uhm wait-I think the way you draw teeth is really interesting is there any tips that you can give us?

I use a veterinary model for reference!! It really helps me with getting weird angles and better understanding how the teeth are laid out

#I try to have all the refs I use be images ive taken or models I actually own #gives me alot more freedom with posing and altering #Im a graphic designer for Budweiser as my day job and they rlly drill into you about never using random images you find online for anything #so I just have that rule carry over to my actual art too #coz you know whats worse than bad anatomy? getting sued!#Pexels and Unsplash however are great free to use images websites if you cant get hands on models #its just a lot more limited on what you can find #ask

It's so weird to me that Steven Universe retroactively tried to make Pink Diamond into a bad person, like?? She was abused and neglected and manipulated, and no one saw her as anything important even after she 'died.' She was a toy to White and a funny little thing to Blue and Yellow. Her sisters liked her dances and her songs and her happiness, but they never really liked her — in fact, they tried for decades and centuries to smother anything individual about her. And they only realized they were wrong thousands of years later.

Personally, I think everything Rose did was justified. I wouldn't have handled that kind of abuse with even half as much dignity and grace.

#like?? it's not like me right #they had that whole thing with pink breaking volleyball during one of her tantrums #which was a complete ACCIDENT and pink felt TERRIBLE for it and BEGGED someone she trusted to FIX #and all White did was punish her for this slip by making volleyball into her slave for THOUSANDS OF YEARS #after the abuse she went through I cannot see Pink/Rose as anything more than a victim #and it's so so weird that the later seasons/su future tried to make it seem #like rose was somehow selfish or cruel for what she did and the lies she told #when all she ever wanted was to live free and for others to escape the same abusive system she was raised in #is she perfect? no. but i can never ever see rose as a villain or a bad person #and then everything with spinel ughgh it's so clear that the writers just wanted pink to be the bad guy

I don't disagree w this person's tags in general BUT!! my thought: it's almost even better that way- the fact that she CHOSE to be fat and that wasn't even her default appearance. like that she could choose to look any type of way, and that's what she picked.
