#showstopping cinematic excellence etc #tom hardy is phenomenal and i enjoyed his character and acting in general don't get me wrong!!#and what i'm about to say now is probably an unpopular opinion (since my opinions are always unpopular in every media) but...#see this could've been the closure of his character like everything has been set to this showdown #he tried to get arthur killed basically betrayed tommy #and when tommy outwitted luca alfie knew the jig is up that tommy is gonna be after his ass plus the skin cancer #like alfie wanted this...he wanted to die in his own terms and by tommy himself instead of either by the mafia or by cancer #he was already doomed!! but no they had to drag him out throughout the show...no one cheered no one clapped #he has overstayed his welcome on the show and i believe this is mostly because tom hardy is a fan fav and a good friend of steven knight #and just didn't have the same impact anymore #peaky blinders #cillian murphy #tommy shelby #pb text post

Idk if you ever watched/know much about empires smp 1 but it would be very cool if yoj drew smth with tragic doomed esmp1 gempearl... they're so doomed yuri...

THEY EVEN HAVE FLOWER SYMBOLISM (sunflowers and wither roses which i am very normal about, and which also inspired a lot of a gempearl fic i wrote (Flowers Always Wither) bc im so normal about flower imagery and the fact the woman represented by sunflowers and growth and crops was part of the Wither Rose alliance and literally WITHERED AWAY in her finale when her fields and flowers burnt down...... ough. Also the fact roses in general are associated with love (of many forms, usually romantic), whilst black roses are associated with death, and sunflowers are associated with the sun and life. Sososo normal I swear-)

This accidentally turned into a massive rant about esmp1 gempearl but they make me so ill (enough to finish a fic for the first time in a year) so KSHSKS mb for that-

but anyway yeah if you drew wizard gem and farmer queen pearl flower imagery/symbolism i would owe you my thirdborn (I've already promised my first and secondborn to different gempearl related causes). Or i could just reblog it a billion times LMAO
