Wait do you have an particular dislike for twolegs moorsnow? May I ask why I mean I agree they should be avoided but your reaction to dropletpaws question was alittle harsh.

OOC: For the lore, since I'm gonna mostly only focus on living cats in the clan for my art/moons, Splinterclan was originally part of Oakclan; a large cat colony that got encroached on by a housing development. To help with the feral cats, a TNR program group was called in and started fixing cats, rehoming young kittens, and basically trying to get the numbers down. This is why Whorlstar took the few who would follow her and escaped to make a new clan.

For Moorsnow specifically, she and her mother were one of the first to get caught in live traps and taken to be spayed. While Moorsnow just lost her litter and was fixed, her mother ended up passing away from complications during the surgery and never returned. Obviously this gave Moor a lot of trauma, so this is where her great aversion to human-related things comes from.

(Double OOC I have personally taken part in TNR programs irl and they are a fantastic resource and great for real feral kitty health - they just make a great plot point for my fictional clangens as well lol)

I don’t think he sails, so here is Gollum on a paddle log. 

Sometimes I get around the ‘only night and underground lighting!’ thing by putting him outside at dawn or dusk where there’s some natural light... I think he was sometimes out with the hobbits in the early morning in LOTR and only starts freaking out when the sun is over the horizon. 

This here is probably evening, because his attitude is more of someone who’s lazily eyeing a candidate for second breakfast than someone who’s going to be panicking and fleeing the Yellow Face in the next few minutes. 

That bird is something called a ‘bar-tailed godwit’. I looked up UK-region marsh birds, saw that name, and decided that was the bird I wanted to use.

I want to finish this challenge up tomorrow so that on the 25th I can post a collection of the prompt art, so tomorrow two prompts will go up, and on the 25th two posts collecting the highlights of this challenge will go up. Tschuss!

ah thank you,, i guess we dont necessarily know he's Dying but he's old and starting to have a whole host of problems and it's just. getting to the point where we have to consider his quality of life over longevity, yknow, and whether seeking diagnosis (let alone treatment) is even worth it given how old and uncomfortable he already is. idk how long he has exactly but i think we're lookin down the barrel. appreciate the love, here's a picture of the boy
