Last swings of 2017 for #awaye4 . I promised him we'd both take some time off after today to rest our alpha waves and recharge a bit for 2018. It's taken time for me to fully adjust but I've fully settled into my role as Obi-Wan Kenobi to his young Luke Skywalker. Going into 2018 it's time now for him to truly set out for and embrace his journey knowing that I'll be right there with him. I truly can't wait to see how he grows and see his continued progression. 💢WELLNESS DEBUT PREP COMING TO AN END💢 @jaycutlerdesertclassic was another one for the books. It was my second show competing in the Wellness Division. I can honestly look back at my prep for @jaycutlerdesertclassic and for @sampsonproductions and say I truly gave it my all. I didn’t skip a meal, I didn’t miss a workout and I didn’t miss any cardio. If something was wrong or happened, I always let my coach know. I want to Thank everyone for their support. I know a lot have asked how I did yesterday. I didn't place, but I can honestly say that I am very fucking proud of the improvements we have made in the year that @halliemarnon_ifbbpro have working together. I go into this off season more focused and determined to improve and grow. Is it going to be easy, nope, but I know this is something I have a passion for and ready to improve. Not going to jump into a national show yet, because again we have a lot of work to do. Now my prep is over and I get to be there to support my bestie during her prep for her pro debut.
