I need to get on testosterone or I will go insane im sure you understand.

But I'm poor and I'm disabled and I have no income aside from the very occasional art commission. I can't afford any healthcare certainly not hrt. So I'm starting a gofundme to hopefully help pay for about the first year on Folx health.

hi, i know i’ve made dono posts before and i’m sorry to ask for money once again. my older sister financially abuses me heavily, often making me pay for entire bills on my own when she has two teenage children in the house. she forces me to split bills 50/50, when i get paid pretty much half the amount she does. i got a raise recently, but she forced me to foot an entire 100 bill, so my funds were depleted entirely.

i am on food stamps, but it’s never enough because her children eat my groceries often .

i am in the process of getting ready to move in with a friend in a different state. but until then, i need to get to my job and afford groceries and get supplies to keep my dog safe . ( i need to get her a muzzle, a collar, and a new leash. ) i only have her because my dad passed away and left me her.

i am so sorry to ask for so much, but it’s only because i’m trying not to make multiple posts about this because i am extremely embarrassed.

The floor level beast needs surgery!

The vet has finally decided - and I agree - that it is time for my stinky old man Fig to have surgery. He needs his bad eye removed, and it has got significantly worse.

The quote for this is £1,886!

We brought him home at the end of October 2022 after he was picked up as a stray by a local rescue. No microchip and not neutered, he was probably the father of many litters, considering his estimated age is 10+. He's a big boy and a former bruiser, considering all of his scars.

The highest he ever seems to jump is the bed (although this is more of a climb) and he has never been a lap cat, but he loves to lay close to you. His best trick is sitting on his back legs, waving a paw when he wants treats. He *really* likes his treats!

These days, he is a spoilt baby, going between his boxes in the living room and the bed. Throwing cat litter across the floor every chance he gets.

He is completely blind in his left eye, and the lens is detached. It has also developed a film that has only got worse this past month. At the last checkup, the vet confirmed that it had swollen further.

The surgeries will happen. When we set out to get a cat, we initially went looking for an older one to give it the best remaining years we could.

Any help with the cost of Fig's surgery is greatly appreciated.

So im doing a bucket full of research of mutal aid programs and ideas for Reaping week

And over the course of this I've ended up digging into the black panthers movement programs and here's a small list from the index of the book I'm reading

But also like?? There's something about the phrase "Survival pending revolution" that just hits in a a really cathartic way.

When we talk about needing to tear down the system but that ppl still need it to survive and a lot of those systems are baked into Capitalism and will need to be rebuilt from the ground up I think that's a really good way to phrase things like Community Fridges and little pantries and clothing drives.

They are programs for survival until we fix it.

I'm an autistic trans woman currently homeless in Kentucky and I have a week left to stay where I am. I regularly hallucinate in my daily life, including frequent hallucinations that I am covered in bugs. My family only yells at me to find work, which is simply not possible when I am homeless, because I have no address. I've been paying for a therapist, who now insists that I medically suppress my system, which is out of the question. I get a little work writing but it's not enough, and my family thinks it's fake because it's not full-time hourly labor. I have no path forward. I'll be on the street soon. Hey guys I could really use your help. My friend Kirsten and her husband Adam, who I’ve known for almost a decade are currently homeless because of hurricane helene.

The storm brought in over 3ft of water plus sewage which destroyed almost everything in their home. Their landlord also told them to move out, so now her and husband have no where to go.

Kirsten and her husband are great people who don’t deserve to be homeless. Especially because Kirsten has a lot of health issues. These health issues are so severe to where being homeless could kill her.
