I'm Okay With That

Pairing: MacGyver x FemReader

Warning: little smut

Summary: Mac had been gone all week on a mission. Once he was finally back he got distracted with Phoenix stuff and was running late so you gave him the motivation to hurry up.

The clock ticked slowly as you sat at the kitchen counter. Mac was supposed to be home two hours ago. Once he had made it to town he promised you it would take an hour tops with Phoenix stuff until he could return to your arms. The catch was he was very easily distracted and that hour turned into three. The week without him had killed you and it didn't help knowing he was so close yet so far. It also didn't help that you had been sexually frustrated all day. You and Mac hadn't been together in two and a half weeks and the fact of seeing him face to face and being able to touch him soon didn't help your thoughts from running wild.

You: where you at?

Pressing send on the message you would hope his reply would be something along the lines of a minute away. Yet all hopes were shot down at the reply.

Mac: sorry got caught up. be there as soon as I can

Letting out a sigh you got up to lay down in your bedroom. There was no point in waiting on that hard wooden stool now. Yet upon entering the bedroom it didn't make the sexual frustration easier. The room still smelled like Mac and it was sending your senses into overdrive at the thought of him against you. He needed to hurry up.

Laying in the bed didn't help as the minutes continued to pass. The fan in the room blew lightly against you and you closed your eyes to let the thoughts of Mac fill every sense. His sweaty skin rubbing against yours, running your hands through his blonde locks as they curled softly around your fingers, and how he would breath heavily in your face. This could not go on any longer.

With this newfound frustration also came a few devious ideas so you quickly pulled out your phone. You had only been dressed in Mac's old flannel and your panties so undoing the first few buttons you sent your reply to Mac's text.

You: better hurry ;)

Mac had been sitting on one of the leather chairs as they sat in the briefing room. He fiddled with a paperclip as he listened to Jack annoy Riley when his phone buzzed. He hadn't expected what he saw when he pulled it out. Your chest was practically on display in the opened flannel but covering all the good parts. The suggestive look in your eyes made him squirm in his seat.

"You okay bud?" Mac looked up to see Jack giving him a confused look. Mac quickly snapped himself out of it and nodded.

"Yeah, sorry, zoned out" he said and Jack slowly but surely nodded. Mac set his phone down on his lap and tried to ignore your message. Matty had been taking a while to join everyone in the briefing room and he needed to make it until then. Your suggestive texts would not help him with that.

His phone buzzed again and he looked to see that the flannel was now fully unbuttoned. A darkness swept through his eyes at the thought of ripping his own shirt off you. Jack gave a confused look Mac's way but ignored it. Again a buzz sounded throughout the room. Mac looked to see that the panties were now removed and it was dangerously close to what he was trying to not think about.

"Is it Y/N? Is she okay?" Jack asked seriously as he turned to Mac. Mac quickly cleared his throat as he tried to contain his thoughts.

"She's fine" Mac spoke and Jack rose his eyebrows at the boy who sat across from him. He could easily see the uneasiness in Mac's face.

"Really because if she is texting you that much she's either mad or sending dirty pictures" Jack crossed his arms and Mac grew super uncomfortable under his stare. Jack noticed the redness flooded in Mac's cheeks and how he pulled at the knees of his pants.

"Holy shit Y/N is sending you dirty pictures" Riley's eyes widened and the phone buzzed again. Mac refused to look at it under this predicament he got himself into and Riley snatched the phone from his lap.

"Hey!" Mac helplessly reached for the phone as Riley walked away. She did not care because you two had been close friends and when she saw the photo you had sent of the flannel barely covering your ass that was all the confirmation she needed to know that Jack was right for once in his life.

"No way" she mumbled and Mac finally snatched the phone. When he saw the photo his stomach clenched with nerves and he had to get out of there. Jack started laughing out loud at this.

"Oh wow this is great. Little Mac here has to wait to finish work and his girlfriend is getting him all hot and bothered" Jack laughed and Mac struggled to keep his composure as another one came through that suggested you were using your hand for something he needed to be doing.

"Shut up" Mac grumbled but Jack continued laughing. That was when the last text came through that shoved Mac off the edge completely.

You: since your not replying I guess I'll have to finish the job myself

"Are you guys ready?" Matty pushed open the door to the briefing room and Jack continued laughing as Riley tried to keep her composure. She was glad Bozer decided to stay down in the lab. He would never believe Y/N did something like this.

"Mac isn't" Jack said with a chuckle and Matty looked to the flustered Mac who was trying to think of anything to keep his pants loose and help him get out of here sooner.

"Are you okay Mac?" she pressed and Mac tugged at his hair and then quickly pulled his phone out.

Mac: don't you dare, I'm on my way

"I'm sorry, I uh, I gotta go" Mac rushed out of the room and Jack was practically rolling with laughter from his friends sexual frustration. You smiled happily at your accomplishment and it didn't even take ten minutes until you heard the front door open. Deciding you weren't done teasing you rushed over and locked the bedroom door. Hopping back down on the bed was when you heard the desperate shove against it.

"Y/N this is not funny" Mac practically growled from the other side but you just sat there with a smirk on your face. You still wore only the flannel but the panties had long been removed and it was unbuttoned down the whole front. A few more shoves went against the door and then suddenly a click followed and Mac aggressively pushed into the room. You knew it wouldn't take long. He dropped the paperclip as he stared at your form.

"I still had work to finish. Your gonna pay for this" he told you as he removed each side of the leather jacket before pulling it off. Once it dropped to the ground he leapt forward and pulled you into his grasp.

"I'm okay with that"

Since Misty Knight and Colleen Wing were arrested, poor Miles Morales was left to deal with the Cape Killers alone. And things get more complicated when Prowler and the Enforcers interrupt them as they start fighting Miles and the Cape Killers. Then, luck comes by when Starling, Kamala Khan and Shift come in to help Miles.

Update: Alicia Navarro, an autistic child from Arizona who went missing as a 14-year-old, has been found alive. She was found to be living with a 36-year-old man named Eddy Davis, in a small town in Montana, around 40 miles away from the Canadian border. She is now eighteen. I get told at college all the time that I don't look LGBT+ (they refuse to say queer, respectability politics is a helleva drug), I don't act it, no queer person is into my major or my hobbies, and it's weird that I'm queer but not into astrology or dressing more aesthetically ("are you a cottagecore or a dark academia gay?" I'm neither I'm a me) or playing Pokemon because outgrowing Pokemon is for cishets. People talk about gays/LGBT+ not being able to drive or do math or sit normally and then act like I'm some kind of ridiculous weirdo for not laughing at what they assure me is a true statement that does not apply to them or to me. People encourage me to experiment with my style or hair and "come out of your shell". I am informed I need to listen to certain musicians because all LGBT+ people are into them. It's weird that I'm not. It's even weirder I don't like The Owl House or hate Steven Universe or keep up with Heartstopper like the good queers do.

Basically it all boils down to, "Why can't you be more normal? Why can't you be like us?"

Because I'm not. My dad is a Pashtun Muslim and my mother is a Bukharan Jew. I have lived in the Deep South half my life and Wyoming the other half. My media interests are unrelated to queer rep and wholly based on liking the plots of things. I grew up on oldies and TV shows like Starsky and Hutch that my parents loved, pirated and played on repeat. I don't believe in astrology, I'm not a witch and I'm not an atheist with a Christocentric worldview who assumes all religions are Christianity Lite. I don't listen to the correct musicians mostly because I discover music entirely by accident and have a mishmash of genres and bands in rotation. Pokemon fell off and I'm not into it. I would sooner die than dye my Pashtun red hair that people made fun of me for as a kid. I like wearing button downs, clean shirts, nice jeans and my Magen David. None of this is incompatible with being queer. No one is going to kick me out of a gay club for not having played Pokemon Violet or listening to Tracy Chapman or trusting in science over crystals for healing.

And I really hate that after years of being avoided and pitied in high school by jackass backwards rednecks for being weird, I got to my dream university, the university in the most liberal city in Montana, and get the same fucking treatment.

Commenters like the one anon mentioned remind me of all the people who act like I'm doing it wrong. What is 'it', in that sentence? Living my life. Being queer. And when it crops in fandom - and I've gotten it sometimes for writing queer characters who are like me, Southern and into uncool shit and not sharp dressers and religious - it just makes me want to start screaming.

I am queer. I am not incorrectly queer. I am who I am and therefore, because I am queer, that is a correct way to do queerness.

Some gripes about Gen Z are overblown but this weirdly narrow view of what queerness is allowed to look like or be is 100% as awful as other generations say it is and it's fucking exhausting to live through. I don't have to sit differently in order to be doing queerness right or be unable to drive. I exist and I am queer and that is all I need to do and be.

I wish fandom was different from real life. I wish it was more open to the reality that queer people have a multitude of backgrounds and lived experiences. We're facing enough shit IRL, can't we just have one place where we're NICE to each other?

As a 40+ queer, I'm laughing myself sick at the current crop of "required" queer interests.

In my day, it was oldschool cis gay male culture for the men (think being obsessed with Bette Davis) and But I'm a Cheerleader and Dykes to Watch Out For for the women or something.

Not that you have to like any of those things either. It's just hilarious how clueless people are about what's a temporary trend that will probably be different in 5 years.

Montana, 1876. Othniel Charles Marsh, one of the two top paleontologists in the world, in the state's Judith River fossil beds, doing what he does best: digging up the bones of dinosaurs. Montana is a big state, but Marsh can't rest easy. Edward Drinker Cope, his biggest rival, and the other top paleontologist in the world, is also in the area, and there simply aren't enough bones for both of them, leading them to play dirty tricks. And time itself is against them: the fierce snows of winter are on the way and, rumor has it, so is Sitting Bull, fresh from his triumph at little Big Horn.

Another complication: two foreign scientists are also competing for the bones. One says he's from Sweden, the other says he's from Iceland. One of them enlists Cope to help him, while the other befriends Marsh.Marsh and Cope don't want the fossils to leave the country, so they decide to bury the hatchet and work together to outwit the visitors. This turns out to be harder than they thought. The foreign scientists possess amazing technology, but that's because they are much more foreign than they claimed. Two Tiny Claws (1999)

Montana, 1907. Barnum Brown of the American Museum of Natural History aims to dig up fossils of Tyrannosaurus Rex, the most fearsome carnivore ever to walk the Earth. He dismisses rumors of earlier paleontologists encountering both resurrected dinosaurs and aliens from space. He's more worried by reports that notorious bank robber Luther Gumpson is in the neighborhood. But then Brown discovers that the aliens are real, they're back, and they're mad. And he'll see more than the bones of T-Rex, when he encounters the awesome ground-pounding predator in the flesh....
