From an anonymous freeform prompt for SVSSS Action, may I present to you... Delicious in the Abyss! A SVSSS x DunMeshi AU!

In Delicious in the Abyss, we follow various groups of adventurers as they explore the "abyss" a mysterious place filled with various fauna and monsters. No matter their race or age, most of them have the same goal: becoming the master of the abyss... However, some have a very different idea of how one should explore the abyss. Take for example a certain group led by an elf named Shen Yuan who desires one thing only... eat as many different monsters as possible!

Shen Yuan's party :

Shen Yuan: Elf, 87 y/o, Mage. His wish is to eat and study as many monsters as possible. He started exploring the abyss about twenty years ago, but had to stop abruptly after taking in Luo Binghe. On the surface, his studies seem to merely be for the sake of curiosity... But are they?

Luo Binghe: Tiefling, 63 y/o, Tank (and cook). Thrown into the abyss at the age of 38 (since tieflings are a long-lived race, it means he was about 14), he got stuck in the lowest levels for few years before Shen Yuan saved him. He regards him as his savior (and one true love) and would do anything for him... even if it means cooking the monsters (he hates it, he hates it so much).

Shang Qinghua: Gnome, 87 y/o, Healer. Shen Yuan's oldest friend and the author of many infamous books. He stopped writing them about twenty years ago though, after he started to explore the abyss with Shen Yuan. He seems to be looking for something in the abyss, or rather: someone.

Liu Qingge: Tallman, 26 y/o, Swordsman. One of Shen Yuan's friends. He used to be part of the Cang Qiong guild but left it after a disagreement with one of his colleagues. Now he works for Shen Yuan with his younger sister, Liu Mingyan. "Uh? My goal? Get stronger. Mh."

Liu Mingyan: Tallman, 24 y/o, Swordswoman. Liu Qingge's younger sister, she accompanies him on each of his missions. She got an offer to work with Cang Qion mountain once but refused it once she learned her brother had left the guild. She's quiet but efficient, however, Shang Qinghua suspects that she might stick around for other reasons...

Cang Qiong Guild:

Yue Qingyuan: Tallman, 48 y/o, Tank. The leader of Cang Qiong, he's a respected individual amongst adventurers. However, he seems leniant on the vices of his vice-leader: Shen Qingqiu.

Shen Qingqiu: Tallman, 40 y/o, Swordman. Vice-leader of Cang Qiong. He's the reason Cang Qiong is exclusively made of tallmen, as he has a strong distate for any other races, especially elves. The only exception to this rule is his adopted daughter: Ning Yingying, a dwarf. He's the one who abandoned Luo Binghe into the abyss after discovering his true nature.

Mu Qingfang: Tallman, 29 y/o, Healer. The group's medic.

Qi Qingqi: Tallman, 31 y/o, Swordswoman. She wanted to create a branch specifically for women in Cang Qiong Guild's but because of Shen Qingqiu's veto on recruiting other races she couldn't make it work.

Ming Fan: Tallman, 19 y/o, Mage. A cowardly young adventurer. He has a crush on Ning Yingying.

Ning Yingying: Dwarf, 51 y/o, Tank. Despite being older than him, she's Shen Qingqiu's adopted daughter whom he took in when she was merely 30 y/o. She likes her father a lot, however she can't forgive him for what he has done to Luo Binghe. (She'll leave Cang Qiong to join Shen Yuan's part at some point).

(Side note, Cang Qiong is still specialized in cultivation, hence why most of them look so young)

The Tieflings hideout:

Tieflings are a race that I made up for this AU specifically, inspired by D&D. They're inhabitant of the dungeon, tall and sturdy, with pointy ears akin to elves, horns of various shapes and tails. They can also use magic like elves, tallmen or gnomes, however their magic rely on its own set of rules.

Mobei-Jun: Tiefling, 92 y/o, King of the Northern tribe. Leader of one of the numerous tiefling tribes hidden in the abyss, he met Shang Qinghua twenty years ago in the abyss and has made him swear his loyalty to him since then. He has sensed change in the abyss since Luo Binghe's arrival, and decided to trust Shen Yuan's party to solve this issue... With the compensation of Shang Qinghua.

Sha Hualing: Half-ogre half-halfoot, 15 y/o, Princess of the Eastern tribe. Adopted daughter of the king of the eastern tribe, she's a bastard born from the forbidden union between an ogre and a half-foot and was abandoned into the abyss at birth. Of short stature, with a short life spawn, she makes up for it with her keen senses and her strength. She later on joins Shen Yuan's party.

The first Tieflings:

Tianlang-Jun: Tiefling, ??? y/o, Master of the Abyss. The master of the abyss, his powers are beyond anything imaginable. He claims to have eaten what has given him those powers and since then has known hunger beyond what any mortal could endure. He has once fell in love with a tallman woman by the name of Su Xiyan, but she has left the abyss years ago, and he doesn't know what her whereabouts are... The only thing he knows is that she's the only one capable of satisfying this hunger that eats him from the inside.

Zhuzhi-Lang: Beastman (snake), ??? y/o, Guardian of the abyss. Tasked by the Abyss' Master to protect its inhabitants, he'll kill anyone who gets in his ways indiscriminately at the exception of Shen Yuan, who saved him years ago when exploring the abyss for the first time. He only obeys the Abyss' Master orders, and because of that, has forced the Tieflings deeper and deeper into the abyss regardless of how they felt about it. As a chimera, he's more snake than the tiefling his soul has been mixed with.

Other groups:

Huan Hua's guild (the governor's guild): The one guild financed by the governor of the state in which the abyss is located. Its members are from various races. Despite the guild stating they're open to anyone, only those from a wealthy background can become a part of it.

Zhao Hua's guild: Specialized in magic. They have rounds to reanimate unlucky adventurers in the abyss.

Tian Yi's guild: Specialized in training new adventurers.

And that's it for now! What awaits them in the abyss? Many adventures and delicious cooking, that is, if Luo Binghe can handle it.

Shen (Yuan) Qingqiu: an easy 10/10. You can’t tell your disciplesonwife that you wouldn’t abort him without becoming a milf.

Luo Binghe: and on the opposite end of the spectrum, 0/10! He’s just a little baby. He is 1,000 years younger than shizun and he likes it that way! He’s a wife, but an 18 y/o, husband’s-third-remarriage wife— he’s the same age as his husbands kids from the first wife. no milf vibes to be seen.

Liu Qingge: 1/10. Deep down he might have some parental traits, but as-is he is somewhere between weird (autistic) uncle and half-feral farm cat.

Scum villain crack fic idea:

One or more of the peak lords switch places in time with their younger selves for like a week and basically decides to spend that time gossiping. “It’s so nice to be able to not hear Shen-Shixiong and his husbands causing another scandal” “An Ding is so much warmer without the King of the North in semi-permanent residence” “Have you heard of ‘The resentment of Chunshan?’”

This person just keeps dropping multiple bombshells and is low key revealing in the chaos. The current head disciples and previous peak lords are loosing their shit at the idea that not only is TLJ roaming free, the demon realm is united, HHP is run by a half demon, etc, but also that, at minimum two peak lords are married to demon royalty.

For comedic purposes I propose that this au includes as many peak lords as possible in some sort of human-demon relationship.

Minds are blown with the mention of SQH being both the King of the North’s Consort, but also advisor to the demon emperor.

SQQ the leacher is in a committed gay relationship with two men? With his Disciple?? Who is said Current Demonic Emperor?! And LIU QINGGE?!

Tianlang-jun and YQY’s relationship is like two divorcees who bond over missing their spouses. Do Not Separate that is his emotional support demon/peak lord.

QQQ and SHL become gossip buddies after she marries LMY.

MQF the doctor meets the ultimate snakeboy (anti venom!) who is Also part Heavenly Demon (ultimate cure all!!!!)(on Qiong Ding with his uncle) and decides he’s keeping him. A relationship originating from medical researcher & subject of research becomes an extremely close friendship. They are very done with everyone’s nonsense.

RANKING SVSSS CHARACTERS BY HOW LONG THEY WOULD LAST IN FNAF

8. ZHUZHI LANG: the moment he sees an animatronic moving he hides under the table and gives up. Dies night one.

7. SHA HUALING: survives the first night by sheer stubborness. Second night she tries to fight the animatronics. She gets to destroy the cupcake but Chica kills her.

6. YUE QINGYUAN: he listens to the instructions and survives three nights. The fourth night he tried to do it as perfect as possible, gets overwhelmed and dies by a heart attack.

5. LIU QINGGE: he fought lbh for five years and survived he can survive at least four nights. The last night he gets a bit overwhelmed by all he has to do and forgets to check Foxy.

4. SHEN JIU: you could say that for someone who starts the novel dead he would be in a lower position, but sj can multitask and he's not intimidated by the animatronics. He probably kills William Afton the last day.

3. SHANG QINGHUA: I think he would be insecure during the first nights, but by the ends he's just like "meh". He spends the last night writing PIDM.

2. MOSHANG: they don't have the protagonist halo, but again, sqh is great at multitasking and with mobei at his side he has more confidence in his skills. Would survive the five days.

1. BINGQIU / SHEN YUAN / LUO BINGHE: Protagonist halo lbh makes him impossible to kill + millenial sy who probably was a teen when fnaf got out. Both of them survives the five nights, if they're together they complete 20/20 mode and burn the place down when they finish. Sy infodumps and the animatronics are kind of afraid of lbh.

HONORARY MENTIONS:

-MOBEI - JUN: sqh isn't here? Not interested. Doesn't go to work.

-LIU MINGYAN: she's writing toxic yaoi porn the animatronics doesn't want to approach her.

Baby Fever concept fic idea,

Liu Qingge finds a baby. Something like, he finds some demons that apparently kidnapped him and gets rid of them. The baby is clearly demonic in appearance like, small pointed ears and perhaps some scales, and, well, Liu Qingge chooses to keep him. Actually, more than wanting to keep him, it's like... He can't let him go. Then, Liu Qingge accidentally acquires a baby.

But that's not all. Obviously, Mu Qingfang is one of the first to see the baby; he checks on his health, gives some instructions, normal doctor work. What follows is that Mu Qingfang goes to a small village to buy herbs and trade some things and finds that the noble house has a baby. A pretty baby girl, apparently the daughter of a servant who died in childbirth, and who will be raised to be put to work as a slave as soon as she is of age.

... Mu Qingfang accidentally acquires a baby. The less said about what happened in that house, the better.

The babies are of similar ages. They join in playing, and Mu Qingfang comments that it is conducive for babies to grow up in environments with others of their peers. They can sit up, babble incoherently, bite cold cloths because of teething. They are pretty. Here and there, the other curious Peak Lords and some other disciples come to see the children. They are extremely adorable!!

... It starts to get worrisome when Shang Qinghua shows up, on the verge of a panic attack, with demonic twins in his arms. Mobei Jun rescued them from a corrupt sect that wanted to do something macabre with them and just brought them to him as if nothing happened!! "If Qinghua takes care of my Palace, Qinghua must take care of what's in it. These, belong to the palace now, and Qinghua must take care of them" damn it!

Mu Qingfang claims that they are healthy and strong demon babies. A little bigger than the others, they bite and fight each other brutally, but apparently, according to Mobei Jun, that implies that they are healthy and friendly babies.

A little more humorous and a little more worrying, Sha Hualing acquires a baby that Liu Mingyan does not allow her to take very far. Apparently, she found that baby wrapped in blankets, and decided to keep her because that little wild thing bit her. If she can defend herself even in her small incompetent body, Sha Hualing is going to make sure she learns to do better than that. Liu Mingyan begs please don't.

Shen Qingqiu tries to steer his husband away from all sorts of babies, totally convinced that it's some kind of weird wife plot that affects in chain. But it's affecting THE ENTIRE CANG QIONG SECT! He is not ready to have a son or daughter o whatever, he is not ready to be a parent, and he is not ready for accidentally acquire a baby!!! Thanks!!!

Luckily, for now, Luo Binghe has stayed away. There hasn't been an excuse for Luo Binghe to look at that baby Liu Qingge who started that whole circus, and apparently, that was all that was needed. According to Shang Qinghua, it could be a strange passive skill of the baby demon to allow it to grow in an environment without risk or danger. Something like attracting others. So as long as Luo Binghe does not see or directly interact with the baby, and as long as Shen Qingqiu too will stay away... everything will be fine.

(Shen Qingqiu ignores a single fight that Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge almost had. A fight that Luo Binghe interrupted before it started because of the big little eyes of the baby that he hadn't seen Liu Qingge was carrying in his arms. One glance was enough.)

Then one day, he arrives at Qing Jing after an afternoon of ranting with Shang Qinghua while the demon children are playing in the backyard with some disciples (or rather, the disciples are used as human teethers). And... there's too much silence. Lots of silence and lots of quiet.

"Binghe?" asks Shen Qingqiu loudly, entering the bamboo house. A quick "SHHHH" follows from his husband.

... Shen Qingqiu is considering leaving. Leaving or jumping off the edge of the peak. Anything would be better.

Above Luo Binghe is a clearly demonic baby girl sleeping. She is probably the oldest of all the babies so far, a little over a year old. Her skin is jade white, but there are two tiny horns on its forehead, a green demonic mark, and tiny iridescent scales on its skin and pointed ears.

She sleeps with her tiny mouth half-open; her face is round and sweet, and her little fists cling to Luo Binghe's robe as if letting go would make him run away from her.

...

Shen Qingqiu loves her immediately.

NO, HE'S NOT READY FOR PATERNITY AND NO CRAP LIKE THAT, BUT DAMN THIS WIFE PLOT IS TOO STRONG!

A couple more random babies later, Shen Qingqiu discovers that the baby Liu Qingge acquired is indeed a demonic species known to create packs from birth. Thus, despite from being weak and fragile, they survive into adulthood. They make others want to protect them, love them, care for them; they attract them to situations where other babies, children of their natural caregivers, can be in their vicinity to mingle and grow together.

Shen Qingqiu manages to make a powerful seal that seal that passive skill. By the time he has done so, even Yue Qingyuan already has two small children, a three-year-old and the tiny baby with just a few months old. Qi Qingqi has a crying child whom she spoils excessively. Mu Qingfang acquired another baby in the form of a two-year-old little girl who speaks with a lisp, even damn Tianlang-jun had acquired his own tiny little girl whom he dresses in gold and full of flowers!!!

(You can't ask Tianlang-jun to listen to the rumor that everyone in Cang Qiong is having babies and not want to see that.)

With the passive skill out, everyone relaxes as much as possible. Relocating the children in new homes and with new families... is something they won't do. Despite everything, they have become too attached. Besides, these children have spent a lot of time together, they would miss each other too much if they were separated.

("Didn't you say you didn't want a baby, Cucumber-bro?" Shang Qinghua asks, watching the adorable baby girl playing with Shen Qingqiu's fan, putting it in her mouth.

"If you keep annoying me, I'll make sure your husband knows about that plant that makes ass babies," Shen Qingqiu threatens.

"Bro no" Shang Qinghua begs. "If there is even an ounce of goodness left in your body, please don't."
