Dumb Things You Can Do in Outer Wilds: A Non-Exhaustive List: Part 2

Still wandering space and having a blast. Still doing dumb things for giggles, as you do after you've logged 66 total hours of play time on this game. DLC still isn't done, though I've discovered a lot more neat stuff. Behold my goofiness.

Give Feldspar's ship back to them. Er, sort of.

I found out that Feldspar's ship is an interactable object that can be pushed with both yourself and your ship, so long as you don't mind fixing yourself + your reactor every few seconds. Touching the ship in an electrified area will also send it rocketing off in a random direction, this image was taken by the outer wall of the node Feldspar was in.

The legs of the ship aren't electrified though, so I'm sure with enough careful determination, you can get it back to the astronaut... eventually. (I may have given up after an hour).

Launch your scout at random Hearthians. The hit boxes on some of these characters are really odd, lol.

Funnily enough, while most Hearthians will react to a scout being shot at them with alarm (sorry Hornfels), Gossan, Chert, Feldspar, and most of the other travelers don't react at all! Guess since they're more used to using the scouts in their day to day, they get less startled by having one shot at them.

Another thing you can do is outrun the supernova right at the end of the loop! The supernova travels at a speed of 0.812 kilometers per second in this game, which your ship can outpace handily if you try. Bonus points if you use your scout to time it right for when you need to fly off, cool guys don't look at explosions.

Danny and Ember end up having a dance competition/battle, all in good fun, which gets spotted by the Justice League studying the new species on earth.

The League, with almost all of its primary intelligence gathering members out on missions, makes the leap in logic that this species may communicate by dance, like bees…

Unfortunately, Danny has started a dance battle fad and now the Justice League is getting responses when they randomly break into dance around ghosts. or the ghosts just laugh at them and leave. Danny just has to keep the confusion from getting worse until the rest of the league gets back planet side. How bad could it be?

Or- the epic saga of misinformation and guesswork on culture that can only go hilariously.

ok based on what im seeing from cohost it actually seems like the best alternative if you actually wanna be able to make whatever kinda posts you want. so like for my purposes it HYPOTHETICALLY works best. its also pretty similar to tumblr in terms of layout though im not a huge fan of the design of the site? hopefully i can customize it more though- theres a waiting period of about a day or two before i can really post or do anything so i really cant say 100% if im on board

but if tumblr went down i might try to use cohost for my oc stuff, and honestly i would like it if enough ppl used it so that i could just stay on there, but if i have to use twitter to keep in touch w ppl so be it. i really hate how public twitter feels though, i like it better on smaller sites like here and, well, hypothetically cohost, where it doesnt feel like i could be subject to the public eye at any point.

so yeah ill tell you all how good or bad it is once the waiting period is over and hopefully if its good enough for me and maybe some of you we can make accs to move to, if the time ever comes. but for now im happy with my stuff here and i hope i can keep it here. if you already have one my username there is the same, tho obvs its empty. anyway im going to watch k on

I'm trying to figure out why that one post is making me so feral...

I was talking this over with my nestie earlier and they made a point to tell me that I've kinda been denying literally any attempt to call me a 'human person' for years. Like I'm not a person, I'm a miscellany of different things that when you put them all together makes something that isn't really a person at all. (miscling is what I call the changeling that is me, and I really do describe myself as fae a lot. I haven't ever felt truly human, and I've come to terms with that.)

With all this kinkposting, I'm learning that I like being a pet, I like being an object. I like being a toy, a puppet, and also being a doll. What I wish to be most of all is pleasing. Fully adjustable. Able to be a lot of different things, whatever is needed, whatever is wanted. I'm kinda pointing my fluidic nature in a direction I haven't really pointed it in before.

I still don't want to be a person, though, but it turns out I can horny with it now.
