Do you think Kamren is also a sore loser?

I had this weird notion that Kamren is competetive, hence why he's the lead for the Doey experiment. The first to achieve three consciousness/bodies into a single toy.

So when Doey (lead by Kevin's personality) came to Clarance and was like, "Heh, I'm stuck with two other people, but at least we think of each other as brothers..." Kamren can't take it. It shouldn't be possible to be outdone by kids, let alone *his own* experiment. Thus, Kamren's attempt to be buddy-buddy with Martin and Jaelyn, trying to connect with them but obviously failing due to his own personality and ego.

And then there's Kamren being sore because he *tried* to act nice even for a few days, but somehow Martin and Jaelyn already bonded with each other and *that's not fair*.

yes, he DOES feel confident in himself and is often very critical, manipulative and egotistical, yet he also CANNOT handle being an experiment of 3 himself despite putting CHILDREN in that situation.

He HATES trying to do ONE thing just for some other consciousness in his body to turn around and make him do something different. He NEEDS to be in control 24/7. So when he’s experimented on and turned into Clarance with Jaelyn and Martin, MARTIN is the leader, and he doesn’t LIKE that.

Not to mention, his manipulation tactics don’t work because talking gently, trying to change the story and going “oh, it’ll be okay, alright?” ISN’T gonna work on two grown men who..yes, while are in the same situation as those three children…have more common sense and are less naive than them. I’m sure that Jaelyn and Martin have been lied to MANY times by “gentle voices”, just like any other adult or older person, so when he tries to manipulate or relate to them, it just DOESN’T work.

Which is also why his manipulation tactics DON’T work on Doey(specifically Kevin) anymore. They found a pattern in Kamren being “gentle” to them and then being hurt after trusting him. So, it’s only reasonable that they’d associate “gentle voices” with lies.

watching skittybitty's totk video for the 27864269th time and i STILL get jumpscared by the english voices, anytime anyone ever opens their mouth it just sounds like they took some random person they caught on the street to monotonely voice a line in one take, and sometimes one of them rly likes to pretend their are doing a voice but it just sounds like a little child imitating their granpa or someone trying to overact to their toddler, its especially sad for ganondorf, its hard to hear any of them for me but gan i start laughing and have to skip it bc thats NOT gan, thats me doing my worst evil guy impression, or zelda, thats not zelda talkign thats me doing a sarcastic uwu lil princess voice

to be clear, i have nothing agaisnt the people voicing them and i know people like the guy doing the gan voice but none of them fit at all and none feel like they are actually coming from the character, much more so you muting your TV and talking over the people on screen making shit up as you go for shits and giggles, i dont know what happened here, why are these SO bad, i listen to plenty of movies and games and whatnot in english and i only ever had a similar problem with the english voices of ghibli movies -though that could be bc im jsut so used to the german ones, which are fantastic- or maybe an extremely old game that was just weird on its own even

i take no pride in hating the voices, espeically knowing how badly voice actors are treated and often replaced with some shitty celebtrity, but i truly do not get why they are so bad, the voices themselves never rly fit, and even if it would be passable, they are all speaking in a way where it either sounds like they are some guy sitting next to you reading a line for the first time or overemphasizing so much it sounds like someone playing pretend with toddlers

and its not in an indie game where the devs did their best to voice people themselves bc they didnt have the money, this is nintendo, how is it still like that, bc even the ones returning from botw, are STILL just as bad, i dont know if that can all be the fault of the actors, its so weird to me

If he knew Jean was listening from the beginning, he would've started with exposing Reiner and Berthold right away. By the time he took notice that not only Jean was looking at him, but listening too, it was too late. Every other word from him was meet with silence, unheard by the living.

Isn't until the 57th expedition outside the walls that Marco learns that he can interact with Jean too, touch him. In his panic after Jean's failed attack on the Female Titan Marco didn't think and went straight to his best friend's side, touching his shoulder while looking for any injuries. Jean's eyes went straight to the place Marco's was touching, looking confused- until he followed the arm and saw Marco in front of his very own eyes. And just like everything, it lasted too little for Marco's liking. The Female Titan took hold of Reiner, crushing him in her hand, and Jean could no longer see him.

It was later, much much later than either of them would've liked, for Marco to understand how everything works. To know that he could only interact with Jean when his mind was filled with thoughts of Marco. By then Jean already began to move on, the secret of Reiner and Berthold's true selves already out. So Marco could only watch, unable to be there for his other half- for Jean.

And it was when they saw the ocean for the first time that Marco understood why he was truly stuck by Jean's side. When he saw his best friend having fun with the others and realized just how much he loves him. When he realizes that all he truly wants is to be by Jean's side, the way they promised each other to do during their training days.
