i think a lot about connor’s certainty that roman will think onanism is one of the biggest problems society faces. yes, that’s part of connor’s world view- that he thinks he is on the same page as everyone else when he is actually taking it to an extreme no one else accepts (“no, con. you talked about cryogenics”)- but there’s also a fundamental misunderstanding of roman. the only example i can think of off the top of my head is prague where he says something about roman being involved in the sexual aspect of the party. but that’s all i see here. the way roman is putting all his weight on connor but barely touching him at all. he’s keeping that physical distance that he needs and connor isn’t fully aware
