Now that we're in the last 4 chapters... what would you think about a Jujutsu Kaisen: One More Kaisening? As in a sequel to the story but not like with Boruto with the next generation as the protagonists (99% sure JJK will not end with canon pairings or future children except maybe YutaMaki)

But with our characters maybe a few years older?

I can genuinely see a Part 2 of the story because of everything that has been set up. Some of it, like the public knowledge of Jujutsu and the involvement of foreign powers in Japan most of which we didn't even see, makes another big and overarching arc possible.

From what we've seen until now, Sukuna will also be sealed back into his fingers instead of being killed and Megumi might carry heavy scars from him, giving him a good starting point for a future story. Sukuna wouldn't even be really cut off from him because of how he ate his previous body while occupying Megumi's

Kenjaku might've a plan E somewhere too where he'll survive Yuta's attack, and his deal especially with Yuji isn't over either except Gege decides to end his story with a few panels max. Even new disaster curses could be brought in e.g. with a curse about the fear of death.

And just to throw this out there, Jump wouldn't be happy with another one of their big mangas ending either. First MHA, now JJK and then the biggest one One Piece in a few years.

Like, I'm conflicted. I can see the seeds for a sequel but I also fear of getting my hopes up because Gege simply is someone who can and will do what he wants. But that also includes drawing a black line in the story and saying "this is where this part ends, I'm off to vacation now, then I'll start Part 2 fresh and with new ideas, maybe even a change in protagonists."

I want more JJK but it's not good to hope for a sequel that might never come either. It took me a few days to accept that the ending is around the corner. Now I'll have to see end wait when I'll accept that ending as the true end...

pgr has been a really nice game for me to destress and detach myself from reality for a bit, tho now i wanna move on to other games and focus more on my ocs like i did back in the day. once i properly set up everyone's lore doc maybe in the future i'll make a game around them, nothing too big since i'll pretty much be making most of it, but i kinda wanna fulfill my childhood dream that was just recently unlocked

ive been drawing forever honestly. i've always been really into it. im fifteen so thatd be like 12 years. and obviously i wasnt always studying it super seriously or anything. idk. my art isnt perfect by any means. i just dont really post the shitty pieces lmao. i struggle with sm stuff and will be continuing to study probably till the day i cant hold a pencil anymore lol. (i draw too much, my hand hurts ;w;) its a never ending process and honestly thats why i love it sm.

as for anatomy i think the main thing to keep in mind is that anatomy and just drawing people in general is really hard. i heard this in this old video about how pixar used to do 3d animation is that the reason they didnt do animations of humans for so long is because we ourselves have very specefic ideas of what a human looks like. i think this also applies to art. which is a really long way of saying, trust the process.

i use photos personally! you can find a lot on pinterest but there are a couple things id keep in mind when it comes to photos people edit their bodies sometimes so their proportions so be careful, it will defeat the purpose of the study if the bodies inaccurate.

idk here are some that might be good for starting off. dancers and people like that are super helpful. remember to not to focus too much on the lines but more copying down the shapes,

for hands i would just look at your own hands and try to capture them quickly. i say quickly mainly bc i shake a lot lmao, maybe youre different. or you could just be smart and take a picture of your hand but im very lazy and dont like getting up to grab my phone.

for art style id just save stuff that inspire you. could be animations, comics, album covers, cool photos, just stuff that gives you like vibes. literally ANYTHING.

like, omg this is making me think of a cool idea rn!! save it! even if you cant execute it now you can always execute it in the future when your skills are more developed :)

style studies are also helpful! try copying art you like, seeing different peoples techniques however some things to keep in mind with this are

you might accidently copy down an artists mistakes or bad habits without realizing it so try to have some variety in your artists

dont post the art. some people are okay with tracing but the vast majority of artists dont like it and it makes them uncomfortable. so id just like keep it in your sketchbook or whatever :) better safe than sorry.

anyway ah this is so longgggg! sry im so bad at being concise lol. theres probably a lot of youtube videos that could help you with this stuff if you want more explanation. the channel ive been watching a lot in since this summer is sketches of shay. she makes a variety of stuff but her art studies and resources are also very helpful :)

so i had a long talk w ruby abt ocs and the future of my stories and i have come to a realization that i wish i wouldve had a long time ago lol

i dont...HAVE to make everything into a comic in order to share the story and characters. like. not everything has to be mirrors. i can just Share Shit if i want to.

sometimes i get bummed ppl dont ask me abt my ocs but like..its my fault they dont??? it really is. because i never TALK about them to the point of getting people interested enough to ask about them! why would someone wanna ask about an oc they havent been given any stuff to be interested about???

for a long time i kept all my ocs' stories a secret because i wanted to be spoiler-free in the event i made their stories into comics, which i did plan on doing for a while. but now im realizing i dont have to do that to share their stories. AT THE VERY LEAST i might write a fic about their stories and maybe people will read them. but yknow what??? i dont even have to do THAT much if i dont want to. i can just make text posts and little doodles explaining them.

i know a lot of u are genuinely fans of my comic works, and i love you so so much and appreciate the hell out of you!! so i do want to continue the comics i already have going on. mirrors kind of Has to be a comic bc 1) im balls deep in it already LOL, and 2) it feels like a comic that needs to be made in order for my vision to get across. i want people to Feel what im feeling about mirrors. villain + school will likely finish as a comic bc its pretty easy and not as much effort as mirrors and its a fun story for me too. doppelganger ii...will most likely only be one chapter as a comic. ngl. but i will finish that one chapter i swear to god

Hes not adventurous and would prefer to make his own private plans rather than include others. Hes quite cranky and hot headed, he despises his house mates but obs needs them to afford to live there. He talks an insane amount of shit constantly and over all is… just future edd now that im typing this all out WHSHHA

Matt is a clean freak whos abit too obsessed with everyone’s business. He doesnt like to waste any time in life and would rather live fast and die young, hes constantly keeping himself busy. Hes not sentimental and has accidentally thrown out important items of others when they ‘cluttered’ tables or desks. Hes very loving though, physical affection is his love language.

Toms very factual and honest but quite disloyal. Hes here for the same reason as Edd, to afford a place to live and then dip once hes saved for himself. Due to his very literal nature hes pretty boring to others, unless you attempt to prove him wrong, he is fun to watch debate. Spends a disgusting amount of time on reddit.

Tord is a non stop talker, he has alot to say and doesnt stop to think maybe he shouldn’t. Anything that comes to mind he says and has a hard time controlling his volume. Very poor with privacy, will NOT knock if you are using the bathroom, hes an idiot. Clumsiest and most accident prone man alive.

Sorry again. I got a job now. And i havent drawn anything at all in weeks.

I dont know why this happens. Everytime i revamp the blog, within a month it's dead again. I lose the motivation to draw so fast it's like it was never something i wanted to do in the first place and i dont get it. I draw using Procreate 99.9% of the time. But I also have Sketchbook, Pixel Studio, Rough Animator, and FlipaClip on my iPad. On my computer I have Paint Tool SAI and Krita.

Forward 100%, but left is easier then right.

3. What ideas come from when you were little

Animations, of any kind. I was really into animation memes back when I really was drawing and drew a shit ton, and I got a lot of inspo from that!

My Avali character, she's so pretty and smol but she is a PAIN to draw...

On here I only really post stuff with Zee I think ? But I usually post all serious art (so excluding doodles unless I'm really proud of them)

I don't know, I guess my dreams? Well I don't dream a lot, it's mostly nightmares, but sometimes I'll still get inspo. Also a lot of my older characters were based on my issues, such as self esteem issues, imposters syndrome, depression, etc etc.

Painting. I sometimes paint, only really for crafts though. It's not really my thing, but god some people are FANTASTIC.

I've planned lots of little games I wanted to do with my OCs. I wouldn't really say I lost interest in the long term. I'd like to still do them someday, but right now I don't know. I don't draw on my computer often, but usually its just '(character name)' and then a number, or a quick thing of the scene. But I have most OC art on my computer, properly sorted into files.

Flowers. I suck at them, but they're fun to draw! And galaxies, I've painted them before and they were fun.

I love how San Giorgio Maggiore at Dusk by Monet looks. In fact, I recreated it for an art project (we had to use pastels and only 3 colors plus black and white to recreate a famous painting. It was a lot of fun) and I just love the texture on it.

I'm ranting right now.

I don't know what I'm going to do with my life. I'm getting closer and closer to graduation and I've lost all motivation.

My hobbies? I haven't picked up a paintbrush in MONTHS. I no longer draw with a joy for creating, just making it perfect. I can't seem to just- MAKE SOMETHING FOR FUN!! Everything needs a reason!

I don't have a job, I'm considering not joining musical theatre this year even though it is the thing that makes me interact with people the most, pulling me out of my shell.

I don't know what I'll do with my life, I don't want to make my hobby of art my job and lose the joy in it, but is there any joy in it now?

I have maybe 5 friends that I talk to regularly and possibly 9 or 10 total. I can't make myself talk to people and previous friends are just doing better than before and I haven't talked to properly in a YEAR.

I miss myself. I don't recognize me anymore. I think I was happiest at 10. She knew what she wanted. She was creative, friendly, curious. She was full of joy and childhood whimsy.

I want to know what my future holds. I'm scared of the future. I don't know if I'll make it. I know I'm young, I'm 15 but I'm so scared. My body feels like it's failing- my bones and joints have been in pain and cracking for years, my body will randomly experience pain that causes difficulty to breathe or aches so bad and I don't know what to do or what it is!!

I want love, I want to go on at least one date! Is that so much to ask? Sure, a relationship isn't everything, BUT I DONT FEEL LIKE IM CAPABLE OF LOVE!! who loves me? I see relationships all around me, and I want that but I can't put myself out there.

I've been worrying all night about what I'm doing with my life, do I even want to try to get into college? It all feels pointless and I don't even know what I would do

I just want to know what everything is leading to so I don't have this dread of growing up. I don't want to cry quietly like now, I want to be able to cry loud and messy like when you're a kid and I just want to be hugged by both my parents at the same time!!

When was the last time I didn't feel the constant nagging at the back of my head. Why is it that I have to live in THIS world? Where everything is just getting worse and worse and I can't do anything but watch? Im not old enough to actually DO something, I hate feeling so much hate and anger all the time but it just doesn't go away.

I want to be my 5 year old self again, who collected rocks for no reason, who climbed on trees and rocks, who wore a tutu or a dress for every outfit, who well and truly Loved school, who sang songs wrong with confidence, was did things despite being scared. I want to be that little girl again. I want to feel the childhood innocence of a loved and happy kid. Because that the last time things were normal, wasn't it?

Before my parents split up, before I questioned why they stopped loving eachother, before I knew how mean my mom's family was, before I knew of my grandpa's depression, before i had stepbrothers who anger my father everyday despite him being such a kind and loving man, because I'm his girl. Im my dad's daughter, the one who gets the least amount of time with him despite being his only biological child. Because his fiancee lives with him with her kids, making him have to work more and be more tired. I miss going swimming every weekend with him, going to playland with him every summer, and it's just the two of us. I can't remember the last time I had a full day with him and ONLY him.

don't get me wrong, i can draw and i like to do art as a hobby but i know im not exactly that great. there are so many things i can improve on (colour and values, overall proportions, perspective, compositions, dynamics, etc)

but now i think realism is good art. that being said, i dont want to make photorealistic art - that is still boring imo. i want art that moves people, like 'Ivan the Terrible and His Son Ivan'.

I graduated with an illustration degree recently and honestly some of the best advice i got from a professor was that "i dont think you would enjoy making commissions. You seem to enjoy projects more when they're entirely focused on your own interests than when its something someone told you to draw. Maybe you could look into selling art at comic cons as your main focus, and do your comic that youve been working on, instead?"

And honestly, yeah. Solid advice! Ive been learning the hard way recently that even the commissions i get excited for initially get tedious to the point of me not wanting to do them anymore very quickly, more so when it feels like "i have to do it so i can make money". So i have no plans to officially open commissions in the near future. Friends irl will occasionally ask me to do them, which is fine, but i still have a hard time doing them even in those very very rare instances.

So instead right now im working at a small family owned art printing/framing business to pay the bills while i slowly build up a portfolio of work to sell at comic cons, and do little fun comics for my story or my dnd group if i feel like it. Maybe someday I'll clean those up and post them somewhere for money, maybe I won't. But the point is, this way I'm paying my bills, i dont hate my job, i havent lost the joy of art by making it stressful but instead just do it when i want to! My life is far from perfect of course, but point is, this is not at all where i thought i would be even just a year ago. And I'm proud of the progress ive made, and im thankful to my professor for telling me that i have more options than just "do commissions or work for a big art agency like disney"

I think at some point in time we need to sit down and start explaining to artist who want to make a career out of art that there are FAR more options than just "living off of commissions" and "posting my art online and praying I get paid for it".

Hobie Brown/Spiderpunk self ship asks

I tried to make some self ship hcs n answer some ask game stuff.

Hobie is a new f/o so bear with me. I'm still working on things in the writing. And i haven't done any spiderman stuff in a while. I only know so much of him particularly. But from what i could gather and what mutuals told me. I think i got him down decently. Also he reminds me hella of my irl s/o. So theres that too.

6. Moose Tracks- What does a typical night in look like for you two?: well after a night patrol,he'll come into the loft. Usually thru the ceiling window or thru the side door 2nd exit near the pantry in the kitchen. But rarely he'll use the front door. Well....for the most part. The spooder identity kinda stays hidden but for good reason. But as for how he acts with me? Not really much difference. Outside of normal hero biz. I know it sounds cliche but he does like fish n chips. But he makes it extra special for me as i like it extra crispy. I like to make breakfast for him. He does drink both coffee and tea but he likes black tea for mornings and oolong for nighttime to chill n vibe. Baking is a chaotic mess but worth it.

Hello, I would like to hear your rant on proper bow techniques and the differences between the tmnt iteration's martial arts

OOOOOO BOWS!

now THAT is a hella good rant option right there~ I have a lot to say about bows man, they are not characterized accurately in a LOT of media lol so I might do a whole analysis on that for sure~

in terms of the other tmnt it would take me a while to do proper research to make sure I have all the facts correct. for example, I was thinking about doing a 2012 leo vs rise leo sword analysis to figure out if ANY of it is correct but they both are just so... different in fighting style and what not I think I might save that for when the movie comes out for Rise because he's gonna have his twin swords back in that and if I tried to compare their sword fighting with Leo's Odachi it would be like comparing apples to oranges

for you tho! I can do a little analysis by saying: twin swords are a pain to learn how to use, you gotta have REALLY good hand-eye coordination, strong wrists and arms, and possibly ambidextrous.

With japanese swords, it was actually very common to have a twin of some sort with your main sword, but that was primarily for samurai. Ninja may have used twin swords but it's hard to say because there isn't a ton of known history about their methods. The samurai twin swords I mentioned also are waaaaay different from what leo uses in 2012. Leo uses twin katana, while samurai had the main katana and a smaller, shorter sword always at the ready. The use of that sword was similar to a western quick draw. If you got too close for comfort, samurai would be able to quickly grab their second blade and use it to deflect and do a precise, quick-strike that could be lethal if you aren't expecting a counter. that's how samurai got to be so good in combat actually, they were strong and skilled with their style.

2012 Leo I'm pretty sure tries to twin EVERY MOVEMENT and in all honestly... I don't think that suits him? Like sure twin swords are cool but I've always thought it was weird and not really suited to his strategic mind to have two swords of similar length when I can see him kicking ass with a second, smaller sword. (maybe I'll do a post in the future about how duel wielding is overdone or something idk)

Rise Leo on the other hand, wields a giant odachi. you can even see its really heavy and awkward for him to use in the beginning. He's used to smaller swords of lighter weight and now SUDDENLY he has a sword the size of his body that has unbalanced weight. He flops around and is an uncooked noodle for a lot of the fights until he learns how to keep his balance with that dumb sword. that, my friend, is a realistic characterization of someone both struggling with a sudden weapon change that is just so different from him and how actually hard it is to weild bigger swords. Upper body strength and very good balance are important in any weapon wielding but it's a whole new ball game when you have to lift a heavy weapon. claymores are bulky and hard to wield as well, and they weigh more than Leo's Odachi (fun fact lol).

my main complaint with Rise Leo is they gave him back the twin swords in the finale because I actually liked all their new weapons, they were fun! but oh well~

when im not super busy with a huge project I may turn this into a bigger post but i hope it satisfies your cravings! (I'll get that bow analysis up in the future dont you worry ;3c )
