Welcome to the batfam internet the best and worst place in the world <33 Anyway the second sister is a reference to the current/previous Nightwing run, basically Tom Taylor in his infinite wisdom gave Dick a half-sister (daughter of John Grayson and Meili Lin who was Tony Zucco's first wife). I just think it's hilarious that Dick now has two Wasian sisters and they're both Chinese!! And they're completely unrelated to each other!!

Spoilers for Watters' current run, but basically it's setting up a conflict between Dick and Melinda (his sister). So I thought it'd be the perfect time to bring back his long-standing beef with his other Wasian sister. Imagine we get this again, but it's two Wasian girls beating him up at once!

KOZHIKODE, INDIA - After nearly two years of intense travel, Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama has finally set shore to the exotic land of India, being the first explorer to ever reach the foreign land, proving its existence. da Gama has since reported his route to the Portuguese Crown, who are looking into colonizing India as their own, despite the fact that it has already been populated for hundreds of thousands of years.

i am really concerned at the state of free media right now.

i have been following accounts on instagram that talk about climate change, sexism, classism, industrial pollution, and politics in india. but my fyp is not showing ANY of that content. like, it's straight-up shadow-banning all the accounts that talk about those topics. it's only the videos that use censored versions of those terms that are showing up. i am searching up the above-mentioned terms repeatedly, yet i do not get those in my feed.

instead, my feed is filled with harry potter, corporate reels (specifically duolingo, webtoon, kfc, captain crunch, etc.), and speeches in which politicians are praised. it is so jarring to see those things when i barely ever like them. this is so frustrating.

I was actually meaning to post this a couple days ago but ended up slacking on it.. I spent more time than I anticipated(couple several hours) cooking up some chicken and rice to have curry just to smell the curry and after a couple bites realize that I was not going to be able to finish even the small sampling amount I put on my bowl. Which is unfortunate because curry is quite a popular thing for the Brits to have. I got an ultra mild one so the heat wasn't the issue but it. It tasted.
