HELP

I always had troubles figuring out how the stuttering from Aziraphale could say "I can't-" or whatever and some people made fun how the "aga-" sounded so I just thought it was a weird sound but nvm.

Then I randomly rewatched the last 15 minutes remembering that his look meant "do it again"

I'm already at 20+ hours pfffff #And as a result I simply must draw the characters of the humble game I cherish so much hehe #This has also filled my mind with bees of various headcanons I've just made or I've had for a awhile but never shared #Major one I've had: Quirrel has deform lower arms; he was simply born with them and they don't do harm to his person #They can get in the way and get cut easily; so they're often bandaged for safety #+ Quirrel needs a cane/leg braces to help him walk because of serve leg damage caused by his overexertion while wearing Monomon's mask #In summary; the mask made is so his mind ignored the pain rather than actually get rid of it #Resulting in Quirrel never getting the *true* rest he needed for certain expeditions #He knew that risk and warning before but he forget later after his journey away from Hallownest #And for funnies: Bretta is a hypocephalus armatus!! Finding refs of them was quite the challenge so I hope I got the overall feel down #They have funky little back legs I don't think I quite captured here but the effort was fun!#I have way more for the other characters here but for now I shall have my mouth sealed until asked

And then I got distracted pft - thus started with red ow :(#Honestly I was thinking of it just being a surprise-pain more than anything lol - like a splinter haha that wouldn't even pierce him!#D'you think that eyeglows could also act like automatic word-responses? Like how we say ''Ow'' when we're surprised but not hurt sometimes #Silly haha #The second is a lot less silly-intended tho more actual pain #It's also sad to think that Sans' red would pretty much have to be sympathy/emotional pain :(#The kind of survivors guilt of not being able to shoulder more but he's so fragile! It's not his fault!#I am quite happy with both of their expressions there tho especially their mouth shapes - and how the colours interact with their eyes #Lineless colours are some of my favourites :) You can tell it's my pencils and not my pen there 'cause it's feathery hehe #For example Edgar's scars are usually with my pen and they have an almost hard-line quality while my pencils are soft :) S'pretty #Switched colours! I unfortunately misremembered what their meanings were oops lol #Well I got them kinda half-right - I like blue as skeptical quite a lot :D I think it suits them both!#Sans as wary and logical and wanting to keep distance to assure his safety and what he can devote energy to - I like it!#And Papyrus using his brother's colour to be grown up in the way that Sans is hehe <3 It's sweet #I misremembered orange lol I assigned blue's alt meaning of ''curiousity'' - orange is meant to be bravery! Oops lol #I think I was thinking of Papyrus' childlike excitement and wanting to know and be involved! Haha #Greeeeens <3 Happy boys happy with each other! I love when they're happy ♥ Interlocked holding hands hehe #Pinks! Along a similar line! I like pink as platonic affection :D And as embarrassment lol but hgg the sweetness! The care and love!#Is my bias showing lol - especially with the bros sleeping on each other haha ♪ They're both happy to know the other is safe!#Couple'a stresses - I like Sans' more I'm not even gonna sugarcoat lol his expression turned out so good haha #And the inverse for the purples! i was experimenting with face markings, and i realized putting a slice/line over the mouth makes it look unnervingly like a third eye in the right positions. its kind of cursed and i love it, so expect this to be a new oc if i dont use the idea for another slugcat of mine

#gosh i love these plus sign eyes but if i said it wasnt a pain in the ass making facial markings id be lying #its hard for me to come up with shapes that work *with* the eyes rather than fighting against them for attention/real estate #i did okay with varkey and struck fucken gold with knoll and thats about it #which is why i normally rely on facial/body diversity instead of markings if i want to tell two uncolored slugcats apart #but to be fair while there is a lot of stuff that gets hard to pull off with this eye shape #theres also design potential that didnt exist before like the eye mouth thing. so tradeoff #rainworld #my art

Kinda sucks that a lot of people are treating people with long covid as an entirely separate community from the chronic illness community at large. I've also seen people with long covid separate themselves from us as well. They are acting like they're the first ones who've been denied care or ignored, and refuse to accept that they are now "like us". So many people who were perfectly abled are suddenly becoming disabled, and it's only now society is freaking out and pushing for treatments for this chronic illness (on the bright side its sort of causing interest in POTS, fibromyalgia, CFS, etc). Where was all this research when people were coming down with other chronic illnesses? (I'm not saying it isn't good that there's research happening, and it's obviously not enough, especially because long covid primarily happens to women. It's just a lot more mainstream to talk about long covid vs other illnesses)

I want to accept people with long covid with open arms, give them advice and comfort. But I've found many don't want it from me. There's a big community of us that are here for you, cast aside your internalized ableism and join us in the fight for a more accessible world.

Caretaker rescuing injured Whumpee from Whumper’s facility. Henchmen combing the halls as they try to sneak their way out. Caretaker pressing Whumpee up against a wall for a moment to hide.

Their injuries jostled in just the wrong way or another wave of pain hits them and Whumpee almost lets out a groan. Caretaker notices and clamps a hand over their mouth muffling the sound as much as they can — apologizing through their eyes.

After a moment Caretaker lets go and Whumpee pants silently. Before they can get moving another wave hits Whumpee and they pull themself close to Caretaker, tucking their face into their shoulder. A hand clutches their wounded side and the other reaches up to grab a fistful of Caretaker’s jacket holding on for dear life as they bury their pained gasps in the fabric.
