Waisopin Warehouse: CC-Free Apartment/Nightclub

It's a converted warehouse with 8 apartment units... Although it's a bit generous to call them apartments, as it's only a bedroom & a bathroom. There's no kitchens.

The 2nd floor common area has a mini fridge & a countertop, so there is a place to make food, plus there's a grill outside - But unless you swap the mini fridge out for the SupaFridge you won't be able to use the grill.

The 1st floor is more like a nightclub, with a DJ booth, dancefloor, bar, pool table, ElectroDance Sphere, and public bathrooms.

NPC NOTE: There will be no NPCs that spawn unless you have MogHughson’s Apartment & Shopping on the Same Lot mod. However, the only NPC that mod will spawn is the bartender. The mod doesn't make DJs spawn for some reason. But sims really really like the DJ booth, so as long as you have neighbors in the other units there's a good chance someone will be DJing anyway. The mod is not required to use the lot, it just means there will be no bartender NPC.

a liiiiittle earlier than expected but we found our new apartment 🥹 it’s gonna be a weird couple of months bc holidays aaaaaand we didn’t expect to move until spring but this is going to end up weirdly better for us financially and I’m honestly excited to be in a new clean space walking distance from my job! There is no reason a studio in the SUBURBS should cost MORE than one a couple mins from the Mag Mile. You’re kidding, right? Am I paying for LOCATION? Obviously not. Amenities? No. Walkability? Bike-ability? Access to transit? Of course not.

Also. A 500 sq/ft STUDIO APARTMENT should NOT cost $1,600.
