Do you live in New Zealand? Do you rent or know people who rent?
The government has put forward a bill to allow no-cause evictions. Currently, landlords have to have a valid reason (from a fairly long list of legally-permissible reasons) to evict tenants. The bill proposes that landlords be allowed to evict tenants with no reason given. The bill is open for submissions until 11.59pm on Wednesday, 03 July 2024 New Zealand time.
Make a submission! It can be as simple as 'I do not support this bill and think it should be thrown out'.

It's funny to me when people do Locked Tomb modern AUs and have Harrow and Gideon be like, kids who escaped a cult while all the other main cast members seem to have had relatively normal childhoods, especially Cam and Pal?? Have you SEEN the Sixth House????
Like idk man I feel like part of the point is that all of the Nine Houses are weird fucked up necromantic social experiments. None of these people grew up in Standard American Suburb Number 634234

THE ROYAL CHRONICLES : First Diplomatic Engagement .* :☆゚。 ・
On 25 February 2011, Catherine joined Prince William for a somber engagement as they visited New Zealand House in London to pay their respects to all those who lost their lives in the Christchurch earthquake.
During the visit they spoke with High Commissioner Derek Leask and his deputies, and signed the book of condolences.
Catherine signed the book of condolences with her maiden name on the same page as William.

@hetalia-rarepairweek day 5, raising a family and nature!
I'm not very invested in this ship (I don't really know the characters much) but I think they would be good as Wy's parents :3

Not exactly a dome home, but round, ultra modern, and so expensive if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it. (But, it is really only available on request.) It's in Auckland, New Zealand and has 3bds, 1ba.
The living room area is placed off to the side of the dining area and spiral stairs. I would say that it's about the right size for IKEA furniture, but it's so expensive, why the cheap furniture and drop ceilings?
The terrace on the first level.
The home has glass walls that slide open in each area.
The ultra modern stainless steel kitchen is a part of the main living area.
It isn't huge, but large enough, and it gets a lot of natural light.
The wraparound upper deck provides beautiful views.
The spiral stairs go up to a bar and entertaining area.
The round bar has a very club-like look. I would really light this up.
Open the door and guests can wander out to the deck.
The bedrooms are on the other side of the circular home. The primary bedroom would be the largest room. It has a wall of windows and a door to go out on the terrace.
All 3 bedrooms have windows and sliding doors to the terrace.
The 3rd bedroom is the smallest. It would be good nursery, home gym or home office.
The single bath is quite large.
On the ground beneath the house there's a patio and yard area with a large garden shed.
