Yes, it's also one of the reasons I'm overweight.

I didn't realise I had a biting stim and that paired with that kind of boredness made me start bored-eating.

Eating didn't solve anything, after I was just overweight AND still bored.

yall with adhd or autism or such ever just get…. bored. like so Painfully bored. like its not “oh hehe i was so bored and i made this” to flex or “oh im so bored bc i have nothing to do” but like a “i am physically incapable of ending this horrible understimulation with any activity i might attempt” and its genuinely fucking painful

#no ok that's not true #overeating stopped me from biting the insides of my cheecks #considering that the inside of my mouth had teeth-shaped carvings it's a good thing it stopped #I stopped biting the inside of my cheeks more than 10 years ago and I still do it sometimes (by accident)#But I'd like to dedicate this reblog to my doctor that fatshamed me for my whole childhood without ever realising why #depression? it's 'cause you're fat #anxiety? it's 'cause you're fat #can't exercise because it's too painful? try harder!#adhd? nah you're making excuses 'cause you're fat #biting stim? it's because you're used to overeating...so just stop! it's so easy #Last time I saw her she was heavier than me and it's the only time she did her job instead of fatshaming me #somehow she still wasn't as bad as my current doctor😓

hey I went to Bad At It island and everyone you know was there. yeah turns out you just see the version of them they put forwards in order to not disappoint and in actuality everyone is just trying their best which doesn't always mean succeeding. yeah you were there as well but it's ok because you're surrounded by your friends and loved ones and if you take a moment you'll realise we are all flawed by nature but we are all full of love for one another and that matters more than any skill or success or achievement.

today i had a discussion with someone on the things we call scorpions that are not scorpions . because entomologists love to call things by names they are not actually.
