Okay this may be controversial, but I had this thought for a while and my curiosity got the better of me: Would the Mayweathers support groups, like a certain German socialist group that rose during the 1930's? If for example in an AU, there was a similar group rising to power in Inkwell that were very far right racists and in favor of blood purity? Would they have supported them? Any thoughts they would like to share?

WARNING BEFORE READING. THERE WILL BE MENTIONING OF NAZIS AND KKK

Before answering, I should mention this. There's a whole world outside of Inkwell Isles in this AU. Basically think of it as cartoon earth during the 1930s. It's literally in the show's theme song; it's just off the coast maybe 29 miles. Also, World War 2 probably didn't occur until 1939. And this show is pretty loose in regards to what time setting it's in. Maybe in a few years WW2 would crop up when the Cup Bros are teenagers. At this current timeline, it's not even close.

So these will be based on hypothetical "What-Ifs?" And honestly even without these world events or terrorist groups, the Mayweathers would still be unpleasant as ever.

Anyways, Yes, big Yes. The Mayweathers definitely would’ve supported Nazis. But I'd like to think the world was a lot more diverse, especially with more anthropomorphic and animal people gaining rights and citizenship. Especially in Inkwell America. The Mayweathers live somewhere in Louisiana or one of the prominent Souther States during that time.

Plus, during this time, the Mayweathers have gradually dug their own social grave with how many enemies they've made amongst the social elites. Plus they wouldn't be as financially stable or well-off to even contribute to a cause that is taking place in another continent.

Now hypothetically, there is maybe another racist group that the Mayweathers would've supported and joined; the KKK. Only problem with this idea, I don't think Inkwell America even during that time would be THAT divided or racist. I just can't think of the KKK gaining any sort of traction in this dimension's Inkwell America.

But man, the Mayweathers are not shy in sharing their opinions on animals and any non-human being. And if you are not white? Well you're definitely on their "HATE" list or the list of "people who should be grateful to be breathing." They believe any food beings are a mistake and abominations that should've stayed food. They believe animals are nothing but animals, whether they can speak or walk on two legs. Utensils or other object-anthros don't deserve a soul or the right to breathe. And I don't want to even voice what they think of any colored/non-white humans.

You get the picture, a whole clan of bigots with delusions of grandeur.

On August 17th, 1923, an estimated 1,000 white men and women participated in a Ku Klux Klan initiation ceremony just outside of Warwick, New York.

Newspapers reported that motorists traveling from the city of Warwick to the city of Florida in New York on the evening of August 16 were stopped by guards connected to the Ku Klux Klan rally and asked for a “password” to enter the public area. Beginning at 9 pm, hundreds of white people who had arrived for the initiation gathered in an open field near the highway and burned a cross more than 20 feet tall. The meeting lasted until the early hours of the morning on August 17.

Hundreds of people in the open field dressed in “full regalia” with robes bearing the insignia of the white supremacist organization. The "white hoods and the red crosses embroidered on the breasts of the loose garments could be plainly seen even from a distance of several hundred yards” by eyewitnesses. The leader of the Klansmen reportedly spoke about the organization’s commitment to opposing interracial marriage, as well as their dislike of foreigners.

During this era, white supremacist organizations sought to maintain racial hierarchy and dominance through terror. Organized groups committed to the myth of the inferiority of Black people such as White Citizens’ Councils and the Ku Klux Klan drew in crowds of hundreds, and often thousands. Claiming prominent politicians and other high-ranking members of white society, the Ku Klux Klan mounted campaigns of racial terror violence and used political power to uphold segregation and racial hierarchy.

Although racial terror and codified racial segregation have come to be thought of as uniquely Southern phenomena, the legacy of white supremacy and racial bigotry was a powerful force in the North as well. Inspired by Southern segregationists and white supremacists, there is a clear and undeniable record of pervasive discrimination based on race that spread across America, including the North.
