who wants to see my silly slugcat plushies that i made?

(to anyone who actually knows how to make plushies: these are very bad. i sewed everything by hand because i do not own a sewing machine. i have no idea what i m doing. but i m proud of them lol)

in order of when i made them:

i made this little guy a bit more than a year ago and it s pretty much the first plushie i ever made. they re very very scuffed, you can see the lines i made on the material so i d know where to cut it and my stitches are falling apart as we speak, but i love them a lot. definitely learned a lot making them

monk, my second creation. the idea for the pose is that they re a scared little cat so they re holding their taill between their legs!! (as cats supposedly do when they re scared. i have no idea if that s true) it s very silly. they can also just lay down normally

(also, fun fact, my survivor and monk plushies have 3 fingers on their back legs because i found out they re only meant to have 2 after i made them lol)

hunter!! i m still very proud of this one. the pose is meant to be the one from their campaign cover thing, i think it turned out pretty good!! the rot was surprisingly fun to make- also, because my hunter design is that they re badly stitched together, i get away with ugly stitches! it s falling apart cuz that s the design, not cuz i messed it up!!

this little guy. i love this little guy. those whiskers/gills/whatever that they have were a pain to make but this creature is so silly. so huggable. so throwable. i ve had to stitch it back together a few times because i just love carrying it around with me everywhere. such a little guy

ah the gourm plushie. my dearest gourm plushie. it is so very scuffed. i had no idea what i was doing when i made this thing. it is pretty nice to hug tho, and that s all i can ask of a gourmand plushie, so i d say i achieved my goal here

this thing. refuses to stand up. taking photos of it is so annoying. it s very very huggable tho. actually one of my favorites because it s just so nice to hold

and arti!! she also refuses to stand. also fun fact: i didn t have a darker red material to make her scar out of so it s just colored slightly darker with a marker. idk if you can tell but i think it s funny

i also made her mask :D

i don t usually keep it on her cuz it s made out of thin cardboard and i don t want to break it but it looks really cool :]

aaand i don t have a saint yet (because i haven t found anything of the right color. when i get green i will be unstoppable)

If you could redo it all, what would you change? Or: an AU where everything goes according to plan, but Dazai actually dies in the prison, and Chuuya is transported back to the past with the chance of doing everything right this time. Heartache, scheming, and healing ensues.

Chapter 9 gutted me 😭 (in the best way possible) but it is absolutely one of my favorites so far. I wanted to include more of their conversation from that chapter but there was just SO MUCH, so I had to just try to capture the vibes instead. If you haven't read it and you're intrigued I cannot recommend it enough. It is so beautifully written none of my art will ever do it justice ��💖💖

What an unfortunate development

Got a close up, then my first design of iterator leo. still getting used to iterator designs and proportions

Mikey and Raph are others in the local group, thinking they may share they're own water source, mikey being the newest of the group. Donnie takes Moon's place and Leo takes Pebbles' :D

I don't expect this to become a whole thing, but I have some more thoughts about it if people are interested

A.Sphere: What the- Who are you???

Sometimes I like to think of an alternate reality to "A Heightlander's Escape" where, like in Sphereland, A. Sphere survived the war but was super shunned by everyone as a result and more so after learning about the reality of the 4th dimension.

In this reality, A. Tesseract meeting A. Sphere was a complete accident. She just intended to pass though, but miscalculated the area she was phasing through, and as a result getting caught by A. Sphere.

Since she never shows him the "real" 4th dimension, she looks like a floating growing and shrinking cube more than a 4D being. A.Sphere got flash-banged by the explosion and damaged on his right side, so he has glasses and a brace. (The glasses are only for reading tho)

Below are some "spoilers" kinda sorta for Sphereland. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it, especially if you liked Flatland but thought the obsessive amount of misogyny was kinda wack (it's still sexist but it's like better-ish... Plz don't clip that-):

In the book, the Sphere visits Hexagon like 70 years after basically kidnapping and traumatizing his grandpa. So I guess taking people from their original plane of existence and spreading the gospel is only done every 1000 years because of ... principle?? Idk, it didn't make sense, but it makes me think.

Also the idea that the Sphere is so lonely and isolated that he decides to track down the grandkid of the dude he kidnapped jst so he had someone to vent to basically is both really funny and super-duper sweet. I love that for all of them honestly.

So that but A. Sphere and Hex's fam lol.

Mind you, Hex is a grandpa here and A. Sphere is like middle-aged (40s). Doen't halt hospitality tho, what a chad.

Also, these things are the greatest things ever. Everyone needs to like these things.
