Something I liked about ‘Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe Again’ was the implication made by Gwen being Mr. Knight’s unseen assistant from his solo series — he interviewed people for that. To say Gwen would have had to sit in a waiting room with a resumé prepared and everything, and he said YES to it.

Headcanoning now that he calls himself Mr. Knight because Gwen called him that during her interview instead of Moon Knight, and he liked how it felt.

I haven’t read the Moon Knight series yet so THANK YOU for this tidbit of knowledge, immediately made me think of Gwen in an interview outfit (ft. Gwen being the #1 yapper of all time)

and then the Mr. Knight thing lol (where I realized they would probably interview in-suit, so no cute outfit for Gwen)

And then finaly the REASON he hired her,

Do you see the moon boys as autistic? And if so do you have any autistic headcanons for them? :)

YES. Okay, so a system cannot have a disorder the body doesn't. As ASD is a neurodevelopmental condition it affects how the brain is wired which means each alter would be autistic, they may just present differently. So this is how I think each of them present their autism.

STEVEN: Steven is the most obviously autistic alter. Because he didn't front often, his masking skills aren't very developed which means he displays a lot of classic symptoms and features such as:

Unusual body language, often holds his arms in odd ways, walks on his toes, keeps his elbows bent, doesn't make eye contact, displays 'raptor hands', etc.

Special Interest in Ancient Egypt. I mean he literally is learning Hieroglyphics and owns a literal library of books and knows everything about it. Infodumping brings him lots of joy.

Need for routine. Calling his mum every morning, feeding Gus, checking the tape, restraint, sand, etc. He wants things to be very particular and hates when anything changes.

Lack of social skills. Doesn't connect with others very well. Especially seen when he continues to talk to his coworkers when they don't want to talk to him. He doesn't recognize or respond to their tone or body language. He's also very hesitant and anxious in social settings. The only real friend he has until later into the series is Crawley and it's likely because the performer can't talk back or react to Steven. It's often easier to 'talk at people' instead of with them.

Strong moral code and very loyal to his beliefs and the need to be correct. Steven is very straight forward about his beliefs and wants to be on the right side of things. Hence him being vegan and the whole 'killing babies, you guys are just cool with that, yeah???' scene along with when he tells Donna the posters are incorrect and when he tells Dylan they should be selling figs not candy.

Stimming like flapping his hands, rocking, pacing, fidgeting and playing with things like Rubiks cubes.

MARC: Marc learned to mask very quickly in his house hold so he doesn't outwardly display many traits. Instead he experiences a lot of burn out, depression and anxiety due to trying to cover up his ASD symptoms. But he does still have a few that can't be masked like:

Flat tone and lack of facial expressions. Rarely smiles or shows emotions other than anger.

Blunt, often tactless or rude, and thinks very logical. he has a hard time understanding other peoples emotions and accommodating for them.

Special Interest in Tomb Busters, it was the main thing that brought him comfort. he'd watch it so often that he had the entire script memorized and would often forget to eat, sleep, or drink because he was busy fixating on it.

Doesn't connect with new people and doesn't show an interest in them. He doesn't feel a need to socialize.

Gets overwhelmed quickly which leads to melt downs, shut downs, and anger out bursts which caused him to be labeled with 'temper problems'

JAKE: We really don't know too much about Jake so I only noticed one thing really which was:

No interest in other people or social settings. He prefers to be by himself doing his own thing rather than in a group or socializing.

Book Update:

Whewww, let me tell yall my toxic trait. 💀 I tend to get discouraged after 20k words. Idk what it is. Maybe it's my perfectionism, maybe it's my self doubt, but at that point I just know when something isn't working. And that's one of the pitfalls of writing without a plan tbh.

I try to outline stuff but I find that I'm always ignoring that outline in favor of "must follow shiny new idea". And I end up wanting to discard everything and start over because the new idea makes it 10x better and what I've written so far no longer serves the story.

But I keep doing that. And I don't want to anymore. I want to finish this book to prove that I can do it. That I do have what it takes.

So I worked hard this weekend coming up with a kick ass outline. I'm *so* excited about this and the direction I've chosen that I'm already trying to plan the cover art 😩 (someone please take Canva away from me. But not literally because I love that damn site)

I will likely take a mini break from fic this week while I *don't* discard everything I've written, but instead clean up what I've written before to match this new direction. Then I can move forward with getting this book out of my head and into the hands of my editor.

Toss a coin to ya blogger and leave encouraging messages. Chuz its hard to cheer for yourself when writing a book, I swear 😩😩😩😭

But! I'm excited and shall endeavor to finish. Because I need this book in my life like yesterday 😩😩😩😭

So I'm confused about something. There was a cover story about Ms Goldenweek and other Baroque works agents breaking Crocodile out of prison but he just. Told them no? And stayed there with Mr 1 and Mr 2? I don't get why he wanted to go to Impel Down just to break out when he had the chance

I can't tell you 100% why Crocodile chose to stay in prison and go to Impel Down, but my best guess really is that he was just...

Taking the L with grace

More specifically. Crocodile had lost everything. I think deep inside he might've been literally too depressed to want to go free again.

Like he does literally say that. He gave up.

He had been building his reputation as "the Hero of Alabasta" for at least 10 years at this point. He had built not just a criminal organization that he had been running for four years, but also he had been running legal business stuff (like his casino) for probably longer than that. A decade's worth of work and effort to take over a country, and most importantly, get away with it. The reason he had orchestrated that whole rebellion was so that the rebels and the royal family could "take each other out", leaving the country wide open for a World Government Official such as himself to take up. The reason Baroque Works was doing this all in secret was so that the WG never found out, otherwise they wouldn't have let him have Alabasta.

But indeed, his plans were foiled by a kid in flipflops in less than 24 hours, just at the final moment before Crocodile would win. He lost everything. And the World Government found out about what he had been planning.

So even if he escaped from that prison with his former agents, what was he going to do?

He wouldn't be able to take over Alabasta anymore because he did not have manpower (as he had lost all his goons), and having lost his financial empire he wouldn't be able to build a new army any time soon. And even if he did, now that they knew what he had done the people of Alabasta would not accept him as their new king, even if he personally assasinated Cobra and the entire family. Not to mention, the WG finding out about his plans meant that they had every fucking reason to try and stop Crocodile if he did as much as set foot on that island again. By which I mean, they could launch a Buster Call on his ass. Send all the fucking Admirals after him. And so, even if Crocodile still believed Pluton was somewhere in Alabasta and that he just had to comb through the entire desert to find it... Between the Alabastan people and the WG in the way, finding Pluton would not be easy. Especially when Robin wouldn't even be there to just point him directly to it. It could take years, if not decades, while fighting off the WG by himself. And that's while assuming Pluton was somewhere in Alabasta. Like WE the readers now know Pluton is in Wano, but since Robin didn't tell him that. All Robin said was that the Poneglyph "didn't mention the weapon", and Cobra's reaction to the name merely proved the weapon's existence in Crocodile's mind. But surely, because Crocodile is a smart young man, he'd understand there was a risk that Pluton could exist, but just not be in Alabasta, right? Like that would be a possibility too, right?

I think this is why Crocodile has given up on Alabasta. He had one opportunity at seizing the country, and he failed. And without Robin, he could spend the rest of his life combing through a haystack for a needle when there's no needle, and he'd have no idea. I think is why he explicitly says in Impel Down he no longer has "interest in that country". He won't be able to pull off another stunt like this, ever.

And that leads us back to "why not escape earlier and avoid going to Impel Down to begin with". Thanks to his status as a Shichibukai, Crocodile hasn't been on the run from the WG for like two decades. And the past 10 or so years he has seemingly lived a life of luxury in his funny little casino. But now, having lost everything, he'd be back on the run. And because he's a world famous former "hero of the people", there would be nowhere he'd be able to go where people would not recognize him and send the marines after him. So he'd be on the run, for the rest of his life or until he'd get capture again. And mind you, the guy does not trust anyone, so he'd be on the run alone. Without any purpose or goal.

And you might be thinking, "Daz and the rest of BW was still there!", yeah, arguably true. But at this point Crocodile had no reason to trust any of them. Like personally, I think the reason Crocodile ended up taking a liking to Daz was BECAUSE he chose to follow him to Impel Down when he really did not have to. Like Daz showed an unusual level of loyalty to Crocodile, and I think Crocodile recognized that. That's why Daz is still with Croc, post-timeskip. But Miss Goldenweek and co? Crocodile had no reason to believe they wouldn't betray him if given a chance and a reason. And if the WG would come chasing his ass, they'd have plenty of reason to try and betray Croc (handing Crocodile over to spare their own lives). Not to mention, when they come release their former boss from jail, what did Miss Goldenweek say?

"Let's do Baroque Works again"

As I've already explained in detail, I think we might know why Crocodile wasn't interested in being Baroque Works' "boss" again.

So. Yeah. If in Crocodile's mind he'd be on the run from the Government for the first time in two decades all alone, in a situation where rebuilding what he had before would be bloody hard if not downright impossible, and he wouldn't be able to obtain what he had spent the last decade working for regardless...

Taking the L and just going to prison might've been the easier option

Any theory why mcu Mr knight's mask have crack in it??

....You've called me out and now I'm going to go sit in the corner.

I have no idea why his mask is like that. If you had asked me in the same year that it came out, I'm sure I could have totally spun out some yarn about Steven not knowing what he's doing and remembering Marc's mask and his own mask becoming split because he himself is feeling split in different directions.

We do see Marc's own outfit and how it crosses the mummification motif because Marc feels like a dead man and also takes the whole Egypt theme very literally. That's an easy one!

But Steven? Well we see him struggle with his appearance. He views himself as looking differently. He doesn't understand that his body is a result of Marc's high workout routines and thinks he is healthy because he eats carefully. He also tries to dress up and is unhappy with how he looks. He just has a very different idea on how he looks. When he first sees Marc, he flat out calls him Handsome. Now, he's either being cheeky because Marc looks like him... Or he's being true because he doesn't think Marc looks like him.

So when he hears "Suit" he imagines how he wanted to look on the date. Like a literal Knight in shining armor. But what about the crack?

Best I can come up with is it's a design choice?

Looking at the making of the show: Marc was originally supposed to be the one in the Mr. Knight suit.

The crack makes sense then, doesn't it? Marc, for once, makes it easier. A literal split and divide in himself. In his mentality. In his very being Khonshu himself said he was shattered. Of course Marc is going to see himself as broken and cracked.

But then they took the show in a different direction and Steven got the proper suit.

So.... How about this?

We start with the moon. A mark of Khonshu. We know Khonshu likes to mark his 'things'. He's got his name literally written ALL OVER Marc. Even the little buttons on Steven's cuffs say Khonshu.

But Khonshu is not fond of Steven. And more so… Steven is not fond of Khonshu.

The crack starts at the top as if hastily formed together, then outlines the moon, and finally joins down the center and swerves off to the side.

Perhaps resistance? A mar on an otherwise perfect suit.

Ah yes… Here we go. I knew I'd get there eventually if I just thought about it hard enough.

Steven's difiance and Khonshu's reluctance to let Steven be in charge.

A perfect smooth and well forming suit, tailor made just for Steven… With one little reminder right down the front that Steven is NOT his perfect little Avatar. Steven will break their bond and he will split Khonshu from them like drawing poison from a wound.

SO… What do you think? Did I make any sense? Do you agree with me? Or do I go sit back in my shame corner?

-> Gnarpy has trouble showing empathy and sympathy, mostly because xe was taught at a young age to close off xeir emotions.

-> Most gnarpians used to worship a deity called "Flogzor". A god of harvest, fortune and peace.

-> Life on Gars before the Great Industrialization was Tribal. And they worshiped Flogzor for tens of thousands of years. They kept mostly to themselves, and slowly advanced. But one day, they nearly all stopped worshiping Flogzor. No one knows why they did. But some say it came from a dream...

-> The only things gnarpians do not wish to fight against are Daleks, Mach and Incident Zero.

-> However, the gnarpians don't mind fighting the Orinthians. As long as they put up a good fight.

-> Gnarpy sometimes has mental breakdowns where xe cries. Worst case scenario xe does it in front of everyone.

-> Gnarpy has a narcissistic complex, and sometimes tries to spin the conversation to gnarpian related things.

-> Garby is considered the nicest gnarpian among other extraterrestrials.

-> Garby is autistic, and would pace around and flick xis ear with xis paw to stim. /selfproj

-> Gnarpy would be an amazing FPS player.

-> Most gnarpians are gambling addicts. They love making battle-related bets and waging gnarpian credits. Gnarpy would definitely also be a slot machine addict if xe ever crossed one, because of all the colors.

[3-FR THEORY] (Click if you want to learn more than gnarpy stuff in my AU!)

-> There goes an existing theory called the "3-FR Theory" in which states that there are Three Factors of Reality. Where there is Space, the one we currently live in. AntiSpace, where chaos and destruction only exist, And SubSpace. Where the two spaces intertwine and what is only described closest as "Universe Blood". A highly volatile pink substance that shimmers.

-> Consider SubSpace as a near-impassable river, only able to be traversed by tapping into it, or using highly unstable technology. The only technology available that uses subspace are the SubSpace Engine and the SubSpace Tripmines.

-> There is nothing beyond the three factors, for it is called the "Void". A seemingly infinite mass of corruptive, unknown substance.

-> No one knows what the "Regretevator" is, they just go on it whenever they please when it pops up.

[EARTH, HUMANITY AND MAGIC]

-> Mana is the secondary life force of a Magically gifted person. (Mage, wizard or witch) When they reach natural old age, they begin to rely more and more on mana until the reserves implode on itself and they finally die. This can last up to two-to-ten thousand years if they keep training.

-> Mana exists in everyone, but those who are regular are dormant.

-> To use Magic, one must tap into their inner soul. Draw it out of their manaforce and cast it. This process is tedious for those who wish to awaken their magic. For it will cost heavily their energy and fatique.

-> Magic can be extended to rituals. The bigger the ritual, the better the outcome.

-> For this, rituals that use blood or intent of world destruction are purely forbidden. Cultists prefer to use all rituals however.

-> There exists different nationalities of robloxian/human. There are the Redcliff, Korvundan, and Orinthian.

-> Orinthians are by far the most advanced race of robloxian/human, able to go head-to-toe with Gnarpians.

-> There are two highly classified branches of earth government called the "S.P.E.C". (Selective Procurement of Extraterrestrial Commerce") and "I.N.D.I.G.D.O". (Intergalactic Nexus of Defense Integrations and Global Defense Operations).

[DRRETRO and KATBALLS]

-> DRRETRO and other katballs do have a body in my AU, and if you seen the size of her when she was in the regretevator, she'd be too big to fit inside height wise.

-> She is very motherly, and would protect those from harm. She'd go as far to even comfort gnarpy... even though xe would deny her worry and hiss and scratch at DRRETRO.

-> Some Katballs do live on earth. They are naturally fluffy and cuddly like big cats.

-> Most of them came from another universe/dimension. How they got past the Impassable River is unknown. (Probably meowing at it)

[Gregoriah]

-> Gregoriah often gets takeout from one of his own restaurants, simply because he doesn't have enough energy to cook.

-> He works 9-5, on the clock, at every shift. He doesn't even get breaks.

-> Gregoriah is a MASSIVE workaholic, nearly passing out on the button controls sometimes.

-> If gregoriah would eat a pot brownie, he would be ABSOLUTELY stoned. He's so lightweight that even a crumb would make him high.

-> Gregoriah would like to be called "Greg, greggy, Mr. G, G-boy, Mr. Gregsicle, Greggle and Greggle 2." However, he does not like to be called "Gregnant" or by his deadname. That's one way you get on his real bad side.

-> Gregoriah is RARELY ever raging mad. If he would be put in such a state, he would have the capacity to destroy entire buildings.

-> For this reason, his co-workers would often put up a fake smile.

[Mach]

-> Mach and Incident Zero know eachother. For this reason is still unknown.

-> Her banhammer can hurt folly, but it would always feel like a stubbed toe.

-> Contrary to belief, her banhammer is not the same as an Admin's banhammer. Not the same banishment type.

-> With her hammer, she can access the banlands, but not send people there.

-> She dislikes going to gars because it "smells like dirty socks from an overworked Zum'ae".

-> Mach is immune to lethal chemicals with her cybernetics.

And finally...

[The Malicious Duo: MR and Folly]

-> Not much will be said about the two. For that would be spoilers... shhh...

-> Folly would often seek to torment people in their dreams.

-> She likes to psychologically play with people, influencing their dreams so they could die in them.

-> The reason she can appear in the elevator is unknown, some speculate daydreaming. In which she can appear, but not interact physically. Only verbally.

-> MR wants out.

-> Once enough mental damage is done, she can go in for the kill. This is based on their mental fortitude. For example: She can't kill Pest outright, because he took a barter with an unknown individual, placing a piece their spirit inside of him. Excluding him from the guest purge. However, Melanie...

-> Spud/frank is so mentally broken that he cannot recover by normal/mortal means. Folly is just savoring his... condition. Before doing anything drastic.

-> MR only thrives in darkness. it burns them when they enter light in their spirit form.

-> MR is not dead, they quickly hid in the shadows of Mach's office before their rock shattered. The pieces regenerate overtime. The rock can never be broken for good.

-> Garby is infected with something. But it isn't either of their doing.
