There's a massive amount of incredibly talented writers in this fandom, and every day I feel so grateful to be a part of it, so please, don't take my recs as gospel, and look for fics yourself too. I love this fic SO much. and we'll have a spring wedding by Killyhawk 4,895 words, M "A 40-year-old Luffy appears on the Thousand Sunny with unexpected news." AMAZING READ. One of my faves for sure. Logistics by ST_Osmanthus 4,241 words, E LawLu. "The alliance succeeded. The mission is over. It’s time to go." This one is so fun! A Good Man Is Hard To Find by Masked Deuce 29,566, E DEAD DOVE: DO NOT EAT. Serial killer!Law and cannibal!Luffy. Read the tags. Love this one so much. Tea'sing All The Way Through by Camafeu 274,600 words, E This fic made me experience every single emotion that exists. I have no words other than this is a MUST read! Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response by DidntThinkofAName 9,302 words, E LawLu. "Luffy sees Nami fiddling with a pair of tiny transponder snails and begs her to let him try them out. Things get out of hand.

Or, the one where Law does ASMR." I'm so obsessed with this fic, I could read it a thousand times. I shine only with the light you gave me by bokkuroo 5,766 words, E LawLu. God of Death Law and God of the Sun Luffy. Very sweet and spicy. Treats by Rainy_atw 6,124 words, E LawLu. "Luffy gets golden-retrieverd." This is so fun and hot, OBSESSED. Lavender's Blue by Cooknumber3 33,850 words, E LuLaw. Cinderella/fantasy AU with fantastic worldbuilding.

Ongoing works:

After the Fall by Minniaa 4/? chapters, E LuLaw. Beautiful AU based on the Icarus myth. Sun King by Newmoondust 1/? chapters, E Roman empire AU where Luffy is a gladiator, and Law is a priest. Gorgeously written and I'm so invested only one chapter in! a scripted empathy by lances 2/8 chapters, E Law is a serial killer and Luffy is an underground fighter, but that's not enough to explain how riveting this fic is. Unique and captivating! Hold My Heart, it's Beating for You Anyway by 7raffy_law 5/? chapters, E LawLu. My absolute favorite vampire fic. Beautifully written with an engrossing plot, and fantastic characterization. shadow rises (and you are here) by shishiswordsman 8/11 chapters, E This author is one of my absolute favorites, and this fic makes you feel despair, sorrow, pain, but also flickers of hope masterfully weaved inbetween. The angst is spectacular, and the bond between Law and Luffy and how it's written takes my breath away. Of fans and filmstars by N_Moonbreeze 6/? chapters, E Switch. Pornstar!AU that hits the spot. Love this author's writing style and this fic in particular has me in a chokehold.

Don't Assume by Kyrathel 14/? chapters, E LuLaw. Fem!Law. This fic is so much fun to read, with delicious smut as well. "Luffy meets Law online playing a game. He isn't really what he thought she was..." Curiosity Killed The Cat... But The Hot Wolf Doctor Brought Him Back by vomsa 15/? chapters, E Such a fun and yummy omegaverse fic. Absolutely adore it! until you're mine by Jien_o 7/? chapters, E "Luffy has a stalker." All of Jien's fics are worth subscribing to! This one has me on the edge of my seat.

BnHA Chapter 410: Kacchan Fights a Baby

Previously on BnHA: Kacchan was born and then he grew up and murdered the Demon Lord.

Today on BnHA: Kacchan fights a baby. Tomura and Deku finally remember that they were supposed to have been fighting too this entire time, and get on with that once again. Tomura is all, “[literally just reaches out and grabs Deku’s face because Deku’s main character powers suddenly abandoned him in a fit of confusion].” Deku is all, “[chops off Tomura’s fingers which is somehow not even in the top twenty of violent things that have happened in this series in just the last five chapters].” Tomura is all “joke’s on you I still got your quirk :D” and fuck me he actually stole Danger Sense, what the fuck.

logically I knew AFO still had to be alive somehow because he’s too big of a villain to go out that easily without a proper sendoff. but deep in my heart, I’m still secretly disappointed

it just isn’t fair, lol. this guy has died more times than Rasputin and he’s still out here scheming his schemey schemes. when oh when will it end

sir you did not just say you had yet ANOTHER unused trump card up your sleeve??

(ETA: the translation isn’t fully clear here, but I think the trump card he’s referring to is the whole “I’ll just go back inside him and join the part of me that was already in there and we’ll take over Tomura’s body again together” plan that he was trying to pull off. I think. if not though, that’s certainly something worth speculating about.)

well as always the psychology in this series is unironically fascinating! he just wants acknowledgement at the end of the day, huh. just wants some love and attention. too bad he was born in a rat-infested hellscape and learned all the wrong lessons and turned into a crazed omnipotent murderlad

I actually had a theory about this! well more of a wishlist item, really. I can’t remember if I’ve actually posted about it yet or not. but it’s like. you know how Deku and Kacchan are always being really dramatic about holding hands? wanting to hold hands; not wanting to hold hands; being afraid to hold hands; holding hands via proxy, etc. etc.?

and you know how both Endeavor and All Might have each done their own version of the victory pose that Kacchan is referring to here? with each one using a different hand?

so you see, I was thinking that it might be nice. might be a little poetic and all that. if at the end of the fight, Deku and Kacchan did, in fact, hold hands. and then did the victory pose together. and it became like their iconic hero moment. them standing there together. having accomplished their goal and defeated TomurAFO through teamwork. realizing their shared childhood dream. and sharing that moment of triumph with each other and with the world, ushering in a new era of heroes

anyway yeah. I was thinking that might be a pretty good ending. but it looks like Kacchan maybe really is about to pass out here now, lol, so maybe not? anyways time to finally scroll down

oh hey it’s a random pre-battle flashback mysteriously taking place in Troy “a few days before the battle” even though I thought they only moved into that place the night before the fight

I love how Katsuki immediately narrows his eyes (I assume. we can’t see for sure but that’s the vibe I get) at Jeanist and has to resist the urge to call the police on him for that pun

so Hadou’s wondering what Jeanist is talking about because they already evacuated the civilians, so what else are they trying to protect. and Edgeshot is all, “well obviously we’ve gotta protect everyone’s future,” which is a nice... rearshadowing?? for him saving Katsuki’s life later on lol

and now Mirko is all “get to the fucking point already.” which, same

so Jeanist says that Tomura is an even bigger problem than AFO, because at least AFO doesn’t want to murder everyone on the entire planet. and he concludes with “he’ll probably try to touch the ground and use his quirk.” which is a conclusion that I have to say wasn’t really worth two pages of flashback buildup for, considering that we all figured that out years ago

I’m guessing this is all just some sort of awkward transition back to Deku’s fight now lol

and now we’re getting two pages of exposition on how long it would theoretically take Tomura’s Decay to spread throughout the city, and then the entire country, yikes

damn. talk about stakes

and now finally back to Deku!!

shoutout to everyone who correctly predicted that Deku was once again talking out of his ass when it came to being out of Gearshifts. we all knew. unlimited supply

okay. okay, fuck. lemme gather up my thoughts, and then we’ll wrap this up

they’ll never admit it, but you know the other OFA Vestiges secretly resented Shino a tiny bit for being the only one of them to not be gruesomely murdered. bet they all feel guilty for thinking that now

Shino and Banjou also seemed to have this cute little pseudo-rivalry thing going on, so I really feel bad for Banjou now. :/ he looks so horrified in that bottom right panel

gotta admit, I did not see this coming in the slightest. OFA has been this immutable “I do what I want!” quirk for so long that I never thought Tomura or AFO would actually succeed in stealing it, even partially. that shook me to my core

BUT, it’s also really exciting to me because it’s going to make this battle much more interesting if Deku can’t use his get out of jail free card. shit just got way more real and I’m here for it

lastly, so! let me tell you guys my prediction. I still can’t see Tomura being the final villain lol. I just can’t. it feels too anticlimactic. if I’m wrong, I’m wrong, and I’ve certainly botched MANY predictions in the past, but I have not yet learned my lesson from any of it and I will not apologize lol

so here’s what I think. Deku and Tomura battle it out for the next chapter or two, and Tomura snatches up more of Deku’s quirks one by one. we see all of the Vestiges disappearing and the mood gets more and more desperate. eventually we’re down to just Kudou and Yoichi. Deku is panicking, but for some reason Kudou seems even MORE panicked

Kudou/Gearshift eventually gets stolen too, and it looks like this might finally be it for Deku (I have no idea how he’d stop Tomura from Decaying the ground once Blackwhip gets stolen, btw, but maybe Katsuki or someone else interferes in desperation towards the end). but just when it looks like Tomura is finally going to take the last piece of OFA, Deku’s vibes suddenly do a 180, stopping Tomura in his tracks

cut to the OFA Moon Gorgeous Meditation Realm, where Deku and Yoichi are staring at the door -- yes, that door -- in shock. because it’s finally been opened (now that the other Vestiges are no longer there to keep it at bay). and just like that, enter AFO, for the THIRD FUCKING TIME :D :D

tl;dr, HERE’S HOW HORCRUX!DEKU CAN STILL HAPPEN!!! wait where are you all going. wait come back

anyway so wow that was a really bizarre chapter that I truly thoroughly enjoyed, which should probably be a bit concerning. on to the next two week break! (for anyone who’s not aware, Shounen Jump will be on break next week, so yeah.) I’m on chapter 391 now. so close but still so far. the end of the year has gone by too damn fast tbh

With every newspaper that loudly hit, it was met with another jump from you, despite the fact that you knew they were coming. It had been a long morning, waking up early to catch the tube into the office, so you weren’t prepared for the loud noises this soon into the day, although you now knew more were to come. You stared at the headlines, reading each of them over and over again, as if you were trying to memorise them.

It was clear that the only reason the room was still silent was because a response from you was expected. You really didn’t know what there was to say. Scanning the words, you smacked your lips together before speaking.

“They’re not particularly clever.”

Your boss was whatever the exact opposite of enthused was, evident by his severe stare and the fact that he hadn’t sat down for a single second since you had entered his office.

“This funny to you?” He demanded, rotating his laptop to display an article that had your name and picture featured. An article you had already seen and gone through the 5 stages of grief over. “It’s funny that they know exactly who you are and why you were there?” You shrugged, a fire burning in your chest.

“They wouldn’t have known why I was there if you hadn’t posted the announcement of the profile without checking with me first.”

His round face was turning a bright purple, but you remained nonchalant. These meetings were so much easier for you to swallow when he made it so easy to argue. At the very least, it gave you the entertainment of seeing him so mad. This time, however, it felt different. You could feel it, and you know he did too. Leaning into his palms, which were pressed against the top of his desk, he towered over the newspapers. Despite the fact that there was still a decent amount of space between you and him, you still instinctively leaned away from him.

“What the fuck were you thinking?”

You didn’t look at him.

“I’m thinking that it was a football match, and excitement was high, and I’ve been spending a lot of time with Jamie Tartt, and maybe he wasn’t thinking very clearly.” It wasn’t entirely a lie. Although it definitely wasn’t entirely the truth, either. He began to nod as he grabbed his phone and began to type. A few seconds passed before he was sliding it across the desk to you.

“And what about that?”

Looking down, you saw the picture from Jamie’s instagram of you walking in his jersey, something you had totally forgotten about. A hot flash shot through you.

“I just borrowed some clothes. I walked to the stadium and it started raini-“ You stopped when your boss viciously waved you off.

“Don’t fucking disrespect me right now,” He said angrily, snatching his phone back. “Spotted wearing his clothes. Pictured exiting his car with him at the Charity Gala. What the fuck is the matter with you?” Your fingers were in your lap, pulling at each other. Even though you were telling the truth, there was no sense in continuing to defend yourself. His mind had been made up.

Within the hour of the match ending, you had received an email from your boss, telling you to come in for a meeting first thing in the morning. You took the tube in, which gave you plenty of time to settle your nerves. As much as you could, anyway.

Your boss began to yell about professionalism, and how you lacked it, while you thought of Jamie. No real conversation had occurred after The Kiss, as he got swept away by the team, and you found yourself being crowded by paparazzi and journalists as you tried to follow. It took two hours to go home, needing to take several detours to fend off the extra persistent ones. After that, you avoided your phone like the plague. It was blowing up with texts and calls from friends and relatives, asking if the pictures they were seeing were of you. Maybe there had been a text or two from Jamie as well, somewhere lost in the mix, but the fear of looking at your phone kept you from them. Instead, you had spent the night at home in solace, and worked on the article.

Your boss went silent for a while, pulling you from your thoughts. His fingers were white against the back of his chair, making you wonder when he moved there from the desk. Finally, he shook his head.

“I’m pulling you from the profile.”

Your spine straightened with the speed of a whip.

“You can’t do that,” You said in shock. He began to shake his head again, but you continued. “I did nothing wrong.”

“You did everything wrong,” He spat. “You couldn’t be fucking professional. Sleeping with the fucking person you’re writing on. Disgusting. I’ll email you when I decide who will take over, and you’ll send them your notes.” The urge to cry was creeping up your throat, but you swallowed it down.

“I won’t be sending anyone shit,” You told him in a firm voice. “I’ve been working on this for almost two weeks. Do you know how hard I worked to get Jamie to trust me? After everything I’ve said in the past?” At this, he laughed.

“Worked him real good, you did,” He said.

The comment felt like a strike to the face, and you leaned even further away from him. All you could see was red. You opened and closed your mouth a few times, his pleased smile only growing with each attempt to come up with something snarky or angry to say. A sort of acceptance washed over you as you knew what needed to be done.

“I fucking quit then.”

Now, the shock was on his face.

“You’re quitting over Jamie fucking Tartt?” He shouted as you rose from your seat. You contemplated this answer before looking at him again, your face blank.

“You’ve made me wish to quit over a lot less, if it makes you feel any better.”

The yelling immediately began to commence once more, but you were already closing the door behind you. It didn’t take long for you to empty out your desk, as you really didn’t bring a lot of personal items to work, and before you knew it, you were at the train station with a box of assorted belongings and a spot in the unemployment line.

The tube was mostly empty, just a few scattered people throughout the car. You took a spot in the back, setting the box in the space next to you while you sat against the window. As the train took off, you lost yourself in thought.

Where to go now? Over the years, you had yearned to move on from The Independent, much like Trent did, but had never bothered to try. Complacency and fear can really hold a person down. It was hard enough landing the job there, how hard would it be now to find a new one? Especially with the tainted reputation you now held? You absolutely couldn’t get any sort of reference from your old boss. Hell, he’d probably have you blacklisted from all major outlets before the day was out.

Looking at the empty seat that held your belongings, you were hit with deja vu.

You can lay on down if ya want. Grab a few winks.

His voice echoed through your mind, bouncing off the walls of the train car. Your head fell back against the seat. Your body ached at his absence. You missed him horribly, and were angry about the things you missed out on. That you didn’t spend the day laughing with him. That there were so many things left unsaid still. That you could still feel the ghost of his lips on your own.

You imagined him sitting next to you, and what he would say if he were there.

Fuck ‘em. You don’t need them. You’ll be alright, love.

Your heart lurched at the thought as you came back to reality, greeted by the sad, grey box that held your belongings. You closed your eyes. It wasn’t the same. It felt like nothing would be again.

But it had to be. Right?

Pulling out your phone, you went to call him to appease the yearning for his voice, but then froze. You didn’t want to call him. You wanted to see him.

You switched to another contact, typing and sending a message faster than your brain could process it. The response came quicker than expected, although you wouldn’t have been surprised if you hadn’t gotten one at all. A sigh fell from your lips as you stared out the window. Anxiety built in your belly, but you knew soon, it would all feel better. At least, you were hoping it would.

When you got off at your respective stop, you were determined as you rushed out. Your foot was on the first step to go up to the street when you paused. Turning, you ran to the first rubbish bin and threw the box on top. It didn’t quite fit, but you still left it. A few people gave you looks as you ran up the steps, some due to your strange behaviour, others because they recognized you from the pictures of you and Jamie in the press. You kept going.

You didn’t mean to run the whole way. But you did. Mostly due to the urgency you felt, but also partially because it was raining so hard that you felt like the streets would flood and carry you away. There was something cathartic about it. Maybe not to your heart, but to your mind. You slipped on the sidewalk a few blocks from the Underground station, almost falling straight into the cement had it not been for the lamppost next to you. It took a second to straighten up again, but once you were, you continued to run.

Within twenty minutes, you were walking down the residential street, rain continuing to pour. Your chest hurt from the running, as it wasn’t something you did with any sort of regularity. With every house you passed, you looked at the numbers on each one, searching for the one from the text. It was hard to see, with the rain and all, but you felt desperate enough, even going so far as to approach porches to properly read them.

It wasn’t the house number that alerted you to his house, however. It was his car, parked in the driveway. Your feet froze at the sight of it, remembering in vivid technicolor the rides you and him shared inside of it. The first one being under similar circumstances as you were in right now. The nerves were really building, as you stared the car and realised you were really at his house, and you wondered if you made a mistake. Wouldn’t it have made more sense to just return his calls? Instead of showing up, unannounced, in the pouring rain?

Am I stupid? You asked yourself. Am I actually insane?

But you still found yourself approaching the door, your feet moving as if they were being magnetically pulled forward. It was nice to finally be out of the rain. You thought of the box in the bin back at the tube station. Did someone else take the belongings for themselves? Or would it end up in the landfill? Not that it mattered now. It was filled with things you’d never need again.

You closed your eyes, thinking of the last two weeks. So much had happened. More than you ever would’ve predicted when you were given this assignment. And it all led to this moment, here, on Jamie’s porch, with you covered in rain water, heart full, and ready to share those feelings with him. After another brief moment to allow yourself to calm down, you lifted your hand and knocked one, two, three times on the door.

As the seconds passed, you felt your heart begin to race. Is he not home? Maybe he went out with the team? Or out to the shops? You knocked again, a little faster, more urgent this time. More time ticked by, and nothing happened. Tears sprang into your eyes. Was this a sign? You checked your phone, ignoring your growing inbox as you went to Jamie’s text thread. Nothing new. Stuffing the phone back in your pocket, you gave the door another sorrow filed look. Would another knock be enough?

No. Either he’s not home, or he doesn’t want to see you, you told yourself. It was that simple.

You all but ran back into the rain, your head down and your spirit crushed. The walk home wasn’t a far one, although you assumed that by how many times Jamie had walked over to your place. Over the sound of the drops hitting the sidewalk, you thought you heard the sound of footsteps, but that was confirmed when you heard someone yell your name from behind.

Jamie Tartt stood before you, already soaked from the storm. He looked a mixture of pleased and confused to see you. His hair was back in the usual headband, sporting a black hoodie and joggers.

“I was on the toilet,” He explained his delay, looking sheepish. You nodded, not caring for a single second what he had been doing. Just happy he was there now. Just you, him, the pouring rain and the bristling trees.

“They pulled me from the profile.”

His face fell immediately, and he took a step forward.

“Because of…?” He asked, trailing off. You nodded, causing him to pinch his chin between his fingers. “If I’d known, I wouldn’t have… I’m so sorry.” You shook your head at him, waving your hands in the same rhythm.

“Did you mean it?” You asked him. “The kiss. Did you mean to do it?”

He looked conflicted, like this was a test. Maybe he feared that you were asking in hopes that you could answer to get the article back. Or maybe he was worried that you regretted it terribly and wished that he did.

“Yes.” It was so firm, so definitive. “I don’t regret it at all. I’d do it again. And again. And again.” You smiled widely, convinced that you’d never stop smiling again.

“I quit.”

The curtain of rain didn’t hide the absolute shock that filled his face. You nodded.

“My boss implied that I slept with you to get you to trust me,” You explained. A beat passed and you tilted your head. “Actually, he just flat out said I slept with you to get you to trust me. So I quit. And I took all of my notes with me. So they’ll have to do everything over.” He ran a hand through his wet hair, shaking his head.

“I’m-” He stopped, his eyes squeezed shut as everything processed. “You…”

“I quit my fucking job for you,” You said, speaking loudly but slowly, so that nothing could be uncertain. You took a step forward. “I was miserable. I didn’t want to accept that, but I was.” You laughed, remembering how it felt to hate going into work. It felt like a lifetime ago, considering how happy you had been these last two weeks. “Then I got to interview you, and I remembered why I love writing and journalism in the first place. I quit my job so I can fucking kiss you whenever I fucking want to and not worry about what my boss has to say, or what people who have read my past articles about you have to say. Because I was wrong about you. I know that now.” You shrugged. “And maybe I’ll never get to write another article again, but I’ll get to kiss you, which I think is a good trade off.”

A long time passed where he just stared at you, wide eyes and chest breathing heavy. Finally, after letting you sit in agony for a second too long, he took three quick strides towards you, pressing his hands to your cheeks and his lips were against yours once again. Your eyes closed instantly as you faded into the kiss. It was different this time, with more passion behind it, but the adrenaline that filled you was the same. You put one hand on the back of his head, curling your fingers in his hair, your other hand balling the front of his shirt in your fist.

When he pulled away, he pressed his forehead against yours. The rain was freezing against your skin, yet you were warm.

“It’s funny,” He mumbled to you. “I learned how to behave meself in public, and now you’re out of a job. You were right.” You immediately pulled your head away from his, staring at him with a look of disbelief.

“Are you choosing this moment to make fun of my unemployment?” You demanded, as he laughed. “This exact moment? Right now, you felt it would be the time? After I just said all that nice, romantic stuff to you?”

He kissed you again, and you could feel him smiling against your lips, his body shaking in silent laughter. You wished this moment would last forever. Just kissing in the rain while smiling and laughing in between. No other problems but getting too cold.

You broke the kiss this time, him leaning after you as if he wasn’t ready for it to end. A slight pout was on his lips, but he recovered quickly.

“How’d you get me address?”

“Got it from the highest bidder,” You said jokingly. He furrowed his eyebrows together, and you laughed. “I asked Roy.” His laugh seemed to fill the entire neighbourhood.

“He’d give me address to all the homeless men in London if he could, so I ain’t surprised,” He admitted. You scrunched up your face.

“I don’t like being compared to the homeless men in London.”

“No,” He said in agreement. “You’re much better.” Reaching forward, he brushed a chunk of wet hair back into place, his fingertips brushing against your forehead. His expression was tender. You were still in shock that this was happening at all.

You gave his lips another peck.

“If money were no object, what would be one thing you’d do?” He shook his head at you continuing your game.

“I’d spend the rest of me life with you.”

You bit the inside of your cheek.

“You don’t need any money for that.”

His eyes were staring into yours, twinkling despite the lack of light.

“We’re gonna need money for a hospital visit if we don’t get inside,” He said, grabbing you by your damp sleeve and dragging you towards the door. It made sense. There wasn’t a single part of you that wasn’t wet, and Jamie looked about the same.

“Well, I don’t know if you knew, but I’m not gonna have money for anything coming up soon,” You told him. “So if I would have to just die at that point.”

“Don’t worry, love,” He said as he opened the door, gesturing for you to go inside. “I won’t let anything happen to ya. Not ever.”

He shut the door behind you, and for the first time, in what felt like a long time, you didn’t need that reassurance.

You had already known he would.

My Kickin it AU redesigns... NOW IN FULL COLOR >:D

Obviously they’re all in a garage band together… obviously look at them… LOOK AT KAI. He obviously plays bass guitar and has a huge collection of guitars in his room. look at him and tell me I’m wrong.

Here are the singles and some AU updates I’ve been toying with ( They are all 17 to 18 here, seniors in high school)

Kai...my boy... my lad... Leader of the Black Dragons or wtv they're called, though he didnt want to be. His parents are lowkey trash so he had to move in with Jack and Jacks parents in Seaford starting the summer Jack and Milton were at "Swarthmore Academy" and he spent the summer working at an auto shop with Jerry. The Black Dragons weren't on his radar but Jacks's mom wanted him to make friends so she recommended him to maybe try out a dojo in Seaford. He wasn't interested but the Black Dragons basically begged him to join like Rudy did to Jack. He has resigned himself to just causing problems for his cousin tbh. Hater type shit

Brodes is also my guy. He's definitely an electric guitar player. He is honestly obsessed with Kai, but it's the chill kind. They're best friends and partners in crime so when Kai says jump Brody will do fifteen backflips. hes second best in the Dojo and was the main guy tryna convince Kai to join them. I dunno i feel like he should serve y2k cunt just to distinguish him more from Chase Davenport who gives Chidi Anagonye honestly... Buff nerds lmao. Brodes is a silly guy and very confident in himself bro is NOT Chase okay?

Yikes... Carson. Uhm he's not my fav if I'm being honest. His wrongdoings in the show were not nearly as iconic as Kai's for me personally. This condiment ahh fit is making me love him tho. Why is bro dressed like a hot dog vendor lmao. So im thinking that while Jack was off doin spy shit he didnt have time to keep in touch with his girl Kim and Kim deserves better highkey. So she breaks up with him and then Carson swoops in again and they have a whole thing while Jack is crying about it. I have a scene in mind of Jack crying to his cousin about it after a dance and Kais just like " I don't care bro get outta my face omfg" and Jack just ignores that and keeps on. Anyhoo Carson is also very confeident but hes lowkey a cheater cheater pumpkin eater ( in karate) so hes over confideint

Ohhhh the rich boyyyyy... Arther is another fave of mine. Like he was such a crazy asshole omg. I think he and Kai are on the same level of sheer audacity in the show. Not only did Arther cause all his own problems he had the gall to attempt kill a group of innocent people over being thrown in a wall. He wasnt even injured from that so wtf was his problem?? Arty bought himself into the Black Dragons despite his lack of skill because obviously, Ty would take a bribe. His dads dead in my AU so his sister : Geiveine Paullus Charlie-Barret Turner or as he calls her Genie did most the bribing or wtv. At first everyone was pissed but hes a crazy ass dude so he got some respect and he was good friends with everyone before Kai showed up. Hes so out of touch though... he moves from his fancy private school to the public one to be with his freinds and... that causes some crazy issues ngl. he is not a chill dude. You could probably thrift something close to his fit for less then 100 smackaroons but i garentee you just his hair cut alone probably cost 500 from some fancy hair stylist.

Frank... Frank... Frank... hes same age as everyone now like ive said. hes over Kim atp and he has a secret girlfriend. Its Sloan the secret gf is Sloan. They met while she was hiding from her manager and made it a habit of frequenting places that Frank was and then things jsut happend from there. Imagine the way that Frank treated Kim ,in THE BEST EPISODE OF THE SHOW aka the last appearance of my boy Kai, but its consensual and genuine. Other then that He's mostly the same as the og in personality. A little stupid and silly. he can be nice though... probably the nicest next to Brodes but honestly sometimes Brody can be mockingly nice depending on the day fr.

These boys have been spinning around in my head alongside the Wasabi Crew and I like the current direction the AU is going now. Its chill and feels more Kickin It sitcom-y and less Cobra Kai melodrama-y which i massively prefer. Sorry to my Cobra Kai fanatics i just cant take things seriousy bro, thats probably why Ugly betty and Santa Clarita Diet are my favorite shows... Things can get dramatic but its overall a campy fun time in ways my heart loves

You know what time it is.

Lesson 33 spoilers, including the hard lesson, here we go!

I am pleased. And I am not pleased.

I had so many great moments with all my faves. Solomon being there for me, Levi being a lil cutie, THIRTEEN DATE, Barbatos giving me lil Ds. What glorious moments. I shall share some screenshots momentarily.

BUT FIRST.

Belphie. What the fuck.

Technically, this is Mammon’s fault. He was the one who was like it’s not wrong to feel upset about it and like yeah he’s right, but Belphie is clearly taking that statement to an EXTREME.

We are dealing with YANDERE BELPHIE, my friends.

If I remember correctly, he was always supposed to be yandere. So now we’re really leaning into that, huh? Like straight up, I am going to keep you here forever because you’ll be happier with me than if you leave. Our boy’s gone a little off the deep end lol. I kinda love it.

Though I was really surprised by his final line of “I don’t want you to see what’s inside my head.” He seemed really concerned about it. Considering all we’ve seen already, it can’t be that bad, right? Then again, I wouldn’t want anyone I know to get inside my head, either. Please stay out, you don’t need to see the horrors, thanks.

Also, we still haven’t made a pact with Levi. Just like we didn’t actually make a pact with Beel. Is it because now they’re not sure they want to have pacts with us because of the whole needing magic to get back to the human world thing? I swear I have a memory of Solomon telling us that we could make pacts with all of the brothers at the same time. But we already have pacts with three of them? So why would we only make pacts with three or four of them at the same time? I’m so confused. Someone please share your thoughts with me on this because I don’t get it???

I really feel like they directly addressed some of the concerns we’ve all been having in this lesson, too. I mean Solomon straight up talks about wondering what the brothers we left behind are doing. Or if time is still going there or if we’ll end up exactly where we left etc etc. HOWEVER all that soup talk makes me think they are just going to mesh it all together. ‘Cause Solomon also said this:

What does that mean? How can the future brothers influence what’s happening in the past? Unless their memories are changing in real time… ugh why did they have to go with time travel shenanigans?? Don’t they know this junk hurts my brain??

Anyway, now it’s time for some of my favorite moments, enough about time travel and feelings and pacts!

Because my favorite sorcerer also said this. And I know there are some questions about his motives and blah blah but I don’t care. I love him. He’ll be all serious, then say something sweet and reassuring, then do something crazy or try to cook again… he’s got so many sides to him lol.

STOP MAKING ME LIKE YOU MEPHISTOPHELES. (Please you were like the last character I was neutral about I can’t afford to get obsessed with anyone else.)

Honestly, I laughed so hard when he said this. Mammon just called him out directly and he LAUGHED. He laughed and was like yeah duh of course, idiots. And look how pleased he is about it, too.

May I bring your attention to my baby Levi? Look at this silly guy. I was so happy I got to hug him. And the group hug was adorable, too. Satan protesting the whole time lol. Lucifer coming in and being like… I regret asking.

I swear sometimes I wanna kiss this guy JUST to watch him blush. It’s so freakin’ cute.

Smitten. I am smitten.

The way she’s like I don’t get why you like these weirdos, but I know they matter to you. Don’t worry, it’s going to work out. How she gets all defensive of MC. Her cute little smile. The way she suggests coming to visit MC in the human world & saying that Solomon can come too?! LIKE. I love her so much.

HE KNOWS.

Listen I was thrilled about this whole part - Barbatos being mysterious and giving me a weird piece of paper and a Little D? Yes forever. But also I think we’ve all suspected him of knowing the truth and this part right here just solidifies that for me. He definitely knows. He knows everything about what’s going on. I don’t think that means he’s Nightbringer or even that he’s working with Nightbringer. He could just know because he’s got access to all of time and what not. But either way, he knows.

Honestly I love Barbatos so much. Just the small parts we had with him were enough to get me in my feels. I also really enjoyed the hard lesson because even if Luke doesn’t know what’s going on, I think Simeon does. And their discussion was interesting.

So I’m gonna leave you with one last Barb moment.

I’m so impatient is it the end of the season yet?? I wanna know how it ends right NOW.

Actually, not a bad idea to have some kind of post with all the Hellblade fic fragments I've posted so far. In vague order of how they should fit together chronologically in the fic:

Chapter one

Rough draft of chapter one where Thórgestr is having a lot of fever dreams (there was an earlier post with a small section that I think is still my favorite in the chapter)

Chapter two

Part of chapter two and the introduction of my Irish healer OC Iseult

Thórgestr awake and making a very bad joke about getting stabbed, my beloved

First Senua Giantsbane name drop!

"Is my father dead?" "He's alive. He's an exile."

I'm really fond of Fargrímr and I do think he cares about Thórgestr, so this is a nice little moment for that

Chapter three (once upon a time I said I could finish this in 3 chapters, lol)

Intro to the chapter where half-asleep Thórgestr eavesdrops on a conversation between Senua and Fargrímr

There is so much in the game about Thórgestr's dad so why not feature a dream of his mother, here's her introduction

I gave her some very specific spirit vibes :)

You know, lot of emphasis on being your father's child, but Thórgestr is also his mother's son and I think that's important. Also I know surnames are patronymic, but there was that whole thing in the game about the importance of names, chosen names included, and so I really dig the idea of Thórgestr privately thinking of himself as Eindridson. (Also I like prophecies and love the idea of Eindrid as ghostly fate-spirit predicting how Áleifr will die... Honestly, chapter three is a fave!)

Thórgestr probably forgot what his mother's face looked like, so of course he's afraid to look away from her when she appears in his dreams

You ever write a bunch of fun images and then have a friend brainstorm plot developments with you later when you're at a loss on what kind of object you might need characters to go find, so of course your friend is like, "hey, you already wrote what you need." Just me? (thanks @allatariel <3)

Chapter four

The beginning of the chapter

Why I think Russell Adler is going to make a comeback in COD 2024

WARNING⚠️: Contains spoilers for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

Disclaimer: This is all just speculation on my behalf of course. I've just tried piecing stuff together for fun because Russ is one of my fave BO characters even though he's a bitch but i need more Adler content stat. <33

Let's get into it peeps. HEAR ME OUT.

Buckle up. Gonna be one hell of a ride folks 🤪

We'll start off with some random/background info.

Russ was born on February 12th 1937 so that would make him 53/54 in the Gulf War era. This actually isn't that old because if you think about it, Woods was about to turn 51 in 1981 during the Cold War campaign. What's a few more years?

We last saw Adler in action post-campaign in Warzone 1.0 cinematics but we've been kept in the dark about Adler's whereabouts post-1984 (after being brainwashed and killing Stitch LOL).

This meanie in a beanie wasn't forgotten about, oh no. He appears in the new cinematic intros on startup for both MWII (2022) and MWIII (2023). See below:

He was also featured twice in the 20 year anniversary video for Call of Duty whereas COD Ghosts didn't even get an appearance (ouch): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eL_w5HmxsPI

I personally believe Adler was a great addition to the Black Ops roster and is essentially the new Black Ops 'cover boy' now. Would be such a shame and a missed opportunity not to include a character like him in the upcoming COD. One who is morally grey, does whatever he deems necessary to get the job done - a bit like Cpt. Price in MW. Got the COD fans riled up about him brainwashing and pulling the trigger on Bell too - he's already got the spotlight in both a good and bad way.

Now, let's explore my main reasoning as to why I think Mr Shades 2.0 is most likely coming back in late 2024...

Here are some of the campaign missions that will be featured in Black Ops Gulf War. Obviously, this is subject to change, however, going off what we have, look closely...

From this, we know there will be a huge focus on the CIA and who's a CIA clandestine special officer? Mhm, you guessed it - Russell Adler.

Now, according to the events of BO2, it's evident which characters have the possibility of returning out of our original BO trio - Jason Hudson, Frank Woods and Alex Mason.

💫 Alex is presumed dead after Frank shot him so he's out the picture in '90/91 until 2025 when they canonically meet again.

🪵 Woods would be in his 60s during this time too so I'll let you decide whether that's too old for him to be in GW.

Edit: Woods got SPAS-12'd in the kneecaps on Dec 20th 1989 by Raul Menendez so uh...yeah

🧊 Hudson died on Dec 20th 1989 at the hands of Raul Menendez.

➡️ Gulf War being a direct sequel to Cold War and what that could mean 💉

That brings me onto the rest of the safehouse crew. Since GW is a direct sequel to CW, it would make sense for some characters to carry over if possible:

We, as the player/Bell, get to choose whether Park or Lazar die (or both lovebirds) in 'End of the Line'. It's highly unlikely they'll return unless the devs make one decision canon maybe.

There could be a chance we see Sims again given his bond with Adler (Da Nang etc.), his age (late 40s in GW) and his status (alive).

That leaves the man himself, Russ. Everything from his age to the fact he's CIA and was the deuteragonist in COD 2020's campaign just makes sense for him to have at least a lil cameo or even a larger role, don't you think?

Do what you will with all this information but I have concluded in my silly little brain that scarface is coming back.

How he's only in one game is beyond me. Won't get a character like him ever again. Seems like a cliché war dude at first glance but dig a little deeper into the details of the CW campaign, peel back the layers and get into his psychology and WOWZERS.

Am I delusional? Most definitely.

But the possibility he might be returning...that little bit of hope is enough for me and i won't shut up about it.

This will age horribly if he isn't in GW. Forgive me for feeding your delusions too in that case. Please?

This is so so stupid but I got very happy when I read in your strawpage you are from 2003 too, I've lurking around seeing your art ever since DOL caught my eye and you're one of my favourite artists so having that bit in common is cool! I also love your DOL designs, especially Kylar's and Whitney's but the fave gotta be your PC she's so pretty! Seeing your fanarts keeps tempting me into posting dol art of my own so if I ever draw dol I'll draw our wet cat (Kylar) together >:)

Also if you haven't played Fields of Mistria or Homicipher I definitely recommend them! The first one is similar to Stardew Valley in the sense you're a farmer, you can decorate your house and romance any of the bachelors/bachelorettes but this one is more fantasy-like and the artstyle reminds me of 80s anime and Sailor Moon. The second came out recently and I haven't played it yet but I saw the trailer and some fanarts; you wake up in a terrifying unknown world where you have to survive and the romance options are very creepy men, one of the appeals of this one is trying to learn the world's language, it looks fun

My answers are super long so I put them behind the cut. I added some bonus ones at the end too.

MVP/Wrestler of the Year:

El Desperado. Despite having two painful, mobility-reducing injuries, Despe managed to have my favorite match of the year and hold my favorite show of the year. Oh, and he won the BOSJ, something I've been hoping he'd manage to do for almost a decade now.

Also, Ueno Yuki, who did amazing work throughout the past year, and who made me fall in love with him as a wrestler so gradually that I didn't even notice it happening. I've always liked Ueno but this year he became one of my favorite wrestlers. I realized it while watching one his title defenses and throughout the match he couldn't stop himself from smiling. He's a guy who loves wrestling, loves his promotion, and puts his all into what he does, and it shows.

I also want to mention Chris Brookes here, for the incredible amount of work he does outside of DDT with his weird and fun Baka Gaijin shows, and both Sasaki and Dino, who are reliably my two favorite aspects of DDT.

Match of the Year:

Chris Brookes vs El Desperado (Wrestle Peter Pan) - This match was somehow everything I had hoped it would be and more. I hope these two can work together again soon - they have such a great overlap when it comes to what they care about in pro wrestling.

Both Chris Brookes vs Sasaki Daisuke matches (DDT King Of DDT Final and DDT Ultimate Party) make this list for me too. I was lucky enough to be in the crowd for the match that Sasaki won, too, which I feel very fortunate for.

Ueno Yuki vs Danshoku Dino (KO-D Openweight Title Match, DDT Heatwave Over Flowers) - Ueno's title run was outstanding from start to finish, and his match with Dino was really great. His match against Dino really got me, and got to something about the heart of DDT too, I think. His whole title run was just outstanding, and really cemented him in my mind as a worthy champ and one of the wrestlers at the center of modern-day DDT. His match against Aoki deserves to go on this list too, among others.

Chris Brookes and Zack Sabre Jr vs KAI and Taichi (UJPW ALL TOGETHER) - This match was so incredibly fun. Zack and his new partner vs his old partner Taichi and a guy that nobody in the group has any particular interest in with was a perfect combination, to the point that it's hard to believe this was the result of a last-minute substitution. I love it whenever Suzuki Gun members can get back in the same ring together. This one was on a crossover show, which I'm usually not that into, but if you skipped it go out of your way to watch this specific match if it holds any interest to you at all.

Suzuki Minoru vs Takayama (TAKAYAMANIA EMPIRE 3) - Look this one just really got to me, I don't know what else to say.

El Desperado vs Clark Connors and El Desperado vs Hayata - These two get listed in part because I saw them live. Despe vs Clark felt like a gift to me personally, since I got to see Desperado and Taichi interaction AND I got to see Desperado's bare face with my own two eyes.

I also want to mention Finlay vs Goto (IWGP Global title match at King Of Pro-Wrestling) here. I am kind of the opposite of a Finlay fan, and while I like Goto he's not one of my faves or anything, but this match was SO fun and engaging despite that. Milano on commentary made me laugh out loud with "The G in Goto stands for GOOD FATHER" which I still think of every time I see Goto now.

Oh and I should also mention Desperado and Hiromu from Wrestle Kingdom too. WK matches always feel like they took place the year before they happened, due to how early in January the show takes place, but that was another great match in their rivalry that definitely deserves a mention.

(I realized after posting this that I forgot some! Antonio Honda vs not-invisible Suzuki Minoru! Hiromu Takahashi vs Mistico! More I'm surely forgetting! I saw a lot of good matches this year!)

Favourite Feud:

DDT GM Imabayashi vs TJPW founder Kouda Tetsuya. Every time this story picks back up again it makes me laugh so hard.

But more seriously - Sasaki Daisuke and Endo Tetsuya's feud that started up at the beginning of 2024 was very good. I'd hoped for the two of them to pick this back up going into 2025, and I'm so disappointed that it can't happen now.

Favourite Tag Team/Faction:

Favorite faction was Damnation TA. I've struggled to get attached to any factions since Damnation and Suzuku Gun both disbanded. I was kind of resistant to Damnation TA for a long time because I missed the original Damnation so much, but I can't deny that they're my favorite pro wrestling faction at the moment.

For tag teams, I'll list three tag teams who barely tagged this year: Danshoku Dino and El "Exotico" Desperado, Chris Brookes and El Amigo, and Chris Brookes and Zack Sabre Jr. There hasn't been much in the tag team scene that I've been particularly drawn to this year unfortunately, but these short-lived tag teams were bright spots in my year.

Favourite Show:

Despe Invitacional - I loved this show so much that I got the special DVD box set of it. The entire lead-up to the show was so creative and fun. The actual show itself was a delight from start to finish. The surprise twist at the end was better than anything I'd hoped for. Just perfect, no critiques, no notes.

DDT goes PHILADELPHIA! also makes this list. That show had the best energy of any non-Chikara show that I've ever been to in the US. Everyone in that crowd was completely on board with everything that show had to offer, and gave back the exact type and level of enthusiasm that DDT was sending out. I had an absolutely fantastic time.

DDT's King of DDT finals show was a really fun show even if I didn't get the result I wanted in that main event. I love to see Big Match Sasaki, and getting to see him twice in one day was a blessing. And I'm not just saying that because I saw this show in person at Korakuen Hall!

Toden Pr- Wrestling (Arakawa Line Special Event) - This one is a show that's also only one match, so I put it in the show category. Our beloved daishacho Takagi Sanshiro vs Suzuki Minoru, battling on an old-fashioned light rail tram line as it travels through Tokyo. I laughed so hard watching this that I cried, but it somehow also managed to get me emotional towards the end. I don't think I've ever seen Suzuki look like he's having this much fun.

The big DDT shows this year were very consistently good in my opinion. DDT Wrestle Peter Pan was essentially a perfect show for me, although it's sadly marred for me by Ibushi and Nakazawa's behavior after the show. The beer garden series was incredibly fun this year too, and the GCW crossover Korakuen show, DDT×GCW Never Ending Noisy Summer, was also VERY fun and exceeded my personal expectations.

I know there was at least one NJPW show this year that made me say "Wow, that was a really good show!" but I absolutely cannot remember which one it was. NJPW was pretty uneven overall this year, in my opinion, but I'll write more about that later. That unevenness led to a lot of shows that, for me, had a mix of strong highlights and stuff I was either not all that interested in or actively disliked.

Breakout (ish) Star:

Suzuki Mataro is my joking answer, Ilusion is my serious answer.

Mataro being pressed into joining Damnation TA because Sasaki was passed-out drunk in a trash can, then forced to retire at a beer garden show, then making a surprise final appearance at Sasaki's produce show post-retirement, was one of the funniest ongoing bits from DDT this year.

Ilusion had that incredibly harsh match against an absolutely merciless Chris Brookes, joined Schadenfreude, then almost immediately turned on them to join Damnation TA instead. Before his heel turn, he was a good wrestler but didn't intrigue me. Post heel-turn, he has a fresh new life to him. His mic performances are so much better, his interactions with Masada have such a malicious edge, and he seems to be benefiting from spending some time with Sasaki. To me at least, he's become so much more fun to watch. (I still dislike his mask design, but I won't count that too harshly against him.)

Horniest Moment:

How could this be anything but Chris Brookes piercing El Desperado's nipples with a staple gun?

Most Anticipated in 2025:

I'm looking forward to seeing Douki return to the ring after his recovery, and to watching whatever match he and Desperado get to put on when they get that chance. And I'm looking forward to this year's BOSJ, of course.

I'm also hoping that Dino can have his match with O Khan, which had to be postponed due to O Khan's injury.

Other than that, I'm not really sure yet!

I'm going to add a some bonus categories too.

Promotion of the year:

Unquestionably, DDT Pro. DDT had a great year, at least to my personal taste. Whenever I watch a DDT show, I come away feeling better for it.

On the other hand, NJPW was kind of a mess this year. They made some really strange choices early in the year (giving Mat Riddle and Nic Nemeth belts for some reason?), had lost both Ospreay and Okada to AEW by the end of February, and then suffered from having their booking disrupted by AEW intermittently throughout the year. A weird and uneven year for NJPW overall, and I hope this year is better.

Commentator of the year:

Murata, absolutely. The better my listening comprehension gets, the more I appreciate Murata and the work he does. His insights are great, but on top of that, the way he takes the nonsense at DDT seriously for maximum comedy effect never fails to make me laugh even harder. I also love Milano, as always, and Desperado on commentary makes whatever he's watching a lot more fun with his enthusiasm.

Fan MVP:

All pro wrestling fan photographers! I'm so grateful for all fan photographers who lug their heavy cameras to shows, take photos when they could just be relaxing and enjoying the matches, and then take the time to edit these photos and post them online for the rest of us to look at, asking nothing but some basic level of respect in return. There are so many little moments that don't make the actual show that would be lost to time without the hard work and dedication of these fan photographers. They do so much good and make pro wrestling fandom a better place for all of us.

I just wanted to say that I LOOOVE your Sonic fics, I think I’ve read them all at least twice xD „When the World Breaks(…)” and „Relative Dissonance” I’ve read more times 👀👀 Do you mind if I made a short animatic about one of your fics? I don’t know how, but you made me fall in love in Sonic-Tails-siblling-duo, I think I’ve become addicted xDDD The way you write, not only them, but also others is such a treat to read, please never stop writing ❤ What I really like about your stories is that there are connections between them. Like we can see different sides of the same scene, or some small continuities (Like in „A Blue Christmas(…)”, where Sonic and Tails left Amy at the ice rink, and then in „Can’t Cloud(…)” we could read that Amy returned to an empty house, my poor girl 🥺 please give her hugs T-T). I’m so happy to have found such an amazing author, I wish for you to never lose your inspiration, because as someone who’s also in the creative field I know it can be hard <3 Sorry if my english is not great xD

And welcome to the Sonic and Tails brotherhood spiral xD Happy to have you here! Sonic and Tails have always been the relationship I'm most interested in, I can't explain why. Just something about these two drew me to them since childhood. All I want is to see more stuff with them together, so that's what I'm doing xD I never intended to have such an interconnected world for them, but it's definitely something I've done with past stories, so I guess I shouldn't have been so surprised, lol.

It's a treat to get to plant little references or seeing a different perspective of a scene that gives it more depth or meaning. Especially when it's little one-off moments. One of my faves is from "Birth Certificate" and "even big brothers have bad dreams." Sonic assumes Tails's blanket is ripped and torn because he drags it on the ground all the time, but it's mostly because Tails will use it to try and comfort Sonic if he's having a bad dream. It snags on his quills because they're so sharp when he's stressed out from a nightmare :')

But Sonic doesn't know that, and Tails doesn't tell him xD

Anyway, yes, Amy will get all the hugs <3 And she did get to spend Christmas Day with Sonic and Tails. They had candy cane pancakes together and she got to see them open the presents she got for them! She already opened the present they got her xD She couldn't wait.

Aww, liked the white snake cross scout story a lot! Perhaps my fave cross scout story after Intelligence.

Eichi is arranging ES Idol Directory, a sort of official fanbook with idols' profiles that both fans and professionals could use to get to know ES idols. He is picking one idol from each agency to serve as "cover star" for the book, with new photos and interview attached. He chose Hokuto for StarPro and Tsumugi recommended Izumi for NewDi.

Nagisa had had Eden fighting monsters in Seisoukan courtyard dream and in the end there was a white snake he was really intrigued by. He told Kaoru about the dream and Kaoru remembered white snake is a sign of good luck and fortune and said that maybe it was precognitive dream and Nagisa would find one for real.

Nagisa got excited and went looking for white snake in Seisoukan courtyard. Tetora got surprised when Nagisa suddenly emerged from the bushes and after hearing the story wanted to help. Rei was thinking of napping under the tree when he saw them too. Nagisa explained again and Rei said Kaoru is a bad man to lead on Nagisa like that (lolol) but Nagisa assured it was his own decision, Kaoru isn't at fault.

Rei said he'd help too, then. Tetora noted they are so cool on stage, like final bosses, but they have surprise childish side. Nagisa and Rei then bonded over how they are doing "childish" things now because they couldn't as kids (waaaahhhh 😭).

They didn't find white snake and came back to Seisoukan all dirty. They did find lost dog toys though. :D Eichi, Hokuto and Izumi arrived. After explanations and some banter, Eichi asked if Nagisa and Rei want to be CosPro and RhythLin representatives for ES Idol Directory. They agreed.

They meet for interview part. Eichi had questions ready but the others complain that they are too mundane. Eichi thinks on it and wonders how to make it interesting and to get them more relaxed with each other. So he suggested looking for the white snake for real.

They go on a mountain, apparently owned by Tenshouins (yeah ok). Eichi said he released a white snake on the mountain (no worries, they are keeping track of the snake, it won't cause harm) and Nagisa, Rei, Hokuto and Izumi will look for it. He made it a competition of course, they split into pairs NagiRei / HokuIzu. Tetora was brought in to film the competition and he's giving enthusiastic and loud commentary, Eichi tells him to speak in normal voice and Tetora is like "this is my normal voice!". Eichi just watching lolol.

Hokuto & Izumi bantered a lot, they are so funny together. Izumi grumpy all the time but Hokuto answers everything with his Hokuto-deadpan way, unaffected. Nagisa and Rei wandered around the mountain forest with no luck. Then they find a cave. Rei is feeling uneasy and he recalls the time he went to a cave and swarm of bats surrounded him (Surfing Ocean story! Pathetic Rei Moment!), Nagisa is curious and Rei tells him to ask Kaoru about it later. There are no bats fortunately.

Hokuto and Izumi were there too, they had found the snake but it was too quick, it's hiding in a hole (Izumi also didn't want to touch the snake, yelling Hokuto to get it). Nagisa then caught the snake but it turns out to be hair, Wataru's hair! With Wataru attached, of course. :D Wataru then does magic trick to summon Eichi and he explains it would have been irresponsible to release a real snake, so he asked Wataru's help.

Eichi congratulated NagiRei pair and Rei asked why there isn't a prize, Eichi is rich but so stingy *poutpout*. Eichi then said ok, he'll grant them one wish, what do they want? Rei let Nagisa decide. Nagisa had been interested in Mystery Researchers Club and had wanted to join but Ibara said it would be too hard to keep track of Nagisa if he went all around with them, so he didn't join (Ibara youuuuu... 😭), so he wanted to be a guest in their activities. He asked Eichi to pay him and Mystery Researchers a trip to Okinawa. Eichi agreed, so Nagisa, Rei, Tsumugi, Makoto, Nazuna and Kanata got an all-expenses-paid trip to Okinawa to look for power spots and legendary creatures (and spend time on the beach).

Later, Eichi is happy with ES Idol Directory, they (the six scout characters) talk a little bit about the new idol profiles and their hobbies. Hokuto pokes Izumi about his "bullying juniors" in old profile. Nagisa gives them souvenirs from Okinawa and it's so Nagisa-like. 😅 He gives each a shisa statue with their face on them. 😂 And he's like "I'd be happy if you displayed them in your rooms. 😊"

Nagisa is really happy with how all things came together, his dream and new job and Okinawa trip, it was indeed lucky. ❤️

Very interesting question! I´ve been asking myself the same thing, actually.

Okay so, where your previous ask (about MC wanting something something) was fairly easy to answer, this one is a bit trickier because their tastes in that department couldn´t be more different:

Tanya Denali:

honestly?

I don´t see her being very into tv

she just doesn´t strike me as the type

at least not on her own

I think she´d require someone else to take the initiative

so she´ll probs watch with Carmen or Irina, from time to time

and with MC ofc

all that lovey dovey stuff

...I mean, all that romantic stuff

the only genre I can see her watching on her own is documentaries (of any kind)

she´s a bit of a "nerd" when it comes to gaining knowledge in any field

(just like Eleazar)

like, 20% of her or something

the other 80% is just her being a horndog

it´s cute

...come to think of it

there might be another genre she could be persuaded into watching

especially if MC was to watch it with her

aside from gaming and doing MC, watching movies is one of her fav ways to pass the time

I gotta admit: I wasn´t sure whether to include some war-related movies for Kate. Or anything to do with warfare, really.

On one hand, I like to think she´d watch those as well because it reminds her of the "good" old times, and it´s just something she´s well-versed in.

But, then again, perhaps she wouldn´t watch it for those exact reasons? Being reminded of her past?

What do yall think?

As @ynhara kindly pointed out, Kate would probs be into sports as well. That genre totally slipped my mind, but it's totally something I can see. With her being quite competitive by nature and all.

OR, in other words:

If she was a human, she'd probs be similar to Charlie, in that aspect. Ynow, getting the gang together, drinking beer as they're watching the game, just having a good time.

...She'd also be the one to scream bloody murder when the opposing team scores, LMAO. (Can she get any sexier?)

HIHI! Thank you for the request and sorry for the wait my school messed up my registration and my teacher doesn't believe in giving me paperwork so it has been a mess lol! But THIS WAS SO CUTE AHHH!

König can usually deal with the poor acquitted food he's giving in his service, but when he was stationed in America seeing even the American-core version of his home-cook food had him salivating

On his way back home he decided to visit his mother and stay a night or two. she was over the moon at her big baby staying and decided to treat him to a feast.

His mother had some sweet savory Kaiserschmarrn left over for König. He sat there eating some, just melting into the couch with a happy contempt face, He wish he could eat this every day even though it was a bit sweet.

He remembers the first time his Oma made some after he had a rough day in 1st grade. He was sobbing and she picked him up sat him on her lap and gave him some, shushing the crying boy.

That shows he feels now like that little boy, but instead of crying from sadness, it was out of fondness. He kissed his mother's cheek as he retreats to his childhood room, it still looks the same as the last time he visit.

When it came to morning time his mother knocked on the door before coming in with a tray, she sat at the end of the bed as he handed him the food.

it was Apfelradln- he looked in shock. mainly cause he hasn't asked for these since freshman year of school. these were his favorite but he use to get made fun of cause it was "childish" to wanna eat healthy apparently to teens- teens are very scary- he shivered thinking about it.

His mother ate one with him as she reminisced over how he came home one day and told her to never make them again, but when she made it for his little cousins, he would always steal some before securing away.

König couldn't help the embarrassment crept up onto his face, but if he be fair he had a fragile ego back then and sometimes still do.

His mother told him to get dressed so they can go shopping for lunch and dinner, and she'll make him anything.

His ears perked up like a puppy. He hated shopping, but how can he say no to his mother? He got dressed and put on a black medical mask before following his mother into town.

As they bought the ingredients for his favorite comfort food, his mother smiled in delight at how her son truly hasn't changed much, but grew so much.

She couldn't help but tease Konig and asked him when he gonna get a s/o and he couldn't help the cough that came out as he avoided her eyes. She laughed softly before continuing to check out which König refused to let her pay.

On the way back she allowed König to help cook the meal, I mean it was more like König trying to make his mother do the least amount of work, even telling her to go watch tv and he'll handle the hard stuff- nothing is a hard sweetheart...

Once he finished though they are rewarded with some hot and steamy Käsespätzle. He smiled as he made his mother's plate first and then his bring it to his mother as they sat and ate together.

His mother could help herself though but let out a little comment

"so Käsespätzle wasn't emberassing or lame as a kid but Apfelradln was"

She giggled to herself as König groaned and enjoyed his cheesy Käsespätzle.

he kissed his mother's check as he retreated to bed again after spending the rest of the day with her. He smiled as his belly was full and his heart swelled with love.

He couldn't wait to come back on his next break.

hii three questions in one ask for fun. who r ur favorite charas, what r ur fav arcs and what r ur fav subplots in mha :}} big fan of the todofam sideplot and the endeavor agency arc… bkdk third wheeling family drama. hilarious… 😁😁

genuinely HOW could you do this to me, I am so indecisive and I have so many favorite things </3 Also get ready for the sheer volume of words I am about to throw at you :D

SO, favorite characters. Obv there are So Many Characters in this show, but I still feel like I can count the ones I don't like on one hand and have fingers left over. I definitely have some obvious favorites (Aizawa, Mic, Shinsou) and some only-slightly-less obvious ones (Shigaraki, All Might, Hawks), but there are also some faves I don't yap about as much like Kirishima, Jirou, Miruko, and VLAD KING the LOVE of my LIFE. I queued a post recently about Inasa being an underrated fave, which is still true, but Vlad King is truly the king (haHA) of underrated faves. I love that man a ridiculous amount. THE TL;DR HERE IS THAT I LOVE 98% OF THE CHARACTERS IN THIS SHOW SM IT'S UNREAL.

Arcs & subplots under the keep reading bc my main personality trait (never shutting up) struck again ! The short answer is Sports Festival & Todorokis, Shinsou, Rooftop gang for anyone who doesn't want to stare at that wall of text 😭

Favorite arcs: I have almost as many favorite arcs as I do favorite characters LMAO. You are SO RIGHT about the Endeavor Agency arc; usually people are forced to witness Midoriya & Bakugou's drama but oh, how the tables have turned. I also love Fuyumi and Natsuo and am always delighted to see them, even if they <3 punching me directly in the feelings :(

The USJ arc is, imo, a perfectly executed plot point, so from a writing perspective I really love USJ. It's got action, it's got character spotlights, but most importantly, it ties together the plot/character/worldbuilding threads of the first season so perfectly. Like. It's seamless. It was a writing school level moment. No notes.

The Hideout Raid arc (specifically All Might vs AFO) and Paranormal Liberation War gave me grays at 25. Joint Training is always a delight. But if I had to pick One Arc to Rule Them All it might honestly be Sports Festival?? It features all of my top three favorite characters for more than one (1) scene each and it is just. Such a wild time.

There is so much to unpack about this arc but it has a very special place in my heart bc the first time I ever watched it (so, like, 5+ years ago) my sister and I for some reason decided to treat it like people who care about the Super Bowl treat the Super Bowl. It was our Olympics except the team we were rooting for changed depending on the episode. To this day I remember my sister turning on a DIME from hating Bakugou since Season 1 Episode 1 to CHAMPIONING him with her whole chest bc Monoma pissed her off so much when he stole Bakugou's headbands. And now he's like her second favorite character in the entire series so?? Origin story moment ig.

Last but not least, favorite subplots!!

TODOROKIS. YEAH. Their entire plotline was one of the major factors that motivated me to catch up on the show. I was like what do you mean they're trying to give superhero Fire Lord Ozai a redemption arc? What do you mean that other fire guy was actually a Todoroki? Like... you have to remember that where I left off w this show, Endeavor seemed to exist solely to give Shouto a backstory, and honestly I remembered like nothing about Dabi. If getting back into MHA was a pit of quicksand the Todorokis truly walked me right up to the edge of it. It was like that part of TAZ where Taako is like 'okay that's weird enough that I'm gonna go in there.'

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Shinsou's off-screen character arc is EVERYTHING to me. I could write a thesis on this side character who appears like. Three times in the entire show. Shinsou really said 'I will be a mirror character AND undo the First Great Contradiction of this series AND have tangible, believable character growth, all while being given less screen time than Mineta' and I love that for him.

The rooftop gang... I'm not going to say much on this one for manga reasons but it's definitely a subplot I find very compelling. I'm still ruminating on its execution so far but I Did Cry over the Reveal in season 5. It re-contextualized so much, not just about Aizawa and Mic, but about UA and the lives of hero students. Ack.
