NEW TSAMS AU IDEA: Nexus point!

In this au, when Sun was forced to kill Nexus, Nexus didn't die. He was banished to another dimension that's all dark and apocalyptic. Think Fallout mixed with Half-life with a dash of Last of us. Nexus is stuck in this forsakened universe and discovers not only is he trapped here, but his powers no longer work here for some reason. Nexus wanders for a while trying to survive this world's horrifying creatures only to discover another version of Solar who doesn't recognize him. This Solar takes Nexus in and introduces him to the others, turns out this dimension is sort of a place for the lost of the multiverse.

Dimensional nomads of sorts.

They all either lost their worlds and weren't dusted like Solar for some reason, got lost in the multiverse, or got banished from their dimension.

So, now, Nexus, with really no other choice, decides to stick it out here till he can find a way to get out of here or get his powers back and maybe he'll redeem himself along the way.... or become worse... who knows? 🤷‍♂️

It could have all sorts of crazy variants of the shows characters, A BloodEarth (An Earth who has a whole jekyll/Hyde thing going on), A good guy BloodMoon, A Monty who became the new Astral of destruction, A Freddy who was raised by his mom instead of Golden Freddy and who knows who else? The choice is yours!

So reminder to everyone for the Bean Au Moon has always been New Moon. Which due to all the Nexus things puts more light on his Identity issues on being compared to Moon (fascinating too, i saw many people talk about that WAYYY before dark sun). Anyway recent comic where we do get KC squinting very hard about this Moon's growing issues about Old Moon. And we know me. Immediate father figure KC sitting there like 'Oh not another one'. A small tidbit of a thought cause I don't know what I'll do with this yet, similar with Earth and KC's comic. Conceptual but its there. Me remembering canon and going 'hmnnn i know its written as it goes but would've been interesting for THEM to have a talk.'

Man, I don't even know what to say!

I just was so scared for Jigsaw, that I didn't even manage to get angry at Nexus.

And Nexus... Oh NEXUS! You REALLY don't wanna get on my good side do you? Dude, go cry in the corner or something your depressed cringe wannabe emo. It would be more useful than torturing Jigsaw, who is already scared of you and is getting trauma flashbacks because of YOU!

Jigsaw in the flashback looked so... dead inside, like man. Now that made me question, is Jigsaw's Creator still trying to get revenge on Jigsaw for ruining his plans? Or is he already dead?

Also, i noticed the fact that basically the Son of a piece of trash and that depressed cringe wannabe emo are so alike. Both called Jigsaw "Ruin" and "Good boy", used him as their slave, both are egotistical people who think they are Gods, and wish to conquer a star like power.

But i gotta admit i loved to know more about Jigsaw's lore, honestly this made me want to punch the Nou and look at Nexus face, it looks so silly.

So @deyisacherry was curious about the Wedding AU I mentioned in my previous post, so here it is. Prepare for crack and a crossover with TSAMS.

So first of all, timelines. Over MASM it's pre-Chica introduction, and over at TSAMS it's pre-Subtle Foreshadowing *suffering screams intensify*

Beware, pure crack:

Sooo MASM Eclipse, the fucking creature, falls through a rift in between dimensions, and crawls out of the ballpit over at TSAMS's Daycare while Sun is the only in there, probably cleaning. So, in typical MASM Eclipse (is there a specific nickname for him? Like with Moonblock and Sunblock?) way the guy is raving about something - probably how much better he is, and what the heck are these shapes (balls) - and Sun, having dealt with crazy before, starts agreeing and praising the guy, so he'll leave and crawl back to where he came from.

But with the flavor of entity MASM Eclipse is, he falls for the guy who so clearly is the only sane person, having noticed immediately how much superior Eclipse is. And literally (I can't emphasize that enough) in a blink of an eye, Sun goes from being in the Daycare to walking down a wedding aisle, with the Creator strapped to a gurney rolling down beside him. He's in a white wedding suit that he doesn't know where it came from, nor how it's fitting him so well.

On one side of him, are all his family members tied to rolling chairs. Earth, Solar, Lunar, Dazzle and Jack sit in the front row with Nexus, Ruin and Dark Sun of all people sitting behind them. Lunar has already tipped his chair over and is gnawing on Nexus's tied leg. He can see Monty, Eclipse V4, Foxy and FC with Puppet behind them, along with their new dimension's Sun/Moon. A row or so behind them, also tied somehow, are Gemini, Nebula and Taurus. And in the very back row, taking up the entire row, is the Wither Dragon. Sun doesn't know how it's there. Tied. With rope.

On his other side are also tied people, a Sun, Moon, Monty, Freddy, Foxy and Roxy. The Sun seems to be switching between trying to squirm out of the ropes, and glowering at the Moon, while the Moon is staring at him, then the Sun, looking dead on the inside a little.

He's so distracted by the mind numbing confusion he doesn't hear what the priest is saying to him, only giving a haphazard "Yeah, sure." when he's asked about something. And then there's a ring on his finger. And he gets a smooch from the Eclipse. That's when he realises he just got married. To an Eclipse. Next to him, in the spot reserved for the best man/maid of honor, Moon looks just as shocked.

After a bit he's mentioning how he thought he'd be the best man on his brother's wedding, but at least he'd know his brother's significant other before the wedding.

During the after ceremony party, Sun begins to slowly untie his family's hands after Ruin mentions he wants cake, and Sun's in too big shock to be like: yeah, I hate this guy kinda. So he unties people's hands at least, ignoring Dark Sun, Nexus, the Creator, the Wither Dragon and the weird other dimensional people. Jack and Dazzle, having never been tied, are picking flowers. (Dazzle was the flower girl)

Sun, kind of afraid, asks Eclipse what they'll do on their wedding night, and Eclipse answers they'll do what everyone does obviously, Sun begins to sweat, plot evil things.

The cake is actually pretty good, which he mentions to his new husband, who boasts that of course, his chef is the best. He then points to said chef, and Sun asks if he's that blue rabbit. To which Eclipse says his chef i no rabbit, only knowing one blue bunny who's his arch nemesis, Bonnie the bunny. Who's a sheriff.

Now I kinda thought it'd be cool if the quick select inventory of MASM people was actually their belt, and visible to people from other dimensions who aren't from Minecraft dimensions, so Sun can see the glaring sheriff hat, which he asks his husband about. He's kinda shocked to find Eclipse(block????????) can't see the glaringly obvious thing there.

So he goes up to the "chef" to ask whether he's a sheriff or nah, and when a gun gets pointed at him, with a whisper of don't blow my cover, he gets kinda angry and just hits off the chef hat to replace with the sheriff one. Eclipse obviously pulls a Doofenshmirtz, and yells at everyone to get down, also pulling out a gun. So a shoot out starts happening, and Sun just backs away.

Moon suggests he grabs the tazergun that's on him, and he does so, warning his apparent husband and shooting the rabbit multiple times, because despite how sudden this is, and with whom it is, this is STILL HIS WEDDING AND HE'S NOT ABOUT TO HAVE IT BE EVEN MORE RUINED

They kinda just leave Bonnie there, and Sun tells his husband they're gonna have rabbit stew. Eclipse happily exclaims: Great! Sun get the stew, he'll get the rabbit. Then he leaves Sun there.

He turns towards the people he assumes are from his new husband's dimension, and asks if this is normal. It's important to note Monty's and Foxy's snouts are taped, and Moonblock is crying on the ground face down. Sunblock tells him yes.

Seeing as he's the only semi sane one, because the Freddy's just kind of smiling into the void, he unties Sunblock too, who follows him into the kitchen.

Upon learning the horrifying situation that's happening in MASM, he takes this kid under his wing, because what the hell, and begins teaching him how to cook. He's kind of having a freak out about how everything Sunblock cuts or peels ends up cube shaped.

Eclipse(block) returns with a "rabbit" that's actually just a person in a bunny suit, so Sun tells him it's not good enough for their 'evil stew', and Eclipse(block) agrees, throwing the person out. Before he can leave, Sun texts him an actual rabbit farm's address, so they don't end up with another human in a rabbit costume situation.

He actually tells Sunblock he's proud of him when he finishes cutting up the potatoes, and the kid begins crying so hard it's concerning. He pats him on the back a little, telling him to watch the stew, while he goes out to talk with Moonblock, to ask why he's crying still.

Freddy tells him Moonblock has been in love with Sunblock this entire time, and is just bad at expressing his affection and thought his bullying was teasing, so Sun makes an offer to coach him about it, because he knows what a Sun likes, (maybe??), so he can help Moonblock better himself so Sunblock will maybe like him. He asks his Moon and EAPS Moon to be positive role models for him.

Then he sets Jack on Bonnie, telling him he said a mean thing about Dazzle. When Solar tries stepping in, he tells him the MASM lore, so Solar decides to look away just this once. They also set Jack on MASM Foxy and Monty.

It is now a good time to mention that during the wedding, because of his loud hackling and insults, Eclipse(block??) created a remote out of a stick, a leaf and the priest's spit of all things, and muted the Creator. Other people - see Nexus - were muted in a different way.

Upon return to the kitchen is is flooded with tears, and the stew is now overly salty. Sun doesn't mention this however, deciding to add pasta instead too. Eclipse(block) return with an actual - live - rabbit, and when Sun mentions skinning it, he just stabs it, earning the loot from it. Sun is horrified to find the organs and bones gone.

He asks his new husband how to unmute people, getting told to just say unmute, and he leaves his husband with their new 'evil apprentice'. He thinks he sees Eclipse read a parenting book.

He approaches Dark Sun, hoping he has answers about what's going on, but he only gets a negative, but they both confirm it's probably a Minecraft dimension, and not a fever dream. Then Sun unmutes Nexus too, not before warning him to behave because the only thing keeping him alive right now is Sun tellin g Taurus to wait until after the wedding to kill him, because it's a happy occasion, and leaves him and Dark Sun against a table with a slice of cake each. They're still tied. (And the Wither Dragon's dead)

Sun also tells Moon about the rabbit thing, because he's horrified, and Moon asks if he could do experiments on Sun's new hubby. Sun declines for now.

They think Bonnie is dead, not being able to survive another dimension's laws and weapons, or is at least on the brink of death. Since he's still twitching.

So far it's only this, but like the future of this holds potential for a lot of crack treated semi-seriously. And also to better Sunblock and Moonblock's relationship, so they don't get to where canon is.

TSAMS Ramble ahead

(All of this is my OPINIONS)

Alright, so let’s get down to this, I do NOT like the way the show has been headed, I don’t like Nexus’ villain arc, like I like that old moon is back but isn’t there a way we could’ve done that without making Nexus a villain, they did my boy dirty. I haven’t watched a lot of the recent episodes, I’m not gonna leave the fandom bc these mfs have me in a chokehold but I don’t like the way its going, I really like the father and child Sun and Dazzle relationship, it’s very wholesome. I also rly miss Solar, i just don’t think he’s gonna react well to the whole Nexus situation, I genuinely think that the grief of loosing Solar made Nexus lose it. Yes this is coming from a Nexus and Solar shipper but you can’t deny they were close friends. Don’t come at me for being a shipper this isn’t what this ramble is about. I miss the Lunar and Gemini dynamic, I will die with that ship also but that’s not the point, and I’m just trying to keep track of all that’s going on, at this point I’m buried in my own au

What are your favourite TSAMS AUs?

I love @emhm It really takes advantage of the Multiverse in a way I haven't seen done in many tsams fics before. Mainly because it's not restricted by the limitations of VRchat. So they cane get really wild with dimensional travel.

Like... Cringe Moon is an Alicorn and Cringe Solar is a transformer car and they are dating? .....Sure! why not!

Solar's Moon dies and his body is repurposed as a factory default Moon and is given as a gift to the Lonely Sun who was built without a Moon?

Ruin in EMHM is an entirely different character then Tsams Ruin and he's just......... Insane? He just wants to put on a show and torture and harm everyone in the process for complete control... maybe due to the lack of control he felt in his home dimension when his control was taken from him? ......Sure, why not!

Servant Sun and Lord Eclipse in EMHM are an iconic duo. Realizing their feelings really recently and are in a committed relationship. But overall live in a utopia with little problems. The Lord struggling with his own mental health and slowly starting to realize the pull and help he can be for Suns and Eclipses that suffer in the multiverse. Also discovering that in Lord Eclipse's Dimension, the Original Sun and Moon were FAR more hostile to him then even the Prime Dimension... which is why Lord is the way he is.

It takes advantage of Dimensions not being One for one copies of eachother that I just really appreciate.

Just be sure of the ratings. Because there is one chapter that is very non-consensual oral, but every other nsfw parts are consensual. And the tag "poorly justified robot sex" is there for a reason lol.

I just like all the different takes on different Suns and Eclipses through the multiverse.

It has a very large ensemble cast and it never feels too big to me. It puts the focus on exactly what they want to, and when the plot points converge it's very satisfying.

I also really love @kuuchaos Backstage Au. It is definitely a "four main characters" fic, but it keeps it very condensed and focused on the inner thoughts of the characters.

Because it REALLY picks apart Nexus's trauma and the hypocrisy of the family in a way that is lacking for me in canon tsams. (Just due to the nature of VR and having things explained to you rather then them actually happening. NMoon was imprisoned, treated like a criminal, shocked and violated before he actually did anything wrong and I will never that that go. I still like tsams as it is, but this will be something I will scream and yell at clouds for years to come to anyone who listens lol)

Also I am damn weak for SolarMoon you know me.

While "SolarNexus" is nice. I often miss the softness that came with New Moon.

Nexus has his trauma and his family definitely left their scars. As well as the NSP that got extracted from him. Nexus is a changed person, but he still has that venerable soft side that I loved about NMoon as a character so much. If anything, Nexus is far softer because of his trauma and experiences and the personality disorders that developed due to how everything happened.

I absolutely love their softer take on Nexus.

I also like their take on Sunset. (darksun. I swear I prefer the name Sunset and I wish it was the default, because that's what a Dark Sun IS... the Sun setting. It's perfect)

Sunset is written as a canonical sociopath, but you can tell he has a weird fondness for Nexus. As his plans around him keep changing. He used him and manipulated him, obviously. But he keeps Nexus around just as a curiosity. Nexus is like a Moon he let in his home. He almost sees having Nexus around the same novelty as being an Exotic Pet owner and it's fascinating to me and I can't wait to see how Sunset develops throughout this thing.

I also read other fics. But I'm way behind but those are like the main two I am the most confident about.

Random Idea but with what I know about current spoilers I have two ideas. One is that Sun will somehow becomes the Witherstorm (I AM BANKING ON THIS) or he's going to be relevant to the Witherstorm of their dimension and be scattered through dimensions.

One of my most favorite series of all time is "Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles" and the crux of that series is they need to put someone back together and to do so, they have to travel to various dimensions to find the missing pieces of the person's soul. I totally see that happening to our Sun? I don't know why.

Even to this day, Sun still hasn't quite opened up about himself. Not to Old Moon, New Moon, Solar, Earth, Lunar, etc etc. I think the most he's been open towards thus far is probably Dazzle ironically?

I'm still getting caught up but I can tell Dazzle actually wants to get to know him so she's asking about him and he's honestly telling her. (also loving how Sun is spending more and more time with the kids in the show, He spends so much time with FC, Dazzle, Jack, etc. It's so wholesome) I'd say Earth and Lunar are in second place of knowing him best but they also still sometimes are kept an arm's length away.

Solution to this? Scatter parts of his 'soul' into the multiverse and make it the family's responsibility to find him! Heck he could even be in a coma the entire time they do this! When they find a Sun fragment they get to see his memories or feel and hear his thoughts.

In Tsubasa the fragments are called 'feathers' and they can warp reality, break time and space, or even gain sentience. I think it'd be so neat if one of the fragments of Sun became Dark Sun but I know it's not likely.

Just an Idea but it'd be so cool if it happens!

My second Idea, has to do with a sketch I did a bit ago (still working on more sketches for it) but basically I know Sun's currently gathering power. He's a fighter and wants to help! His family is still keeping him away from the action though. It's not malicious and comes from them wanting to protect him but it's going to ultimately leave him more vulnerable and a target.

Dark Sun I know is tampering with dark energies, he's raising a dragon? He's associating more and more with Witherstorm energy and he still hasn't quite confessed what his motive/plan is besides the fact this is "all for Sun"

So wouldn't this mean Sun is going to ultimately becomes a Witherstorm? It's what the creator studies and the one of the main dimension is different from others so who's to say our Sun and Moon aren't also built different with different fates?

Creator created something specifically just to torture and wear Sun down but when you think of it, that's also what Old Moon was until they split. I don't think that was the intention but the fact Old Moon just decided to point blank torture Sun? Sus, like it was meant to happen.

Dark Sun I think needs Sun to be his pet Witherstorm, and he's maybe planning to use Nexus to make that happen? I just got to the point in the series where he just picked up New Moon from space and took a chip out of his brain. Bruh...he needs him but won't say for what.

I really like when Sun spends time with Earth and Lunar too it'd be so cool if they have an adventure to save him.

BTW I've been listening to Aurora's song "The Seed" and it literally gave me a big brain AU idea for tsams but idk if I should try to write it.

I really hope Sun ascends to some kind of God-hood like being especially involving destructive energy like Witherstorm stuff. It'd be so neat and sad if one of the nicest people ever became the ultimate judge, jury, and executioner-like being. It's especially ironic since Nexus/New Moon can't decide what's real anymore and just decided to frick off and become God so it'd be realllyyyy funny if Sun was the one to become a reality altering being.

do you have plans for references for the rest of the reset cast once the fic comes out?

We already have designs for Lulu and Chips (OCs). Ellery has drawn up a concept design for Lunar (Original). I'm considering making the petition to have Moon's design once he switches bodies to be more like the design we have drawn up for our Ruin/(Old) Moon/Solar AU. Vanth (Lunar after name/body change, basically OC atp tbh) needs a design. Bloom (Vanth and Moon merged, also OC) needs a design. Designs are in the works for the three different computer AIs (Ilo, Milo, and Spaniard). We're using my designs for the secondary dimension + Angel and Crescent. I think Ellery is gonna draw up a design for Sunny (Angel pre-reset), however, don't quote me on that my memory isn't always the best. Since the Jack in this fic isn't TSAMS Jack, he's FNAF Jack, we're using my design. Need to make designs for the BM shades and Eclipse's ghost. I think Earth needs her own design for this? I can't remember, but I'm like 90% sure that she modifies her body to be masc leaning. I'll have to reread our notes.

We haven't discussed who's designs are gonna be used for who for the main cast. Either way we both have designs on hand for it. Puppet's design is gonna be my version, I'll probably end up doing Monty too (because Ellery and Polaris fucking hate Monty). Foxy has a loose design. I haven't touched FC's design yet, but he's like 8? Mentally in this fic. Neither of us has a Nexus design yet iirc, so I'll probably make my own soon. Don't worry, any designs that we have figured out for the fic by the time we're ready to start uploading will be shared on the fic/here/with the fic/whatever.

So last night I had a TSAMS related dream.

There were three new videos on the channel, one was Sun VS Nexus, and then the next two were both Nexus focused. One had him waking up in a forest all confused, and then the one after it was him returning to the Pizzaplex (The thumbnail was of Monty angrily pointing a gun at a very shocked and confused Nexus)

I'm assuming Sun died and somehow Nexus' memories were reset or something (Because I recalled him remembering working on reviving Solar, but only everything before he snapped)

Kinda an interesting AU idea there, thanks conscious!

But, Nexus and the dark star power is a reform of dark energon but adapted over the time. And he have been consuming dark energon. (I think it's part of Unicorn's core or something like that- hey- rusty TF knowledge) like how Bucket head was(Megatron) was with the purple drugs(Dark energon) and in Predacons rising movie of the last ep of Transformers prime. Megatron was thrown off his ship and died by bee by getting stab from a sword made from the 16 primes. And how he gets revived but can't control his body since Unicorn is controlling him physically and it would hurt Megatron if he refuse to do what Unicorn wants. What about that happens to Nexus in a way where he go 'offline' but gets revived only to be a puppet(Again) but to a god(Unicorn), and Dark Sun($un), knowing the consequences as he saw it happen before in some other dimensions(I headcanon he saw some dimensions too in his spare time,plus Ruin,but didn't know what it was even at first nor care much since he never really examine the thing or chance out of trauma reaction or guts he have about it I guess?) as he purposely let it happen, CAUSE one, he hates all Moons(including Nexus cause of his behavior) and using him for his side project in a half benefiting way(I am still working on the f##king lore for OP Au).

But I am still figuring on how will he survive, having Starscream as a bud in their body(Two twin sisters,two different father beings), dying and how $un plan it or have the idea to have it all pin point to the source. Plus $un's dragon is half Predacon too to make it more sense in a Logical connection between TSAMS and TF.(Aye,another shockwave and Predaking sad father and son moment-)The astrals are solely related to primus and other cyber myths(That's made up btw-),like the titans and quintess(The ugly squid peeps who are just controlling),Etc and more! The astrals are partly made a small great amount of the allspark's energy for their abilities to fly,speed,strike,Etc. Lunar, is more a different generation and why Taurus didn't like nor trust at first too, cause Unicorn was part of Earth,Earth himself for the planet.So other reason to connect the two fandoms hehe:3

Day six; Sunflower, I absolutely love this one, I was stuck for a little bit on what to do and someone I know suggested I draw Sun (fnaf) as a flower/flower themed! One of my very first ps au designs actually had Sun flower themed so I did something similar to that (from memory because I didn’t have refrence for it at the time) and it turned out so well with the watercolors!!!

That was my third time using them ever and I finally looked up a fucking tutorial and figured out “oh. Make the colors lighter by using more water. That makes sense.” So yeah I love this piece.

Day seven; forest, this one was very lazy honestly, I was testing some human designs out on another page and so I just drew them far to small in a forest. The only reason I didn’t do it over was because I told myself please, it’s not a challenge it’s for inspiration. Do not worry over it. So yeah.

Day eight; ghost, I also completely love this one. Killcode is probably my favorite tsams character and I’m only a little pissed that he died. Anyways, my boi turned out so well, I didn’t have any real grays or light purples, which is most of his colors so it was a little struggle to make it work but I managed.

Also I did fire decently better than the Ignited drawing. I didn’t want to stick him in a specific afterlife so I gave him a halo and an aura to show he’s a ghost and stuck him in fire. He could be in hell, or in someone’s fireplace idk.

Day nine; apple, lazy but not bad, I just gave my boi ps au Lunar a caramel apple.

Day ten; rainfall, okay this one took me a day but I also love it. I was rereading a super cool fic from before Frank’s reveal as a negative emotion something something (idk I didn’t watch the episode or whatever but I’ve seen context in other ones) where it delves in on the idea of Frank or Forkface at the time, being a lazily made replacement for Sun and Moon. It tells the story from Forkface’s point of view and when it diverges from cannon, gives Forky a fun friendship with Earth!

It’s unfinished I think but it ends in a decent place without major cliffhangers that I could consider it finished there if the author wanted that. I assume they might’ve stopped writing it because of Frank’s reveal for what it actually was but I don’t actually know. The fic/series of oneshots/couple chapter long fics is called “I was supposed to be better” by The_PastelVoid. The first oneshot is called “To Be Made Better”.

Highly recommend it’s very good and even gives the boi lovely trauma! ANYWAYS, this drawing isn’t of the fic- the fic just made me think of Frank and I think their interpretation of him would just sit in the middle of the rain and stare up into it.

I don’t know exactly what Frank’s deal is in cannon but I think he’s some kind of entity draw to negative emotions based on what I’ve seen of his brother Francis. I decided to give him an outfit more representative of a Greek god of some kind because 1) I fucking hate drawing ruffles and 2) I like designing characters/outfits for characters. (This is so long I’m sorry-)
