MY SUPERMAN 2025 TEASER RANT

It took me to process the teaser (believe me I am still processing) but I have so much to say.

First I would like to talk about the ✨colors✨

The colors! Oh My Rao! for so long I was craving the bright colored Superman movie. I wanted colors that would hurt my eyes and capture my heart and Gunn gave us that.

There have been talks that since it was just the teaser they might brush up more, I wouldn't mind that. Just make it more golden tinted.

Again the perfect choice! I know it's presumptuous but when I saw him stumbling through the crowd as Clark with his clumsy hands and curly hair with contrast with a brightly colored Superman suit having the lil curl and saving children. I KNEW I KNEW I FOUND MY CLARK/SUPERMAN. HE IS SO GONNA NAIL IT.

RACHEL ♥️💜

We didn't see Rachel much in action but I have had the pleasure of knowing her through other interviews and some other media. She talks so fast and she has that "ENERGY" to play Lois. So I know she is gonna be THE LOIS LANE. MY WIFE. MY LOVE 😭😭

I felt the connection between them and they are gonna give me heart attacks (I am already having mini ones through these pics/teaser). The flying together moment! making out in the kitchen! staring deep into each other's souls while the world is ending! Stares while working at the planet! Giving each other hugs and being each other's hope during tough times! GIVE IT TO ME GIVE IT ALL TO ME.

And we already know there is no "2 people love triangle" so we would have other aspects of their relationship.

OUR MOVIE STAR KRYTO

Simply one of the best decisions to include him cuz we never had him on the big screen. That cape🥹 he just warmed my heart. My smile was so big when Superman whistled for him (can't get that whistle out of my head, I feel things) and he came running.

Our hero Krypto 🥰 nothing should happen to him! And that's a warning!

Lex Luthor

He hates Superman so much that we can feel him loathing. We all know Nicholas is gonna be great as Lex given how well he played the psychos before. And that shiny bald head gave me flash blindness🫡

There are also talks that there are gonna be Ultraman and Grodd(I like to think of Mallah)

I am so happy that Gunn decided to make everything so comic-like/colorful yet feels so real and attractive. I missed these early 2000s vibes of fun movies.

I FELT a strong sense of HOPE while watching the teaser. Don't know what's gonna happen when I watch trailer and movie??

Mark my words : lives are gonna change, history will be created, souls and hearts gonna heal, we will have something to forward to everyday! I am so ready!!!

Yosemite. Season premiere. Part two. Lysander’s continued effort to befriend Drummond puts his life in danger when he offers to help deliver the golem to an old contact of Drummond’s. First appearance of Tom Holland as Roxas “Yosemite” Winchester.

Dull. The team works a cold case from ten years ago when a victim turns up having been killed in the exact same way. Guest starring Nolan Gould as Dahl Kramer.

The long and short of it. Devon has to intervene when Jonah accidentally resurrects William Shakespeare after Andy teaches him how to safely use a ouija board. Guest starring Mat Baynton as William Shakespeare.

The man makers. Part one. The team investigates a cult in a Long Island suburb comprised of mothers who endorse a long disproven Roman belief about masculinity.

Rampage. Part two. A college senior freely admits to killing all the women in his family six years after they’d subjected him to the machinations of the suburban cult.

New Rochelle. Findlay and Sidney go undercover to protect a sitcom star from an assassination attempt. Guest starring John Mulaney as Eugene Mayberry III and Elizabeth Olsen as Charlotte Linter.

What do you need? Findlay takes it upon herself to help an engineering prodigy that took control of his family’s business building after repeated mistreatment from the staff. Guest starring Graham Phillips as Clyde O’Bannon.

Brimstone and treacle. Findlay is called as a witness in a competency trial focused on her family’s old nanny. Guest starring Neve Mcintosh as Fiona Abernathy.

Complications. The team is tasked with protecting a senators pregnant daughter after word gets out that her mother had sold her daughter’s first born child to bag the election. Guest starring Alan Cumming as Rumplestiltskin

Extended family. The 400th episode. In this two hander, Lisette Christensen and Drummond have a long talk about jewellery, family and birthrights. NOTE: this episode is a synchronous episode, taking place at the same time as Complications

Suited and booted. Season finale. Part one. Drummond, Andy and Caine set off for the south of France. Features the return of Tom Holland as Roxas Winchester.

Stowaway. Season finale. Part two. Drummond is incensed when he discovers that Jonah’s snuck aboard the plane and refuses to go back home.

Watch the master at work. Season finale. Part three. Drummond’s team lands in the south of France and immediately runs afoul of the smugglers they intend to steal from. Stornoway: population 39

It was a mild winter, and for that, the town was thankful. Stornoway now boasted some proper services: a medical clinic, a post office, and a police station. There was a lot more to do, but the shape of the would-be city was finally starting to form.

The town was officially incorportated following the formal election of Aileen Thobanob as Mayor. Will she be able to finally secure enough funding for a connection to SimCity?

Oran Thobanob aged up before his teen sweetheart Daisy Bell, and broke her heart when he got involved with widow Robin. Would he make amends with his first love or continue pursuing Robin in spite of their age gap?

Elena Merlo was unlucky in love with paramor Kunal. Was their affair finally done for good? Meanwhile, Lucia managed to romance another Bell sibling in the last days of her teen years.

Nathan and Iris Bell continued to climb up the career ladder. Their kids were growing up fast, and also the house was crowded now, it was easy to see how quickly the nest would empty.

The Kittridge farm managed to survive the winter with just enough stock to take them through to spring. Robin was starting to move on from her late husband, despite protestations from extended family.

Gwen Scurlock became Lieutenant right after the construction of the new police station. Her dauger Willa was popular in love, turning down multiple suitors. She only had eyes for the boy next door.

Yui and Ronan Matsuoka moved into a new house on the shore, and welcome another boy named Kenji.

Keeva Thobakitt continued to grow her clothing shop into the most successful business in town.

The Joshi family got pregnant again and welcomed a second baby girl named Veda. Prem managed to juggle romances with both Willa and the paper girl.

Camila and Ernest Olsen had twins! Ernest got a job in Journalism to support their rapidly growing family.

Violet Bell started her own repair shop. Would we start seeing cars soon? It was only a matter of time before her tinkering would pay off.

“My girl.” Spoke William as he pulled Maisy into his arms once she entered the house that she had grown up in.

“Hi daddy.” She grinned hugging him. “We’re having chicken piccata and mashed potatoes for dinner.” She stated heading towards the kitchen. “James is running a little late, there was an incident in the yard.” William followed behind his daughter, catching the reflection of light on her hand as she set the bag of potatoes on the counter.

“What is that on your hand?��� Maisy shifted to look at her dad, holding her hand in front of her face.

“My engagement ring?” She asked with a grin.

“I’ll be damned, that boy finally grew some balls and asked you to marry him.”

“He did indeed.” She grinned at him. “Last night actually.”

“He tell you how long he’s had that ring?” Maisy looked at her hand and nodded. “He tell you whose it was first?” Maisy looked at her father. “Your mothers, I gave that to James on your eighteenth birthday.”

“Moms?” Maisy looked down at her ring, tears shinning in her eyes. “He didn’t tell me that.” She stated softly before turning back to start her chicken. Twenty minutes later James entered the house, along with Katherine and her husband. Maisy heard James’ voice, causing her to wipe her hands on a dish towel and met him in the living room, James smiled at her before she grabbed onto his face and kissed him.

“Whoa, what was that for?” He asked one she pulled away.

“You magically forgot to mention it was moms ring.” She stated softly, her hand caressing his beard.

“I figured I’d let your dad spoil that one.”

“You are something else James.” She spoke softly before turning to her sister. “Hi Kitty.” Spoke Maisy. “You must be Nathan,”

“I am, you must be Maisy.”

“That I am.” She responded to the blonde-haired man. “Dinner is just about done.”

“There’s my girl.” William grinned at his youngest daughter, pulling her into his arms the same as he did with his eldest.

“Hi dad. We brought cheesecake.”

“Fantastic, well your sister has made chicken piccata so I’m sure it’ll go great.” William spoke before greeting Nathan and James. “Did your sister tell you?”

“Tell me what?” Asked Kitty as Maisy leaned back into James’ arms, holding her hand up for Kitty to see. “Well I’ll be damned, James Barnes you finally manned up. I’m so happy for you guys.” Kittle smiled sincerely at her sister and James.

“I should go check on dinner.” Maisy spoke stepping out of James’ arms. “You need to go next door and have Winnie come join us, maybe mention to her that you proposed,”

“Oh baby, mom already knows, she’ll be here shortly. I called her on my way over.”

“Boy she’s going to beat your ass.” Spoke William with a chuckle before he turned the television on.

“Damn right she is.” Spoke Maisy as she entered the kitchen to finish the chicken and potatoes.

Hours passed the five, six when Winnifred Barnes appeared screaming for joy, spent the night eating and enjoying the night, talking and catching up.

“James Barnes, I swear if you don’t get out of this office,” Maisy spoke to her fiancé as he stood across from her desk.

“Fine fine, I’m going.” He spoke with a soft smile. “But I’ll be back sweets.” He tapped the desk before grabbing his hard hat.

“The Olsen’s are coming in about an hour for their lumber, make sure it’s ready James.”

“Yes ma’am.” He grinned before opening the door and glancing back at her. “The minute all these fucks are gone I’m ravishing you right here in this office.” Maisy tossed her pen at him.

“James!”

“You think you can wear these cute little dresses and not have me fuck you right on that desk? Darlin’ you clearly don’t know me well enough.” He grinned exiting the room and heading out to the yard. Maisy turned back to the computer to process payroll. The door opened not twenty minutes later.

“James I swear,” Maisy looked up and smiled seeing Sam with a beautiful woman. “Sammy.” Standing Maisy moved to Sam and hugged him. “I was beginning to wonder when I’d sear your face.”

“You know me Maise, I’ve been busy.” Maisy pulled away from Sam and smiled at the woman.

“And you must be the gorgeous Wanda I’ve heard so much about. Winnie tells me what an amazing cook you are, and how adorable your boys are.”

“It’s nice to meet you.” Maisy smiled and looked back at Sam.

“What can I do for you Sam?”

“So with the twins starting school this year, Wanda’s getting bored sitting at home, I’m running the bar with Sarah, and I do not want her there,”

“Spit out Sammy, you got something to ask then ask.”

“I need a job,” Wanda spoke for Sam.

“A job.” Maisy nodded and moved over to the computer to look through the files. “Winnie just headed out of town to visit Rebecca, Frances and Mary.”

“So what you’re saying is we have to wait for Winnie?” Sam asked.

“What I’m saying is you have to ask James. He’s the owner Sam,”

“He tell you about our last encounter?”

“Where you broke his nose and he broke your hand? Yeah he did.” Maisy picked up her cell and called James’ phone, having him come up to the office. James came in not five minutes later.

“You miss me that much already baby?” James paused noticing Sam and Wanda. “What is this?” James crossed his arms.

“James be nice. Wanda needs a job,”

“And that’s my problem because?”

“James.” Maisy glared at him. “Office now.” She stated moving to Winnie’s office shutting the door behind the two. “Why can’t you be nice? I can’t approve hiring someone, only you and Winnie. You and Sam need to work your shit out, Wanda seems sweet, I can’t run both parts of this office, Winnie already expressed her interest in backing away from the office work. Hire Wanda, she can do my job and I can take over Winnie’s.” Maisy spoke as James sighed.

“I don’t want to help Sam,”

“James Barnes.” She spoke moving towards him, resting her hands on his chest. “You hire Wanda, not to help Sam but to help your mom and your fiancé.” She spoke softly. “I’ll make it worth your time baby, promise,”

“How so?” He grinned, resting his hands on her hips.

“You hire Wanda, agree to take Sam out for a drink to clear the air, then I’ll let you bend me over that desk and have your way with me.” She whispered pressing a kiss to his ear.

“Well Mrs. Barnes, you have a deal.”

“Not Mrs. Barnes yet. You go out there and tell Wanda she has the job and that you and Sam are going for a drink tomorrow.” She pressed a kiss to his lips before leaving the office and smiled at the two. James coming out behind her.

“Alright Wanda, you’re gonna be taking over for Maisy, she’ll fill you in on what you need to do. Sam, join me for a drink, clear the air.”

“That’s Maisy’s idea right?” Sam asked glancing at her.

“Sam, join James for a drink, or I’ll call Sarah to kick your ass.” Maisy spoke leaning against her desk.

“Fine, tonight at seven.”

“Sorry, we have plans tonight.” Maisy spoke. “Tomorrow at seven works though.”

“Plans?” James glanced at his fiancé who just grinned at him.

“Yes James, we have plans tonight. Wanda you can start on Monday at 8am.” Maisy spoke. “I will see you then, Sam, James will see you tomorrow.” Sam and Wanda bid the two goodbye and left and not seconds after the door was shut, James had Maisy bent over the desk.

“You tease.” He mumbled kissing across the back of her neck.

“Tease? Baby, I’m letting you fuck me in the office, how is that being a tease?” She laughed with a shake of her head as James began to slide his own hands up his fiancé's thighs.

That first look at James Gunn’s SUPERMAN may be dividing opinions, but a new workout photo of David Corenswet confirms the actor has got into serious superhero shape to bring the Man of Steel to life.

Costume aside, when Corenswet - a relative unknown - was cast, many fans argued that he was too skinny to play the Man of Tomorrow. 

If you still have any doubts, then we’d imagine the photo (last slide) will rid you of them. Corenswet’s trainer has taken to Instagram to share a shot of the actor mid-workout and this guy is seriously jacked. He’s got massive to play Superman and may even be bigger than Henry Cavill if his arms are anything to go by. 

David Corenswet is playing the Man of Steel, while Rachel Brosnahan has been tapped to star as Lois Lane.

The movie’s supporting cast includes Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Wendell Pierce as Perry White, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Pruitt Taylor Vince as Pa Kent, Neva Howell as Ma Kent, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor.
