how to make business plans: spend 2 weeks looking for a website to make a visual plan guide that you can collaborate with business partners, but you end up nowhere because all of them require paid subscriptions to do more than a few basic things. except you don't want to pay for these because you don't have a business yet and therefore no money!!!! but you need more than basic features (basically you can only put 50-100 items on your board with free account and i will definitely need more)

Which is worse:

-Website removing previously free for everyone features and then bringing them back in a stripped back state, and making it only available for people who are subscribed

-Website lacking essential website features, then they add them in but make them only for people who are subscribed

I think they’re both bad but I’d like to see people’s input on this!

If tumblr were to disappear tomorrow, which app/platform would you go to?

hmm have yet to look into any budding tumblr alternatives people share around here to give u a concrete answer on that anon, but apart from that i dont think ill really go to insta, tiktok or twitter. twitter..maybe? the 'talk to people and rb (repost</3) stuff u like' part is common enough (have used the site like. twice), but i still am mostly reluctant bcs of the general. yk, /give too many shits abt everything to keep count of/ part that tumblr blessedly stays away from. if tumblr were to truly disappear tomorrow, most probably id check out those sites people talked abt when tumblr down! scare ran around (this ask is doing a v good job of persuading me into caution now) instead of going to more popular social media substitutes. im pretty sure u asked to gauge which tumblr alternative id go to—and for that, ive no answer rn bcs i haven't really looked into it yet, so apologies. if it comes to worst, ill just stay hermit or smth, i genuinely detest instagram bcs of its directly opposite socialising objective from tumblr, am not really fond of the idea of being on tiktok in any manner and try to stay away from twitter (or x now) as far as possible. was not expecting this in my inbox today, hope it answers smth!
