Natasha's healing scales off of HP so I'm going to calculate the estimated HP threshold the builds would give her at max lv 80/80.

— Total HP Calculation —

Natasha's Max Base HP = 1164 HP

+HP% from traces = +28% HP > from Lv 1 = +4% HP > from Lv 80 = +8% HP > from A3 = +4% HP > from A4 = +6% HP > from A5 = +6% HP +HP% from Relic and Ornament Sets > 4pc Passerby of Wandering Cloud = no HP passive, but gives OHB. OHB isn't reflected in her HP threshold. > 2pc Fleet of the Ageless = +12% HP +HP% from Relic and Ornament Pieces > each 5* HP Main stat Relic piece = +43.2% HP > each 5* HP Sub stat Relic piece ⇢ Max relic lvl is +15. Every 3 levels, the substats are either enhanced or added. ⇢ Substat roll for HP could be any of these three: 33.8 / 38 / 42 ⇢ Substat roll for HP% could be any of these three: 3.46% / 3.89% / 4.32% ** In the calculation, I'm going to consider the lowest substat as a reflection of RNG pain. These base stats could vary from rarity, so to make my life easier, I'm just going to consider the current highest ranking LC for each rarity (not changing the calcs once newer LCs comes out in future tho) and not consider the HP% passive of each lightcone cause I'm lazy and the LC passives are different from each other, which means not all LC gives additional HP%. We all know Dragon is a mysterious character, so we don't know that much about him.

Oda gives us some glimpses of him and his different small scenes leave an impact on us as readers.

But recently Dragon appears more, not just after big sagas such as East Blue or Marineford.

We know Dragon cares about Luffy and obviously he does about Sabo.

He has obviously high expectations on both boys as seen at Loguetown, after Ennies Lobby, Post-Marineford and during Sabo's flashback.

When the newspaper announced Sabo assassinated Cobra, Dragon was deeply worried. It's rare to see him reacting with his feelings in public.

It's like the Government touched a very sensitive spot. They didn't attack the leader but the man.

His people tried to reach Sabo but he didn't respond. So I believe it increased their worries.

Especially Dragon's. We all know the man wants to prove Sabo's innocence and I bet he wants to help him.

But we have to admit, keeping silence isn't the best way to prove you didn't commit murder.

Perhaps I read too much detective stories, and I know it's a plot-device to add more drama.

We all know Sabo did have to find a safe place to talk to Dragon.

But the man reacts like a stern father in the chapter. He's angry because he doesn't get news about Sabo.

I understand it. It's about the honor of the Revolutionary Army. It's about proving they have good intentions. It's about many things. In other words, it's very political and very personal.

That's why Dragon reacted harshly in this chapter, it's a conclusion of his anger, worries and doubts. He wants to be rational but in the same time his emotions take the better of him.

For once we see Dragon's human side and his limits.
