ok when you go to see a doctor for something how do you know if a problem you have is like. worth bringing up

like i'm finding it harder to read books now, i'm constantly misreading words in them, sometimes my eyes kinda shake while i'm trying to read one line?? and also my posture is like a bass clef bc i have to slouch SO far to read *and* the book has to be right under my bright desk lamp bc i cannot SEEEE

but its also like i'm really out of practice of reading and this never happened when i was younger so. it honestly might just be a skill issue LMFAOO

Just spent a chunk of time talking to the person doing my eye exam about licensing exams, getting CE credits, and bemoaning the fact that paying for further training means people are more likely to go for free/cheaper options rather than things that are interesting/more needed
