Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders Salad: The Good Made Better
Tumblr media
There is nothing more irresistible than the first bite of freshly prepared Nashville hot chicken tenders. The crispy crust and juicy meat make up for the most satisfying meal. However, is your diest stopping you from taking the plunge?
Calorie-conscious people stray away from fried foods to maintain their meal balance. But where’s the fun of that?
It’s important to live your life to the fullest - even with food!
Still, if you enjoy healthy eating from time to time – don’t subtract, just add. It’s a popular theory accepted by nutritionists everywhere to include more good foods instead of eliminating the complex ones.
It is an incredibly good way to enjoy your favorite foods without feeling guilty about leaving behind the healthy stuff. A great trick to get the best of both worlds.
Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders
If you somehow live under a rock and aren’t familiar with Nashville chicken tenders, let us help you! Originating in Nashville, this dish has great significance. It consists of deep-fried chicken covered with a spicy sauce comprised of cayenne pepper, paprika, and other spices.
It has become a staple in southern cuisine. This flavorful and crispy dish is prepared through a simple process. The chicken is brined in buttermilk and spices to create soft and flavorful meat.
The exquisite heat level is a key element for the chicken. You can find different levels of spice at various outlets. If you are looking for the best-fried chicken franchise, it’s Crimson Coward.
Chicken and the Salad
Whoever thought of adding fried chicken to a salad was a genius.
Spicy chicken tenders cut up and diced along with a wholesome salad is a divine combination. Freshly cut lettuce is great for some crunch. Cauliflowers, radishes, and kale add a little more oompf to your meal. Plus, ranch dressing brings everything together.
Want to prepare it at your home? Keep reading to know everything you need.
Ingredients
Take a peek at the list of ingredients you need to create this appetizing salad. You can find these ingredients easily in your pantry.
Hot chicken tenders – cut up into slices
Shredded Cauliflower
Crinkle Cut radish
Red and green cabbage
Green lead lettuce
Kale
Dill pickles
Croutons
Ranch dressing
Sliced red onions
Avocados
You can prepare the chicken tenders at home or get them from the best chicken franchise around you.
Method
Only one step: assemble!
Once you have all your ingredients, take a big bowl for mixing. First, add your vegetables and toss them together. Now, go ahead and add your chicken tenders. Drizzle your lip-smacking dressing and give it a final toss and voila!
Your salad is ready to serve and be devoured.
Note: To make your salad extra healthy, use non-GMO chicken in LA – free from all preservatives and hormones.

Today the Governor met up with TN State Representative Justin Jones and went door knocking in Nashville and surrounding suburbs. Numerous areas of the city and suburbs were visited. Many interactions in the suburbs of Nashville grew contentious, but in Nashville proper, we were very positively received. Below are the local restaurants and neighborhoods in which the group canvased and met with volunteers.

********Fort Worth & Dallas/Frisco******* Trey's Chow Down took a ride over to Chow Down and see what it was all about. We where very impressed with what we found. I consider it "Fast Casual" because of the freshess, the way its prepared by hand, the flavor profiles, custom sauces offered, and they have beer. I was in LOVE with the "Cheesy BBQ" and the "Nashville Hot" sandwiches. Both chicken breast or hand breaded marinated filets. The Cheesy BBQ was packed with flavors melted cheddar, fresh chopped onions, and sweet bbq sauce. The Nashville Hot had fresh pickles, and their Signature Nashville Hot Sauce. The delicious crispy French fires come with your choice of seasonings: Sea Salt, Rosemary Black Pepper, or Signature Sweet. The "Fried Pickles" where amazing with a fantastic breading that created a great texture. If you're in the mood for some delicious creative chicken priced right check out Super Chix in Ft Worth or Frisco. Awesome stuff we will be back to Chow Down again. The loaded fries with cheese where stupid delicious. #chowwithtrey #foodporn #Deliciousness @superchix @visitfortworth #dallas @visitfriscotx @wheredfw #dallasfoodies @visitdfw @visitdfwtx #dallasblogger #dallasbloggers #dallassocial @dallaslovelist @fortworthlovelist @fortworthfoodies @fortworthfoodster @fortworthfoodie @southdallasfoodie @dallasfoodnerd @dallasfoodfreak @friscofoodfinds @chickensocietyldn Www.treyschowdown.com for more! https://www.instagram.com/p/BsK6fVKHJ59/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1kcrhaxtsb5xp

Owner, Adrian Hembree, and Jade Hospitality’s Executive Chef, Steve Haug, will broaden Peska’s mostly Mexican- inspired seafood dishes by offering American-style steaks and sides to its menu. The restaurant reopened Friday, February 10 to the public. Owner, Maite Ysita, moved her family from Mexico to Houston to follow her dream of taking her restaurant’s concept to the next level in this city’s thriving culinary area. Ysita, Hembree and Haug share the same passion for great food, atmosphere, service and attention to detail that are the makings of a great restaurant. “Peska is my baby, and I know the potential it has,” Ysita says. “I am excited about the brand that we’re building paired with such a prime location.” The restaurant will host an energetic atmosphere and sport a new large-U shaped bar with lounge furniture to allow Peska to expand its happy hour business with a dedicated bar menu. Perfect for families, couples, and groups alike, Peska features the same delicious staples like tiraditos, half and half snapper, Nigerian tiger prawn and whole branzino dishes plus friendly service that customers have come to expect. Executive Chef Steve Haug leads the kitchen with eight USDA Prime steaks along with sides like wedge salad, jumbo lump crab cake, and triple cheese lobster mac and cheese. “Peska will set us apart with their superb seafood, “ Haug says. “We’re taking seafood to a new level.” “Our ability to serve high-quality meat and fish dishes will propel the restaurant to new heights.” Prior to joining Grazia Italian Kitchen, Haug has served as executive chef at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse for 10 years. Boxing it Up To GoFolks, this is just the tip of the Proverbial Iceberg! I will be covering a few events this month and have a couple of reviews, and a couple of editorials on the backburner I hope to share with you this month. Being a father, a professor and a foodster is a bit demanding sometimes, and I appreciate all the patience on the part of the media and restaurant folks I work with regarding my workflow. Yes, I am doing a lot better since the surgery last Fall, but I'm still gradually working things out as I go. Regardless, it is always my goal to share great food, the great folks who make it for use and above all will do my best to... Eat Happy, Y'all!!!吃得开心!!!Hank
