i love researching random ass things all for fanfic purposes

You know, no hate on other authors of TommyInnit in space Au fics, but i think this is the first time someone incorporated our society to a fic completely, like the internet for example. I have read a few or so fics about TommyInnit in space. But never mention the internet, just news media and stuff. Like I make sense right??? Sorry if this became a comparing contest to other authors. Feel free to delete this. If you want.

now that i think about it I dont think I've seen it either. . .it's not a bad thing, we just focus on different stuff in our fics 😁

i focus on worldbuilding the most and emphasizing how if another society was out there somewhere how it would mirror us, realistically (as realistic as humans are space orcs can be), because there's only so many ideas out there and they're gonna repeat. For example, social media :3
