands add sugar anyways (even the all natural ones) and if they don’t, still get in the habit of cutting that shit out of your diet. you honestly don’t need it. ofc if you do crave juice, have something on a meta day or spoil yourself with a yet low cal option (like an Sparkling Ice [5cal]). even better, make a smoothie; the best thing is actually knowing what you put into your body.
* honey— it’s very good for you, but it is HIGH in sugar. hear me out: as little as i’ve had it throughout my life, whether it’s in tea, baklava, graham crackers, or whatever else (like it doesn’t even matter how much or what i consume) i’ve found that honey WILL break me out without question. so, while it’s good for you, i do everything to avoid it because i usually get the sugar i want/ need from fruit. ofc there are those few people that can literally eat it— practically drink— as much as they want, so don’t be scared of it because it is sugar. remember, it still is a 100% natural source of sweetener. this is what just works for me, that being cutting it out from my diet completely.
* chia seeds— they are an excellent source of fiber (when i have them, its when i need a pick-me-up; like rather than breaking my fast completely by having solid foods, i’ll always have less that a tbsp with a glass of water instead). just keep in mind calorie content.
* chili peppers/ hot sauce & seasonings— a really good way to help boost your metabolism and limit what you eat; if spice makes you uncomfortable, try to start slowly and build a tolerance (i like to pickle/ jar the chili peppers i get and i usually just add few to my meals, or, i use the alternative: hot sauce).
* gum— it’s a staple, but try to lean towards the sugar free option. (i like fruit flavors most; i just can’t chew the others on an empty stomach easily. sometimes i treat a piece as if it’s a meal and that typically it works for me. it really honestly makes me just drink more water, which is obviously an added bonus).
✧☾𖤓
* fasting— be mindful that metabolic adaptation can occur in as little as two weeks so don’t overdo; the goal is to continuously lose weight. but again, if u do break a fast, it’s okay. please don’t beat yourself up: just accept it and move on.
* we all know this, but distraction; find ways to keep yourself occupied— research something interesting, do something you like, or try something new (there’s infinite possibilities, just keep exploring).
* continuous movement— doesn’t matter what, just burn calories (ex. i try my best to walk at least 10k steps everyday at work, even if i decide to workout or not that night. on my days off i try to focus primarily on reps.). mindset: even a little exercise is better than nothing.
* brushing your teeth— i was actually skeptical about this one, but it does work (i like to do it all; brush and then floss, mouthwash, and then do whitening strips or whatever when i’m really craving something).
* food log/planner— i know that this is controversial, but i personally like to plan out ahead of time (as in weeks) of what exactly i’m going to eat and when/how long i’m going to fast, including meta days. i count calories usually that ‘scheduled’ day before i eat so i don’t go over. i mainly just do this to make sure i’m getting enough of everything, or at least a taste, so i don’t get horrible cravings and binge really bad. however, do NOT obsess; it’s important to treat it as a guideline.

Prompt 11 - Disagree
@jegulus-microfic June 11, Word count 563
Previous part First part
“So what are we doing today then?” James asked after they’d cleared away the breakfast things.
“I don’t know, darling. You could take me dancing, I suppose, and then we could promenade,” Sirius snickered. James threw a tea towel at him.
“I’ll rephrase. Regulus, love. What would you like to do today?” He asked Regulus directly. Regulus got that wicked glint in his eyes that James now knew meant trouble.
“I don’t know, darling. You could take me dancing, I suppose, and then we could promenade.” James only just resisted rolling his eyes. Deciding to ignore the brothers, he turned to Remus.
“Any other suggestions?” Remus looked at him thoughtfully.
“The museum and then pizza?”
“Sold,” James offered his arm to Remus and Remus happily linked it, as they headed towards the door.
“Hey!” Regulus and Sirius yelled out together and scrambled to the door after them.
They spent the rest of the morning and afternoon wandering around the exhibits, Sirius and Regulus pointing different pieces out and expanding on the information given. James came away with his head bursting with knowledge and a souvenir keyring.
“Where do you want to eat?” He asked them, “Or should we get a takeaway?”
“I quite liked the idea of pizza,” Regulus said. “But can we get the fancy ones from Antonio’s?” James was about to agree when Sirius butted in.
“What, you don’t want the greasy goodness of Marco’s?” Sirius teased.
“No, Marco’s is for when we’re drunk. Antonio’s is for when we’re actually having dinner,” Regulus argued.
“Well, who said we weren’t drinking?” Sirius argued back.
“No, Antonio’s,” Regulus continued.
“I disagree,” Sirius smirked and James guessed he was just trying to rile Regulus up. “We can order Marco’s, then while we wait, if we do a line of shots each, we’ll be ready for when it arrives.”
James stopped listening to them argue and pulled out his phone. He found the only nearby pizza place called Antonio’s that had more gourmet-looking pizzas and started scrolling through the menu selecting what he wanted. He passed his phone to Remus, who did the same. He then handed it to Regulus, who, with a smug look on his face, selected his choice.
“Either you tell me what you want or I’m ordering you the cauliflower one.” He warned his brother. Sirius glowered at him.
“You wouldn’t dare,” He tried.
“5-4-3-2-1,” Regulus counted, dropping a finger down with each number.
“Wait, wait, wait!” Sirius cried, “I want the one with all the meat and stuffed crust. Please,” He added at the end, not wanting to risk his dinner.
“Excellent,” James beamed as he clicked the order button. “That should be arriving just as we are,” They hopped on the bus and travelled back to Regulus and Sirius’s.
The pizza was delicious. It was James’s new favourite, and he demanded that they get it every time he came to visit. Regulus had agreed, but only after James had enclosed him in his arms and peppered him with kisses until he said yes.
They’d just settled in to watch a film when James’s phone rang.
“JAMES FLEAMONT POTTER!” Effie bellowed down the phone. “YOU HAD BETTER BE ALRIGHT!” There was a scuffle on the line and then Monty’s voice came through.
“Son, I told you to message her,” James winced and took the phone call out into the hall.

reasons to live? sorry im having a really bad time atm i just need something
Hey love <3 There's no reason to apologize for needing help, you're awesome for reaching out! I'll get a list started, and I hope even more people add their own favorite reasons in replies and reblogs. 1. When you're queer, your existence encourages other queer people to keep going and keep being themselves. Just working my normal job while wearing pronoun pins, I have encountered multiple people who told me they felt relieved just to see me existing there. Even if you're closeted, getting to be an old queer is a privilege that has been denied so many people in the past, remember you can enjoy that privilege! 2. They're making a documentary about Abraham Lincoln having romantic relationships with men. Even if you're not big into history, *gay Abraham Lincoln in theaters*?? Gotta stick around to check that out, I bet the discourse will be hilarious. Even better, IMDB has a calendar full of upcoming movies, see if there's at least one worth waiting to see: https://www.imdb.com/calendar/ 3. It's almost the end of summer, and soon it's going to be fall. Seasons change, and so do you. Just like the leaves are slowly going to change colors until the tree is suddenly completely different, your life will change in little ways until you look back and realize it's completely different than it was. You can find a way to wait to give yourself the chance to grow, to see how things will change. 4. My cat fell asleep in my laundry basket this morning. I'd never seen him do that before, it was the cutest thing I'd ever seen ;; The world is full of cute little guys to pet and coo at, and if you have a pet, even better! They need you! 5. Within the last ten years alone, there have been dozens of new food inventions. The Doritos Locos taco. Cauliflower crust pizza. The Impossible Burger. Ruby chocolate. Cronuts. White Claw. There's going to be even more new foods to try out, and you never know: your favorite food might not have been invented yet. Even if you don't feel it right now, you are loved <3 You will find the strength and the help you need to keep going; the fact that you asked for help now when you needed it tells me you'll keep trying to find support wherever you can. Keep it up <3 - Paradox (he/they/xe)

You know what I am doing for you?
I found this gem on Amazon when I was trying to check when when the official Frozen Cookbook is being published. This unofficial one is from 2021 and, you guessed it, with that title - I couldn't resist.
So, there are three recipes related to the Isles, author clearly has no idea where are the Isles actually located (not *that* South!), but nevermind. We have:
1. The Southern Isles Coconut Pie
2. Hans' Soulmate Sandwiches
3. Chicken Cauliflower Rice Bowl from the Southern Isles
Did I try it? You bet I did.
Here is the coconut pie!
Now, since I am all about sharing, here comes a - slightly modified - recipe, given in grams!
Ingredients:
160 g melted butter
300 g coconut shreds
320 g canned, crushed pineapple with juice (bought in cans)
130 g or 34 pieces of marshmallows
Pinch of salt
250 g of 30% or 36% cream, whipped
70 g powdered sugar
9 g vanilla extract
Now:
Melt the butter and mix with 250 g coconut shreds, press it into your pie plate to make crust. Bake 10 mins in 180*C (325*F).
50 g of shreds toast lightly on dry pan and set aside
Drain crushed pineapple and mix 1/2 cup of juice and marshmallows in a saucepan. Cook until marshmallows melt.
Add pineapple, vanilla and salt. Let it cool in the fridge (I say 1 h).
Whip the cream while slowly adding powdered sugar. Remember, the cream must be cool!
Once your pineapple mixture cools down, mix it with whipped cream and place on the crust.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut shreds.
Chill for minimum 2 hours but the whole night will be better. Serve cold!
Now, that is the only recipe I will give (as I said, it was a little modified in doing!), I hope it will give you an idea of what you can find inside. The quality of the book is... well, print-on-demand (bad paper, stock photos) but well, maybe it can serve us until 29.10.2024!
That being said - the pie is delicious!
...even if it sure as hell is not from the Southern Isles.
(but the Republic of Pirates can fill in for a patent!)

the sons from Dndads, except its phrases and audible habits i can trace back to my personal trauma.
Grant: using timid language when confirming plans. because despite your best efforts Maybe something catastrophic will happen to keep you from doing what i plan to, and you don't want to lie.
"Great! it sound like we're all going to try to meet up Tomorrow!" - "I'll do everything I can to make it happen!" - x: your going to the city tomorrow, right? G: hopefully!
---
Niko: slipping up and saying "we/our" when discussing things you've been thinking about too long, because the thing about trauma is that it's emotionally exhausting to explain enough of what you went threw to have a deep conversation about it, so you find yourself talking to yourself about it. and then once you and you understand each other Then you can tell it to people outside your head. "see, I'm just not sure we're up for all that today..." - "we don't want to overstep, but if you need a hand I'm here." - "it's a Yes from us."
---
Terry Jr: a heavy sigh with no observable cause. when loved ones try to ask what's wrong, you barely remember that you have sighed. the leading theory is that your anxiety keeps you too physically tense, and the sighs are a way to cue yourself to relax. tj: [sigh] x: you alright tj: yep! x: no really what's wrong? tj: ... nothing... why? x: you sighed! tj: did i?

Lark: under describing things to keep yourself from getting too hopeful, or depressed.
"[standing in -3F weather] it's a bit brisk out" - "a billion dollars a decent amount of money to work with" - "[overwhelmed by a deep seance of love as someone shows him something beautiful] ...nice."

Sparrow: trying to avoid an argument amongst loved-ones by remembering their per-ambles to hot button topics and changing the subject before they get to the inflammatory part. x: so the thing about tables is that their flat just like like the eart- S: this LOVELY Pizza! wow Mom you really did wonders with this; is that a new cauliflower crust recipe.

I can’t rly have pizza any more (celiac disease yay) but it makes the occasional slice all the more decadent & indulgent feeling. Does it suck later? Yeah. Worth it? 100%
i miss eating a whole pizza on my own
That's awful 😔 idk how they taste but there are cauliflower crust frozen pizzas, I'm gonna try one and let you know if they're worth it. We gotta mitigate the whole "sucks later" part, and we can pretend we shared a pizza
#ask and mew shall receive#Ive been interested in trying gluten free options but never felt the need#But now I have a reason#To share a slice with the gluten intolerant homies

Safe Food 1: Cauli Pizza
my entire life i've been a slut for things like pasta, bread, and pizza especially. so whenever i try to eat "healthier" *coughnotenoughcough*, cauliflower pizzas are a STAPLE for me.
because let me just tell you about how amazing these cauliflower crust pizzas are. LET ME JUST TELL YOU.
They're amazing. I usually get the Banza brand of cauli pizza (their pasta is also amazing, but hopefully i'll get to that in another post), but recently i tried out the lean cuisine one (pictured above) and it's great too. The Banza ones are full-size and delicious and can range in calories, but are usually about 700 for the whole pizza. I just have half or even a fourth. The Banza brand ones go in the oven. My favorite one is probably the margherita. A++
The lean cuisine brand is also GREAT, especially if you need food quick, because it can go in the microwave and bam, done. (You can also put it in the oven---either works.) Also, these are great in case you're afraid that, if you made a full-size Banza pizza, you'd eat the whole thing. They're smaller (lol in the picture i used my hand for reference) and only 350 calories for the whole thing. So there's no risk of eating too much (assuming you do mid-high restriction).
Plus, both brands are packed FULL of protein to keep you full, and at least to me they taste amazing.
Long story short, cauli pizzas for the win <33

Y/N POV
"I'm gonna cum," I moan out for the fourth time making Charles pull his mouth away from my clit making me whine again.
"Awe, you thought I'd let you cum that easy?" Charles said with a smirk making me groan and throw my head back again.
"I need to cum please Charlie," I beg the best I can while catching my breath still.
"You wanna cum?" Charles asked with a smirk on his face making me nod my head aggressively in desperate need of a release that has been denied for far too long.
When Charles gets back to my pussy he starts attacking my sensitive clit with his tongue bringing me to the edge again.
"Can I cum please?" I ask making Charles nod his head making me instantly fall over the edge into a shaking orgasm.
After riding out my orgasm Charles doesn't pull away but rather shoves two fingers into my pussy and starts finger fucking me with the intention of bringing me to another quick orgasm.
"Charlie, slow down," I whine when I feel the strong orgasm start to approach again. Charles doesn't slow down which brings me to another shaking orgasm scream at the overstimulation.
I'm already thrashing my hips trying to get away but Charles is far stronger than me so he continues with his fast fingers but gives my clit a bit of a break because he starts kissing my shaking inner thighs trying to bring me back to earth.
"Doing so good for me," Charles mumbles before he starts softly licking my overstimulated clit making me cry out.
"It's a lot," I mumble through labored breathing trying to gather myself but then Charles is sucking my clit into his mouth bringing me to the edge again.
"Charlie, I'm gonna cum," I scream through tears still trying to get away as my clit is getting far too overstimulated.
When Charles hits my G-spot just right I fly into another orgasm making me scream at the painfully pleasurable orgasm.
How many was that? three... I think you can give me another" Charles says with a smirk making me start to panic on the inside slightly but trying to relax my body to prepare myself for another orgasm.
Charles give me a bit of a break leaving my pussy alone but keeping his mouth busy by placing soft kisses against my thighs and lower tummy.
When Charles slowly brings his mouth back to my clit my body unintentionally tenses up still far to sensitive to be completely enjoyable.
"Charlie," I whine slightly wiggling my hips but it's not until Charles and slipping his fingers into my pussy that I realize I truly can't handle it anymore.
I try my best to continue going knowing Charles is enjoying himself but then he starts hitting my G-spot with every thrust making me start crying softly again.
I can feel my orgasm approaching and it's anything but pleasurable which has me thrashing my hips trying to get away but Charles holds my hips down trying to bring me to my fourth orgasm that he can feel is approaching.
"PINEAPPLE!" I finally scream out making Charles instantly pull his mouth away from my pussy before softly pulling his fingers out not wanting to hurt me any further. I end up breaking down in tears turning on my side and pulling my knees up to my chest into a little ball before I feel Charles shuffling up the bed to face me.
"Mon amour, I'm so fucking sorry," Charles says when he sees my face. When I look at him his mouth is still wet and swollen but his eyes are now full of regret instead of the lust that was there moments ago.
"It's okay," I rasp out since I was starting to lose my voice from screaming.
"No! I should've listened," Charles says clearly berating himself in his head.
I scoot myself closer to him before stroking his cheek softly.
"No, that's our deal, you keep going until I safe word out. I didn't realize I was gonna safe a word out until it was flying out of my mouth," I tell him softly before leaning down and placing a soft kiss on his lips.
"I'm sorry I ruined the mood," I tell him softly breaking the silence making him scoff.
"Don't! You didn't ruin anything. I'm glad you felt safe enough to use your safe word. I love you," Charles tells me softly making me smile before placing another kiss on his lips.
"Do you need anything?" Charles asks softly making me shake my head no.
"Give me a few minutes," is all I tell Charles before getting out of bed on shaky legs and heading to the bathroom.
When I get into the bathroom I see how much of a mess I was. I quickly pull myself back together before I wash my face from the tears.
When I go back into our room I find Charles lying on his back staring at the ceiling clearly feeling terrible still.
When I crawl back into bed instead of going on my side I crawl on top of Charles feeling his cock is no longer a raging boner rather it was a semi now.
"Mon Amour, what are you doing," Charles gasps when he feels my hips start rocking.
It doesn't take long for Charles to start getting hard again making him groan.
"Please Charlie," I beg trying to speed up my actions but with Charles's hands on my hips he's making it more difficult.
"I don't want to hurt you," Charles says with a sheepish look.
"You won't, please I wanna make you feel good," I tell him softly while still rocking my hips.
Finally, Charles gave in and flipped us over making sure we were both on top of the covers rather than just me on top of them.
"Please, I need you, Charlie. Please, just go slow," I beg.
"I'll be gentle," Charles whispers softly before he starts placing soft kisses around my neck and jaw before he found my sweet spot near my ear and bitting down and giving it a soft suck making sure it leaves a little mark.
"So beautiful," Charles mumbled before trailing his mouth down my neck and settling on my tits where he leaves a few hickeys scattered across both of my tits.
"I love marking you up. Let everyone know I own you" Charles mumbled softly before leaving a faint trail of hickeys down to my pussy where he places a soft kiss on it before pulling himself back up.
"God you're so fucking gorgeous," Charles mumbles against my lips before kissing me and slowly starting to slip into my pussy making me gasp.
Charles gives me all the time I need to adjust to his size but as soon as I nod my head he slowly starts rocking his hips instantly making me start moaning at the pleasure.
"It's so good," I mumble against Charles's lips making him smile softly to himself.
"So tight baby," Charles groans back making him wrap my arms around his head and holding him close while he starts picking up his thrusts.
"Charlie! Fuck, I'm gonna cum," I moan loudly trying to hold off my orgasm as long as possible wanting to cum with Charles.
"Please, let me cum in you," Charles says making me nod my head.
"I wanna feel you filling me up, Charlie," I tell him in a stuttered voice trying to hold off a little longer but quickly falling over the edge when Charles speeds up his thrusts throwing me into an intense orgasm. I start shaking almost instantly from how intense the pleasure is that's coursing through my body.
"FUCK!" I scream out while clenching against Charles's cock before his thrusts start to become inconsistent letting me know Charles was close.
I clench around him as tight as possible making Charles falter slightly before he's spilling his cum deep in my pussy. I gasp when I can feel his cum painting my walls, but keep my pussy clenched to make sure Charles can ride his orgasm out.
"Fuck, Charlie, so good," I tell him softly while rolling on my side and pulling him in for a soft kiss.
"Only the best for my girl," Charles says softly before kissing my lips again.
"Still sorry I had to put a pause earlier," I tell Charles softly making him roll his eyes jokingly.
"I promise it is okay," he tells me softly kissing my lips and pulling him into his chest so I can fall asleep wrapped up in his warmth.

Introduction to Keto Pizza
Pizza is a popular food around the world, loved for its delicious taste and endless topping options. However, traditional pizza can be high in carbs, making it unsuitable for those following a keto diet. This is where keto pizza comes in - a low-carb alternative that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of pizza while staying true to your dietary goals. For more Keto Pizza Recipes here.
Here are some key differences between keto pizza and regular pizza:
Keto Pizza:
· Uses a low-carb crust, such as cauliflower crust or almond flour crust
· Uses keto-friendly sauce, cheese, and toppings that are low in carbs
· Is high in healthy fats and protein, which helps to keep you full and satisfied
· Can be customized to fit your dietary needs, such as gluten-free or dairy-free options
· May have a different texture and taste than regular pizza
Regular Pizza:
· Uses a high-carb crust made from wheat flour
· Uses regular tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings that may be high in carbs
· Is typically lower in protein and healthy fats than keto pizza
· May not be suitable for those with dietary restrictions or preferences
Has a distinct texture and taste that may be difficult to replicate with keto-friendly ingredients
When it comes to taste, keto pizza may not be exactly the same as regular pizza, but it can still be delicious in its own right. Many people find that they enjoy the unique taste and texture of keto pizza, and appreciate the fact that they can indulge in this comfort food while sticking to their dietary goals.
In conclusion, while keto pizza may be different from regular pizza, it is still a great option for those following a keto diet who want to enjoy a delicious, healthy version of this popular comfort food. By choosing the right ingredients and toppings, you can create a pizza that is both low in carbs and high in flavor. So why not give it a try and see for yourself how delicious keto pizza can be?
What is the Keto Diet?
The ketogenic diet, or keto diet for short, is a low-carb, high-fat diet that has been shown to be effective in promoting weight loss and improving overall health. The goal of the keto diet is to enter a state of ketosis, where the body uses fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates.
Why Make Keto Pizza? Pizza is a beloved food that many people crave, even when they're on a diet. Unfortunately, traditional pizza is not an option for those following a keto diet, as the high carb content in the crust and toppings can quickly exceed their daily carb limit. However, making a keto-friendly pizza allows you to enjoy this comfort food while still staying true to your dietary goals.
One of the main benefits of making a keto pizza is that it allows you to indulge in your cravings without feeling guilty. Traditional pizza is typically high in carbs, which can cause blood sugar spikes and lead to weight gain. On the other hand, a keto pizza is low in carbs, high in healthy fats, and can even help you stay in ketosis.
Another benefit of making a keto pizza is that it's incredibly versatile. You can experiment with different crusts, such as cauliflower, almond flour, or coconut flour, and customize your toppings to suit your tastes. Whether you prefer a classic pepperoni pizza or a more exotic combination of flavors, there's a keto-friendly pizza out there for everyone.
Making a keto pizza also allows you to stay on track with your dietary goals. When you're following a strict diet, it's easy to feel deprived and crave the foods you can't have. By making a keto-friendly version of your favorite foods, you can satisfy your cravings and still stick to your diet plan.
In summary, making a keto-friendly pizza is a great way to enjoy this beloved comfort food while still staying true to your dietary goals. With a variety of crust and topping options available, you can customize your pizza to suit your tastes and experiment with different flavors. Plus, indulging in a guilt-free pizza can help you stay on track with your diet and avoid feelings of deprivation.
Keto Pizza Versus Traditional Pizza
Pizza is a beloved food that many people enjoy, but traditional pizza is often high in carbs and not suitable for those following a keto diet. Fortunately, there are now plenty of options for making a keto-friendly pizza that is low in carbs and still packed with flavor. Here are some differences between keto pizza and traditional pizza:

Traditional Pizza:

When it comes to choosing between keto pizza and traditional pizza, it ultimately comes down to personal preference and dietary goals. If you're following a keto diet and want to enjoy pizza while still staying on track with your goals, a keto pizza is a great option. If you don't have any dietary restrictions and enjoy the classic taste and texture of traditional pizza, then a traditional pizza may be the way to go.
In conclusion, while there are differences between keto pizza and traditional pizza, both can be enjoyed in moderation as part of a healthy, balanced diet. By choosing the right ingredients and crust options, you can create a delicious pizza that fits your dietary needs and preferences.
Keto Pizza Crust Options
When it comes to making a keto pizza, one of the most important considerations is the crust. Traditional pizza crust is typically made from wheat flour, which is high in carbs and not suitable for a keto diet. Fortunately, there are several low-carb crust options that can be used to create a delicious and satisfying pizza.
Here are some popular keto-friendly crust options for your pizza:
Cauliflower crust: Made from grated cauliflower, cheese, and eggs, this crust is a popular choice for keto pizza. It's low in carbs, high in fiber, and has a crispy texture that mimics traditional pizza crust.
Almond flour crust: Almond flour is a great alternative to wheat flour for those following a keto diet. It's high in healthy fats, low in carbs, and has a slightly nutty flavor that complements pizza toppings well.
Coconut flour crust: Coconut flour is another popular option for making a keto pizza crust. It's high in fiber, low in carbs, and has a subtle coconut flavor that pairs well with a variety of toppings.
When choosing a crust for your keto pizza, it's important to consider your personal taste preferences and dietary goals. Some crusts may be higher in carbs than others, so it's important to read labels carefully and choose a crust that fits within your daily carb limit.
In summary, there are several keto-friendly crust options available for making a delicious and satisfying pizza. Whether you prefer a cauliflower crust, almond flour crust, or coconut flour crust, there's a crust out there to suit your tastes and dietary needs. By experimenting with different crusts and toppings, you can create a keto pizza that's both healthy and delicious.
How to Make Keto Pizza Crust
To make a cauliflower crust, you'll need to grate cauliflower and then cook it in the oven until it's tender. Then, mix it with almond flour, egg, and cheese, and spread it out on a baking sheet. Bake the crust for a few minutes until it's golden brown and then add your sauce and toppings.
To make an almond flour crust, you'll need almond flour, egg, and cheese. Mix these ingredients together until a dough forms, and then spread it out on a baking sheet. Bake the crust until it's golden brown and then add your sauce and toppings.
To make a coconut flour crust, you'll need coconut flour, egg, and cheese. Mix these ingredients together until a dough forms, and then spread it out on a baking sheet. Bake the crust until it's golden brown and then add your sauce and toppings.
Keto Pizza Sauce
Traditional pizza sauce is typically high in sugar and carbs, so it's not a good option for those following the keto diet. Instead, you can make your own keto-friendly pizza sauce using tomato paste, garlic, and herbs.
To make the sauce, simply mix together tomato paste, minced garlic, and your favorite herbs, such as oregano, basil, and thyme. Add a little bit of water to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.
How to Make Keto Pizza Sauce
When it comes to making a keto pizza, the sauce is just as important as the crust. Traditional pizza sauce is often made with high-sugar ingredients, such as canned tomatoes and sugar, which can quickly add up in carbs. Fortunately, there are plenty of keto-friendly pizza sauce options that are low in carbs and still packed with flavor.
Here are some tips on how to make a keto-friendly pizza sauce:
Choose the right tomatoes: When making a pizza sauce, it's important to choose the right type of tomatoes. Look for canned whole peeled tomatoes that have no added sugar. You can also use fresh tomatoes if you prefer.
Use high-quality olive oil: Olive oil is a staple of Mediterranean cuisine and is a healthy fat that is ideal for a keto diet. Use high-quality olive oil to give your pizza sauce a rich, flavorful base.
Add garlic and herbs: Garlic and herbs are a great way to add flavor to your pizza sauce without adding carbs. Some good options include basil, oregano, and thyme.
Use a blender: To achieve a smooth, creamy consistency, use a blender or food processor to puree your pizza sauce ingredients. This will help to evenly distribute the flavors and ensure that your sauce is the perfect texture for your pizza.
Here's a simple recipe for a keto-friendly pizza sauce: Ingredients:
1 can whole peeled tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add the whole peeled tomatoes to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the tomato puree to the saucepan and stir to combine. Add the dried basil and oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool before using it to top your keto pizza.
In summary, making a keto-friendly pizza sauce is easy and requires just a few simple ingredients. By using canned whole peeled tomatoes, high-quality olive oil, and flavorful herbs and spices, you can create a delicious sauce that's low in carbs and perfect for your keto pizza.
Keto Pizza Toppings
The toppings you choose for your keto pizza will depend on your personal preferences. Some good options include:
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
Sausage
Bacon
Mushrooms
Olives
Bell peppers
Onions
Tips for Making the Perfect Keto Pizza
Making a keto pizza can be a bit challenging, but with these tips, you can make a delicious pizza that's both healthy and satisfying:
Make sure your crust is cooked thoroughly before adding your sauce and toppings. This will ensure that your crust is crispy and won't become soggy.
Use a pizza stone or a cast-iron skillet to bake your pizza. These will help to distribute the heat evenly and ensure that your pizza cooks evenly.
Don't overload your pizza with toppings. Too many toppings can make your pizza soggy and difficult to eat.
If you're using vegetables as toppings, be sure to cook them beforehand. This will help to remove any excess moisture and prevent your pizza from becoming soggy.
Use high-quality ingredients. Since the toppings are the star of the show, it's important to use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.

oooh fun. do you know [gregory from abbott elementary] i don't like pizza. but! bearing that in mind sknbkjndfbk,
Fun idea tho, recently unfrozen Steve being shown the wonders of the modern world and all its riches. And of course they gotta introduce him to modern pizza! And it’s like… Steve is Not Fond for [insert reason here] and has to go thru what you and Gregory do whenever you say you don’t like pizza.
Many attempts to find the “right” kind of pizza because surely then Steve will like it? ensues I imagine. Made more complicated by the fact that Steve is 1. Always hungry and 2. Does Not Waste Food so it can be hard to gauge if he actually liked something since he finishes it every time, which leads to…
Because the Team orders Pizza so often and the new members WILL start the process all over eventually he “picks” the least offensive kind to him as a “please stop asking”-favourite. Maybe like a thin crust or a veggie pizza or a white pizza or something lol. Maybe he orders wings or a meatball sub if they have it.
desjkfnbdjbn i really am turning into a marvel food blog, huh? is this bc i talk abt cooking so much? (sidecomment, made some fucking ACE banana bread blondies this week goddamn)
'Steve is Not Fond for [insert reason here]': this is fun. steve could hate pizza, sure. here's the reason. it is bc the dough doesn't taste ENOUGH like NYC water. he needs more of that undefinable city juice to make it like he remembers dsfkjbhnkjdbn. he's a disgusting city pigeon, i love him, etc.
'has to go thru what you and Gregory do whenever you say you don’t like pizza.' at he would simply stare into the camera and offer to walk 4 miles to get something else and everyone takes it as silly charming cap.
'it can be hard to gauge if he actually liked something since he finishes it every time, which leads to…' sooo true bestie! it throws off everyone so much! let's all collectively explore this more.
'he “picks” the least offensive kind to him as a “please stop asking”-favourite': for a while he gets on a cauliflower crust kick bc its less offensive until he's remembers he's surrounded by new yorkers and they do Not Partake of Cauliflower Crust which actually makes it worse bc then it's a WHOLE pizza for steve to finish on his own (rip my silly son)
but later, as he gets more 21st century weary, yeah he just eats a cheese slice for appearances, as like, a pregame medicine for an actual meal he has later in the middle of the night bc the whole lie is beginning to feel a bit drawn out and he should have said something years ago but now he's not sure when to. (cue fic abt jan finding him in the kitchen at night making chilaquiles bc he's hungry and she's like, you can have more at dinner, honey and steve is flustered and the truth comes out messily and he's like, a bit silly in trying to explain it and jan somehow takes his 'i don't like pizza' as a, we should get you to try more high end pizzas with stuff like sushi on it and steve's like why would you do that to sushi, i love sushi :( and iron man walks in and is like, just make the pizza here. there's a pizza oven in the back and even though thor broke the pizza peel the other day, i can just lift it out of the oven with my hands and so steve is Resigned and Convinced and Does in fact love cooking at home w the team so he finds some enjoyment in the Process itself but then the truth comes out! bc he tastes it and he's like it's fine. (what i say abt pizza while looking into the camera while people around me are orgasming over greasy tomatoes) and tony and jan press him for details and steve has to say, face in his arms, ears burning, that he misses the kinda rank taste of prewar city watered dough and jan and tony are like oh. well! and steve learns that you can in fact return funky NY flavor to pizza dough if you are friends with enough time travelers or something.
and jan and tony kinda get together and think about the times when steve just sorta ate or drank or accepted something bc he didn't want it to go to waste and it was fine and they think about steve not knowing what he likes and maybe they catch each others' eyes and they say at the same time, 'so, in bed -' 'he doesn't ever say what he wants' and it becomes A Thing that they have to address w steve and then a thing that gradually turns into a very communicative steve-centered threesome and then a relationship OR SOMETHING SDKJNBKJDN)
#I WILL STOP#kjdnsbkjdn#janstevetony#our talk#steve rogers#di's marvel food blog#a legit tag now lol
