"Love and Brat Taming"
How I imagine the LADS Men brat tame and the type of dom that they are. Artwork @/osk_purinnumee on twitter ‼️ MDNI ‼️ This for the freak nasty mfs in my inbox … I love y’all hope you can lucid dream about this 😘
Tumblr media
Zayne
Type: Edging | Voyeurism | Restraints | Temperature play??
Sweet stoic Zayne....Mr. "watch your hands" in public but completely different behind closed doors. Now let's say you decided to spend all afternoon being very handsy. He would warn you multiple times and of course you'd keep going even when he glared at you.
I feel like Zayne is definitely the type to .... watch. He would one thow-wow percent sit you on his lap with your hands tied in front of you and make you play with yourself while he watched.
What did he use to tie your hands? The tie that you kept yanking on all day in public to whisper in his ear.
"Since you can't control your hands I'll control them for you" He would watch you play and squirm on his lap and the minute he sees you're on the brink of climax he'd whisper a stern "Stop." snatching your wrists away, holding them above your head in one hand, making you whine. "Deep breaths ... there you go ... now start again"
He would do this again ... and again ... and again until you're spouting apologies and begging him to let you cum. He's not rough as a matter of fact he's so gentle it almost makes this punishment that much hotter, I mean worse.
Don't forget he's touch starved so while you're playing he's busy having his fun exploring your body stimulating every part of you. He'd go back and forth from just watching you to devouring your neck and pinching your nipples using his evol make them pebble faster and then taking them into his warm mouth.
By the time he lets you cum you're a sweaty puddle of pure bliss. He'd definitely talk you through it and end it with "next time heed when you've been warned"
Now next time he tells you to watch your hands you're torn between wanting this punishment again or wanting the sweet Zayne that gives you what you want without making you beg.
Sir?! Wtf you mean heed when I've been warned I'm acting up on your next day off fym
Tumblr media
Rafayel
Type: Sense Deprivation | Overstimulation | Manhandling | Breeding Kink
Raf is the type of tamer who makes sure you can't walk and you're sore as hell the next day. He's merciless. He takes you how he wants you.
For example...
"Will you like me no matter what I become?" You promised. Such an innocent question. No.
You should have read the fine print because you had no idea it included the dominant powerhouse he'd become when you decided to ignore him after you went to bed mad at him and proceeded to ignore him for a full day.
"Don't play with me we don't do that we don't go to bed upset with each other because shit like this happens" He doesn't give more than half of a warning. He gives just one and that's it and its hardly a warning.
Raf doesn't get upset with you often but he's a whole different person when he does. He is definitely the type to blindfold you and tells you to be a good girl and no touching. "Keep your hands above your head"
He'd flip you back and forth between being sprawled out on your back and being flat on your stomach with a pillow tucked under your hips and much more. You're getting fucking rag dolled so hold on tight.
To start he would touch you everywhere except where you wanted most however he still would have you dripping wet and I mean dripping. I imagine once he gets you to that point he's the type to eat you out while making you explain why you decided to ignore him when you know he hates it. He'd edge you a little every time your hands strayed too close.
You would have absolutely no good reason for ignoring him for a whole day on purpose so he'd keep going snatching orgasm after orgasm from you until you're pushing his head away. Big mistake because he said no touching and keep your hands above your head. Be ready to get pounded into the mattress until dawn. For sure the type to fill you up over and over again just to watch it drip out so he can push it back in with his fingers.
"Raf I can't- " he'd cut you off "You can take it ... gimme one more I know you can do it" he would make sure you can't walk the next day so you have to spend the entire day with him to make up for lost time.
I need this man to take a sip of wine and let it flow into my mouth through a kiss and bite my lip after.
Tumblr media
Xavier
Type: Edging | Bondage | Spanking | Dacryphilia | Sadism
Alright I know you just read sadism and you wanna jump me now let me explain hold on HOLD ON! Relax! Put the bricks and tomatoes down let me explain. I can feel it in my BONE MARROW that Xavier knows how to perfectly mix pleasure and pain. He's literally likes it rough talking about some "You'll have to do it harder" bro imagine him being able to do it harder to his girl? HES ON THAT ! Man I kinda just wanna yap about him.
He would give you a safe word he would immediately stop if you use it don't worry. He's a calm cool collected Prince that fucks you like you're a slut. He doesn't give you a warning because he knows that you know better.
If you decided to test his patience and be a brat ALL DAY he's throwing you over his lap and spanking your ass until it's red while he's two knuckles deep inside of you and that's not even the main course.
He would tie your hands together (Just like he's threatened multiple times). He would definitely tie them to the headboard and he'd eat you until you're crying from pleasure, but no you're not allowed to cum yet. "You're so pretty like this" as he wipes your tears before going back to nip and bite at your thighs.
He would rag doll you as well untying you and flipping you over into doggy style and just teases you by rubbing his tip against your folds and just slightly pushing in before backing out and continuing his teasing giving your ass solid slaps when you push your hips back at him.
He would edge your soul out of you for hours and he's gonna wake you up a few hours later with his tongue after you fall asleep.
I need Xavier to rag doll me expeditiously.
Tumblr media
Sylus
Type: Bondage | Spanking | Dacryphilia | Overstimulation | Breath Play
I know y'all have seen that one picture pose called "Dancing with you" and Sylus has his hand around your throat?????? What are we dancing to???? Are we naked????
Anyway....
Now maybe this is self indulgent but he's definitely using his evol to hold you in whatever position he wants you in. Since you couldn't listen to him we won't listen to you. He's two knuckles deep in you and is making you do all the work. He would have you ride his hand and make you work for it while he has the other wrapped around your throat cutting off your air and right when you cum he'd let go making you see stars.
Did he just make you experience euphoria?? You bet your ass he did.
He's not done with you though don't forget you were a brat throwing a fit in the middle of his meeting and couldn't keep your hands to yourself. He would eat you out till you're in tears "Keep your eyes on me" the second your head fell back in bliss he would stop causing you to snap your head up. "I gave you simple instructions sweetie" When you hit that point where you start trying to run from him he would stand up and tell you to "Keep it wet you know what to do" (Shout out Professor Cal) releasing only one of your hands and leaving to go finish his meeting.
YES! He would definitely tell his business call or whatever to give him a minute and he'd handle you then head back. Once he's done he's coming back and teasing you with his tip with his hand around your throat again. He doesn't mind spending the whole night taming you.
Side note: Sylus hates to see you cry .... unless you're crying from pleasure. "Fuck you're beautiful like this" he'd say and he'd kiss your tears as they run down your cheeks. Something about that dazed-euphoric look in your watery eyes and your wet cheeks gets his Ca-Cawk jumpin'!
I need Sylus to wrap those big ol hands around my throat and tell me "Relax you can take it princess"

❛ TAP INTO THE VOID STATE / SHIFT INTO YOUR DR THROUGH LUCID DREAMING ❜
Okay I believe this is one the easiest method if we stay consistent to the routine ( well the routine isn't that long y'all are just lazy to do it and later you will cry about saying ' I will never have my dream life , void is fake , vlogger are lying and blah blah ' I know u are all frustrated overwhelmed defeated by your failures but persist isn't living the life you've dream is worth?
— okay no more motivational speaking I guess you all know what is best for you
What is lucid dreaming?
‣ Lucid dreaming is when you’re conscious during a dream. This typically happens during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, the dream-stage of sleep ( though my thoughts on this are you can do it anytime you don't need to be in REM STAGE )
‣ During a lucid dream, you’re aware of your consciousness. It’s a form of metacognition, or awareness of your awareness. Often, lucid dreaming also lets you control what happens in your dream. Some people report that lucid dreams feel very vivid and real, while others say they feel a bit hazier. Others say their lucid dreams feel different every time.
Why lucid dreaming?
‣ So I know most of y'all in this community find it too hard believe in the void/reality shifting and no matter how hard you try to believe the vlogger and anon you can't because of failures and other outer forces which has rooted in your subconscious conscious and unconscious mind since your childhood. But you all are very familiar with lucid dreaming you all have experienced it and even studied it thorough diffrent phase of your life so you know it's not fake
— remember every method you try is right you don't need perfect void concept , a perfect method, a perfect subliminals or perfect space to enter the void or shift it's all within you - believe that you're doing right trust yourself and everything is on your command
' let's start with the steps '
🤍 : first keep a dream journal and jot down your previous dream and if you don't remember your previous dream script a dream which is alike your everynight dream
🗒️ : Listen to this subliminal at least two hours a day ( you can do 1 hour in morning when you wake up and one hour in the night when are about to fall asleep & also when you're listening to subliminals you can just affirm that 'you all aware when you're dreaming/ you can lucid dream on your command/ you can lucid dream easily and effortlessly every night)
🌬️ : Do reality checks every 1-2 hours day ( counting your finger, pinching nose , bitting tounge)
What to do at night first?
→ Lay down in star fish position
→ Start counting & affirm [ I will be lucid dreaming tonight ] till you fall asleep
What to do when u are lucid dreaming ' actually '?
→ Many people when they are aware of dreaming get's excited and start creating a portal which cause the dream to collapse or slip away and the end either they wake up or fall asleep so if you want to not end up here follow the steps written below:
Now u are aware that you're finally lucid dreaming so don't excited or get scared every individual have different dream's so what u will doing first is the reality check ' count your fingers & remember u never have 10 fingers in your dream' - touch the grass or even bite your tongue
After doing reality check affirm 4-5 times ' stabilize dream & increase lucidity ' this will help you remain balanced
Now it's time to create Portal in your dream' there must be some kind door or windows ( it can also look like a cave or something werid) so u will enter the door/ window/ portal slowly and u will affrim either what u want [ if u want to enter the Void - I am in the void/ and if u want to shift - I am in my DR ] That's it congrats u did it
Okay so some people don't have doors/windows they also have people together them u will just gonna say to them take me to to void or to your DR and pls😭 don't try to control your dream too much your intrusive thought might win & u can create a portal itself like can make a door with anything!!
That's all you all got this luv y'all 🤍

I only had like 3 dreams of idols so its cool if someone else gets to have further dreams of them and often I wonder if it reflect the idols day to day emotions / situations or if they just trying to reach out to someone?
do u think we have to do tarot on idols to gain that connection to them in order to dream of them more frequently? not that id care or not just would be cool or different at the very least. my dream was specially abt chan and felix it was like in another world / realm and they had some type of super power or like they saw themselves as being heros. i dont know if that reflected in how they view themselves wanting to protect their fans but i dont overwatch them and i dont even think abt the members that much? skz are more like a casual interest i have once in awhile
can u then do a reading on what skz dream about themselves? i dont think anyones asked that to a tarot reader before but they too must have some crazy dreams
Finally i got to answer this one, it took a while im sry😅
So i don't think ones dreams about idols affect them in any way except if you habe a significant connection to them, which i doubt. Like i think if for examples han's mom were to often have vivid dreams about him, it would really be connected to him in some way, but even then, not in the way where he feels it, but rather his moms dreams for example tell her how her son is doing etc. yk
And i also don't think doing tarot has a significant role in how often you dream of people/ idols and who you dream about. I do readings on idols every day for idk like a month already - and i haven't had a single dream with anyone during that time. In fact i haven't had dreams with them for a very long while.
And so here is the long awaited reading for their dreams:) i used the 3rd Eye Tarot (tbh i think i should stop announcing it in every reading, ya'll already know i use it for all my readings, except spicy ones.
*Please take the reading with a grain of salt, its for entertainment purposes only!
Enjoy💗
What do Skz dream about? (when they sleep)
Chan - Ace of Wands, 2 of Wands
For him im seeing he just dreams about his goals and him getting there. I think his subconscious is so preoccupied with proving himself constantly that his subconscious mind projects it into his dreams. Or he gets pulled into parallel realities and experiences another chan's waking life in just working, planing and running towards his goals.
Lee Know - The World, 3 of Cups, Knight of Swords
Not surprised with his reading I've already mentioned that i've been seeing him the most in dreams in the past and that he seemed very aware and like ugh idk like real? Lucid? Idk how to describe it just in a few words but thats the same if been getting from the cards. He seems very active in his dreams. Very aware while dreaming. I believe he travels different universes and worlds, different domains. I think he likes to explore the astral realm and would say has really a gift for that! I think he also has great control over that dimension and can at will take or remove himself to/from different dreams and spaces. And i think he has met lots of people, entities, energies etc along the way and would say has made quite some friends.
Changbin - The Sun, Death, Queen of Cups, 2 of Pentacles
Why do i even bother to lay cards for him at this point?🥲 its almost the same each reading.🫠 So in his dreams he is unaware i would say - like he doesnt really remember what he dreamt about when he wakes up, or he can just remember a vague theme or feeling, or some incoherent scenes and all of that doesn't make sense to him, but it also does, yk that feeling. I think he has that. And i think the reason for that is cuz his higher self takes over and works hard in his dreams to pick his subconscious minds, to heal him, to implement seeds and truths, sometimes through dreams (when he has ones he remembers and or understands). I also think that if he has a dream he remembers theres always a message in there for him. He receives guidance through his dreams. And what all that hustling is about? U guessed it😂 - to find his wife👰🏻‍♀️🤰🏻 i think his higher self might be "searching" for her and working behind the scenes to bring them two together.
Hyunjin - The Empress, King of Cups
His dreams are very creative usually. And are more a fruit of his own subconscious mind, rather than astral travel etc. Just like Chan. I think he has lots of overflowing creativity he just can't pour all out in one day, so it gets used up in his dreams at the end of the day to like - bring balance in his being. I think he has wild and crazy and very rich and interesting dreams. I would love to take a peak.🥰 And i think he actually can remember lots of them with lots of detail as well. If you were to ask him about it he would wipe out a journal and start reading them to you like a short-story. Oh yeah and i think he might journal his dreams from time to time. Maybe not everything, but what he deems as important whenever he remembers. He thinks there could be lots of wisdom in them and if he ever gets in a rut or gets bored he wipes that journal out again and reads it to get some inspiration and ideas back. Thats what im getting for him.
Han - 9 of Cups, The Magician
I can't quite pick up if his dreams are more astral or subconscious but i definitely pick up on peace and release and fun and excitement. I would say it could be a mix of both. Like some dreams he has are subconscious and he releases lots of build up stress, emotions etc from them. Others are astral and he goes out (nit too far out tho) and just enjoys the funs an astral body and a world not bound by the laws of physics offers. I think he does fun stuff like learning how to fly. Going on a quest to find interesting animals (that don't exist on earth), visiting a neighbor galaxy/planet/universe whatever, talking with the local entities/spirits and whatever😂 and just overall having fun. Yk whats very fitting for him - i actually see him as a ghibli character having a whimsical adventure whenever he goes to sleep☺️love that for him. Just overall very lighthearted fun and pleasant energy. I think he loves sleeping😂 even if he can't remember when he wakes up, his brain does and his body does as well. Oh also i think he might be developing some skills in his dreams that he is using in the real world. Or like finding knowledge within his dreams that he can use in the real world to further improve his skills.
Felix - The Star, Knight of Cups
Also very nice energy! I think he dreams quite a lot about his crushes when he's having subconscious dreams. On the other side when his dreams are aware its not him but rather his higher self thats operating in that realm. I can't quite pick out what he does for sure but i think it has to do with some sort of socializing. For example going to other galaxies etc to visit friends from past lives or beyond life on earth or whatever. I think he also enjoys meeting new "people". Overall very cute, well balanced energy.
Seungmin - The Fool
He just rests😂 thats it. Thats the reading! If he dreams, its "meaningless" processing of the day and like anything thats not needed gets cleaned out and he's just getting a restart and rest for the new day.
I.N - Knight of Wands
I think his dreams are quite action packed. I think he's constantly on an adventure and is dreaming very much! Like dreaming every night, and every night being jam packed, yk those dreams where you sleep for 8h, but you've spent 2 months in your dream. I think he has those kind of dreams. Very realistic, very heartrace-inducing(?). I think he also remembers them pretty well, at least while he's freshly awakened. Idk about remembering them later on. Maybe not if he didn't care about the dream, but also maybe yes if he thought that dream was special or interesting or something grabbed his attention.

My headcannon is that when human beings first came to existence, they were supposed to have alters and headmates to share the load of work, but then it just went away, but all of them are still in the back of every person’s mind like: “Dude, what the hell? Tell Tiffany you didn’t wanna go to that party! Screw being late to school, pet that damn dog!” And we just perceive that as our thoughts and talking to ourselves. /j
—Geovanni
Seriously though, what do you think (or is there evidence of) a survival mechanism behind plurality, or did it begin when urban and modern society began due to stress and such?
Ooh! There are so many layers to this! This is going to be fun! 😊
20,000 BC
I think we can start with dissociation, because let's face it, living in the past probably would have been pretty traumatic. And it makes sense people would have a mechanism to separate themselves from that trauma.
Imagine the year is 20,000 BC. You're a child being raised in a home made of the bones of the mighty mammoths. The world outside is a harsh, frigid wasteland. It's kill or be killed. And you've been taught this from a young age. Your youth is preparing to hunt the monsters that stalk the land, like the great beast whose bones were used to construct your home.
As you grow, you likely would find yourself living a dual-life. On one hand, you're the killer, the hunter of monsters. On the other, you need to be kind and caring to your family and friends because humans are social creatures. You need to be able to put the killer inside you to sleep when you're at home.
I don't usually think of the metaphor of having a work self and home self as being a plural thing. But I think it might become one when your "work self" involves entering a dangerous world of monsters where you need to hunt to survive every day.
This, I feel, is a good explanation for the evolutionary advantage of dissociation to our ancestors
But that leaves out non-traumagenic plurality.
Before we get to this, let's talk about something that isn't plural itself but is related.
Evolution of Dream Characters!
Here's one curious feature of humanity that we all kind of take for granted...
We have a holodeck in our head! An ability to, every night, create realistic mental simulations of the world.
There are many explanations for this ability, but personally, I take the view that it's intended as a conflict simulator. A danger room without the danger. How do you ensure that a species will survive the dangers of the world? You let them simulate the dangers they expect will happen every single night. It's like how a speech will go better if you rehearse what you're going to say first. Being forced to simulate a hunt will you make better prepared for it.
In my opinion, dreams are rehearsal for battling sabretooth tigers.
This is why so many dreams involve conflict, and even why we so often have nightmares. A nightmare is just your mind simulating how you would deal with something you're afraid of.
But where this gets really interesting and scary is that dreams don't just simulate circumstances and creatures. Dreams simulate people.
This also makes a lot of sense from an evolutionary perspective. There's an advantage to being able to predict how other people would react to you, and replay scenarios in your mind to train yourself for human interaction.
The strange thing is that these temporary people that we call dream characters are often fully autonomous. Even most lucid dreamers who learn to control other aspects of their dreams still can't control their dreams characters.
To me, this only makes sense if dream characters are temporary dissociated agents. Not exactly alters since they don't front. And not even full headmates since they don't last longer than the dream. But using similar mechanisms.
Evolution of Tulpas and Daydream Characters
With all of this in mind, I want to point out that daydreams and imagination exist for a similar reason as dreams. They're to simulate things. The difference is that daydreams and imagination are usually more controlled and less autonomous. You choose the simulation you want to run.
The reason that tulpas are able to exist is that, if someone were to imagine the same character over and over again, the brain might see that character as being more important. Conscious control over an imaginary character slows the simulation down and can interfere with it running, so the simulation needs to become automatized. And over time, with repeated interaction, that simulation could grow to develop its own autobiographical memories and become fully sapient.
In 20,000 BC, it wouldn't be recognized as a headmate, but probably some sort of external spirit or deity.
But why do these things work this way? Why is it possible for tulpas to exist, be sentient, and even front?
The brain is lazy
I think the brain's design cut corners and uses the same mechanisms for all of these that it uses to make the singlet "self."
There's a certain logic to this. If you need the brain to simulate other sentient people, why wouldn't it just use the same ones it uses to simulate the host?
Especially when the brain wasn't designed. These various mechanisms likely just evolved out of each other. Did the brain evolve to simulate a "self" first and later evolve to simulate "other" people? Or did we have the ability to simulate other people first, and later our sense of self evolved from that?
Whatever the case may be, I'm sure one did evolve from the other, and this is the reasons for a lot of the oddities we experience in plurality.
Anyway, that's my theory! 😁

Sleep Disorders & Dreams References I Refer To
@mmaurysiek was curios about some of the refences I have on nightmares, dreams, and lucid dreaming. I decided to make a post including some of my favorite here.
Nightmare Disorder
Nightmare Disorder is a parasomnia, which is a type of sleeping disorder that disrupts your sleep or make your sleep restless through unconscious activity.
The interesting thing about parasomnias is you have one at a severe rate, it's only a matter of time before you end up developing more via sleep deprivation. This is what makes major parasomnias like Nightmare Disorder and Sleep Terrors so painful. It just becomes a cycle.
Some important factors about Nightmare Disorder the needs to be known is-
There are variants
There are many origins, but the full idea of how Nightmare Disorder happens is unknown
Not everyone has Nightmare Disorder forever, but some do
Now to my links
This is a really good link that goes in to the variety of Nightmare Disorder and more modern up to date information we have about the disorder.
This next link goes specifically into how PTSD induced nightmares work. It's important to understand that the categorization of dreams themselves is complex. Someone can have nightmare disorder, and not always have PTSD nightmares.
A final link on Nightmare Disorder that I'll give is a scholarly article, which is of course tedious to read through, but if anyone is into that stuff here it is...
Lucid Dreaming
When it comes to lucid dreaming I remember one of my favorite Youtubers has an amazing video on it
youtube
What is lucid dreaming? It's a type of dreaming where the dreamer is somewhat self aware they're sleeping, and gain control of the dream.
Lucid dreaming is both a little more complicated and a little more simple than we can understand. The science of dreams is still mostly unknown. We have a plethora of theories about how they work, spirituality behind them, and especially why the hell we dream in the first place.
The existence of lucid dreams makes things a little bit more complicated.
Lucid Dreams come in many variations. By what we understand right now, not everyone is even capable of achieving the most stereotypical lucid dream, like me. The weirdest part about lucid dreams, it's trainable, like learning how to whistle.
Health benefits and cautions comes with lucid dreams.
Vivid Dreams
Oh vivid dreams, often times interesting and bizarre, and upsetting when dressed up as nightmares. It isn't actually regular to have frequent vivid dreams, but it is normal to see them occasionally. Don't worry if you do get them very often, they're only a worry if they're interrupting your sleep or daytime mood.
I would include more parasomnias and sleep disorders in this post, but I'll probs do them in a future posts

Do you think getting a lucid dream is easy? And I fi wanted one tonight how would I do it?
It highly depends on the person. Some people get them naturally, for some it’s a struggle. Everyone recommends dream journaling and reality checks, that’s nothing new. I’ve been trying different methods and have Oura Ring sleep data to back up my experiments lol so here are some of my personal tips to be more successful with lucid dreams:
Make sure you’re not sleep deprived. When you’re exhausted, your body spends more time in deep sleep, and less in REM. If your sleep cycle is messed up in general, work on fixing that before trying lucid dreaming methods, which can often be disruptive to your sleep.
Your body naturally spends the most time restoring itself in deep sleep early in the night. REM sleep occurs most often in the early morning after you’ve had enough deep sleep. Dreams happen during REM sleep, so you’re more likely to have lucid dreams in the early morning.
Take your vitamins! If you have trouble remembering your dreams, you might need more B vitamins and zinc.
Read about lucid dreaming, think about lucid dreaming before bed, set the intention to be aware and in control of your dreams, listen to subliminals or affirmations about lucid dreaming. Saturate your mind, especially before sleep, and it’s more likely to happen.
There are many methods out there, these are the ones I personally have tried:
The Phase Method, all you need to know
WILD involves staring at the hypnogogic imagery behind your eyes as you’re falling asleep. If you remain aware and in control, you can turn the imagery into a dream and then control your dream from this awake state. I really want this one to work but I usually fall asleep too quickly, but it worked once. There’s an in-depth video tutorial about WILD for beginners here.
FILD is simply moving your fingers like you’re tapping a keyboard as you’re falling asleep, which can pull you into a lucid dream. I find it hard to move at all when I’m so sleepy, but one of my anons had success with it recently.
SSILD is paying focused attention to three of your senses in a cycle: looking at the imagery behind your closed eyes, then listening to any sounds, then feeling your body overall. It’s done in cycles of a few seconds at a time. You don’t have to remain still or any other limitations, you just do as many cycles as you want before you fall asleep. This has been the most successful for me since it’s pretty laid back and has worked for me several times, even when done sloppily. Here’s an in depth guide.
This is my Oura Ring sleep data from a night I had a successful lucid dream. I went to bed early (for me lol), so I had enough deep sleep early in the night. I woke up naturally around 5am, got up for a bit, went back to bed with the intention of having a lucid dream, loosely did SSILD, and then successfully became lucid after falling back asleep.

I feel like I'd be more of a 'medium' type Witch. I wanna get into Cooking and Herb magic, but I seem to have a natural affinity for the more spiritual side of it all. Especially when I was growing up.
I remember when I was growing up, I'd have 'future vision' type dreams (don't remember the term atm) where I'd see events well into the future. And it was always accurate, I'd get 'deja vu' moments out of nowhere and sometimes I'd even stop myself from saying the same things as I had in the original dream. But I couldn't control when these 'dreams' happened, nor could I determine how far it was into the future...though, now that I think back, the visions came true normally two whole years after I have them. But I wouldn't have any more until after they happened either.
I ended up losing that ability as I reached adulthood, and I feel kinda sad about it. I was never trained to learn how to keep that ability, plus my trauma got really bad and I closed myself off for a long time to those parts of me. And now I want them back, but I don't know how to start. The only ability I gained (after opening myself up again) was Lucid Dreaming, but even that felt like a 'natural' ability to me. Like I was meant to gain it, and every time I Lucid Dream it just happens. I gain abilities in those dreams, ones that I feel represent my personal progress and show how much stronger I've become. It's really cool when it happens, I feel like my dreams always mean something even if I don't remember most of them.
I'll probably look into how I can get my old prophetic dreams back, and help myself Lucid Dream more often. But it does feel like, when I want these things to happen, they just don't. And I'm scared that I'll lose these abilities for good one day. But I'll still try, because I want to open myself more to the spiritual side and explore that myself. And I hope that my protector will help guide me through it, along with my deity who I know is watching over me and probably laughing while they enjoy seeing me work through mt struggles.

general character of DID
I don't notice I have amnesia and feel like I remember everything. Then I repeatedly find evidence this isn't the case peppered throughout the day. Then I forget I found that evidence and then find it again over and over again.
People that live with me get annoyed because I forget weird things constantly. I forget things I've promised to do like specific chores. Additionally, somehow I will often forget I'm doing a chore in the middle of doing the chore and walk away and do something else. I do this for everything, including things like playing video games or painting a picture.
I keep forgetting what's happening in conversations. I keep forgetting what I said. I repeat myself but look disingenuous when I do because my alters all have different takes on what happened and sometimes imperfectly remember something I've already talked about and mix it with another memory so I look like I'm lying when I'm not.
I am terrible at doing everything I'm good at for a large portion of the day because of skill compartmentalization. I switch between something like three to ten (haha as if I can remember) different approaches to life with completely different projects and habits and goals, which makes me consistently inconsistent.
I don't think about switching. It happens. Most of my alters don't want to name themselves because all names feel wrong. I have very different and distinct selves I rotate through but I can't remember them in great detail but then sometimes I can. The alters during co consciousness feel like other complex trains of thought that I don't control and that switch back and forth in prominence with the other alters present as they think and act one at a time.
Amnesia is more like I think I get the gist, but there are actually giant holes I can't perceive missing. But usually the gist is good enough. It's easy to not notice if you aren't vigilant for it most of the time. There is often a vague memory of things. Co consciousness gives insight into other alters' motivations and thoughts that is otherwise missing. My mind is rarely quiet because they are often in the background, falling in and out of salience as things in the real world do or don't apply to them.
The inner world feels like intense daydreaming in a trance. I've lucid dreamed in it while another alter was controlling the body like maybe two or three times. Mostly it is just a vivid daydream. It doesn't have to be a location, I can get lost in my thoughts in a literal way. Small amounts of lost time happen during this trance. Rarely, large amounts of lost time.

What have your nightmares been about lately, if you don't mind me asking? I get it if you don't wanna say or if you leave out certain stuff, I just think dreams are really cool in general!
I don't always remember them these days in part due to the medication, but I always have this desperate, almost animalstic, reaction where I claw at the sheets and gasp and feel like I have to do something. Often in my dreams, I am paralysed and still as the worst possible things happen around me. Or I do get to move, but no matter how fast I run I don't get there in time.
My psychiatrist says that it's likely due to a fear of not having control, and that could also be why I was so into lucid dreaming before - because I *did* have control of *those* dreams. I could keep those I loved most safe most of the time, and anything dangerous could be reversed. Anything scary would send me to a blank room of self-containment that kept me isolated from the stressor until I woke up.
I'm trying to adapt those skills so that when I'm stressed or overwhelmed to the point of having to escape, I can find a quiet place and do some kind of grounding exercise instead of what I'd use to do.

Deities in Dreams
Dreams are a strange gray area, able to be controlled by ourselves but also by outside entities. Anything can happen, and sometimes that anything means something.
It’s easy to get excited when you see a deity in a dream, but most of the time it’s just you. Still, it can be hard to tell the difference and dreams lead to a LOT of confusion. Let’s try to clear some of that up.
What are dreams?
Your brain is receiving a lot of input throughout the day. Everything you do, see, hear, and touch is stored in your brain until a time it can process all of that. Take a moment and think about that: Every post on your feed, every conversation and text, all the interactions between friends, coworkers, customers, all the stressors and small joys, all of that and more is being stored in your brain.
For most of us, sleep is the best time for our brain to work through everything that happened and, more importantly, how it made us feel. Dreams are us watching our brain process the day’s events, and rectifying them with our traumas, thoughts, opinions, feelings, and so on. It is all of our conscious and subconscious from the day, being dumped out on the floor for our brain to sort like a big puzzle.
So yeah, some weird stuff comes up. Things get scrambled as the brain tries to fit everything together, and sometimes pieces are forced together through symbolism. Did your boss yell at you today, reminding you of how your father treated you as a kid? Your brain has mixed those together and now your dad is your boss in your dream.
That example is much more obvious than the usual symbolism we get in dreams, but I think it helps to get the point across.
Why would a deity appear in our dreams?
If a deity is reaching out to us through dreams, we can assume They have a message for us. It could be a warning, words of encouragement, or it could be Them saying They want us to worship Them.
Whatever it is, it is a communication. I do not think deities enter our dreams just to hang out with us, I think They only use dreams as a way to communicate something. If They wanted to just hang out, They could do that during the day.
This means if you did not get a message from the deity, it was likely not the deity appearing in your dreams.
Why would I randomly dream of a deity?
As I said before, our brains often use symbolism in dreams to get the point across. It’s very likely the deity you dreamed of fit a certain symbolism your brain wanted. Much like your boss and your dad were interchangeable in the previous example, a deity might be similar to someone in your life and so your brain has switched them.
It could also be your brain processing your feelings around paganism or deities. Researching a deity or religion means They are often on your mind, and your brain needs to process not only all the information you found that day, but also how you’re feeling about it all. If you’ve been feeling guilt or shame about your practice, it could manifest in nightmares of vengeful or neglectful gods.
I’ve had many dreams of the gods, including Persephone, Hekate, Dionysus. Only one of those was a message, most of them are just my brain using the gods as stand-ins for another person or idea.
How do I tell the difference?
If you recently dreamed of a deity and aren’t sure if it meant anything, ask yourself if there was a clear message. Did the deity have something to tell you, or were They just there doing whatever?
How did you feel in the dream? Were you lucid, or just going with the flow of the dream? I’ve found dreams that mean something often have you in a somewhat lucid state, enough that you’re able to question what is going on around you.
Did the deity act as you would expect? If I had a dream where Hera was telling me to cheat on my partner, that’s obviously not Hera.
Does the message make sense? Athena telling me “Go to the Purple Mountains tomorrow” is nonsense, because there isn’t anything by that name anywhere near me.
Get a reading. When in doubt, always ask the deity over divination if that was Them, or just a dream you had.
Conclusion
Deities can appear in dreams, but not every dream with a deity in it means you need to scramble together a new altar. Our dreams can be tricky, even though they’re meant to help us. Deities in dreams can be misplaced symbolism, or processing a recent event that involved the deity. Even if you find it was a deity that visited you, They may just have a quick message for you.
Dreams are very difficult to decipher, I hope this post can be of help to you.

It is odd to know that my experience re dreaming and lucid dreaming is like, a rare one. Like for years I didn't fully understand the concept of lucid dreaming so I used to say how much I wished that was a skill I had, until a friend asked me details about my dreams and was like hey my dude! You are actually lucid dreaming every night what the fuck!
But I just thought that everyone had the ability to manipulate their dreams to some extent, I just thought lucid dreaming meant you had absolute control and awareness. Like, in all my dreams I can levitate at will and so if I get the vibe I might be dreaming I'll just levitate up somewhere high or go fly over landscapes. Also developed this thing with nightmares where if I really need to wake out of them I picture the xbox pop up bar that says "do you want to turn off the console" and if I press it I wake up because I used to do that as a teenager to escape horror games
I tend to dream less about stories too and more about locations. I dream about the same made up locations so much that once I realise I'm there in a dream I can choose where I go and will often just like wander around and inspect things. Been thinking for a while that I should do a series of paintings that shows some of the most regular dream locations but I worry trying to capture it in a painting would affect how it looks when I dream in future
Anyhow the wildest bit is I did two sleep studies and doctors basically told me I have way more brain activity happening during sleep than the average person but unfortunately there just isn't enough research atm into exactly why that's happening or what causes it. My current lucid dreaming goal is to take more control of the narrative in a dream bc at the moment dream me seems to understand that he isn't real so he can do impossible things but he doesn't realise he can manipulate how the rest of the world reacts to him too

Hi friend! Hope you’re having a good night so far!!
For the three things asks: 4, 9, 11 & 14 please and thank you!
I am having a really good night, actually. I mean, aside from all the booms. I really don't love fireworks.
I hope you're having a fun night!
3 topics you’d love to learn more about I'm currently delving into Egyptian mythology and that's been fun and wild. Every time I think one mythology is the weirdest/most complicated thing I've ever heard, another comes around to completely surprise me.
Lucid dreaming. So I very rarely remember my dreams, but when I do, they are often frustrating and I wish I could take control. But there are telltale signs in them and I wish I could get my dream self to recognize them so I could have me a little fun. (Dude, last night I had a dream about vampires on a plane and it was freaky and I did have a moment there where I ALMOST recognized it was a dream. So close!)
Bookmaking and bookbinding. I go off on a spree like once every few years and had a really good teacher this winter show me how to make really simple fold booklets and now I'm on my shit again.
.
3 things you like doing on a rainy day I really like just listening to the rain. It's usually a good day to call my parents because they love comparing their weather to mine, even though we're less than 100 miles apart; it gives them something to talk about other than politics or golf. I'm a homebody anyway so really anything at home is good. But if it's a cold rainy day, I love to cuddle up on my couch with some hot coffee. And if it's a warm rainy day, I like to open the windows a crack and feel the moment the pressure and temp change.
.
3 books that you would recommend everyone to read Uprooted by Naiomi Novik The Road by Cormac McCarthy World War Z by Max Brooks (bonus points if you read the last two back to back like I did)
.
3 professions that you would like to try I actually went to school initially to be a vet, and I always wonder if I would have liked that.
Personal assistant. I mean definitely to someone like-minded and considerate; I would underline that it was assistant, not servant. I've done a lot of admin assist in my life and done exec assisting for things like planning worldwide meetings and arranging travel and things like that. I have a friend that was once an assistant to a pretty well-known author (and an amazing person) and basically was part of the family, doing the errand running and such. That's what I would like to try. Take the load off so someone can do their creative job and just be a friend.
And, jumping off some things from above, travel guide. I've played the part for a lot of friends and family already and I enjoy it.

How do you feel about video games? Do you have a favourite? But more importantly do you have a least favourite? If you do please attach an image of it
I don't have a favorite, but I think my favorite is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I think it has a great atmosphere, which is often not something I appreciate in games, and the way it does it is interesting (in its own unique way). There is a lot of interesting worldbuilding in the game; the characters are written well and the voice actors do an amazing job making their characters unique. I like how there are always multiple solutions to puzzles. I like how the game is open-ended and you never have to do everything you've just discovered (though that's kind of a big problem too, because it means my completionist side will not shut up). I just think the game did a really good job of building its world.
I don't think I have a favorite game, though, and that's because I don't think I have any favorite video games as a genre. That is, I'm very fond of video games that have their own distinctive way of doing things, games that take the form of a story or a story-like thing where there's clearly something more happening than just a game mechanic. But that is not a genre. (I'm also not a huge fan of most of the major open-world titles like Skyrim or The Witcher 3.)
Some of the most recent titles I like are:
Fire Emblem: Three Houses -- this is an open-world title, and a different sort of one, but it has a very specific, coherent "feeling" I like in a way that isn't easily describable -- the best way to think of it is to imagine the feeling you get when playing a dating sim, but with an overarching plot to it all.
Papers Please -- I like Papers Please in the same way as I like video essays, where the fact that I agree with the author's views is often as important as the fact that I agree with anything at all. (I'm not going to talk about it here though because I'm not actually a good reader for these things, since I don't see the point in them unless I get something out of them.)
Soma -- a kind of a "what-if"? kind of game. "What if people could have a physical interface with the computer and change its programs to do whatever they wanted, and that interface was something you could manipulate in real time?" In other words, a "video game that isn't about video games." It's more a "virtual reality" thing than a "game" thing -- it's about the experience of controlling "what your body is doing" and "what is going on in your brain" at the same time, rather than the game aspects.
Slay the Spire -- also a "what-if" -- except this time a "what-if" with a science fiction angle. You are a "beacon of consciousness," and the other people in the game have "beacons of consciousness" that they control. You are the one who can change the "rules" of the game, both within and without the game itself (the "program," if you will). The experience is like being in a virtual reality simulator in the Matrix sense rather than the VR sense. The gameplay is still relatively conventional, but it is also a game about the game.
Baba Is You -- it's kind of like a video game-focused version of the VR simulation in Soma. Basically, you are an "unconscious" person whose body is being controlled by a program -- and there are different people who are inside the program and are able to take control of it and change its rules. You have the power to make yourself fall asleep and wake yourself up, because you can put yourself in the "sleep" state and control how long you've been in it, and then make it so that other people who control the program are asleep too. The experience is kind of like being inside a lucid dreaming state while inside a virtual reality simulator. It is meant to be a kind of "experimental" VR game, with many unusual things like "no gravity" etc.
I've also played a few other open-world games with distinct things happening in them beyond just "game mechanics" (e.g. Myst):
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess -- this is the best Legend of Zelda game ever (so far). A good example of what I'm talking about, in that it has interesting, unique worldbuilding, characters that work well, and some elements of RPG mechanics that are genuinely compelling and fun.
The Stanley Parable -- this one is basically just about puzzle-solving, except it's a game in which you are given very limited control over the mechanics of the world (the protagonist is a very literal being who exists entirely within a room, with the only way to change the "rules" of the world being by moving objects around on a grid). The puzzles are fun because they're clever and because they are also fun to "solve."
Braid -- this is a "story" game about solving puzzles. That's all I really want to say about it, except that I don't think it's very "good" except in an "I enjoyed playing this" kind of way, which is not an "I recommend this" kind of way.
There are several other kinds of games I like to play or that are good examples of what I'm trying to talk about -- I'm just not a huge fan of many of the games that exemplify what I like. For instance, Minecraft (in all its versions) is a good example, if you want something a bit more action-oriented.
Also, this is an odd thing I have to admit about me: I am much more into game design than I am into any other kind of design. I think I like game design a lot for the same reason that I like reading design and music reviews a lot -- it's very fun to think about, and also often the most enjoyable part, when something is actually good, if not necessarily in a conventional sense. I have a hard time with "genre" as the metric here -- I feel like most people don't like to think about game design enough to form an opinion about it.
(Incidentally, the "least favorite" I have for some genres is fantasy. It's kind of interesting to look at this from a game design perspective, so I'll do so now)
Fantasy games are generally kind of formulaic and repetitive (e.g. you usually get a bunch of fighting scenes with unique monsters per level, as well as a few "quest for the [magic/weapon/etc.]" bits per level), and the quests tend to be kind of generic and there are a lot of options for them, all of which end up being the same as the other options. There are a few good fantasy series (e.g. the Wheel of Time) but I think they tend to share these problems.
In general, I'm not a big fan of fantasy unless it has a specific, unique design. (The "uniqueness" doesn't have to be very unique -- the "Tale of the Two Towers," the first volume of The Lord of the Rings for instance, is pretty generic -- but it should be clear from the fact that I'm listing the main series titles of a trilogy.) A major reason this is

❀ Pansy n°6 = Oneiric inspiration.
oneiric |ə(ʊ)ˈnʌɪrɪk| adjective - formal → relating to dreams or dreaming. ORIGIN = mid 19th century: from Greek oneiros ‘dream’ + -ic.
I love this word. In my opinion it is a formal but beautiful way to put into words the subconscious universe that is a dream.
I love dreaming.
As I wrote in a former entry, getting too far in my head and imagination is something I do a lot, enjoy and try to make healthy. My fascination for the oneiric world started at a young age with my ability to remember my dreams. I remembered them so well that more often than not I was able to continue them on multiple nights. It was also really cool to be able to count them back to people - it created many laughs, thanks to the weird dream logic.
Then I started working (it was not really a difficult or boring task, still it took time) on being able to remember more by forcing myself to think about what I saw straight when I woke up. Sometimes - when I was not too lazy - I wrote them down to get all the details. It is by working on those details that I started creating universes, worlds and stories of my own. I ended up with multiple characters, their backgrounds; future, relationships and development in a made up world. That is how started my first ever draft for my fantasy story. Based on dreams and worked on in my dreams. I could not stop thinking about it. In fact, that’s what happens when I get really inspired for a story, I just can’t stop picturing things in my mind, trying to make sense of it and developing my ideas. I get so focused yet I struggle to write - writer’s block am I right ? :/
However, there was one time when I had difficulties expanding my dream into a story. Why ? you may ask. Well, dear reader, it was because I was inspired by a nightmare and at first thinking about it again made it difficult for me to fall asleep - obviously… I won’t go into much detail about this nightmare because I plan on making a thriller out of it, but what intrigued me the most was that it was one of those dreams…
A lucid dream.
In fact, I knew I was dreaming and could control some of the things happening around me. I LOVE those types of dreams - except when they’re nightmares, and of course it happens to me quite a lot. Lucid dreaming was the next step to improve my “dream ability”. Those dreams are when you realize you are dreaming and can control what you can do (sometimes ^^).
Usually, to work on lucid dreaming, we are told to try and have the reflex of looking at your hands - because they’ll never be normal in your dreams. Or try and read something - yet again you’re not supposed to be able to see coherent words written. Even though I know these tricks - called “reality checks” - work, I personally just let them happen normally.
Indeed, I have been blessed with the ability to lucid dream without much effort since I was a child - only realizing it was that as I grew up. So often do I have periods during which many lucid dreams come to plague my mind at night. It usually happens when I am in a semi-state of sleep, like half-awake. So it happens that sometimes I am too tired and the control slips out of my grasp. Still, I think it’s an amazing experience.
I guess my lucid dreams are triggered thanks to the fact that I tend to fall asleep making up scenarios and fully controlling my dreams - at that moment. And what gets me to recognize I am lucid dreaming is that I am almost always in first person p.o.v. Nevertheless, what I like the most about lucid dreams and inspires me the most - as I remember it more and it shocks me - are the sensations I get.
Yes, sensations.
Call me crazy if you want but I happen to feel so many things while dreaming - it’s mainly why I believe in shifting. Most of the time I can feel the warmth of things in my dreams, especially when I am close to someone or being embraced. Things definitely don’t feel real but they feel extremely similar. And I think it is extraordinary that you can feel in your head.
What’s even more unreal and that I particularly love, is the dream feeling of being kissed. It is just ethereal… I am someone very fond of physical affection - like, that’s literally one of my love languages - and it is just so awesome and astounding to be able to feel these types of things in your head.Once, I remember, I had a dream in which I kissed someone’s cheek and it had a little stubble, and the feeling I thought I had on my lips was just so weird and felt so real !
So it’s when I started having more and more of those feelings filled lucid dreams that I realized how fascinating and powerful the human brain really is. We can truly trick ourselves, with our own imagination ! And it is why I believe shifting to be possible/real. I, personally, am not an active shifter. I have tried, succeeded a bit and tried again sometimes but I prefer not to force it. I also think that I have succeeded a few times without realizing, so I let it come naturally.
The shifting community can be quite biased and not of the best advice on certain platforms - *cough cough* tiktok… - but also because there are “conflicts” within the community. I don’t associate with it mostly because I don’t really keep myself informed about it, so I don’t want/can’t to appear as a specialist on the matter. But… I have my opinion on how shifting might work.
I think that you are just diving so deep in your subconscious that you can explore all of its power. I like this explanation better than projecting your mind into another dimension. Moreover, I think that both the opinions I gave - among many others - still work to explain reality shifting because in the end we explore other realities regardless.
Anyway !
Shifting is harder for me as I ask myself too many questions and don’t really like to plan my dreams with scripts. Don’t get me wrong, I loved writing scripts for universes I knew I wanted to shift to, but I am always so scared of forgetting something. Plus because of my dream obsession I am scared that if I succeed, I will never want to come back. Still, I know I am never going to stop being inspired by what my mind creates.
→ Quote I like = “Everything that is or was, began with a dream” - Lavagirl.

Thinking he'll see ghosts if he gets involved in tarot-thats literally me,couple of years ago when I got into spirituality, tarot etc I was so scared watching tarot videos, even sometimes I get scared while watching some particular type of videos, usually the one's with talking to spitit guides or passed on loved ones,I've decided and then undecided to connect directly to my spirit guides, they are allowed to give me message in my dreams or in other non scary ways tho they don't seem to do so much, maybe I can't see it,last year I was trying to astral project for few months cause I noticed I've been doing a lot of the things people tell you to do for astral projection and maybe it was meant to be,after many half attempts, lucid dream nightmares(nightmares are common for me in general yikes) and few almosts I gave up,I thought I could talk directly to my spirit guides there but I just couldn't be nonchalant about oh you might see a shadow figure, you might come across tricksters, for me I need to know everything about something and prepare for it properly, also if you tell me this might or might not happen my brain will cling to it happening so I'm on guard so it's hard for me to take chances with this, even I am spiritual,I have severe anxiety disorder(untreated atm due to things out of my control)and that probably has some hand in this, have you ever felt this way? how do you deal with being scared of things like this?
oh my god when I started getting into these things, I was sooooo scared!! i started doing telepathy communication with my future spouse and sometimes I'd just see or feel the person in my room and I'd FREAK OUT, turn on all the lights, look every corner to see if there's something or someone, then distract myself somehow so I wouldn't think of it while also being vigilant, just in case.
how did it get better? literally just figuring out what's going on and how things work. before being into spirituality, I was super into science, so my spiritual knowledge is intertwined with scientific explanations, makes things less scary. because science explains everyday life in simple ways, spirituality is literally a type of science. I don't like when people explain spirituality in complicated terms or make it feel like magic or something exclusive, spirituality is everyday life and habits. spiritual practices like tarot cards are just supposed to make it easier, it's not a big deal.
I don't personally believe spirits can interact with the physical world, that's why I'm not a fan of talking to spirit guides too often, it can confuse the shit out of you. so that horror movie thing where ghosts pull your feet at night is literally impossible, they can't harm you physically or force you into anything. I think they can bring ideas into your head, but only if you ask and you'll only follow if you're susceptible or agree.
I personally don't like watching general tarot videos and things like that because that type of media usually reaches a bigger audience - it's more difficult to interpret the messages and too many people "popularize" their beliefs for money and attention. I'd say if you don't feel comfortable in a video, just move along, it's not a big deal at all.
I think most of us are chilling when it comes to shadow beings, I like to think of them as black holes - if you came into contact with one, you wouldn't be able to avoid it and it would cause major destruction, but how many stories have you heard of someone dying in a black hole? the other "dark spirits", I think of them as natural disasters like hurricanes, you can easily protect yourself from it, some people are more susceptible to it's consequences, but also most people can and do recuperate from it. and if you're prepared, it's not that big of a deal.
i hope this helps! it's just my personal thing, but figuring out how science explains spiritual beliefs is the best thing for anxious people that are into these things hehe
