Mastering the O Visa: A Guide for Extraordinary Talents
The O Visa is a unique non-immigrant classification designed for individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary abilities or achievements in their respective fields. This visa category is divided into two main types:
O-1A Visa: Targeted towards individuals with exceptional skills in the sciences, education, business, or athletics.
O-1B Visa: Tailored for those who have shown extraordinary ability in the arts or extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry.
Tumblr media
Criteria for Extraordinary Ability
Qualifying for an O Visa requires substantial proof of one's extraordinary ability. The criteria include:
National or International Recognition: Evidence of receipt of nationally or internationally recognized prizes or awards.
Membership in Associations: Inclusion in associations that require outstanding achievements, as judged by recognized experts.
Published Material: Articles in major media or professional journals about the applicant and their work.
Original Contributions: Significant, original contributions to their field.
The Role of Agent Petitioners
Agents play a pivotal role in the O Visa application process, especially for applicants with multiple engagements in the U.S.:
Acting as Representatives: Agents can represent both the applicant and various U.S. employers, filing the petition on the applicant's behalf.
Contractual Agreements: They help in consolidating multiple contracts or engagements into one cohesive petition.
Importance of Peer Group Consultation
A critical part of the O Visa application is obtaining a written advisory opinion from a peer group – a group or an expert in the applicant’s field. This opinion serves as an endorsement of the applicant’s extraordinary abilities.
Preparing a Strong O Visa Application
A robust O Visa application requires meticulous preparation:
Comprehensive Documentation: This includes awards, evidence of recognition, publications, and testimonials.
Clear Evidence of Extraordinary Ability: Applicants must demonstrate they meet the required criteria through their achievements and recognition.
Detailed Itinerary: For artists and performers, a detailed itinerary of the events or activities planned in the U.S.
The O Visa offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with exceptional talent to work and contribute their skills in the U.S. Understanding the nuances of the application process and meeting the stringent criteria are essential for a successful petition.
Dual Intent and Permanent Residency Prospects
The O Visa acknowledges dual intent, meaning individuals can seek permanent residency without affecting their O Visa status. This is particularly beneficial for those considering a long-term career in the U.S. The concept of dual intent is particularly significant for O Visa holders:
Definition of Dual Intent: It allows individuals on a non-immigrant visa, like the O Visa, to lawfully seek permanent residency (a Green Card) while in the U.S.
Green Card Application: O Visa holders can apply for a Green Card without jeopardizing their O Visa status. This is often pursued through employer sponsorship or self-petitioning in certain cases.
Strategic Planning: For those considering a long-term career in the U.S., understanding the implications of dual intent is crucial for strategic immigration planning and smooth transition.
O-2 Visa: For Essential Support Personnel
The O-2 Visa plays a crucial role in supporting O-1 visa holders:
Eligibility: Granted to individuals who will accompany and assist in the artistic or athletic performance of an O-1 visa holder.
Essential Skills Requirement: Applicants must prove that their assistance is essential to the successful performance of the O-1 holder and that they have skills and experience with the O-1 holder that are not general and cannot be readily performed by a U.S. worker.
Application Process: The O-2 visa application is usually filed concurrently with the O-1 petition and requires similar documentation and a written advisory opinion.
O-3 Visa: Family Members of O Visa Holders
The O-3 visa is designated for dependents of O-1 and O-2 visa holders:
Eligibility: Spouses and unmarried children under the age of 21 of O-1 and O-2 visa holders are eligible for the O-3 visa.
Rights and Limitations: O-3 visa holders can legally reside in the U.S. with the primary visa holder but are not permitted to work. They may, however, attend school or college.
Application and Validity: The application for an O-3 visa can be submitted either simultaneously with the O-1/O-2 petition or separately. The validity of the O-3 visa is tied to the primary O-1/O-2 holder’s visa status.
Extension and Renewal of the O Visa
The O Visa's duration is typically tied to the length of the event, project, or engagement for which the visa holder is admitted into the U.S. However, extensions are possible under specific circumstances:
Standard Extension Procedure: To extend an O Visa, the visa holder or their employer must file Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, with USCIS. This should be done well before the visa's expiration date.
Required Documentation: The extension petition must include evidence of continued need for the visa holder’s extraordinary abilities or achievements.
Duration of Extension: Extensions are granted in one-year increments, provided the visa holder continues to meet the O Visa requirements.
Tumblr media
The Value of Premium Processing
For those requiring a faster decision on their O Visa petition, premium processing offers a valuable solution:
Expedited Review: By paying an additional fee, the visa petition will be processed within 15 calendar days.
Application Process: To request premium processing, Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, must be filed alongside the initial visa petition or extension request.
Ideal for Time-Sensitive Situations: This service is particularly beneficial for applicants with imminent project start dates or those needing quick resolution due to other time-sensitive circumstances.
Common Challenges and Solutions
Applicants often face challenges such as proving extraordinary ability or navigating complex documentation requirements. Working with an experienced immigration attorney can help anticipate and resolve these issues effectively.
Case Studies: Successful O Visa Stories
Numerous individuals from various fields have successfully obtained the O Visa. These success stories often share common factors: meticulous documentation, strong peer endorsements, and a clear demonstration of extraordinary ability.
For those with extraordinary talents, the O Visa offers a pathway to work and excel in the U.S. Understanding its nuances, requirements, and application process is key to harnessing this opportunity to its fullest potential.

Trying to get a visa was a very tedious process.
After getting a high level job at your company in copenhagen, you had made the decision to move there.
That wasn't the only factor, there was also the luca of it all.
The guy you had been seeing for the last 8 months.
It had definitely been difficult with you flying between new york and copenhagen for work, but those times when you were together made the times you were apart well worth it.
When you told him the news you would be moving he had been beyond excited that he would get to see you almost every day and had very quickly asked if you would want to move into his flat with him.
That had been another quick yes.
You loved luca, and you were beyond excited to live with him.
But apparently the world didn't want to grant you this excitement.
5 months you had been trying to get a visa but every time you sent in the application it got sent back saying you had filled it out wrong.
You were hoping that today was the day the envelope sent to your flat in new york contained your visa.
You eagerly opened the envelope, disappointed to find it just filled with paper.
‘ dear mx [y/l/n], unfortunately you did not enter a valid danish address so your visa application has been rejected ‘
“ fuck “ was the first thing that came out of your mouth as you headed into your kitchen.
“ everything okay, babe ? “
Your mood lifted momentarily when you spotted luca stood at your stove.
“ visa got rejected again “ you muttered, moving to perch on the counter beside him.
“ what was the excuse this time ?” he questioned, not taking his eyes off of the pan in front of him.
“ not a valid address “ you replied, defeat evident in your voice.
You saw his blue eyes roll momentarily into the back of his head.
“ how many times is this now ? “
“ four. “
“ christ.. Okay, after im finished here we’ll fill out your form again, i’ve done all of this before so maybe i can see where you’re going wrong, okay ?”
“ okay “ you replied.
“ okay, i’ll be done here in a minute, why don’t you go and change and then we can sort out your paperwork ?”
“ m’kay. “
You slid off of the counter, pressing a short kiss onto his shoulder before heading into your bedroom to change out of your clothes and into some pyjamas consisting of a pair of cotton shorts and one of luca’s t-shirts that you had brought home with you after your last trip to visit him.
When you emerged from the bedroom luca was sat on your couch reading over the rejection letter.
You collapsed down next to him, pulling your laptop onto your lap, resting your head down on his broad shoulder.
His arm wrapped around you and you forgot what you were even trying to do when you sat down once his hands started carding through your hair.
“ we’ll get this done, okay? I’m not going any longer without you living in my flat “
A soft laugh left both of your lips before you turned your body even further into his.
“ thank you for helping me with this “ you muttered sleepily, your eyes growing heavier with every passing moment that his fingers teased the soft strands of your hair.
After he pressed a kiss to the top of your head you were done for, your body relaxing into his completely.
You could feel his chest vibrating under your ear but you were much too tired to comprehend what he was saying.
You fell asleep to the feeling of his hand gently tucking hair behind your ear and over your shoulder, his hand following it to the ends every time.

໑ৎ♡ About The Account ♡໑ৎ
This is an account for Neurodivergent Reality Shifters to send in asks specifically about what Neurodivergent Shifting Culture is to them, how they experience it, an example of it, and other similar topics to those things.
So, you would say: “Neurodivergent Shifting Culture is ____”
If anyone has any questions on what is allowed to be sent in, just leave a comment or send an ask to begin with, and I’ll let you know. <3
The list of regular anons will be here: 🔮🦐
Before you follow, interact, or send in asks, know that permashifters, respawners, and those who shift to a reality where they’re a different race or age (as long as you aren’t doing it for p3dophilic reasons, or visa versus) are very welcome on this page.
llııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllı♡ıllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııllııll
໑ৎ♡ About The Creator ♡໑ৎ
I’m Rhysand (pronounced Reese-Sund), also known as Rhys (pronounced Reese). I’m a Neurodivergent, Queer, and Nonhuman Reality Shifter.
Neurodivergent Identity:
I’m undiagnosed AuDHD (Autism + ADHD), APD (Auditory Processing Disorder), SPD (Sensory Processing Disorder), ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and Pure O OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), medically recognized PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder), and diagnosed MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) and GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). I’m also undiagnosed PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) and/or PME (Premenstrual Exacerbation).
I also have a few other undiagnosed things, like BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder), Misophonia, Excoriation Disorder, and Trichotillomania. Those are things that just come along with my “main” mental illnesses and neurodivergencies.
I don’t yet have the confidence to say that I’m disabled (because I don’t wish to intrude on that community or mislabel myself), but I probably am, due to my severe daily executive dysfunction and a few other things.
I have special interests in Wings Of Fire, Harry Potter, Dragons in general, and Neurodivergency.
I have no current hyperfixations, and I’m incredibly low on dopamine.
Tone tags are very appreciated when talking to me, so please use them! If you aren’t sure how, just ask and I will let you know! <3
Shifting Things:
I first found shifting in 2020 or 2021 on Tiktok, and as soon as I heard about it, I did my own research on it. I started trying to shift often, even with my lack of knowledge on the subject and my poor mindset. I originally wanted to permashift and/or respawn, but after I realized just how much it was effecting me mentally, I took a major break from it for about 3 or 4 years, only trying to shift occasionally.
I found shiftblr in early 2024, and my shifting knowledge increased, my mindset improved, and my motivation was renewed.
I’ve shifted once to a parallel reality, where I relived/redid a day.
I’m considering permashifting to my Better CR DR, but I have way too many DRs, so we’ll see how that goes.
Queer Identity:
I’m very queer in the gender, NOT a girl or under the womanhood category, and I use He/They pronouns + any/all neopronouns, nounself pronouns, xenopronouns, and emojiself pronouns.
My most preferred pronouns are He/Him, It/Its, Xe/Xym, Ze/Zym, Ne/Nim, Ne/Nym, 🌙/🌙’s/🌙self, Moon/Moonself, Bug/Bugself, Bee/Beeself, and honestly a lot more. Go haywire, as long as it’s not She/Her, you’re all good.
I’m AroAce, Aromantic and Myrsexual (Neuroasexual, Nebulasexual, Requiesexual, Rosesexual, Merosexual, Placiosexual, Falsaesthsexual, Acorsexual, Apothisexual, Bellussexual, and Dreadsexual), and I’m Homoalterous, Omniqueerplatonic, Panexteramo, Pansensual, and Panaesthetic.
I’m a Lesboy and T4T-leaning.
I’m Ambiamorous and have no preference.
Please use masculine, neutral, creature, fey, dragon, wolf, and thing terms when referring to me.
Nonhuman Identity:
I’m a Polytherian, Otherkin, Otherlink, Otherfix, Otherhearted, and Fictionflicker. I fluctuate between Nonhuman and Human, sometimes one is stronger than the other one and visa versus, but always on some level both, but I mainly just say I’m nonhuman. I’m Transspecies and Voidpunk. I’ve only been awakened for a few months.
My theriotypes are Vancouver Coastal Sea Wolf, Red Fox, Nurse Shark, Snow Leopard, Norwegian Forest Cat, and Canada Lynx.
My kintypes are fictionkin (Dark Fey, Forest Type, from the Maleficent movies), dragonkin (SeaWing/SilkWing hybrid), dragonkin (Night-Light Fury Hybrid) and Raccoonkin.
My linktypes are Owl (Snowy or Barn) and Sable.
I’ve been Fictionflicker for Hylian and one of my OC species (Orphinki).
I have a Whale Shark Hearttype.
My Other Accounts:
@rhysandshiftingthespectrum - My account for Neurodivergent Shifters and my new main shifting account and main account overall
@toomuchdivergentformyneuro - My account for my Neurodivergency, Special Interests, and Hyperfixations
Other:
I’m taken by my lovely boyfriend ( @thesunnishboy ) and I’m not looking for any more partners.
I’m celiac, have a dairy intolerance, have pollen allergies, and a dust allergy, plus probably allergic to other shit, so woo for me. (Sarcasm.)
I’m a minor (16).
I’m Agnostic, a bit spiritual, and I’m very respectful of others’ religions.
I have one sibling (She/Her), and she has two accounts on here, although she isn’t that active.
I stand with Palestine.
I love answering asks of any and all kinds, so never be afraid to ask, you are not bothering me or being annoying or too much. <3
I’m pro non-offending p@raph!les and etc., who are in recovery/getting help.
I’m pro endogenic systems, mixed origin systems, non-traumagenic systems, etc.

Mordor says He returned only for Visa reasons. They did some math and understood that Sam had been there for almost 90 days, só It was time for a quick walk home.
Dear Visa Anon,
Which Mordor luminary came with this idea? The MENSA-level CRT Clique or Miss Marple, who thinks I know nothing (the Dimwit from Madrid is still learning how to spell, so I can't believe it's her)?
Regardless. These people should immediately stop watching Ninety-Day Fiancé on their cable network, following a severe overdose on Uzbek midgets and Egyptian gigolos 'looking for true love' stories.
Maybe they could also have checked their facts before solemnly stating bullshit, since they clearly think all the visitors to the wonderful U S of A are tourists and as such, entitled to a maximum 90-day stay at a time (and then a short hike to Tijuana or Canada and back on tracks: not EDI/GLA, FFS!).
Incidentally, may I remind these geniuses that S has been spotted only near EDI, which of course would mean for them he'd be getting his visa there. Unless...
Tumblr media
Unless you know the US General Consulate in EDI does not issue any type of visas - LOL, idiots. And unless he'd need to be in LHR for the pre-appointed interview and then another 7 working days delay for processing and 1-3 working days for passport delivery by mail only (never in person, chickadees). Doesn't really click with timelines, Madam Expert.
Because they are all very intelligent, they also forgot everything about/never bothered to look for the new-ish ESTA system (https://www.handyvisas.com/esta-us-visa/british/), especially designed for Visa Waiver countries' citizens. So I insist: if traveling as a tourist, S does not need a visa to enter the US for up to 90 days - that is correct, but by no means applicable to S's reality. And if he knew he'd need to stay more than 90 days, he would have applied for a visa - mandatory - in London before the Summer of Sassenach tour.
But he is not traveling as a tourist and very probably not under another type of non-immigrant visa, simply because he has businesses there and he is also involved in the OL project with *** (d'oh!).
Let's unpack:
As per US current regulations, S cannot apply for a B-1 (business non immigrant visa). To understand why, kindly refer to the US Customs and Border Protection FAQ (https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/documents/B-1%20permissible%20activities.pdf). I already munched it up for you:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He could only apply for a O-1 B immigration visa, for which his agent or employer should mandatorily petition the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. These are special visas designed for the individual who (...) has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements. This is very subjective and a contract with * should be enough - I was in a taxi when I received your ask and immediately checked with a friend from the US Consulate, to indulge you. And all this hassle just because a Tumblr Nobody has flatulent opinions, huh?
According to the USCIS's own regulations, not Dutch fantasy or Belfast sagas, the authorized period of stay and possibility of extension are as follows (https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/temporary-workers/o-1-visa-individuals-with-extraordinary-ability-or-achievement):
Tumblr media
The good thing about getting this visa (and I think * sorted it out a long time ago for both of them) is that it helps tremendously with the Green Card procedures, something I bet the farm both S & C already have, by now.
So doing the maths was perfectly inane and useless.
Does that answer your question, clever Anon? Can I go back to the Quaich post I must finish (it will be VERY long, beware) today?
Thanks for asking and I am sorry for the length: this fandom being paranoid, I had to include all the tedious details. I hope we can put this idiocy to rest, now. Parochial twits.

Welp! I’m starting my biannual read through of your revan fics lol. Do you think you might update that last one with meetra in it sometime? It’s been on my mind for years!! Like what happens?? They’re getting blasted with the little temple maneuver revan’s doing and then what. And then what!!! 🫣
omg T^T you are so sweet!! i hope you enjoy but also i'm sorry for leaving it unfinished, esp on such a big cliffhanger !!
it's been three years :o) but if you're curious about where it was going…
i had to refer to my old notes, but revan needed meetra to weaken the force enough to close the last gate. the star forge was supposed to aid the process, so revan was doing it with raw strength up until then, which is beginning to fail. meetra steps in only because she always needs to do her duty, and she does it for herself, not for revan. it's revealed that the emperor wants to use the portal to become immortal. they go to close the last gate and scourge attacks meetra, but since atton is there, he protects her and scourge runs. they go to the main station to end the process entirely, but the emperor is there and i think??? i was going to have their friends--bao, mical, visas, and bastila, show up and help them fight him off. they presume him dead but ofc he never dies :))) so it was kind of setting everything up for swtor my way LOL
kreia is the one that went off course, btw. she told revan she would bring meetra to her, but straight up did her own thing instead. part of that was because when she restored revan's memories, she saw that revan was the one who killed yusanis during the war…
anyway!! i had a little post fic thing planned too about revan and malak going back to visit jolee on kashyyyk after everything :') it was sweet but unfortunately i only have so much energy to write these days !!! i will always wish that i finished this, though

Damn first time I’ve actually run out of diapers since getting diagnosed with enuresis. She also said that there are day time issues as well and told me I had a doctors order for diapers as often as I need. My insurance was supposed to cover my diapers but ended up shutting down on me but it’s all good I have a source that gives me a couple of packs every couple of weeks and I’ve been buying cheap Walgreens diapers that have a whole bunch in the pack and aren’t bad for cheap-o diapers. Keeps me diapered most days. Recently I’ve really been experiencing incontinence in the form of Urge Incontinence or over active bladder and some stress incontinence which is leaking when you stretch or sneeze , cough or what have you. Me being into diapers has me fine with this , almost excited actually screw almost I am excited, I started taking a med who’s known side effect is incontinence and wouldn’t you know it I am having that side effect , but im good with having to wear diapers and the medication makes me feel normal so even if I wasn’t good with having to wear diapers I think I would end up finding a way to be good with it. Anyway any time im not wearing a diaper is a risk of having an accident and lately I’ve had several including just Friday and trust me when I say this it’s a huge one , puddles on the floor and all, if and when it happens in public im pretty sure my wife will end up demanding im never not diapered again. So maybe I should let it happen and not wear diapers??? Hmmmmm . She knows and partakes as well so im sure it wouldn’t take her much to demand it lol. Always what I wanted was to not have a choice . Always felt like I belonged in diapers my whole life. Just like some folks will feel like they were born in the wrong skin and feel better as a girl or visa versa or were born knowing they were gay …… that’s how I feel, I was born knowing I was supposed to wear diapers always . Well I suppose I didn’t know at birth cause it was just a normal thing that we were in diapers but as soon as I was taken out of diapers I knew it was wrong and wasn’t supposed to be . That I was different and was never supposed to not be diapered . Of well I guess I righted that , now im in the process of becoming permanently incontinent and 100% diaper dependent. I post updates in that often. Anyway this week will be tight , im salvaging diapers that a tab was broken off on while trying to put one on , we save those for later rather than toss them out and use tape to fix them. That way we always have something . Still going to be a wet week, probably have many pant wetting accidents and at least 2-5 nights of wetting the bed. I put myself back in diapers both because I like them and because I will either wet the bed, wake up 3 plus times a night to pee, sometimes when getting up to pee I might wake up take two steps toward the door and boom right there wet myself , or make it somewhere between the bed and the bathroom I might wet myself then too so trust me when I say this , no diapers then there is a good chance I’ll have day times accidents happen and tons of something happen at night either bedwetting or wetting my self on the way to the bathroom during one of my many middle of the night trips . Oh well just goes to show that I do need to always have diapers . I have pull-ups and guards for men I typically stuff my diaper with, have to wear briefs though , works in my diaper so maybe in a pull up. I guess time will tell, if anyone knows of any adult diaper resource let me know thanks a bunch.

However, before embarking on your French journey, it's essential to navigate the intricacies of the visa application process. This comprehensive guide aims to unravel the complexities, offering valuable insights and practical advice to facilitate a smooth and successful visa application experience.
Deciphering Visa Categories:
Understanding the array of visa categories is the first step toward a successful application. France offers various visa types tailored to different purposes, including:
Short-stay Visa (Schengen Visa): Designed for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period for tourism, business, or visiting family and friends.
Long-stay Visa: Intended for stays exceeding 90 days, encompassing purposes such as work, study, family reunion, or entrepreneurship.
Work Visa: Targeting individuals seeking employment opportunities in France, contingent upon job offers, skill shortages, or intra-company transfers.
Student Visa: Catering to international students pursuing academic degrees or participating in exchange programs at recognized French institutions.
Family Reunification Visa: Facilitating the reunification of family members residing in France with their non-EU/EEA relatives.
Identifying the most suitable visa category based on your intentions and eligibility is paramount to a successful application.
Preparation and Documentation:
Gathering the requisite documents is a critical aspect of the visa application process. While specific requirements may vary depending on the visa type and individual circumstances, essential documents typically include:
Valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity beyond the intended stay, accompanied by any previous passports showing travel history.
Completed visa application form, accurately filled out and signed, adhering to prescribed guidelines.
Recent passport-sized photographs meeting specifications outlined by the French consulate or embassy.
Travel itinerary, including flight reservations, accommodation details, and a comprehensive outline of planned activities.
Proof of financial means to cover expenses during the stay, such as bank statements, sponsorship letters, or scholarship awards.
Health insurance coverage valid in France, meeting minimum requirements for medical expenses and repatriation.
Additional documents specific to the visa category, such as employment contracts, acceptance letters from educational institutions, or marriage certificates for family reunification.
It's advisable to compile all necessary documents well in advance and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate to avoid delays or complications during the application process.
Visa Application Process:
Navigating the France visa application process entails several steps, each requiring attention to detail and adherence to guidelines:
Schedule an appointment: Depending on the jurisdiction, applicants may need to schedule an appointment at the nearest French consulate, embassy, or visa application center.
Biometric data submission: Some visa categories necessitate the provision of biometric data, including fingerprints and photographs, at a designated appointment.
Submit application and pay fees: Present the completed application form and supporting documents at the designated visa application center or consulate, paying the requisite visa fees.
Await processing: Allow sufficient time for visa processing, which can vary depending on the visa category, jurisdiction, and time of year.
Collect your visa: Once the application is processed, collect your passport with the visa affixed inside, ensuring all details are accurate before departure.
It's essential to monitor the progress of your application and promptly respond to any requests for additional information or clarification from the consulate or visa processing center.
Tips for Success:
Enhance your chances of a successful France visa application by following these tips:
Plan ahead: Initiate the visa application process well in advance of your intended travel dates to account for processing times and unforeseen delays.
Thoroughly review requirements: Familiarize yourself with the specific requirements for your chosen visa category and ensure all documents are complete and compliant.
Maintain transparency: Provide truthful and accurate information in your application and during any interviews or interactions with visa authorities.

Experts believe that more than seven million illegal immigrants have crossed the border since *President Biden occupied the White House.
The apparatchiks in the Pravda Press downplay the situation by assuring us the invaders are “families,” even though most of the videos we see are of single, military-aged men, frequently from Venezuela.
But the most onerous onslaught at our northern and southern borders is the disturbing number of single, military-aged Chinese men and women finding their way into our country and disappearing once they get in.
FACT-O-RAMA! Between January and March of 2022, 71 Chinese individuals crossed the Darien Gap, the strip of land that connects North and South America, the route preferred by the Chinese. During the same time frame this year, 2,200 made the journey. You can see a video of young, Chinese nationals lining up for buses in Panama headed for the U.S.
Why would Chinese nationals fly into Panama and make a seemingly arduous voyage to our southern border? According to Anthony Rubin, the founder of Muckraker, who filmed Chinese people lining up for a seat on a U.S.-bound bus, they aren’t able to simply fly in and wait for their visas to expire like they did in the good old days.
“This would be for people who can’t fly into the U.S. directly,” Rubin told Fox News. So what they do is they get on a flight, and they fly into some South American country. Then from there, they would go to Colombia, they would go across the jungle, pop out in Panama, and then they would head up to the United States. But this is going to be for people that can’t fly into the U.S. directly. You’d rather just fly into the U.S. and overstay your visa. This is for people that don’t have that access for whatever reason.”
FACT-O-RAMA! Muckraker claims they have found a Chinese document giving detailed information on how to enter the U.S. via the Darien Gap. The document includes a Subway sandwich restaurant in Mexico where one can buy fake permits, how much to pay smugglers, and how to avoid detection at the border, including uninstalling the Chinese spy app “WeChat.” You can watch the Muckraker video here.
Rubin told Fox News that some Chinese people he was filming “do not want their faces on camera.” Now why would that be?
Rubin explained:
Either they are foreign actors that are coming over here for nefarious reasons or, number two, these are people that are afraid of some sort of retribution by the Communist Chinese Party. If it’s number two, well then what does that mean? That means that these people are going to be beholden to the Communist Chinese Party once they’re here. Oh, you’re in the United States. Okay, well, we’re going to threaten your friends and family back home in China unless you do X, Y, and Z. Either way, it’s very dangerous. You can’t allow this to just continue and have all these people cross the border. I mean, it just will not work.
Retired U.S. Col. and a member of Devon Nunes’s staff, Derek Harvey, recently revealed to The Epoch Times that many of the Chinese men scrambling over the border are showing up with the same haircuts, tattoos, backpacks, and “pocket litter,” which he defined as the same wallet and the same type of ID cards. Even more harrowing, Harvey claims they are all a part of a special ops wing of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), and our intel officials are well aware of what is happening.
He also stated that most of the Chinese are coming to the U.S. through the Darien Gap.
Tumblr media
“We have Chinese nationals of military age coming into Latin America, coming across the southern border,” Harvey explained in a recent video interview. “They wear the same clothes, they have the same haircuts, they have the same pocket litter. They have the same, ah, knapsacks. It’s like it’s a uniform. And they get processed and they move on.”
Harvey had more shocking news to reveal:
They have the same wallet, they have the same types of identification. It’s all the same. And we have good information that they are products of a… they have the same rituals the same tattoos, and the operating theory by our border patrol and our intelligence elements is they come from one specific special operation unit.
When Asked by “Over the Target” host Lee Smith for clarification, Harvey confirmed what he said—the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Intel officials are well aware of who these people are, Chinese special ops from the PLA.
Again, the Mao-Maos in the left press were eager to tell us not to believe our eyes, the CBP, and our intel specialists.
Bonus trouble! Harvey also stated that Venezuela, Iran, Russia, and China are working together against us and that Iran and Hezbollah already have sleeper cells in the U.S.
One day our descendants will spit on our graves.

Working in the USA
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Working in the USA as a foreign national involves navigating the country's immigration and employment regulations. Here are some key steps and considerations if you're interested in working in the United States:
**Determine Eligibility:** Before pursuing employment in the USA, determine if you are eligible to work there. Common pathways include: - Employment-based visas (H-1B for specialized occupations, L-1 for intracompany transfers, etc.). - Temporary work visas (J-1 for exchange visitors, O-1 for individuals with extraordinary ability, etc.). - Employment-based green cards (permanent residency).
**Job Search and Networking:** Research companies and industries that align with your skills and qualifications. Networking can be crucial in finding job opportunities and getting referrals.
**Job Offer:** Typically, you need a job offer from a U.S. employer to apply for a work visa. The employer may need to sponsor your visa application.
**Visa Application:** Once you have a job offer, you or your employer will need to file a visa application with the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), depending on the type of visa you're applying for.
**Non-Immigrant Work Visas:** Some common non-immigrant work visas include: - H-1B: For individuals in specialized occupations. - L-1: For intracompany transfers. - J-1: For exchange visitors (including work and study programs). - O-1: For individuals with extraordinary ability.
**Immigrant Work Visas (Green Cards):** If you intend to work in the U.S. on a more permanent basis, you might explore employment-based green card options. These include: - EB-2: For individuals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability. - EB-3: For skilled workers, professionals, and other workers.
**Labor Certification:** Some employment-based green card categories require a labor certification process to show that there are no qualified U.S. workers available for the job.
**Documentation:** Prepare all required documentation, including forms, supporting documents, and fees, for your visa application.
**Interview:** If required, attend an interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate in your home country.
**Health and Security Checks:** You may need to undergo medical examinations and security background checks.
**Arrival in the U.S.:** Once your visa is approved, you can travel to the U.S. and begin working.
It's important to note that U.S. immigration laws and procedures can be complex and may change over time. Consulting with an immigration attorney or seeking guidance from official U.S. government sources is highly recommended to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Also, consider factors such as cost of living, cultural adjustments, and quality of life when making decisions about working in the USA.

Eamonn McCabe, who has died suddenly aged 74, was a photographer, photo editor, educator and broadcaster, and served as the Guardian’s picture editor for 13 years. And when he wasn’t shooting, editing or talking about images, he was collecting awards for doing so. His work won him picture editor of the year an unprecedented six times and sports photographer of the year four times, creating groundbreaking photographs for the Observer. From his early pictures, such as one of a table tennis player with a very high throw, or an image of Björn Borg’s gimlet eyes on a tennis ball, it was recognised that Eamonn, like Borg, had his own way of perceiving the world. He was bringing something different to sports photography and his trophy cupboard started to fill.
In 1985 he won news photographer of the year for his photographs of the Heysel stadium disaster in Brussels. He was there to cover a football match, but sport was forgotten when the tragic events unfolded. He said that witnessing this horror had a lasting effect on him and perhaps hastened his departure from sports photography. “I went as a sports photographer, thrilled to be covering Juventus against Liverpool, and ended up a news photographer, as the whole thing turned into a terrifying disaster in which 39 supporters were killed … I never processed the films from the game itself. They didn’t seem to be very important.”
Editing pictures became the route out of weekly witnessing English football at its worst, and in 1988 Eamonn was recruited as picture editor of the Guardian by its then editor, Peter Preston, to help the paper see off the new Independent with its well-printed photography. Eamonn’s unique way of seeing and framing the world worked as well behind a desk as behind his cameras. He understood how a news or feature photograph is used and cropped is often as important as its content.
Eamonn was born in Highgate, north London. His father, James McCabe, was a taxi driver and his mother, Celia (nee Henchy), a hotel receptionist. They went on to open a hotel in Manor House opposite Finsbury Park. The young Eamonn grew up among the same postwar streets as another photography great, Don McCullin. At Challoner school in Finchley, it seems he spent most of the time playing football and boxing – he left school with just a couple of O-levels. He started work in a solicitor’s office, then in the accounts department of a brewery, but ledgers and spreadsheets were not for him and he got a job as a junior in an advertising agency. A previous incumbent of his lowly position had been David Bowie.
After a couple of years he got the travel bug, left the ad agency and headed to the capital of flower power in the 60s, San Francisco. He enrolled for a film-making course, but discovered a love for stills photography rather than movies. Eventually he had to leave – with the visa he held, he was in danger of being sent to Vietnam. But first he had a Rolling Stones gig to go to: “Mick Jagger laid on a free Stones concert on 6 December 1969 at the Altamont Speedway, northern California. Three hundred thousand people turned up. I had my cameras and pushed my way upfront to the tiny stage that had been hastily produced. By most accounts, the Hells Angels were hired as security for $500 worth of beer. If Woodstock was the dream, Altamont was the nightmare – the stage was much too low and the Angels didn’t like the sight of nudity and weighed into the crowd with snooker cues. A big guy next to me got the worst of it and I just ran. You don’t argue with the Angels high on beer.”
Returning to the UK, he worked in the photo unit of Imperial College, followed by a job with the London Photo Agency (LPA). He worked in the darkrooms and took pictures at rock concerts. This was a far more exciting world for a 23-year-old. Eamonn said: “The Rolling Stones, the Who, the Beach Boys – they were our heroes. Theirs was the music we listened to anyway ... there was a rawness about them that made good pictures.”
However, in the LPA building, there was another picture agency, Sporting Pictures, where Eamonn got some shifts shooting football matches. He had always been keen on sport, specifically football, and he was a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fan. Like many sports photographers, if he hadn’t been sent to an event to take pictures, he might well have been there as a fan.
In 1974 Eamonn decided to set up his own picture agency in north London – working for the local papers in the area, but crucially shooting all the home matches of the north London rivals Spurs and Arsenal. He distributed pictures to the national papers. Within a couple of years he landed a contract with the Observer. The paper allowed and encouraged him to develop a style – what became known as “an Eamonn McCabe picture” – a different angle, perhaps away from the peak of the action; a detail; something graphic; a strong use of black and white; a touch of humour. The Guardian’s sports photographer Tom Jenkins said: “Formal shape and a whimsical sense of humour played a large part in McCabe’s sports work, like his picture of the bald Bristol City goalkeeper John Shaw looking like he was about to boot his own head into the centre-circle. Eamonn was always on the lookout for something different.”
According to Jenkins, a picture of the boxer Sylvester Mittee wrapping his hands with bandages before a training session is a prime example of this: “A close-up moment that probably no other photographer at the time would have bothered with.” Eamonn himself explained the choice of lens: “I grabbed a 180mm lens, quite long for indoor work, but it paid off. The effect was to throw everything out of focus except the bandaging and texture of his fingers.”
He documented just about every sport and covered three Olympic Games. And he photographed the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer – as a sports photographer he was able to capture the kiss on the palace balcony with his long cricket lens.
The peerless sports journalist Hugh McIlvanney wrote of being Eamonn’s colleague at the Observer in a foreword to his first book, Sports Photographer (1982): “Working with Eamonn McCabe can be hazardous to a reporter’s ego. His photographs often convey the essence of an event or a performer with such dramatic succinctness that the writer assigned to the same job is left with the feeling of having turned in a 1,500-word caption.”
As well as shooting sport, Eamonn also played for an amateur team, the Nine Elms Dynamos: “One morning, when we were getting a real spanking,” he wrote, “a long-haired centre forward scored yet another goal and ran back past me as I was lying face down in the mud: ‘You didn’t get a picture of that one, did you?’”
After Heysel, Eamonn was offered his first picture-editing job, on a new magazine, Sportsweek. It seemed a perfect journal for the move from shooting to editing photography. Unfortunately, the proprietor was Robert Maxwell. It was a good product with great photography, edited by Eamonn, but it lost money and Maxwell soon tired of the losses. The Guardian needed a new picture editor. Perhaps an award-winning sports photographer with very little editing experience might not have been everyone’s choice, but Preston knew it could work.
Paul Johnson, until recently deputy editor of the Guardian, said that Eamonn “transformed the look and feel of the newspaper almost overnight. Some senior colleagues felt the photographs were just too big and were squeezing out words, until gently reminded, with a smile, that no reader had ever complained about the lack of words in the Guardian (the wrong words, yes, all the time, but not lack of them).”
Eamonn recruited new photographers and ensured that photography was not an afterthought. He got his picture choice printed on 20in x 16in paper by the Guardian darkroom and argued hard for his selection in news meetings. Johnson said: “Eamonn had a compelling visual literacy but also warmth and charisma. People loved working for him, people loved working with him.”
Eamonn was in his element as the Guardian covered the big news events that seemed to come with increasing frequency at the time – the downing of the Pan Am plane over Lockerbie, the Clapham rail crash, the fall of the Berlin Wall, the death of Diana, Princess of Wales.
In 2001 Eamonn decided to “go back on the road”. He had a need to create his own images. He stayed on at the Guardian, but this time shooting something a bit quieter: portraits. He photographed many notable people, from Tony Blair to Iris Murdoch, Lou Reed to Desmond Tutu. The Guardian feature writer Simon Hattenstone said: “Eamonn was astonishingly quick, he never panicked, and he was fantastically unobtrusive. Often the photo was done before the subjects had time to smile or stiffen up.” He favoured a direct approach with his portraits. He liked his subjects to confront his camera and, by extension, the viewer.
Many of these photographs are in the National Portrait Gallery collection. He also photographed artists and their studios for the Guardian and the Royal Academy magazine, including Frank Auerbach, Grayson Perry, Bridget Riley, Howard Hodgkin and Maggi Hambling.
Eamonn was keen to pass on his knowledge and inspire others. A steady stream of hopefuls brought portfolios to his desk, where he dispensed advice and encouragement. His educational work extended to TV programmes such as Britain in Focus (2017) for the BBC. He was often chosen by the broadcast media as a photo pundit – he was recently interviewed about imagery of Queen Elizabeth – and his relaxed manner and thorough knowledge made him a natural on TV or radio. He published six books – the last one, on aerial photography, demonstrates the breadth of his photographic knowledge.
As well as honorary professorships at Thames Valley (Preston responded to the appointment by nicknaming him “Prof”) and Staffordshire universities, Eamonn was visiting senior fellow in photography at the University of Suffolk and held an honorary doctorate from the University of East Anglia.
He moved to Suffolk a few years ago and immediately got involved with photography in the county. He taught at the university in Ipswich and when PhotoEast – the Ipswich-based photo festival – was founded, Eamonn was asked if he would become the patron. He agreed without question.
Eamonn was always a dapper dresser and, once he had left his sports photographer’s waterproofs behind, his tweed coat and jaunty hats looked the part in the small town of Saxmundham where he lived. Although he was a Londoner who enjoyed the pubs, jazz clubs and art galleries of the city, life in the country gave him land- and seascapes to photograph and a vegetable garden to tend. He swapped soccer for golf – he played a round two days before he died.
On hearing the news of his death, Eamonn’s erstwhile neighbour McCullin said: “McCabe was like all great photographers – he never stopped working. Like most of us, his life was photography.” The answer to which is one of Eamonn’s favourite sayings, “It’s better than working, Rog”.
In July 1997 Eamonn asked Rebecca Smithers, a Guardian journalist, to marry him while they were on a press trip to New York – they were married at City Hall a couple of days later. He is survived by Rebecca and their daughter, Mabel; by Ben, his son from a previous marriage, to Ruth Calvert, that ended in divorce; and by Marian, his sister.
Alan Rusbridger writes: The email from Eamonn McCabe popped into my inbox just after breakfast one day in the spring of 2009. “What is it with X [here was the name of an internationally acclaimed fashion photographer whose work had been featured in that day’s Guardian]? I don’t get it. That photograph (?) of Y [here was the name of the subject in the offending portrait] has to be one of the worst we have ever printed ... I spent years trying to get that sort of crap out of the pages. What next, handshakes and big cheques?”
I revisited the image this week. It was, indeed, sensationally bad – poorly lit, awkward shadows, overexposed, lazily composed, clumsily cropped and barely in focus.
I don’t think Eamonn was bitter about the prices his fellow lensman could command (upwards of £40k for a plate). More likely, he felt puzzled – and, on behalf of press photographers the world over, a bit insulted. As a former picture editor, he knew that a dozen or more staff or freelance photographers – none of them remotely household names – would have come up with a better photograph given five minutes and a bare wall.
Eamonn was a press photographer to his fingertips. As a sports photographer on the Observer, he had lightning reactions and an instinctive eye for composition. Even if you didn’t know the name, you’d recognise many of the iconic images from his years on the touchline.
The former Times writer, Simon Barnes, wrote of his images: “People in sports journalism talk about an ‘Eamonn McCabe shot’ even when McCabe did not take the picture. They are talking about a style, a vision, a way of looking at sport.”
It was an inspired move when my predecessor as editor of the Guardian, Peter Preston, hired Eamonn to be picture editor in 1988 – the time of a crucial redesign. The paper had always employed distinguished staff photographers, but they were often let down by the quality of printing and by lacklustre design. Eamonn did, indeed, ban the “crap” – especially the cliched picture that told you nothing. He favoured the bold, the unexpected – images that not only caught your eye but lingered in the mind. He was encouraging to young photographers; always approachable … and always up for a pint or two at the end of his shift.
He was a late convert to the power of colour – once railing against the distracting glare of hi-vis jackets in an image of rescue workers at a train crash. But, in time, he came to accept the inevitable.
And then, remarkably, he had a third career (via a flirtation with landscape) as a portrait photographer, usually illustrating the culture pages’ profile of distinguished writers, artists and musicians. Unlike some internationally acclaimed photographers he could mention, he might only be given a few minutes and inadequate light in which to bag his shot. Nine times out of 10 he memorably and sensitively captured his subject.
It’s difficult to think of a comparable figure in photography – one who successfully crossed genres and who also had a spell generously editing the work of his peers. He was also one of the warmest and most collaborative figures in Fleet Street.
“Journalists are far too bashful to refer to any of their newspaper work as ‘art’,” wrote Barnes in an introduction to Eamonn’s work in 1987. Hence, perhaps, Eamonn’s snort of derision for the picture in the Guardian back in 2009. But Eamonn was truly a kind of artist, as well as an unpretentious pressman. He was a very rare thing.

Nothing about the American immigration process is easy or quick. Anyone who says they can just get a visa anytime they want but doesn't actually have a visa isn't speaking from experience. O-1 visas are for distinguished professionals. There is a list of five requirements and an applicant has to meet at least three of those to enter the review process. This is to prevent people who aren't distinguished professionals from saying hey I was in a commercial and this no name agency will sponsor me because I paid them 50,000$. That would be 7nfair to everyone who is applying for an EB-1 visa.

U.S increases visa application fee from March 30 . . The U.S. government has announced an increment for its non-migrant visa application fee effective from March 30. The U.S. Mission in Nigeria, which said this in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja, disclosed that the increases were published in the Federal Register on March 28. According to the U.S. government, the changes is in line with the Department of State’s commitment to facilitating legitimate travel to the United States for both immigrant and nonimmigrant travellers. “The Department of State published a Final Rule regarding increases to certain non-immigrant visa application (NIV) processing fees and the Border Crossing Card (BCC) for Mexican citizens age 15 and over. “These increases were published in the Federal Register on March 28, 2023 and will be effective on May 30, 2023. “The fee for visitor visas for business or tourism (B1/B2s and BCCs), and other non-petition based NIVs such as student and exchange visitor visas, will increase from 160 dollars to 185 dollars,” it stated. The mission said that the fee for certain petition-based non-immigrant visas for temporary workers (H, L, O, P, Q, and R categories) would increase from 190 dollars to 205 dollars. “The fee for a treaty trader, treaty investor, and treaty applicants in a specialty occupation (E category) will increase from 205 dollars to 315 dollars. NIV fees are set based on the actual cost of providing NIV services and are determined after conducting a study of the cost of these services “The Department uses an Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodology to calculate, annually, the cost of providing consular services, including visa services. “The fees for most non-petition based NIVs were last updated in 2012, and certain other NIV fees were last updated in 2014,” it stated. According to the mission, other consular fees are not affected by this rule, including the waiver of the two-year residency required fee for certain exchange visitors. #usvisa #visafee #nigeria #mycelebrityandi https://www.instagram.com/p/CqZ3vOvI3dz/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
