calla lilly ; he meaning of these flowers represents departure of a pure soul; though he is not pure, he is forever more pure than alex, in his eyes and other

black rose ; the end of a period, farewell, and closure. this symbolizes his death. the end of whatever his relationship with alex was. alex decided to take it into his own hands and end it himself

alex — snapdragon

grace, deception, deviousness

alex, although portrayed with anger issues, seems to also be portrayed as a generally more reserved character. less energized. he deceives eric throughout their friendship (or wtv) manipulating him into full trust, only reciprocating that trust in small amounts. he ends up making the plan to kill everyone, including his best friend.

plus when they die they turn into skulls and i think thats lit

john — marigold

connection between life and death.

he is the one to witness them walk into the school, he watches the school burn knowing that the people he loved inside them are dead. he tries to stop it but its unpreventable.

eli — hairy vetch

it represents people in the arts, aura and soul.

he is seen to have an interest in photography, and he seems social and outgoing. people dont deny him, he looks and has a trusting ambience

although we do not see too much of him throughout the movie, we see that he is devoted to his relationship and the things that he loves. his character seems loyal and outgoing, yet also reserved and respectful
