“Forgive me for entering, its rather getting too crowded for my liking” Ameon said as he walks up to the both of you. Even though his words addressed to you and Hoseok, his eyes were trained on your foam he had seen all the women in the town but he never seen you it is not like he forget a face more over a maiden face.
Hoseok really would like bash Aemon’s head with the large pots, internally he done it couple of times but its not satisficing as he thought it would be maybe he let that happen in reality it might be. Should he, do it?
You glance at the intruder with confusion, it is clear that the man does not belong to local class men or townsmen, his clothing does not resemble that of the three knights’ but the find vermilion and golden printed dragon on his left chest side a clear symbol of Royality and authority.
Hoseok reluctantly bows to the man; he glances at you and you copy his stance although bit awkwardly and stiff.
Aemon grin at the sight of your shyness, with an arrogant look on his face he stands Infront of you “Allow me too formally introduce myself. I, Aemon son of Thaddeus Theron administer of the king of vadrnoia”
Hoseok internally role his eyes at the man no boy who only live the shadow of his father’s position in the royalty. His eyes twitches when he sees him taking your hand pressing a kiss on it why can’t he commit crime, if he did, he might never see you again he reasons with himself.
“Who might you be?” Ameon asks you finally dropping your hand.
You glance at Hoseok before answering the man Infront of you, he hums unexpectedly he turns to Hoseok “is she yours?”
Hoseok’s whole body stops functioning his inside was screaming ‘yes, she is mine, she is my girl, my lover, my only one, you are his girl and he is yours till the end of times’
“She is my friend” Hoseok said
Ameon pinned him with a calculating gaze before a charming smile blossom on his face and turns to you “will you have the patience to listen to me, its regarding the royal family”
Even if it’s asked politely with an option to decline you both know there will consequences waiting if didn’t compel.
Hoseok squeezes your hand silently providing the courage you nod at the man “privately” he adds.
Jungkook hands was filled with all sorts of sweets as the trio walks jimin is in charge of guiding him as he solemnly focused on the delicious goods that he had while yoongi walked ahead of them.
Tumblr media
Yoongi paused when he saw Hoseok sitting down the steps of his flower shop with a depressed look on his face. Yoongi single jimin to look at where Hoseok is siting with his head and jimin nods at him pulling his friend with him.
“Who has taken away your food?” jimin asks sitting beside him pulling Jungkook with him as well the younger was still in his own world as yoongi stand Infront him.
Confused Hoseok turns to the male “what?”
Jimin shrug “you just look Jungkook when he is denied any food”
Yoongi glance inside Hoseok’s shop through the yellow tined glass he sees you and Aemon chatting more like the male beside you talk up your ear and your forced to sit there.  “More like his women was stolen from him”
“I don’t own her.”
“Y/n was stolen?”
Jungkook pause devouring the sweets when he heard your name “who stole her?”
The two Knights look at him when he finally broken out the sugar induced trance, with Surprise.
“Glad we finally have your attention” jimin was seconds away buying a cold beer, a strategy that would defiantly making Jungkook to listen him.
Hoseok rolls his eyes at them “No one stolen her from me, how can it happen when she wasn’t even mine to begin with” his shoulders drop eyes losing its focus as he finally letting them know how serious the situation is.
Before he can drown in his sorrow the door open and Ameon let you step out holding the door for you like true gentleman from some this might be sweet or kind even caring but some felt disgust at display particularly the four men that stand Infront of you.
You smile at your friend and the three knight when you see them making the males drop the disgusted face cade. You let a chuckle when your gaze fall on the knight who had white crushed sugar on his face hands filled with all kind of sweets.
Aemon acknowledge the knights “Are you enjoying the festival?” for your ear it appeared friendly but the trio know it was all just part of the young charming man act that he put up to gain what he wanted.
“Yes, we are, hope you are as well” jimin answered he know yoongi was not going to answer the prick and Jungkook was chatting up with you while Hoseok watch like a hawk.
Ameon turns to you give you final goodbye for now, before leaving.
“You have a little…” you point towards your side of lips while looking at Jungkook, he transfers his treat to his other hand and wipe his face but it did not work as the hand he used had more crumbs and now his half face is covered with it.
You let a giggle at that and his ears turns pink when he sees that along with Hoseok side eyes and yoongi and Jimin’s unimpressed look not embarrass him any further you lift your wrist to wipe his face with your sleeves.
Hoseok scoot closer to Jungkook “I got it, we don’t want the dress get dirty now do we?” he said with a sweet smile and take piece clothe from near table and wipe Jungkook’s face aggressively that made him wince and you look at him concern as he continued rub the clothe all over his face.
Jimin laugh was threatening to come out his mouth, yoongi find the whole thing amusing which made him smile.
“Aww you have the cutest smile I have seen” the sudden exclamation form you made them look at you see you; looking at yoongi with a soft smile the knight who was used to compliment about his skill in fight and his bravery, feared by royals and people for his exceeded skill in fighting was not prepared or even thought that a day would come when someone let alone a young maiden call him cute, his smile cute.
Yoongi quickly let his smile fall and you made a protesting sound form the back your throat “No, bring back that gummy smile”
clearing his throat, he glances away form your face, a pink hue prominent on his pale cheeks, jimin wrap his hands around yoongi shoulders “is the big bad knight is blushing?”
yoongi groan pushing away “stop it. what did he said” he asked you hoping the change the conversation topic and it worked.
Everyone turns to you Hoseok comes to stand beside you, urging you to speak “he said about, how he castle was in need for maids and stuff and wanted to know if I would like come as well”
“What.... what did you say? You said no right?” Hoseok murmured with difficulty
You hesitate for a bit looking at him “I did not want say yes, but this royal family we are speaking. Denying them only cause trouble and I thought it be best since winter will be coming soon, last winter almost killed me remember?” you end with a chuckle
For some reason the three knights did not find your death funny along with Hoseok who still remembers the days he wished to erase from his memory.
“So, you said yes” jimin state and you nod in conformation.
“Seems like we will be seeing each other more” you cheered in happiness but it quite down when you how forced and uncomfortable is Jimin’s and Jungkook’s smile is Hoseok did not even smile or shared the same enthusiasm.
Yoongi let out a loud sigh “I am in need of drink, excuse me.” With that he walks towards the town bar Hoseok too leave with him mumbling he needs one too.
“Seems like he does not like me very much. I did not mean you have to entertain me at the castle, forgive me I did not intend to make you uncomfortable with my presence” you apologize sincerely.
Jimin frown deepened when he realizes you did not understand the actual reason behind their reaction to the recent turn of events.
“You misunderstood us…it is not that he does not like or we do not enjoy your presence…it’s the…life. In..” jimin trailed off he cannot tell you the truth that would only lead to pure chaos.
“The chores in the castle are hundred time tiring and awful… “jungkook give you a sad smile “all the glitter is not gold right”
You move your head up and down in understanding, you three walks in search of a place where you all could sit and talk.
Tumblr media
Hoseok gulps down the third drink faster that yoongi raise a questioning eyebrow at the male state he goes back to drinking his taking a sip allowing his thoughts flow freely.
What happened at castle was strictly prohibited to reach any outsiders, everyone is controlled and tormented in one way or another, form the queen to the maid silenced and abused insides the walls. Yoongi knows that humans can more animalistic and venomous than any creatures on the surface on earth. And them who also hold power can be worse than any demon, trying to eliminate them would be is equal to signing a death warrant. He also knows with accurate calculating and effective method and ignited ideas and patience he can do with along with some help and he have everything all he need is the right time and moment.
But that does not mean he do not feel guilty of letting the innocents fall in hands of evils, just like you but like he narrowed down bad things happen to good people and this is something he knew he should let it happen in its own.
Fate, its all a mystery game of fate what mend to happen should happen will happen.
“God hates me” Hoseok mutter head placed on bar table “or else why would this happen huh? I supposed to let her know my feeling but it always gets disturbed and now she is going to leave me here alone cold and alone! How could I live knowing that she is far form me out there also alone and cold and most importantly without knowing how I feel for her…do you even hear what I’m saying?” Hoseok turns to yoongi
Yoongi sigh “yes, I did. What do you want me do about it. its your problem deal with it yourself”
“Why did she even say you’re cute. Mean and rude that’s what you are” Hoseok leans towards the male with threating look but yoongi looks bored “you better not fucking smile when your near her” Hoseok think for minute before letting out a cry “I…don’t know who should be worry the one who all act shy and cute or the flirty one …. God…why do you hate me so much”
Yoongi is never had this much of entertainment in his life the way Hoseok switch his mood was hilarious but the walling was annoying
“How will I see her if she is no longer here…” Hoseok takes yoongi drink from his hand and gulp in down in one go and lay his head down ignoring his glare. Suddenly he lifts his head with a bright smile “unless… I am with her”
Yoongi sat unbothered as Hoseok give a innocent smile his whole personality shifts already knowing what he thinking.
“You are royal knight “Hoseok put his hands on the table holding his chin by his palm
“Glad you realized that now” the sarcasm did not go unnoticed
“Must be well trusted and ranked” Hoseok continues “that mean you can get me inside, that way I can be with her”
“You should tell him about that not me but I do not think there is many spaces for men though” Hoseok knows the who is the he in question and his demeanor changes
Hoseok face twisted into disgusted “I might hit him with a vase if I saw him again”
“Crime against the royal family? The aftermath would be not pleasant”
He grins “I know I’m not the only one share that emotion so do not fool me my friend”
Yoongi throws a grin back at him “there is time and moment for to show that, you need to have patience for that, Hoseok I will see what I can do”
Hoseok hums in satisfaction lifting his now refiled glass he lifts it towards yoongi “to the right moments” yoongi clicks his glass with him and both take Chung down the liquor drink.

A Bride for the Prince (Chapter 4 - Making Acquaintances)
[Prologue] // [Chapter 3 of 9] // [Chapter 4 of 9 - you are here!] // [Chapter 5 of 9] – (FFN) (AO3)
Part of the @ninjago-fairy-tale-au!
Summary:
Once upon a time, there lived a faithful and hardworking girl named Pixal Borg, who worked every day to satisfy her demanding stepmother. For years, she cleaned and cooked, giving no argument, until the day came when she met the prince. A Pixane Cinderella retelling.
Chapter summary:
The first day of the festival is a bright and sunny day, with a certain meeting by chance (or, perhaps, by fate).
On the first day of the festival, Pixal began by hiding her spell tome away from any prying eye. She nestled it in a little hollow in the ground and covered it with a bed of fallen leaves, making sure every bit of the book's silver binding was well hidden. With it no longer visible, she memorized the location and set about exploring the festival.
The first place Pixal went was to the many aisles of vendors all throughout the festival grounds. With her bit of saved money in her hand, she looked at all the goods, made of a multitude of materials and colors, each piece unique. There were all sorts of beautiful things; glass figurines, hairpieces, gowns, shoes, all manner of accessories, and books were only a few. She frequently stopped, examining things carefully, considering what to buy, lingering on the many tomes. Several times, she came close to purchasing, but never quite did.
Next, the maiden entered an area of many edible goods from all sorts of places, many imported. There, all manners of cakes, candies, meats, cheeses, and fruits were displayed with beautiful variety, and the peddlers eagerly called out their prices. Pixal did not intend to stop, but she eventually gave into temptation and bought some candied peaches, which she nibbled upon as she walked and saw the festival.
When she finished her treat, Pixal looked around again for something to partake in, hoping to make her day yet more worthwhile. While the shopping was nice, she wished to partake in some of the games and activities that her stepsisters had fluttered about, knowing that her budget was even more diminished. One such activity was dancing, said to be happening in the main square, where a pavilion was set up. If she could find it, maybe she could join in– she had read all about dancing in her books, although she had never had a partner to practice with besides an old broom and some mice– except her mother, of course.
In her search, Pixal wandered about, hearing faint snatches of music. She lost them frequently, but the strands of melody slowly grew louder and louder, until she eventually came to a large clearing.
Just as she had thought, the main square was the site of the pavilion. There, the ground was flattened, with large stone pavers making up a floor. At that time, no fewer than thirty different people danced, their colorful clothing making a moving painting before her eyes.
In the dance, men and women wove in and out from each other in complex patterns as they spun and stepped in time. They laughed and talked as music floated above them, its lovely strands and rhythm a baseline for their motion. As the tune ended, the dancers bowed and curtsied, laughing and smiling again, and many seeking out new partners.
Pixal smiled. This one they performed seemed simple enough; where was the harm in joining? Even if her stepmother and sisters came to the pavilion, they would not pay attention to the people there, much less a nondescript dancer.
With determination in mind, the maiden affixed her hairclip more securely went to the dance floor. A new dance was prepared and the musicians changed their sheet music, which was when she joined the remaining dancers, finding a partner in a dark-haired man who bowed and kissed her hand. Without much ado, the music started up again, and the dance began with a flourish.
-----
Prince Zane sighed, running his fingers through his hair in an attempt to abate his stress, but only finding it more arduous.
The first day of the festival had begun without a hitch. By some miracle, every moving part acted harmoniously with the rest. The vendors opened their shops bright and early, the preparations for the games were mostly perfect, and not a single instance of crime had been reported. All of the Central Commonwealth seemed to have come to attend.
Everything was perfect, and it could not possibly be more frustrating.
The perfection of the preparations was not the frustrating part, of course. Zane knew that well, even as he knew himself. The part that irked him was the festival's purpose. Just as his father had known and as his advisor Cryptor had predicted, a multitude of ladies had come, in their great variety. Whether dressed in servants' garb or the finery of nobility, hundreds had come, and they seemed to follow him wherever he went, each seemingly intent on catching his eye.
The search for a fitting candidate was no more fulfilled than when he had started, and Zane almost despaired. He had done his best to get to know those who seemed the most approachable, but had consistently been disappointed, not having found any who would be well-suited to the role of Queen. In his dismay, he had retired to the dance pavilion, where he watched the dancers from a window in a hidden place.
For a good amount of time, Zane watched the dances unenthusiastically, regaining his strength. The dancers varied in skill, in age, and in enthusiasm, but every one seemed to love it, except for perhaps the very youngest children. He saw men and women, young and old, all celebrating together, and it made him smile. The colorful mass shifted with every passing moment, skirts and coattails swaying wide, the woven steps near-mesmerizing to the eye. As he watched, one person caught his eye, and he tracked her movements.
A woman with silvery blonde hair dressed in purple danced in the middle of the pavilion, joyful as she spun and twirled. Her partner, a dark-haired man, seemed to share her enjoyment, and together they garnered the attention of the entire pavilion, central to the dance. The woman seemed completely oblivious to the attention, content to simply dance to her heart's content, while her partner seemed stiff in regard to the attention.
Zane watched in interest as the dance ended, fixated upon the woman. Her partner bowed, she curtsied, and then they parted without much ado, seemingly not friends. The man chose a new partner, and the woman in purple walked to the edge of the pavilion, clearly ready to rest for a moment. Zane's eyes followed her to the edge as she sat on a bench and smoothed her skirts.
Suddenly, a hand descended on the prince's shoulder. He cried out in surprise and whipped around to see Cryptor standing behind him.
"Prince Zane, there you are!" his advisor said, ignoring his obvious startle. "I have been looking for you for an hour."
Zane shook his head, sighing deeply. "Cryptor, must you startle me so?"
"It was not my intention, your Highness. My apologies."
"It is fine." Zane waved his hand. "Why were you looking for me?"
"No one has seen hide nor hair of you for quite a while. Seeing as this is your festival, I was sent to find you, so that you might resume your work." Cryptor glanced up at the pavilion and then back down at Zane. "Is watching the dancers your way of meeting women?"
Zane shook his head, embarrassed. "No, I simply needed some time to myself. I have had to meet more people today than in the past several weeks– it is exhausting."
"Surely it is, yet you must not be lax."
Zane nodded, his eyes wandering back to the woman he had seen earlier, who watched the dancing from her perch with a smile, sunlight reflecting off her hairpiece. "I know."
Cryptor followed his line of sight and spotted the woman. He considered how preoccupied Zane looked, and then smiled. "Prince Zane, if you would like to meet a specific woman, I do not think anyone would have cause for complaint."
Zane looked back at him, eyes wide. "Am I that easily read?"
"By me, certainly." Cryptor grinned. "If you would like, you could ask her to dance with you. I am certain she would not refuse."
"I cannot do that. It would be showing favoritism."
"Are you not supposed to find one woman to marry? Favoritism is the very idea of this event." Cryptor put his hand on Zane's shoulder again. "Ask her to dance, your Highness, and talk to her during it. The worst that could happen is you having a poor conversation."
Zane sighed and stood, looking back at the woman for one last time. "...Very well. However, if this ends up being a poor idea, I shall blame you."
"By all means, your Highness." Cryptor opened the door for him. "I wish you a good dance with her ladyship."
Zane rolled his eyes and walked out. "Thank you, Cryptor."
-----
Pixal smiled, sitting back on her bench as she watched the dancers swirl. She had taken a few moments to rest and catch her breath after that first spell, having underestimated just how fierce the movements were. Her dance partner had been good, but she tired after a few dances, so he had found a new partner. Now she was feeling ready to rejoin them, but she still had to wait for the next dance, unable to cut into the complex tapestry of movement.
Content to wait, Pixal watched the whirling dancers until a flash of white caught the corner of her vision. She turned and saw a man approaching her. He was tall and fair, with the lightest platinum blond hair. By his manner, she could tell he was a noble of some type, and as he neared her, she saw why. The man wore a deceptively simple suit, clearly made of fine fabric, with subtle snowflake embroidery on the lapels and cuffs. Silver cufflinks betrayed his wealth, and she recognized him quickly; he could be no other than Prince Zane, the talk of the kingdom and of her stepsisters.
When the prince neared her, Pixal stood quickly, brushing off her skirt. She smiled at him, and when he came to a stop, she curtsied.
"Prince Zane," she greeted.
"My lady." He bowed to her. "I must say that I noticed your partner has left you."
Pixal blushed faintly. If the prince had noticed her singleness, then perhaps he saw her as a suitor? She could not have him thinking that. "He was simply my dance partner. I came to the festival alone, just as I intend to leave."
"I see." The prince nodded. Internally, he made a note of how she seemed content in her independence, and that trait's rarity. "I know of few ladies who would not come with an escort of some kind."
"I am not exactly a common lady." Pixal fingered the material of her skirt, running the pad of her thumb over the fabric's grain.
"Then who might you be?" the prince asked, head turned slightly as he examined her.
For a moment, she was lost for answers. "I am…" She trailed off, not knowing what to tell him.
"Pardon me, I did not hear you," the prince interjected, bowing his head slightly in apology.
She cleared her throat quietly. "I am Pansy, your Highness." She curtsied again. "It is an honor to meet you."
"Likewise, my lady Pansy." Zane took her hand and kissed it, the picture of poise, and Pixal's cheeks flared. "I must compliment your dancing– it was magnificent."
"Thank you very much." She glanced back at the dance pavilion, where the current dance was ending. "I quite enjoy it, though I so rarely have an opportunity." Though it was not her original intention, she began to feel as if she were carrying herself like a noble lady, and the idea thrilled her.
"I do as well," Prince Zane replied, "but I have not had the opportunity to partake yet in the festival." He followed her gaze. "Perhaps you would be willing to indulge me?"
Pixal thought about his request for a moment. On one hand, dancing with the prince would attract attention, which could lead to her family seeing her. On the other, one did not have the opportunity to dance with royalty often, if ever. A handsome prince as a dance partner would make a fine memory, even long after the festival had passed.
However, even if it were not such a tempting offer, saying no was certainly not an option when it came to royalty. Though the prince seemed quite courteous, it was impossible to know what would happen if she refused him. The answer was easy to see.
Pixal turned back to look at Zane and extended a hand. "I would be honored, your Highness."
"I am happy to hear you say that, Lady Pansy." He took her hand, gentle and yet supportive, and together they made their way onto the pavilion.
When they reached the center of the floor, Pixal put her free hand on his shoulder, while Zane put his on her waist, taking up the beginning stance of the dance. They drew a few eyes, but most of the people around them were still trying to find new partners, so neither thought anything of it.
As the musicians began, the dancers began their pattern. It began with all the pairs of dancers forming a large circle, turning slowly. The music began to swell, directing each pair to twirl, the women spinning in and out every once in a while as their partners directed them, skirts brushing people's ankles.
As they danced, Zane smiled, doing his best to ignore the attention they garnered in favor of paying intention to Pansy. "Have you enjoyed the festival so far?"
Pixal nodded, smiling back at him as they stepped and turned. "I have. I must thank you for organizing it– it is my understanding that it was your idea personally, was it not?"
"That, and my father's."
"His Majesty is very generous."
"I will pass along the compliment." Zane smiled and spun her out again. She reached out, as if trying to touch the sun, and then drew back, when he laid his hand on her waist again. "I am glad that it is to your liking."
"Very much so." The music spiked, and the two of them twirled together, passing between several other couples in their colorful finery. "I have never seen so many books in one place!"
He laughed. "I must say, I have not heard anyone mention the booksellers so far today."
"They are by far my favorite part, except for the dancing." She ducked her head slightly to hide a faint blush. "Perhaps it is unladylike of me to say so, but I often would prefer reading to an event such as this." Despite how dishonest it felt, she did not mention the fact that she would not be allowed to attend an event like the festival.
Zane smiled at her words. "I do not think so. A love of learning is the most distinguished thing a person may have." His face felt heated. "It is one of my favorite pasttimes."
"As it is to me. My favorites are the histories and sciences."
"I prefer mathematics and philosophy. Have you by any chance read the works of Plato?"
"Of course. The ancient philosophers were wise men and women."
"Who is your favorite?"
As the dance progressed, Pixal found herself smiling more and more. Zane also found himself enjoying talking with her, forgetting the circumstances. Likewise, she ignored her disobedience, and focused only on the pleasure of their movement. One dance led to another, and yet a third from there, the pair rarely pausing for more than a few moments.
In the heat of the moment, the two spun and twirled together, cheerfully moving to the beat of the music. Every step fell in time, with rarely a hair out of place, which only gave way to laughter among the great convocation of dancers. However, as the two tired of dancing, they were loath to leave each other's company, and retired to the edge of the pavilion to speak more as they rested. Such was the way that they ended up walking through the festival together all throughout the day, despite them tiring of dancing.
-----
As the sun got ever closer to the horizon, the pair found themselves tired of wandering. They eventually went to a shaded garden, where many flowers grew, and settled themselves in the protection of a great alder tree. There they talked for hours, with a couple of books strewn about them– recommendations from both to the other.
That day, both Zane and Pixal's chests hurt from laughter, and their faces from smiling. Indeed, neither remembered such a pleasant day anywhere in recent memory, whether because of the conversation or the recreation. They would have happily stayed there forever, if not for the fact that a bell tolled in the distance, interjecting itself into their activity.
At the sound of the bell, Zane looked across the field, where a large games arena stood. A bell tower stood near it, the great bronze instrument ringing with the force of a knight's strength. After a moment of pause, he turned his face to Pixal, regret immediately evident on his face.
"My lady Pansy, I regret to tell you this, but I believe it is now time for me to take my leave."
She nodded. "I take it you are participating in the jousting tournament?"
"I am, though not for a time yet– just enough for me to return to my duties."
"The bell signals the call for the first jousters. Are you to joust the champions? I have heard about your skill."
"You are most correct, as you have been all of this fine day." Hesitantly, Zane took her hand and kissed it, lingering a few moments more than a common courtesy might require. "If I might be so bold, I would ask you for a favour, for luck in the arena."
Heat creeped up Pixal's neck at the question, and she smiled in embarrassment. "I'm sorry, my prince. I cannot favour you in the tournament."
Zane's face fell for a few moments, the gears in his mind turning rapidly as he attempted to comprehend her statement. "Are you promised to another man, my lady, or have you favoured another?"
"No, it is not like that." She ducked her head and looked up at him through her bangs, unable to meet his eyes in any other manner. "I am afraid I have no fitting favour to give you."
"You do not?" His heart swelled traitorously.
"That is correct." She managed to look at him directly, without the shield of her hair protecting her from the product of her words. "However, my prince, I wish you luck. It is invisible, but it will go with you."
Zane smiled. "Very well." He made as if to take an invisible object, and he pressed his hand to his chest above where his heart lay. "I will wear it with pride, my lady Pansy." The picture of gentlemanliness, he offered his arm. "In the intervening time, might I walk you to the arena, where the festival is more crowded? The grounds are large and unsafe for an unaccompanied lady."
She took his arm with a smile, heart swelling. "I would be honored," she replied, cherishing the opportunity to walk with him.
Together, the two approached the games arena. When they arrived and it was time for them to part near the jousters' entrance to the arena, Zane bowed and kissed her hand one last time, again lingering a few moments too long.
"Thank you for a lovely afternoon, Lady Pansy."
"Thank you as well, your Highness." She curtsied. "It was a pleasure."
"The pleasure is mine." He smiled, sincerity clear in his expression. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight."
As the two parted, Pixal watched him go. As he disappeared, she smiled bittersweetly. It was unlikely that she would ever meet him again, that she knew, but that could hardly sour the day's beauty in her mind. This day would be a memory she would always treasure, even when she slept and dreamt at night.
After watching him leave, Pixal turned and trekked back to where she had hidden her spell tome and herbs. She found them just the same as she left them that morning, so she prepared her herbs for her travel home. When she had done so, she uttered the phrase which had brought her.
"Suscipe me in domum suam," she chanted, and the herbs smoked in their rich colors. She entered the column of smoke and stepped out in the back garden of the Borg estate among the roses and flowers, where no one ever traveled.
After a quick look around the estate, Pixal breathed easily, knowing she was safe. Just as she had intended, she arrived home before her stepmother and sisters. She likely had enough time to change and hide her things, and perhaps even begin to do the cleaning she had ignored that day.
Without delay, Pixal took off her lovely dress in her basement room, hiding it with all its trappings in the loose wallboard. In addition, she stowed there a beautiful overskirt and several small books, which she had conceded to purchasing before she had left the festival, some of the books even being gifts from Prince Zane that brought heat to her cheeks. Before she closed up the wall, she stroked their clean, leatherbound covers, and smiled.
-----
Once she had hidden her finery and gifts, Pixal set about quickly cleaning and cooking the things she would normally do in the evenings, such that it would seem she never left the estate, and all the while her clip did the most time-consuming work. While unable to do all she would usually, a fine amount was completed, and after an hour or two, Pixal heard the telltale sound of a carriage come to a stop outside the estate.
Not more than two minutes after their arrival, Amaryllis, Begonia, and Columbine came into the estate, laden with boxes and bags of trinkets and clothing and already groaning and complaining about the things they did not get.
"My feet are sore!" Begonia complained. "These shoes do not fit me right."
"They are too big for those heels of yours!" Columbine sniped. "My stays are too tight..."
"It is your fault for being so large at the waist! You'll never find a noble husband!" Begonia snapped.
"Girls, enough," Amaryllis said. "Be ladylike."
"We need not be ladylike at home!"
"Even if we were, it will not attract the prince."
"I am sure he was preoccupied today," their mother said, looking displeased. "You will catch his attention tomorrow." She turned to the stairs and raised her chin impetuously. "Pixal!"
Pixal came into the entranceway in a hurry, attempting to look busy. "Stepmother! Columbine, Begonia," she greeted. "How was the festival?"
"It was magnificent, but the prince was not there!" Begonia whined.
"You were simply too blind to see him," Columbine said, and Begonia put her hand to her chest in insult.
Amaryllis sighed heavily, looking as if she had aged several years in a single day. "Pixal, draw me a bath and put away our purchases. I must rest for tomorrow's festival day."
"Of course, stepmother." Without complaint, Pixal did as she was told as quickly as she could, so she might retire to privacy in her bedroom.
That evening when she laid down and went to bed, she was sure that no one was the wiser of her activities. Before resting, she took one last look inside the loose wallboard and smiled upon its contents, memorizing the appearance of her new belongings, though she would so rarely wear them. Then she fell asleep, and did so with a smile adorning her lips, reliving her memories of her afternoon with the prince.
It was so unlikely that Pixal would ever meet the prince again, much less the second day of the festival, if she could even manage to sneak away and attend. An attachment to him was unwise, but she found herself smiling as she remembered how he had held her close and spun her widely, the dance floor feeling more like a stage than a pastime. She remembered the whirling, the feeling of man-made wind on her face, and the sound of the prince's quiet laugh– it sent her quietly squealing into her pillow.
That night, she dreamt of books, of book-loving princes, and of dancing, and woke the next morning feeling lighter than ever before, hoping despite hope that such a day could come again, despite her situation as the maid for her unloving family and continuously absent father. The second festival day could be as good, she hoped. As for the memories she had…
...handsome Prince Zane would live on in her mind's eye, smiling upon "Lady Pansy" with the gentlest of gazes.

Monday 11th November 2024
It's moving on day again today, this time to the Barkly Homestead. Our route has now left the Stuart Highway, and we are heading East towards the coast, but these are small steps. But we are jumping ahead. Just before the junction of Stuart and Barkly is a remnant from the past, one of the eleven telegraph repeater stations. We had planned to visit this place today because it was on our route, so on the advice of the man in the tourist information centre, who said it was open everyday, we expected no impediments to this rudimentary plan. How wrong can one be? It transpired that the site would be open but not the buildings. But that's not a problem because our caravan site has a key said the reception lady. You can't leave the place open, it would be trashed, she said. Just sign here and place a deposit of $20 cash. Well, we don't have cash, we said. Sorry, no key then. So we had to go into town to the post office and draw cash. Then, back to the site and collect key. Go visit Repeater Station 10 km away, return key 10 km, collect twenty bucks, all done! Simple.
The Telegraph Line was completed in 1872, a remarkable feat considering Stuart had only surveyed the route ten years previously. Some 1800 miles in length, 36,000 poles and an awful lot of wire. The project was conceived and planned by Sir Charles Todd, who was by training a mathematician and astronomer working initially at the Greenwich Observatory, but needed telegraph to communicate between observatories. So he was inspired by the concept of linking Southern Australia to India and on to England. The repeater stations received a morse message, then it would be relayed to the next, and so on until it reached London. It would take in the region of 7 hours to send and receive a telegraph message in London from Australia, which made a huge improvement on the previous record of some three months on a package ship.
The buildings had long ago been stripped of any technology, but it was easy to imagine how they were used, from the kitchen and dining areas to the telegraph room, bedroom and storage areas. When the centre finally closed in the 1930s due to technology changes, and then sold in 1951, finding one room being used as a butchers shop! All very interesting and good to see the fruition to our Mr Stuart's endeavours and the works of the ingenious Sir Charles Todd.
Before finally leaving Tennant Creek, we ticked the last box in the Lonely Planet Guide and visited the oldest Catholic Church in the region. Built in 1937 and looking remarkably pretty despite its corrugated iron components and, more importantly, appeared like it was well used. Then, driving briefly back up the Stuart to the intersection with the Barkly Highway, we passed over the Tennant Creek, which gave its name to the town. It is still possible to see the old crossing over the Creek which is a reminder of what the old, unsealed pre-1943 road would have been like where traffic had to go virtually down to the level of the water to cross over. Very much like a ford at home.
Our journey to Barkly Homestead was just 212 km, so we had arrived by 3.30. The decision to stop here for a couple of nights was made out of necessity; it was too far in one journey to make it to our next location. However, there was no choice in the matter of location as this is the only accommodation along this route. A comly little place, home to tourists, tradies, and truckies alike. Very limited in the self-catering department, but we shall cope.
We have really enjoyed our time at Tennant Creek despite all the bad press it had from pretty much all those we spoke to. As a town, it clearly has its problems. There weren't that many people in the post office, but two of them had ASBO tags on their ankles. But a lot of investment has been made in this clean town: large outdoor swimming pool, new library, bowling club, hospital, mens and womens clinics. Let's hope things improve for these people.

Department Store Day
Stop by your local department store to take advantage of their all-in-one-place shopping. From clothes to kitchenware, you’re sure to find what you need.
Department stores have become the powerhouses of the world’s economy, combining multiple types of resources into one easily navigable store. Rather than having to go to multiple small specialty stores, you can get everything you need in one place, and that’s the magic of Department Stores. Department Store Day is a day to recognize the contributions these places have made to the world’s shopping culture.
Learn about Department Store Day
Department Store Day is a day that encourages us to think about how the innovations in department stores have had an impact on the way in which we shop and go about our daily lives. Department stores have been in existence since the early 19th century. Today, they contain a wide range of different shops, as well as plush seating, elevators, escalators, and food places as well. It is all about providing the full shopping experience. Department stores make shopping an enjoyable activity, rather than simply being a necessity.
To understand why we need a Department Store Day, it is worth thinking about the different reasons why we love department stores so much! They hold a special place in the heart of the consumer, and there are a number of reasons why this is the case. As touched upon, you can make a day of it. It’s fun and relaxing. Also, where else can you buy everything from a strapless bra, to a dog collar, to a Lego set? Shopping is made easy and convenient. Everything you could possibly need is under the one roof!
A lot of people also love nothing more than heading to a department store during the festive period so that they can look at the beautiful Christmas window displays. Department store window displays have become big business, and a lot of retailers strive to outdo one and other. It is always amazing to see what creative masterpieces they have come up with. Plus, you can finish off your day with a bite to eat at one of the many on-site eateries. From fast food joints to pizzerias and organic cafes, you will find a whole host of different food places at most department stores as well.
Oh, and the list goes on, and on, and on… I mean, there are toilets on every floor! Where else can you go shopping and not have to worry about finding a WC when duty calls? You can also come out of the department store smelling nicer than when you went in thanks to the numerous tester bottles that are on display. Plus, if you hate gift-wrapping, you can even get your items wrapped for you while you’re there. Like we said, everything you need is under the one roof, and so we are definitely on board with celebrating department stores!
History of Department Store Day
Department Store Day was established to occur on the 16th of October every year, established to recognize the great benefits they have brought to our lives. Some of the most memorable features of Department Stores were their use as a social location. There was a tradition of having a large clock on the front of the stores, often in an elaborate mounting. Here was a common place for people to meet and share the news of the day and catch up on the happenings within their increasingly busy days.
Names like Pomeroy’s, Woodward & Lothrop, Macy’s, and more have become household words as the source of culture and comfort in the home. These stores became institutions of shopping ease, with multiple departments handling everything from household appliances to men’s and women’s clothing.
How to celebrate Department Store Day
Celebrating Department Store Day is a piece of cake, simply stop by your local department stores and take advantage of the ease of shopping they’ve brought to your life. Take some time to appreciate the employees as well, thanking them for the convenience these big box stores have brought to your life.
You can also spend some time researching the history of Department stores, it’s rather fascinating and has brought about institutions like the Macy’s Day parade that are some of the most major festivities in certain cities. You’ll also be able to learn how department stores were responsible for some institutions that we now take for granted, like the rise of Santa Claus and his reindeer. The history of these stores and their effect on modern culture is fascinating!
You can also spend some time researching some of the world’s best department stores. If you are a lover of department stores, you may even want to create your own bucket list of them! You have everything from Harrods in London to La Rinascente in Florence, Detsky Mir in Moscow, Le Bon Marche in Paris, Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele in Milano, and much more. Some of these department stores are like a work of art in terms of decor and architecture, and they boast some of the most incredible shops inside, with attentive staff members who greet you with respect and a smile. Sheer heaven!

Your young niece came to stay for a couple of weeks. You never really liked her. She was such a goody-goody and soooo religious. Well you owed your sister a favor, so you said okay, besides you thought it would give you a time to remold her.
The first night was nauseating, her always quoting scripture, refusing a glass of wine and wearing those frumpy clothes. You smoked around her constantly, but she was a xtian and she just said she'd pray for you. The second day you started to spike her food with booze. She never noticed, and even enjoyed the food. The third day for dinner you prepared a spicy dish and she kept drinking glass after glass of vodka spiked punch. Poor girl was so drunk, by the end of the meal she was consuming a glass of wine, saying she enjoyed it. From there on out every dinner had wine and not water and she would ask for a refill.
The fourth night you prepared a big dinner and then retired to watch a racy old flick where everyone smoked. and the women drank wine. As you both drank wine she asked if she could have a cigarette. You gave it to her, she lit it, coughed but got used to it. You kept small bowls of cigarettes in every room and you noticed her helping herself. By the sixth day, you both lingered at the kitchen table smoking and you asked her if she wanted an after dinner drink other than wine. You gave her some cognac. She thought it was good.and took her third glass into the tv room where you watched an old flick that had an anti-religious message. She excused herself and took her drink to her bedroom where she smoked and drank. You thought, well the religion's going to be a bit harder. On your way to bed, you peeked into her room and she was passed out with a bottle in her hand and a full ashtray. You covered her and let her sleep. She didn't come down to breakfast until late. She apologized for being late. She no longer made much attempt to cover up, just wearing her full coverage bra and panties with a cigarette in her hand. You mentioned how she needed a new bra, which she did, so you suggested you go lingerie shopping your treat. She jumped at the idea. You went to Victoria Secrets and bought her lovely racy demi-bras with matching panties, some of them thongs and some really soft sexy baby dolls. She liked it all going out wearing a set.
You suggested lunch at a tavern and as you ate, you noticed her eyeing men. You made comments about each one and she would agree or disagree. As you sat finishing off your bourbons, you noticed her chain smoking and discreetly playing with herself. You excused yourself to go to the restroom. On the way, you paid a handsome man to go flirt with her. You were gone for twenty minutes and upon your return, you saw him sitting close to her with his arm around her shoulders and both smoking and laughing. They had several empty glasses in front of them. The man got up to leave and gave you back your money saying it was his pleasure, besides she gave him her phone number.
As you walked down the street she passed a woman's fashion shop stopping to look at a mannequin in a short skirt and tight top. You both went in and she came outwearing the outfit with a pair of long black boots and her old clothes in the garbage can. That night after dinner you watched a soft porn flick.
On day nine she came down in her shortie baby doll, with the matching thong panty. First thing she did was reach for a smoke, but just had coffee for breakfast. She was scrolling on her phone and you noticed she was looking at dating sites. Her phone rang and it was the guy from the tavern. They made a date for tomorrow night. You brought out a hairstyles mag and she interestedly looked at the pics. She asked if you had a fave salon cause she wanted to get her brunette hair colored. You made an appointment and paid for her dye job and mani-pedi with one inch nails. That night when you went into the tv room she saw the DVD case of a hard core porn flick and she said she'd want to watch it. You agreed, but first you needed some toys. You brought out two dongs and she thought that would be fun. By midway through the movie both you ladies had thoroughly soaked dongs in your pussies. When a lesbian scene came on she started hitting on you. You never made it to the end of the movie as you were both up in your bed eating each other out. You brought out your harness and pegged her virgin ass. After initial discomfort she enjoyed it.
Day 11, she spent working on her ass with two other dongs. That night she changed into her boots, short skirt and open blouse, Her date picked her up. They had dinner, went barhopping and she ended up in his bed, getting both her ass and pussy fucked. You thought you could skip going back to that ant-religious flick for two reasons it was Sunday morning by the time she came home and never mentioned church and you found her bible in the trash can.
Day 12 you did more clothes shopping and she chose some really slutty fashions she said for another date, but this time with the first guy's friend. She didn't come home until day 13 at 10:00am. And you asked how the date with the guy went. She sat down at the table after poring herself two shots of whiskey and lighting a smoke and corrected you; she said guys. Turned out out this guy had three roommates and when propositioned to take all four she said yes. She said she was soooo proud of herself for satisfying all four of them as she was gang banged. You finished day 13 in your bed pleasuring each other.
Day14 started and you said goodbye to your now slutty niece in a tight leather outfit and boots you bought her with her tits greatly exposed. You felt so proud of yourself as you watched the slut walk away with her ass tightly outlined wearing her stilletto boots with a cigarette in hand. You invited her back anytime.

Now this is getting serious…
This is probably the earliest ive ever posted but I had to write it down before I forget it all! The dream I just had!
I don’t even know how she got up there…..
She had rose gold/ginger like hair and thick brown glasses. She wore a t-shirt and her face was serious with determination when she looked at me and said. “Can I dance with you?”
I was on a stage…and I wasn’t alone.
I looked to my left, I had vocalist and a guitar player, I look to my right, a trumpet player and a trombone player and a violinist. ( didn’t I just post about this yesterday?) I looked down at the stage and it was small, looked like a perfect square. I looked around the venue and it looked like we were in a gym of some kind? Like one you’d find in a middle school or high school but every seat was filled…
The air and the light was golden and brown, looked like it was vintage. I wore a red suit, and when I say cool suit, I mean a cool suit! It was glam rock/afro futuristic times 10! It had sun and moons all over it or hearts or, something! It was covering me from head to my white platforms.
I smiled at the girl with such confidence and said
“Uh! Sure you can! Yeah yeah!” Even in the dream my mind was wondering who this was, and how to make her happy…I realized she was my fan!
I knew since I was the drummer if she wanted to dance with me it meant I couldn’t continue playing the beat of the drum! So I spoke into the microphone clearly. “IVE BEEN INVITED TO DANCE WHICH MEANS ILL HAVE TO HAVE MY BACKUP DRUMMER COME OUT HERE! EVERYBODY SAY [insert Drum instructor’s name here, I don’t know if he wants his name on this site].” And they did it once…but I wasn’t satisfied so I made em do it again! And ha! There he was! My drum instructor came out and sat down nodding to me knowing the rest would be fine. “PLAY BODY RUB!” I told them! And the band started and came to life!
Me and the fan climbed down! I started at the very end of the gym in the bleachers waving my hands for people to get up and dance and they did! Black children, men, and women standing up to dance! I even climbed way up high! An elderly black woman with her brown and black curls touching her shoulders and her cute black sweater happily going. “Oh lord!” And clapping her hands as she noticed me coming! Hah! Makes me smile typing it. And I climbed down and did the same thing! There was even a moment where I found a group of black kids sitting down and I sat next to them because they weren’t dancing and just smiled at them and they smiled and yelled with excitement! I was off again!
This is the part that reminded me that this was a dream…..me and this fan kept dancing until we ended up in what looked like a store?…..man it looked like a Walmart and I remember stopping in one of the aisles and going. “Man I’m tired phew.”
Do I need to go grocery shopping? Is this a reminder?
Doesn’t matter! I FINALLY HAD THE MUSICIAN DREAM! I could taste it, hear it, see it. I knew my heart was into this drumming thing; but now my mind is also. Now I know I can’t be stopped.
It’s time to take this seriously.

Brand Wars: Which Indian Online Store Has the Best Clothing Selection?
Tumblr media
With just a few clicks, you find yourself amidst several trend styles offered by top brands. Since millions of fashion lovers opt for online shopping in India, we're talking here about three popular brands such as H&M, Zara, and Beyoung. So, what's to be compared? Let's get into it and find out what shops for clothes online have to offer.
H&M
H&M is a fast fashion brand that designs an extensive range of clothing for men, women, and children. From basics like T-shirts and jeans to the sleeker variations that include dresses and jackets, H&M is one complete-stop shop. Its online shopping site is not complicated and is replete with endless options.
Affordability is the biggest plus of H&M; at affordable prices, you would find the latest in fashion. In addition, H&M from time to time goes on sale, so it is very appealing to budget-conscious buyers. H&M online shopping in India also offers its customers regular new arrivals ensuring the consumers never miss staying ahead of the latest fashion trends.
Zara
Another of the best online shopping sites for clothes in India is Zara. It is mostly known for its fancy and classy designs and provides high-quality clothing with a modern touch. Whether it is office wear, casual clothes, or even evening wear, the collection of Zara has a lot of varied options that are always in style.
The first attribute associated with Zara is the quality of materials and designs. This makes it cost more than H&M, but appropriate for long-lasting and luxury items. Its online store is very sleek and easy to use. The time cycle from browsing through purchasing to payment is not so time-consuming. If you are looking for eternal fashion with a tinge of elegance, then Zara is the right brand for you.
Beyoung
If you are looking for some young, fun, and trendy clothes, then the buzzword is Beyoung. A world of gifts and homewares awaits at The Tin Cupboard

A world of gifts and homewares awaits at The Tin Cupboard
We’re proud to partner with American Express to spotlight a group of LGBTQIA+ inclusive merchants across NSW. The Tin Cupboard is one such business. They’ve been selling beautiful gifts, homewares and kitchenware in the NSW town of Grenfell – and online – for almost a decade, proudly backed by American Express.
The historic town of Grenfell, 370 kilometres west of Sydney, is one of the most interesting and scenic parts of regional NSW.
A classic country town steeped in history, it’s the birthplace of famous Australian poet Henry Lawson and home to a wealth of Gold Rush buildings, old-fashioned pubs and gorgeous gardens, set against the bush-clad Weddin Mountains.
Among the town’s treasures is The Tin Cupboard, a thoughtfully curated giftware, homeware and kitchenware store established in 2016 by Grenfell locals Paige Wood and Lachie Martens.
Located four to five hours’ driving time from Sydney, Newcastle or Wollongong, Grenfell is a perfect place for city slickers to retreat to for some good, old-fashioned country hospitality – and pick up some unique gifts at the same time.
“Grenfell has an array of beautiful accommodation and sites to be seen,” say Paige and Lachie. “So why not visit our store and stay in our beautiful little town?
Fine loose-leafed teas from Spill The Tea Co are some of the many products you’ll find at The Tin Cupboard. Photo: The Tin Cupboard/Facebook.
“From glassware to crockery, serving dishes to knife sets, cutlery to cookware, and an eclectic mix of teapots and mugs – we hope to be able to meet the needs of cooks and hosts from any level,” they say.
“We have an assortment of home decor items to jazz up your home such as vases, cushions, bowls, candles, candle holders and frames. The Tin Cupboard also stocks a full range of Glass House products in candles, diffusers, hand creams and soap.”
But if a short break or holiday to the country is out of reach, you can still experience The Tin Cupboard online.
On their website, you’ll find all sorts of goodies available for purchase, including bags and wallets, bath and body products, bedding, children’s clothes and toys, chocolates, men’s and women’s fashion, stationary, tableware and more.
There’s an emphasis on Australian-made products at The Tin Cupboard. Among the fashion, food, homeware and lifestyle brands on offer are Anabel Trends, Bee Madison, Earth Greetings, Foil Clothing, Kaiser Style, Louenhide, Lumu Moon Handmade Designs, Maxwell & Williams and Reer Endz Men’s Underwear.

An array of kids’ clothing, shoes and toy brands are also represented, making The Tin Cupboard a one-stop gift shop for rainbow families of all kinds.
The Tin Cupboard is located at 93 Main St, Grenfell NSW. Their online store is found at www.thetincupboard.com.

Not just Tiktok ALL of the US based mainstream Streaming / video platforms have been tightening their rules and cracking down dissident opinion and suppressing leftist and minority voices for years. BUT what about the alternative platforms claiming to be for more "Free Speech"? Are they all just for reactionaries?
TL;DR kinda, but these may be the least bad with biggest audiences, and if you are brave or desperate for visibility for your work or cause they may be worth checking out
Streaming: Kick is basically Twitch for people who got kicked out of streaming on twitch - cool, since twich notoriously bans minorities and women over massreporting trolls and for wearing tube tops, let us investigste this site! But of course they mean freedom to be an asshole, and majorly the site has seen user who got banned FOR inciting hate, not the target of it, the few women and a nonbinary person streaming there I talked to said it is indeed even more vitriolic than twitch for minorities and really not a place for anyone unless you indeed get banned elsewhere and need any visibility (for online work or cause) . The problems of this site also run deeper than the userbase: One of the owners of the paltform allegedly was caught watching and laughing in stream chat of some dude trying to trick a trans sexworker into perforning on hidden cam. Felony in many states on top of obviously morally despicable. Being lewd on your own stream is a bannable offence on kick and kick will kick you for no reason other than admin not liking you - but people have allegedly shared revengep0rn etc and gotten away with it. I thought best not to investigste further, nor to make an account so I can not say if radical leftists would be allowed to stay - but I for sure would not want to share my personal information with this site, no matter how much better the revenue share is. But, if you are feeling bold and you funnel financial support through patreon etc and not the site itself I can not stop you.
Videos/streaming: Rumble is youtube for people who got banned from youtube a free speech youtube they say expect guess what you will never believe this from a "we respect your free apeech" website guess what they of course under the law have to ban hateful ideogies from the site but YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE THIS (you knew it) they lumped antifa together with KKK as hateful symbols/ideologies ahahhahaha oh well. The rules are pretty much just as strict as any other site what comes to self expression but there are some radical leftists on the site who get okay views - whether hateviews or not if your goal is to plant the seed of labor movement to the heads of diagruntled working class men, hateview is something you don't mind. If you want your cause heard, and fear facing youtube ban (which they weed out leftists thought too if you ever wonder why many people who started radical on YT make fluff content now... ) it would not hurt to be on this site but again, make sure your privacy is priority and it never hurts to have peer support behind the scenes no matter which site you make content for but especially if you put yourself out on platforms mostly hostile to your thought or person.
Short form video app: Clapper, tiktok for adults
Or some call it conservative tiktok which is funny to me considering their rules and lax attitude are far more liberal than anywhere else. My feed has been mostly thirsttraps, bad boomer jokes, pranks and tiktok reposts. The algo has been like that since the beginning so not sure if its trainable like tiktoks. It seems people on the app have just learnt how to scroll away from stuff they don't like and leave it at that - unlike on tiktok where everyones got impulse control problems and inability to curate their experience. The attitude in my experience being on it for a year is live and let live. I have yet to try their live features though, but I have heard good things from other creators who use it to promote their shops and sites.
Then again, I have not made particularly radical content over there, but along with occasional trumpster a few anarchists and labor unionists have crossed my feed. They even have an official anarchist profile tag which obviously seems suspicious to actually use on an US based app but I was surprised to see it listed at all (no communist profile tag but even if there was do not self flag yourself like that lol) The maturity of the userbase could prove useful for anyone looking for a venue to talk about labor rights for example. My experience there is more as a creator/promoter and for nsfwCreators looking for visibility it is quite welcoming, lewd jokes and non-explicit lingerie/bikinis are fine to post and unlike tiktok, people are generally polite and positive in their comments (unless you are doing something outrageous - the clapper pranks are very odd, niche genX humor? Just learn to scroll away) . They even allow spicy links in your bio which pretty much tells the whole community to fuck off if they hate 0uef girls.
None of these sites I would spend time watching, but for posting and reaching people, I have had good results with Clapper, Rumble I have considered trying as it can not be worse than youtube and kick... well... kick can eat shit. You can stream on the other two if streaming is ehat you want to do.

Elongate My Underwear
Some months ago, me and my mates did an undie haul. It was this Canadian company which was convenient and it sold a ton of different undergarment styles. Most coveted by myself were the boxer briefs for lady shaped people. They had countless adorable patterns which got me so incredibly hyped. I didn’t even feel bad about going slightly overboard because I’d been in the market for underwear of that exact style for so long.
We did this order in a somewhat complicated way. One friend used her account that she already had with the company. I used my credit card as I was the one who had it, un-maxed out, in a convenient location. Another friend used her home address for the shipping since neither of us had a mailbox that was secure or large enough. So, yes, the confirmation email probably looked like a wee bit of a mess with all the information coming from three directions. All the information was still legitimate though.
A couple weeks, I think, passed and the entire time I was so enthused about my coming underwear with the nice longer leg length and cute prints, as well as some extra goodies I got like a pair of boxer shorts and some bralettes. And then the friend who put through the order told us that the company flagged our purchase. It was considered fraud for some reason and she had messaged them multiple times explaining why our info was goofy looking and that we were real people. They wanted pictures of her ID which was weird and they didn’t take “no” for an answer. So that glorious three hundred ish dollar haul was refunded. All the undergarments I was desperately anxious for were no longer coming for me. And I was pissed.
Not so much because that company was weird with verifying our realness, it was frustrating, but shit happens. But because that particular style of underwear is basically impossible to find, even more so affordably. The site we used had prices that made my wallet sing. All other brands and shops don’t even come close. We searched many a place to no avail and all I could think about was “why the shit is this so hard?”
Menfolk have multiple lengths of underwear that fits all of their life’s needs. Why don’t womenfolk? Why is it that underwear made for lady shaped people only comes in short and super in your butt? When they advertise “boyshort” or  “boxer brief” it usually means that either your butt will still be exposed or covered just enough. Nothing is made much longer than a four inch inseam which is basically booty shorts. And that’s fine sometimes, depending on the mood. However, I got thick thighs and that short length rolls up constantly which is incredibly irritating. I want to cover said thighs so they stop chafing as they are want to do, especially when I get toasty. I don’t like them sticking together. Yet I cannot for the life of me find underwear that is long enough. For the most part. I do have a few pairs, but they aren’t exciting. Why can’t they be exciting? Why is it always the cheeky bikini thongs that are patterned? And why are they only really patterned with hyper feminine prints?
Is it truly too much to ask for goofy, colorful, playful, fun patterns on women flavored underwear? And it is too much to ask for some of that underwear to be longer? We have bike shorts. Just do that with a lighter fabric and boom, done. I just don’t see why the fellas have all this flexibility with their underthings whilst the other half of the population predominantly gets some level of sultry. It absolutely makes no sense. There are people who don’t have the ability to pee standing up but want to cover their undercarriage with similar garments. I can’t just get men’s boxer briefs because I need a gusset and not a pocket. I can’t use my reinforcements for when the gates open and the monthly red tide is released with men’s undies. I also don’t really want a random amount of fabric loosely bunching around the front of my netherregion, that just sounds uncomfy.
I know there are brands out there that cater mainly to us weird-gendered folk. They are pricier though. And I really think that this should be a more normalized thing in general. It won’t have to be as expensive then if it has a larger market. At least, that’s how the optimistic side of me thinks. I know too that I’m not alone in this, but I don’t have the brain, funds, expertise, or anything else that it would take to just make my own line and call it a year. So uhh, can someone else who has all that please do it in my stead? In fact, can a bunch of people do it so it gets popularized and then fades to be commonplace? Thanks.
