Yes, he has been golfing during the fires. And, yes, based on past performance it is almost certain that he will golf much, much more in the near and long-term futures.

Having established the veracity of the phrase, Trump's agenda going forward remains to be seen in action. He wants to be "a Dictator [from] day one" and it remains to be seen if, after he began in 2012 anyone, singularity or collectively, has the energy to stop him.
