I just realized today has been my second vegan anniversary! 😁 🎂 I'm completely vegan since 2 years now! Before I definitely went vegan I was just circulating on and of.. Omni, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan... Until the moment I decided to stay vegan and don't want to turn around anymore. 😊 ♥ 2 years without animal harm and just a little foodprint on earth and also poritive for my health 😊 ♥ I did really fall in love with the vegan diet and lifestyle and a whole foods plant based/vegan diet with lots of raw food is what makes me feel the best! 😍 And believe me I've had years and years of experience, trial and error with finding a diet that works best for me and makes me feel my best! Long story short... Beautiful beach at the north sea, scheveningen 🌊 🐚 I got my visa for Indonesia today, therefore I had to travel to Den Haag, which is near the dutch beach 😊 I traveled almost 11 hours with public transport today 🚂 I also went to see a good friend of mine to say goodbye before I leave to Bali. In this video, I will show you how to make a really delicious recipe for the second fermentation of water kefir. ♥ In this second fermentation, the water kefir will get sparkly if under pressure in the bottle. Plop the bottle multiple times a day to release some pressure to prevent the bottle from exploding. Be careful when you open the bottle because of the pressure it's like a shaken soda drink bottle. Also it will produce alcohol during the fermentation, so if you want less alcohol you should do a short fermentation. Mint milkshake & mint chocolate chip chiapudding - Raw vegan 💕 This is so good! A flavor combination I already love for years! 😍 Instead of water, you can also make it with unsweetened soy milk. And if you use less liquid you can make it into a delicious nice cream. If you want a smooth chia seed pudding you can use finely ground chia seeds or flax seeds. You can also make ice cream popsicles out of the milkshake by filling it into popsicle molds and put it into the freezer for a few hours.
