hihi!! I haven't answered any questions abt this so I'm actually excited to talk abt it hehe :3

I actually have a list of all the resources I use, along with the tutorials I learned from!

The tutorials in that list are all a lot more detailed, but I'll explain a bit too!

For the static stamps, I used medibang paint! After I find the stamp frame I want, I drag-and-drop it into the program, and size the images to fit behind it. The stamp frames I use are usually 99x56, but I always export them at that size to make sure. For the GIF stamps,I pretty much follow this tutorial to a tee :3

I also do my 88x31 buttons in medibang paint. I made this border to go around the outside, to give a bit of dimension to them! I just sized down official art to fit inside ^^

I make most of my blinkies in Canva, though most of the ones from my ALNST bunch were made in either blinkies.cafe or myblinkie ㅠㅠ

The process I use to make shiny buttons is a liiiittle more complicated, but again, all those resources are in the list ^^; the most important part of my "process" that isn't in the main tutorial I follow is that I use pre-made GIFs of the shiny part, and use photopea to apply them with a soft light filter :D
